Vivi are swimming with Shauna and Vivi's Mudkip. While on the boat; Mr. Briney is fishing and Brock is making lunch with his Pinsir and Shauna's Medichamn helping him. Brock's Oddish is playing with Max's Ralts. Max's Shroomish and Vivi's Wurmple. Max's Mightyena is sleeping with Shauna's Hitmontop who is sitting next to him. Shauna's Mienshao is watching its' trainer swimming with the kids. Final Max is drawing Mr. Briney and hi Wingall, Peeko who is sitting next to .
"Okay, guys lunch is almost ready!" inform Brock
"Good!" cheered
"Hey, Max why don't you swim with us?" asked Shauna," The water is great and there is no wild Pokemons to attack us"
"I be right there!" replied Max," I almost finish my drawing!"
As Ralts is playing with the other Pokémon, he notices Vivi's Wurmple is glowing white causing Max to turn," Hey...Vivi... your Wurmple is evolving!"
"Ral!"
"What!" shocked Vivi as she and Shauna race back to the boat.
The glowing causing Hitmontop and Mightyena to wake up and see the glowing Pokemon. Vivi and Shauna arrive on the boat just in time to see the Wurmple's new form. Wurmple turn into a cocoon-like Pokémon. It is almost completely covered in white silk with only two small holes. A pair of red eyes can be seen through the holes, but they are partially hidden by a rough fringe of silk.
"Wurmple now is a Silcoon!" amazed Brock
"Yeah, since both of its' parent are Beautifly" added Max," I guess it get a better chance to become a Silcoon" as Vivi walk toward her bag to get her pink Pokedex to check the data of her new evolved Pokemon.

"Hello, welcome to our base of the Hoenn Region" greeted the unknown man who walk out of his chair and walk to face the new people with his both arms behind his back
"We are honor to be here, sir" inform Cassidy which made the man smile," Good"
"Your mission is to catch this boy alive" inform the masked man who turn on a picture of Max on a screen which made Cassidy and Butch confuse which made the man notice it," I know we usually steal Pokémon, but this is a special one...this boy has something I want"
"What does he have? Sir?" asked Butch
"That is classified" replied the man
"This boy, Max is currently doing his Pokemon Journey" inform the masked woman," He is the son of the Gym Leader, Norman in Petalburg City" as a picture of Norman is next to Max's
"He is also the brother of the Sea Priestess, Queen May of Samiya" added the masked man as May's picture is at the bottom of her father's picture
"More like Queen brat" whisper Cassidy to Butch which the man heard," I'm sorry did you said something, Miss Cassidy?"
"No sir!" Cassidy lied
"Miss Cassidy, please don't lie to me" inform the man," I don't like liars"
"I'm sorry sir, I said more like Queen brat" answered Cassidy which made the man not smile anymore," Miss Cassidy, she is a queen and I want you to have her respect like I do" as he turns his back at Cassidy
"I'm sorry sir, why should we respect a dumb and spoiled brat like her" laugh Cassidy causing the man quickly turn to Cassidy and choke her by grabbing her neck. His eyes are furious making Cassidy gasp for air
"Cass-!" shouted her partner but there was a grey cat-like Pokémon behind Butch's back with its claws on his neck
"Don't move" ordered the masked woman," I don't want my cute Aloha Meowth to have blood on its nails"
The man continued to choke Cassidy until he realizes what he is doing to her. He let go of his hand making Cassidy to fell down to get some air. He helps Cassidy to get up," My apology, Miss Cassidy...I know you don't use to respect other people including our enemies, but as long you are here, I want you to respect others including our opponent. Is that understood?"
"Yes...sir" scared Cassidy
"Good" smiled the man walk back to his deck," Carry on" the Aloha Meowth let go of Butch and walk back to the masked woman's shoulder
"Your target is heading for Dewford Town" inform masked man," You have unlimited resource to catch him in any means"
"Also, since you been told to leave all your Pokémons in HQ" added the woman," You will use these Pokemons" She pointed the two Pokeballs on the desk causing Butch and Cassidy to grab them.
"Cassidy; your Pokemon is Yanma: Male and moves are; Sonic Boom, Wing Attack, Toxic and Double Team" inform the masked woman
"Butch, your Pokémon is Trevenant: Male also and moves are; Shadow Claw, Will-o-Wisp, Wood Hammer and Solar Beam" inform the masked man
"Now, you got your Pokemon, your mission and now you made go" inform the man who is sitting his chair as Cassidy and Butch about to leave, the man spoke," Remember I want him alive"
