The Trial

The Throne Room was completely full of various Nobility Elder-Council and Military Commanders as well as Albus and his Order along with Minister Fudge, they were all awaiting the beginning of the Trial.
However, outside the Palace a large crowd had gathered awaiting to here the Emperors judgement for the Scumbag that had aided in Princess Lillians Death, Snape had already been transferred to the Capitals Prison in the Garrison Compound.
It didn't take long for the boos of the crowd outside to echo into the Throne Room as the main doors opened allowing two Penitus Oculatus Agents to drag the man into the chamber and toss him to the ground on his knees before the Emperor and his council.
Legate Regulus Black as the Arresting Officer would serve as the prosecution while Albus would be Snape's Defence, the Elder Council would serve as the jury with the Emperor as the judge, Regulus started first.
"You're Imperial Majesty's, Lords and Lady's of the Elder Council I come before you today to prove to you that this man Severus Tobias Snape is an Enemy of the Empire and responsible for the Outrelms Dark Lord for attacking Godrics Hollow and murdering our beloved Princess Lillian Septim and her Husband Lord James Potter, and the attempted murder of our beloved Emperor Hadrian Tiber Septim".
With that he bowed before stepping back allowing Albus the floor giving him an evil grin taunting him, it would be difficult but Albus was sure he could sway them.
"My friends my client has been falsely charged here, even if he was guilty of this crime, he redeemed himself by becoming a spy for the light giving us vital information to stop Voldemort". Here he paused waiting for the gathered imperial Nobility to flinch at the name only to see it was the Outrelmers like Fudge or Tonks.
Regulus broke out a small laugh as he addressed the court. "Oh yes the dreaded and feared Dark Lord more commonly known as Tom Marvolo Riddle, born to an Outrelm Muggle nobles son and a Squib from an inbred family, the same Tom Riddle who attended Hogwarts during your time as a professor".
"Legate, Professor as amusing as this is can one of you provide evidence of this mans guilt or innocence". High Chancellor Ocato demanded wanting to just execute the traitor and be done with it.
Regulus bowed "Yes Chancellor we have his Memories of that night with the aid of the Mages Guild we are able to show them to the council with your permission Sire". He asked Hadrian who nodded his approval his fist clenched tight against the armrest of his Throne wanting nothing more then to behead the man who aided in his parents murder.
Albus could only lower his head in defeat as Snape's memories were played before the entire court of him hearing the seer tell Albus the Prophecy before he could hear the whole thing however, he was kicked out of the 3 Broomsticks only to go running to his Master begging him to spare the Princess for him, not caring if her Husband and Child were killed.
When the memories ended Regulus informed them of the hundreds of Signed witness statements from current and former Hogwarts Students about Snape's treatment of his students and how many of them dropped Potions giving up their dreams of being Aurors effectively weakening Britain's ability to defend itself from another Dark Lord.
Hadrian stood looking over his court. "The High Chancellor and the Member's of the Elder Council will now return to the Council Chamber to Vote on this Prisoners fate then return to the Throne Room and give us your verdict so I may pass Sentence".
Ocato bowed as did the Council before they made there way to the Council Chambers Snape was dragged out by the Oculatus to a secure room in the Palace while everyone else sat or stood quietly seeing that the Emperor was in no mood for Music and merriment.
Albus sat down next to Sirius and Amelia his eyes filled with disappointment as he glanced at the Emperor talking with his wife, why couldn't Hadrian see it was for the Greater Good of the Magical World, why did he have to be so selfish as to only care of his own justice and not the fate of the Magical world.
The answer was really very simple Hadrian had no love for the Magical world as Sirius would tell him years later after he found out from his Daughter that had Hadrian not been given the location of Voldemort, he would have closed the Portal allowing the Outrelms to die as his People would have been saved from any plans of Molag Bal.
1 hour Later
The council walked back into the chamber taking their seats with the High Chancellor taking his place as the Emperors right hand as Snape was Dragged into the Throne Room to be told his fate.
"High Chancellor have the council come to a vote" Hadrian asked the High Elf Noble causing the entire Room to go quiet even the noise from outside as Hadrian has had some Mages Charm the room so the outside can hear the Judgement.
"Your Majesty the Elder Council has voted a unanimous Guilty verdict for the Former Death Eater and will support any punishment you deem fit".
Cheering could be heard from outside as the citizens of the Imperial City cheered for the Guilty Verdict only calming down after a few minutes as the Emperor stood from his throne.
"Minister Fudge when you return to your Ministry please note down in your records that on this Day 30th of Suns-Dusk in the year of Zenithar 4E-02, I Hadrian Tiber Septim by the Grace of the Nine Emperor of Tamriel, Dragon of the North, and Lord of Magic do agree with my Councils decision and find Severus Tobias Snape Guilty of his crimes, and Sentence him to Death via Beheading to be carried out at my leisure".
Albus paled completely as the entire Throne room applauded the Emperors harsh Judgment as the guards dragged his Spy away to some Prison Cell to await execution, there had to be something he could do but what?

It seems the school had heard the news as Albus walked into the Hall when he got to his chair, he saw his copy of the Prophet he didn't notice members of his staff glaring at him.
Former Potions Master to be Executed

That's right my Readers Severus Snape former Potions Professor at Hogwarts School who was arrested 4 days ago by the Penitus Oculatus, on the charges of High Treason was found Guilty today in the Imperial City (Capital of the Empire) by the Elder Council and Sentenced to Death by the Emperor, despite attempts by Hogwarts Headmaster Albus Dumbledore being Snape's defence.
However, during the Trial Evidence was revealed by the Penitus Oculatus that not only did our Headmaster know about His little Spy's Crimes but went out of his way to lie to the Imperial Council. It is unknown when the Former Death Eater will face The Headsmen's Axe but we can expect the Ministry to announce it when they are informed.
A flash of fire distracted everyone as Fawkes appeared not looking very happy as he was directing his Gaze at Albus, however it was the person he had with him that shocked and downright terrified everyone.
Imperial Palace
"THAT GOOD FOR-NOTHING GOAT FUCKER I WILL HAVE HIS HEAD AND THOES OF HIS BIRD CLUB ON A FUCKING SPIKE!" Hadrian roared to no one in Particular as a Penitus Oculatus Agent cowered before him being the one to give him the bad news.
"Your Majesty the Garrison at Potter Castle are ready to march 500 of them have been made ready for Deployment". Came the voice of General Giovanni Civello the New General of the Home Legions as he made his way into the Throne Room.
Hogwarts School

Fawkes had brought a pale Severus Snape to the Great Hall after being told to break him out from Imperial Custody and bring him to albus, however Fawkes had decided to bring him to the Great Hall knowing that the Empire had informants within the school.
It was a risk but he knew the Emperor would show mercy to the students and staff if one of them informed the Empire of where Snape was, Fawkes hated Snape he hated that a man with such Darkness in his heart was allowed near Children whose souls were still innocent even the children of Death Eaters were still pure of heart.
Potter Castle
Hadrian arrived flanked by his Bodyguards as he made his way towards the gates, he wouldn't waste his time with Hogwarts Albus surely wasn't stupid enough to hide his spy in a castle that he owned he would hide him away with an order member.
That changed when he received an owl bearing the crest of the Davis Family, a family that were good friends with the Greengrass Family of Kvatch they were also informants for the Penitus Oculatus and the Blades before them, stopping to read it, his expectations of Albus dropped dramatically by the time he finished reading it.

I hope this letter reaches you as the Headmaster has put the school in lockdown, he is hiding Snape in his old Quarters in the Dungeons however he plans to move him at 10 am tomorrow morning,

Hadrian ordered as he made his way to the Castle gates so he and his men could teleport to Hogsmead Village, normally they could Teleport from the Castle estate however the War-Wards were still active.
