Chapter 21 Alexa
Alexa's POV
Demyx (who I released from his cell) and I watched as Ventus and Strelitzia disappeared.
"Strelitzia", Lauriam called out for his sister. "Strelitzia!"
"Lauriam", Elrena said as she ran up to said person. "What happened? Where's Strelitzia and Ventus?"
"Gone", Lauriam revealed angrily.
"What do you mean gone", Elrena asked.
"I mean 'gone' Elrena", Lauriam replied angrily. "She just disappeared with Ventus!"
"She must've used a teleportation spell", Elrena pointed out. "How are we gonna find her?"
"I don't know", Lauriam replied. "But we have to do it soon. She's alone with her killer!"
"Let's go to Xigbar and ask if he can help", Elrena suggested.
"Right", Lauriam replied. "Let's go."
With that...Lauriam and Elrena left.
"So", Demyx started. "Let me get this straight? Marluxia and Larxene's real names are 'Lauriam' and 'Elrena?' That girl with the pigtails is Marluxia's sister and the person he wanted the replica vessel for, and Ven killed her?"
"That's about right", I replied.
"Man", Demyx started. "Axel's right. This is a whole lot to get memorized!"
Hearing this took me by surprise. I hadn't heard that phrase in years.
"What did you say", I asked in shock.
"Huh", Demyx asked in confusion. "I said 'Let me get this...'"
"Not that", I replied. "Get memorized. Where did you hear that?"
"Oh", Demyx started. "It's something a friend of mine says."
"What's their name", I asked.
"Well", Demyx started. His real name is Lea, but a lot of his friends call him Axel."
I couldn't believe these words.
"Lea", I asked in shock. "You know Lea?!"
"You know him", Demyx asked in shock.
"I did", I replied. "A long time ago."
"Well", Demyx started. "If Ven was here, then maybe Axel is too. Let's go look for them!"
Axel's POV
We were looking around for Ven.
"I don't see him anywhere guys", I pointed out.
"He has to be here somewhere", Aqua stated. "Keep looking!"
Before we could do what Aqua asked...somebody ran up to us. Somebody I didn't expect to see again.
She had waist length, navy blue hair with bangs that covered her forehead that was straight and loose; pale skin and dark brown eyes.
She was wearing a navy blue, sleeveless zip up top with a black hoodie with silver stars on the rim; black shorts; black, knee socks; silver sneakers; black, elbow length, fingerless gloves; a silver bracelet and a thin, silver chain with a star shaped pendant on it.
Seeing her brought up a memory from long ago.
Ten Years Ago
Isa and I were walking down a spiral staircase in Ansem the Wise's castle.
"You know", Isa started. "At first I thought this was a good idea, but now that I'm here, I'm beginning to have second thoughts."
"Wimp", I stated as I turned around to face Isa. "Where's your sense of adventure?"
"There's a difference between having an adventure and getting yourself into trouble", Isa pointed out.
"The trouble is what makes it an adventure", I stated.
With that Isa and I got to the bottom of the stairs...and gasped in shock.
We were in a dark room lined with cells.
"Are those cells", I asked.
"Yeah", Isa replied. "And unless you want to end up in one of them...we should probably get out of here."
"Good idea", I stated.
With that Isa and I were about to leave...when this happened.
"Hello."
With that Isa and I screamed before hugging onto each other and turning around.
Then...we saw a girl.
Isa and I let go off each other and looked at her in shock.
"Who are you", she asked.
"Um...", I started. "I'm Lea. And this is my friend Isa."
"Nice to meet you Isa and Lea", the girl greeted.
"Nice to meet you too", Isa greeted. "What's your name?"
"I don't have one", the girl replied.
"What", I asked in shock. "Everyone has a name."
"Not me", the girl stated. "Everybody just calls me Subject X."
"Subject X", I said before putting my finger on my chin. "Let's see? What names have an X in them?"
With that Isa and I thought for a moment.
"What about...Alexa?"
