I would like to make it clear that this story is not abandoned and I am not leaving the fandom or writing in general. I love when people honestly love my work and I love my loyal fans, not you Zanefan123. I am very glad that most people love this story and understand why I have to postpone my updates. Chapter 15 is in progress and certain loyal fans know what my plans are. After this hiatus, I will try to update weekly but I make no promises. I do not need reminders about when to update, there are two of us working on this fic and both of us are currently very annoyed and this hiatus is out of spite for that one person who doesn't seem to understand that they need to cut the crap. I update the story the minute we finish writing each individual chapter and it takes time to put our thoughts and ideas into words, whether it takes a week or three is all dependant on how well we can both articulate the direction we want to go in with this story and the subject matter of the particular chapter. The story progression is getting darker and therefore we have to be careful in our execution of the chapter in order to give all of you a good story. Getting weekly reminders about updating just makes us angry because you are taking up a space that someone could have used to tell us how much they love the story or wish we would take the story in a certain way. We wouldn't mind the request for updates if they came with something constructive that made us want to keep writing the story but demanding weekly updates with no regard for the amount of time it takes to write a good chapter of substantial length and then being so arrogant as to think you are the only reason we update on an almost weekly basis is just unacceptable. Zanefan123, I understand that you enjoy the story but your behavior is unacceptable and I have sent you multiple PMs trying to address this. The fact that you are ignoring the point of my warnings is incredibly stupid. I get excited to see when someone has reviewed one of my stories but lately that excitement turns to dread when I see that the review is from you because you don't understand that you are not the reason we update. I have other stories I'm focusing on and I have to get my driver's license soon as well as find a job now that I'm out of college and getting reviews encourages me to write but begging for updates without praise or critique for the actual chapter is incredibly frustrating. I have never had this problem before and I have been very clear about the subject for the last few chapters. If you can't take a hint I want you to stop reviewing altogether. Both RealtreeGal and I are extremely angry that we have had to resort to writing these author's note chapters instead of posting real content but our patience has run out and unfortunately, there's no way to block a specific person on this site, we can only report the reviews for Harassment because that's what it is and we are sick of it. We love it that so many people enjoy our content and I love waking up in the morning to an email inbox full of review notifications but the Harassment has to stop and if a hiatus is what it takes to get Zanefan123 to stop then so be it. I truly hope they don't do this to anyone else if they do then please PM me and maybe we can figure out how to get the site admins to take notice. The next time this story updates will be the real chapter 15. Thank you.
