Chapter 18

I do not own Fairy Tail or JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

The players were getting ready for the 4th day of the tournament. Najotsu was still concerned over his mini heart attack the previous night but he ignored those thoughts to prepare for the tournament. He just accepted that as long as he didn't have an issue while participating if he gets chosen, he would have no issues. There were Ruin Knights all over the town investigating the attack on Raven Tail save for two members, who were missing. Apparently, the Raven Tail mages couldn't remember who attacked them since the guy's face wasn't visible during nighttime.

Lucy was chosen from Team A to play in the upcoming contest. Juvia was chosen from Team B to play. Once the players were gathered, the challenge was revealed to everyone. It was Naval Battle. All of the players will enter a large sphere of water. Then the points they receive will depend on the order of them being kicked out of the orb. If two players remained, then a special rule would be added. If one of the players are eliminated in 5 minutes after the rule is annexed, then that player will receive the least amount of points.

When JoJo learned of the challenge, he immediately picked Juvia to win the contest. The mage could turn her whole body into water so he figured this shouldn't be that hard of a task for her. When he noticed that Minerva was also participating, his eyes narrowed. To him, she radiated nothing but malicious intent. He hoped that Lucy and Juvia were on their guard since he knew that Minerva was powerful.

Lucy made the first move when she summoned Aquarius. Juvia then sent out her own Water Cyclone, meeting Aquarius' attack with ease. While everyone was stunned by the strength behind Juvia's charge, Jenny from Blue Pegasus took advantage of the distraction. She kicked the only male participating in Naval Battle out of the sphere. Juvia then sent out water attacks all around her, causing Risley, Jenny, and Sherria to drop out. Lucy was pulled away by Virgo and Aries while Minerva dodged it quite easily.

"Did you feel my love for you dear Gray?" Juvia asked while looking at Gray from the battlefield, who was horrified at the question. Minerva grasped the opportunity to get rid of the Water Mage, who let her guard down. Najotsu just sighed and shook his head, disappointed how Juvia was eliminated.

"The Five-Minute rule has been activated!" Lola announced to the audience.

Minerva unleashed several small orbs at Lucy, who managed to dodge a few but many had made contact with her body, thus bringing her pain. When Lucy attempted to grab her keys, she couldn't locate them. To everyone's shock, Minerva held out the keys in front of her while holding onto a smug expression. Najotsu just gritted his teeth, knowing that he couldn't do anything to help out in the situation.

Minerva's assault only got worse from that point on. She kept hitting Lucy with her orbs while enjoying Lucy's suffering. Now the whole guild was trying their utmost hardest to not let their anger get the best of them. It was clear that Minerva could've ended the fight in a blink and let Lucy get the lowest score out of all of the players. Najotsu figured that she was taking out her anger on Lucy since her father was attacked by him. The torment got so bad that the referee ordered to end the match, thus Minerva getting the win.

As soon as it was over, JoJo and the rest of his teammates rushed towards the blonde Celestial Mage. When they gathered near her, they saw the unlimited amount of bruises and cuts she sported on her body. Suddenly, laughter was heard from a location. When the Fairy Tail mages turned around, they noticed Sting was basically rolling on the floor, holding on to his stomach and wheezing. The other Sabertooth Mages held smirks on their faces while Rogue was the only one who didn't have an expression.

"He thinks this is funny, huh? I'll show that bastard what's funny!" JoJo growled as he glared at the White Dragon Slayer from the top guild in Fiore. He then focused back on Lucy. He crouched down and held the injured girl's shoulder. A golden aura surrounded Lucy's body, which began to heal some of the smaller bruises and wounds she had. After the process was over, Wendy began to use her magic to help out the injured mage. When Wendy was finished, Najotsu carried her bridal style and sprinted towards the infirmary. When he reached it, Porlyusica seemed prepared for the treatment.

Team B soon joined the rest of the Team A members as they waited outside. The old doctor came out of the room after 15 minutes. Her expression wore a frown while looking at the mages that surrounded her for data.

"Right now, she is not in the best state. But due to the immediate treatments that she received, her recovery will be much faster," the doctor stated to the participating mages. The relief was evident among the wizards when they heard her words.

"May we go in and see her?" inquired Mira and Porlyusica nodded in her direction. When they entered, they noticed Lucy laying on a bed, being covered in bandages around most of her body. Mira walked towards her and ran her hand through her hair while frowning.

"Sabertooth just made their enemies of the worst guild to anger," snarled Erza. The rest of the occupants agreed with the redhead despite no one voicing their consensus.

"E-E-Everyone…" a quiet voice gained all of their attention. It belonged to Lucy, who had tears gathering in her eyes.

"I-I am sorry, I lost again," she let out a few tears as she spoke.

"What are you talking about? You got second place! That's 8 points for us!" Gray tried to cheer her up.

"Your performance was great. You kept taking on those hits to help our team despite the harm it brought to you," Erza smiled at her. Everyone else then gave her a smile as well.

"My keys..," before the blonde could panic, Happy appeared in front of her while holding onto a set of golden keys.

"I got it!" Happy said as he handed the keys over to Lucy. She then hugged the keys while smiling.

"Thank you," were her last words before sleep overtook her.

"I wanna slaughter that annoying bitch and blonde piece of shit!" snapped the Joestar.

"You know you can't kill anyone in this tournament, right?" Gajeel questioned him but never got his answer due to the entry of the Fairy Tail guild Master.

"Since you are all here, this makes things easier," Makarov informed the group.

"Hello, Master. Is there something we need to know?" Erza greeted the old man.

"Yes, that is why I am here. Due to Raven Tail's disqualification, there is an odd number of teams remaining. This is very troublesome according to the administration so they ordered us to combine Team A and B. Now we need to reorganize and choose 5 members among all of you that are present," Makarov dropped the bomb. His children were shocked at the new development but understood the reasoning behind the decision anyway.

"So since the A team has one more point than the B team, will the new team get the average between the two scores?" inquired Laxus.

"No, we're getting 36 points," answered the guild master.

"Why? What the lightning rod says makes sense," Gajeel shared, which earned him a glare from the Lightning Dragon Slayer. Makarov just shrugged his shoulders as a response.

"All right, so the team will be…" Makarov started off.

Everyone in the crowd was really excited. The reason was that some of the fans began respecting Fairy Tail and it was just announced that a new team will be chosen from the guild. They were getting excited since it was also the day for a tag-team battle. The matchups were already being shown to everyone. Blue Pegasus and Quatro Puppies will battle each other and then Mermaid Heel and Lamia Scale will face off. The battle everyone was waiting for was the fight between Fairy Tail and Sabertooth, who have been on each other's throat since the Grand Magic Games started.

"We now present to you, the new Team Fairy Tail!" Lola shouted through the loudspeaker. When he was done, five individuals entered the stadium. The new team from the former top guild of Fiore consisted of Erza, Laxus, Gajeel, Gray, and JoJo. Some were slightly surprised at the addition of the new member since they expected Mira to be there instead of him. But there were many who were huge fans of the Joestar already, especially the children and the females.

"What a surprise! The new guy is a part of Fairy Tail's team! Although we already know that he can really stun you and I can't wait to see his other abilities!" the announcer excitedly thought out loud.

The first battle was between Ichiya and The Rabbit Man from Blue Pegasus up against Bacchus and Rocker from Quatro Puppies. The Rabbit man then decided to unveil his identity, which was a mystery among many. When he did though, everybody's jaw dropped to the ground. It was a cat with the same face as Ichiya.

"What the hell? Wait, is that a stand? No w-" JoJo's thoughts were interrupted by Happy's shout.

"Nichiya! What is he doing here!?" JoJo turned towards the blue exceed.

"You know who that is?" he asked his son-like figure.

"Of course! You know him too! Well, you did. He is an Exceed from Edolas. You remember the story we told you about?" Happy answered and Najotsu nodded as the situation became clear to him. Lucy and Wendy told him of their adventure at Edolas with Happy filling in the missing pieces when they were walking back to their guild from the training. He then focused back on the match and watched as Ichiya was getting his ass kicked by the "Wild" mages.

"Good grief, this guy is all talk," sighed Najotsu. He was however caught off guard as Ichiya suddenly stood up, without stupidly preaching about how handsome he was. His body soon buffed up and in one hit, he sent the Quatro Puppy mages flying, thus giving him the win. JoJo's eyes popped out at the performance.

"Wow, never judge a book by its cover, I guess," JoJo smiled as Ichiya carried his partner back to Blue Pegasus' waiting area.

"Next up is Mermaid Heel's Kagura Mikazuchi and Millianna versus Lamia Scale's Lyon Vastia and Yuka Suzuki!" was heard through the loudspeaker. When Kagura walked down towards the battlefield, her eyes made contact with Najotsu's and she gave him a small wave along with a smile, which he returned. However, he soon began feeling an aura of death behind him. When he looked back, it turned out to be the Strauss sisters. Mirajane had a smile on her face despite the anger that radiated off of her. Lisanna was the same except her smile seemed a bit more forced while the atmosphere around her seemed less tense than her sister's.

"Aren't you popular, JoJo?" Mira still had the same expression on her face.

"How do you know her?" Lisanna tried a little harder to smile.

"A-Ah, you know, I ran into her while walking through the city," he nervously chuckled.

"Really, well let's walk through the city together after dinner tonight. What do you say?" suggested the younger Strauss sister.

"Oh Lisanna, I was going to ask him the same exact thing. How about you let your big sister go first?" Mira insisted.

"Rock Paper Scissors? Out of 3 by the way," challenged the short white-haired female. Lisanna managed to win and Mira seemed to be sulking after her defeat.

"Don't worry big sister, you can go with him tomorrow!" Lisanna happily told her sister, which made her mood even worse. Everyone around the two sisters, including Najotsu, just sweatdropped at their antics. JoJo sighed but a smile followed after nonetheless.

He then put his attention on the ongoing battle. Both of the teams traded attacks and hits. It was basically at a stalemate. Kagura hadn't unsheathed her katana in the battle despite Lyon facing her. Millianna was able to dodge Ice attacks and Yuka nullified Millianna's binding tubes but couldn't stop Kagura's attacks. Over 30 minutes passed and the result was a draw. Najotsu was happy that Kagura's team didn't lose.

"And now, the battle you have been waiting for! It's the strongest guild in Fiore against the former strongest guild! Who will be victorious? Fairy Tail's Gajeel Redfox and Najotsu Joestar against Sabertooth's Twin Dragons, Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney!" the crowd erupted into cheers as Gajeel and JoJo bumped fists and made their way into the battlefield. Sting and Rogue did the same with smirks on their faces.

"Ah good to see you again, Mr. Najotsu," chuckled Sting. JoJo didn't reply to his greeting.

"We'll show you why Sabertooth will always be better than Fairy Tail," smirked Rogue.

"We'll see about that," Gajeel returned the smirk. JoJo remained quiet for a few minutes before opening his mouth.

"I like that earring of yours," JoJo pointed towards Sting's left ear, which had a crystalline earring.

"If you can beat me, I'll give to ya! And I really like it so it's not going anywhere," Sting replied but never received a response from Najotsu. When the referee blew the whistle, JoJo and Gajeel didn't waste time to sock Sting and Rogue in the face respectively. This caused Sabertooth's Dragon Slayers to take a few steps back. JoJo kicked Sting in the abdomen while Gajeel uppercutted Rogue, sending them both flying.

"WHITE DRAGON'S ROAR!" a bright beam shot out of Sting's mouth and approached JoJo. JoJo wasn't able to use his gun to create a barrier due to the attack's speed and had to dodge it instead. Rogue was thrown towards his partner on the courtesy of Gajeel. The two then stood together while smirking at their opponents.

"Even though you're not a Dragon Slayer, you are strong," admitted Sting.

"I've been enjoying our fight, Gajeel," added Rogue.

"But now, we can stop with the warm-up," the Twin Dragons then proceeded to engulf their bodies in an aura. Sting's was white while Rogue had a dark aura surrounding him. To the surprise of Najotsu, Sting appeared in front of him in a flash.

"WHITE DRAGON'S CLAW!" Sting's right hand was covered in a ball of light magic and he fired it at JoJo's bare body. It connected and JoJo felt a bit of pain. To his surprise, however, he discovered that he couldn't move.

"What in the world? Why can't I move? The previous blast was just a melee attack. Or was it…" JoJo looked at his chest and it revealed the reason for him not being able to move. There was a white circle with markings inside.

"That is my Stigma, which ceases any opponent's body movement. Now, WHITE DRAGON'S IRON FIST!" a white glowing fist connected with Najotsu's face and sent him flying. The Fairy Tail mages were beginning to worry about him now.

"That one kinda hurt. How the hell do I get out of this anyway? I can't even move my own body. I need the aid of someone else. Wait a minute…" DNA appeared in a flash and put its hand on the Stigma. The Stigma quickly disappeared. People couldn't notice the Stand due to the dust surrounding the Joestar.

"Alright, you Fairy! I'm gonna end this now! HOLY RAY!" Sting cupped both of his palms and gathered a sphere of light magic energy. He then sent the sphere to JoJo. Fairy Tail mages were really worrying right now despite knowing how strong their Fire Dragon Slayer was. They couldn't comprehend why he wasn't using his Dragon Slayer magic. The Fairy Tail mage took out his gun and aimed it at the nearing blast before taking a huge breath.

"HAMON PRISON!" a gigantic golden bubble shot out of his firearm and engulfed the light attack. The attack then exploded inside the bubble. The power behind the blast still forced Najotsu to take a few steps back. Some of his comrades let out their sighs of relief at his safety.

"I don't know what that was but I guess I gotta try harder. Now, this next move will turn even flames to ashes," Sting's right hand radiating a very bright glow.

"HOLY NOVA!" as Sting swung his fist at Najotsu, a dome of light covered where JoJo and Sting were standing at. Sting smirked as he assumed he was the victor. His smirk soon turned into a look of shock as everyone else in the audience when the dome of light disappeared. Najotsu was standing, seemingly unharmed. It held his Hamon channeled rapier on his left hand that was holding Sting's fist.

"You gotta try harder than that to beat me," JoJo stated before his right hand was covered by flames.

"FIRE DRAGON'S IRON FIST!" a blazing fist hit Sting in his jaw and he skidded back. When he composed of himself.

"You are a dragon slayer? How? The only Fire Dragon Slayer I know of is Natsu and he died 7 years ago!" Sting demanded as the rest of the viewers were also shocked at the development with the exception of Fairy Tail mages, Kagura, and Crime Sorciere members.

"I had a Fire Dragon's lacrima implanted in me," lied the Joestar.

"No matter, you are just a second-generation Dragon Slayer. We'll show you why we are stronger than you weaklings!" Rogue appeared beside his partner as Gajeel did the same. Soon, Sting and Rogue's body began to emit light and dark atmosphere. White scales appeared on Sting's face while Rogue's scales were black. The crowd was awed by the Twin Dragons of Sabertooth while Gajeel and Najotsu tensed.

"Dragon Force…" Gajeel whispered. Najotsu understood that Dragon Slayers gained Dragon like traits when they went into Dragon Force and this caused him to be cautious.

"Rogue, stay back. I can handle this myself," proclaimed the White Dragon Slayer. Rogue nodded and relaxed his body.

"They are underestimating us," JoJo spoke.

"Yeah, but I have this feeling, which tells me that they are strong," confirmed the Iron Dragon Slayer.

"He is right. I should take notes on his ability before I go on the offense," mused 's claim was soon proved right when Sting unexpectedly showed up in front of them with a burst of speed and clocked JoJo in the face and delivered a dropkick to Gajeel's chest. JoJo got back up and prepared to attack only to receive a light blast in the face, which knocked him down again. Sting noticed Gajeel getting on to his feet and kneed him in the gut to put him back down. Both of the Fairy Tail mages stood up together near each other and their eyes widened at the upcoming attack.

"WHITE DRAGON'S HOLY BREATH!" an attack like a Dragon's Roar, only more intense and devastating, hit them dead on. No one could see the outcome of the light beam due to the dust that blocked the view.

Once it cleared, shocking and gaping faces could be seen among the audience. The ground of the arena was completely destroyed and from some angles, the underground could be viewed. Dirt and mini bruises appeared on Gajeel and Najotsu's bodies while Sting remained unscathed.

"FIRE DRAGON'S BRILLIANT FLAME!" JoJo generated a fireball in his hands and threw it at White Dragon Slayer.

"IRON DRAGON'S ROAR!" a tornado consisting of shards of metal was unleashed from Gajeel's mouth. JoJo and Gajeel sent their attacks at the same time and instead of dodging, Sting prepared his own counter.

"HOLY RAY!" a barrage of light blasts propelled towards the First Generation Dragon Slayers and met their attacks, overpowering them without any difficulty. The blasts then descended upon their targets, causing a huge explosion on the underground. The spectators were unable to see the aftermath of the blows. When the smoke vanished, JoJo and Gajeel were spotted on the floor, absolutely out of it.

Sting let out a victorious laugh at the state of his opponents. The crowd was cheering as some fans held up posters of Sting and Rogue. The Fairy Tail mages were horrified and worried. Erza gritted her teeth at her comrades' condition. Lisanna and Wendy were openly crying with Happy joining them with their waterworks. Makarov frowned and shook his sadly for his children's loss. Mavis was barely holding her tears back. However, the cheering came to a halt when Gajeel's body slowly began moving. JoJo joined him a bit later when he as well started getting up.

"Ugh...He's better than I thought," Gajeel thought out loud.

"No kidding, I didn't anticipate to go through this while merely observing him. He's really strong indeed," JoJo stretched out a bit and then put a lit cancer stick between his lips.

"H-How?" questioned the White Dragon Slayer.

"Sorry, Mr. Joestar, but this opportunity is too good to pass up," thought the Joestar before opening his mouth.

"Yeah, we were just eying your movements and habits. Now I bet the next thing you'll say is, "No way! I was using Dragon Force!"," Najotsu replied as his answer attracted the attention of a few people.

"No way! I was using Dragon Fo-What!?" Sting was completely baffled along with the people who kept up with their conversation.

"I've had enough. Playtime's over," JoJo's posture changed as he began moving towards Sting's position, who was joined by Rogue. Gajeel took the same course of action as his partner, only to trip over a rock and fall into a mining cart, which began to move away. Gajeel's motion sickness prevented him from getting out in time and this only left 3 warriors on the battlefield. JoJo just sighed at his partner's carelessness.

"Well, no matter," JoJo's face gained a shit-eating grin, "That just means that I get to beat the shit out of both of you," he spoke while the grin remained on his expression.

"What's this? Najotsu of Fairy Tail has challenged the Twin Dragon's into a two-on-one battle! Can he pull off this upset and prevail over them?" Lola shouted into his microphone.

"You think you're funny huh?" Sting glared at Najotsu.

"I'm only here to fight Gajeel," replied Rogue with a frown.

"Are you underestimating me?" smirked the Fire Dragon Slayer.

"Fine then! Get ready to beg for mercy!" Sting shouted and both of them ran at the Stand user. Sting ran ahead of his partner and covered his right hand in light magic. He then attempted to lay a blow at his adversary only to miss as JoJo dodged it smoothly.

"SHADOW DRAGON'S ROAR!" Rogue released a wave of shadows from his mouth at the artificial Joestar. Najotsu looked towards it and smirked before his cheeks puffed up.

"FIRE DRAGON'S ROAR!" a stream of flames exploded from JoJo's mouth and it pierced Rogue's attack. It then hit Rogue and sent him flying back. Sting appeared behind JoJo in the meantime but to no avail, his punch was dodged and the blow to his abdomen from JoJo blasted him next to his partner. Rogue then sprinted towards JoJo with his katana out, which was surrounded by shadows. Najotsu took out his own blade before taking a deep breath. A golden outline formed around the edges of his blade as he met Rogue's strikes. Rogue's next few attempts were dodged effortlessly by the Joestar. A few moments later, Sting was rushing at him with a white light sphere ready in his hands. Najotsu was busy blocking Rogue's slashes so he took out his gun with his free hand and aimed it at the White Dragon Slayer.

"HAMON DISCHARGE!" a tiny bubble was fired at an unexpected speed and it hit the magic attack that Sting was holding, which exploded right when the bubble bullet made contact.

Rogue still kept coming at him with his blade but JoJo was either dodging or blocking his attacks, never going in the offensive during their show with their blades. Sting took a little time to recover and leaped at the Fairy Tail mage. He was met with a roundhouse kick to his face at the courtesy of JoJo. Najotsu then knocked Rogue's blade out of his hand and stepped back before swinging his blade.

"HAMON HURRICANE!" after he swung his blade in the empty air, a golden gust of wind hit Rogue and knocked him away next to his partner.

"We ain't done yet! C'mon Rogue, let's show this faggot what we got!" Sting yelled over to his partner, who began getting up and shadow was covering his left hand. Sting did the same but instead, his right hand was covered in light magic. The two then pointed their magic covered arms at JoJo and their respective elements started to combine.

"HOLY SHADOW DRAGON'S FLASH FANG!" a white and black beam of magic was coming at Najotsu. He put out his blade and took a deep breath before both of his arms were infused with Hamon. A huge amount of flames sprang from the Fire Dragon Slayer's arms and took in the form of two massive burning fists with a yellow aura.

"CRIMSON LOTUS: FIRE DRAGON'S FIST OVERDRIVE BARRAGE!" both of the fire fists completely absorbed Sting and Rogue's attacks and charged at the Twin Dragon Slayer's, who now had horrified expressions on their faces.

"BUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBUROBURO!BURO!WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" smoke and dust quickly filled the arena as JoJo's gigantic fire fists were punching the Sabertooth mages at a rapid rate. Everyone watching the scene unfolding shuddered at his last cry. Najotsu himself didn't know why he did, it's as if he had no control over it. He finally finished his assault with a hammer of fire fists. When the smoke and dust cleared, all of the viewers had their jaw dropped. Sting and Rogue were sprawled on the ground, completely unconscious. Their bodies sported many burns and cuts along with lacerations and contusions. They were surrounded by ashes and dust.

"FAIRY TAIL'S NAJOTSU JOESTAR DEFEATS STING AND ROGUE OF SABERTOOTH AND GETS 10 POINTS FOR HIS GUILD!" the crowd started cheering and clapping. There were chants of "JoJo" coming from the Fairy Tail mages, which seemed to be led by Romeo. Most of the audience however hushed when the watched JoJo walked towards Sting with his gun out. When he reached the injured mage, he aimed his gun at his head and pulled the trigger.

'BANG!'

The whole arena was silent. The silence continued while JoJo started walking back but it didn't continue as a cry was heard around the battlefield.

"STING!" Lector, Sting's Exceed, cried out as he rushed towards his best friend. His fellow Exceed Frosch also followed behind the brown-furred feline. They glared at the Joestar when they went past him. When they neared their best friends, Lector immediately dropped on the blond mage's chest and checked for the wound. He finally started letting out tears after he was done with his search.

"Thank God! You're ok!" yelled out the Exceed to the viewers' confusion. Some then noticed that there was no blood present around Sting's body and agreed with the Exceed. As JoJo walked, his route was blocked by Rufus and Orga.

"You're gonna pay for killing him!" Orga shouted while rushing at him with lightning dancing around his body and his fist out. JoJo grabbed his fist and kneed him in the gut, knocking the wind out of him. This caused Orga to cough up saliva and drop to his knees while holding onto his abdomen.

"He's not dead," confirmed JoJo, which got him many wide-eyed stares. He then continued after waiting for a moment.

"I didn't aim the gun at him. It was his earring that I liked a lot. He said that he isn't losing the earring to me today. I decided to break it along with those little shits' bodies so now it's completely gone and he can never get it back," explained Najotsu as he let go of Orga and brushed past Rufus' shoulders while making his way to Fairy Tail's waiting area. When he reached it, all of the Fairy Tail mages except for Lucy and Elfman, who were at the infirmary, and Gajeel, who still hadn't returned, was waiting for him. When he was noticed, Lisanna leaped off and crashed into his chest while grabbing his neck with both of her arms.

"That was amazing!" she happily claimed. He soon felt arms around his stomach and flesh in his back. He turned around to see that Cana was hugging him with a smile on her face.

"That was so cool big bro!" Romeo joyously said.

"Ah, it wasn't much. I didn't even use my Stand except for getting rid of the no-movement spell," he chuckled. This caused some of the wizards to shiver in fear.

"You almost gave me a heart attack, son! Don't ever do anything so reckless!" scolded the guild master. JoJo was confused but realized just a little later what the master was talking about.

"Oh, sorry for the trouble, master. I was not going to kill him unless this wasn't an official competition," Najotsu apologized. Makarov just sweatdropped along with the rest of his children.

After Lisanna and Cana got off of him, Erza and Mira took their positions instantly. Mira hugged him from the back while Erza did the same from the front. After they were done ogling him, the master ordered his children to celebrate a huge win. When JoJo turned around to walk back, Lisanna, Cana, Erza, and Mira were standing in front of him with smiles.

"Say, wanna go on another date?" suggested Cana while giving him a wry smile.

"Who said he's going with you?" Erza glared at the Card Magic user.

"We already made plans to go for a walk tonight," Lisanna stated as her eyes began twitching.

"Well then how about all of us accompany him?" recommended Mira. While the girls argued, they failed to notice the frightened look on their topic of argument.

"OHH NOOOOO!" was heard by everyone as they left the arena and when the Fairy Tail mages heard the shout, they knew who it belonged to. Most of the mage pitied the man while some males were jealous of his luck.

The mages in the guild of Fairy Tail were partying hard tonight. Despite the Grand Magic Games still having one more day left, they were celebrating their huge victory against their rival guild in the tournament, Sabertooth. Cana was drinking her heart out, Erza was surrounded by strawberry cheesecake slices, Mira and Lisanna were on either side of the Fire Dragon Slayer, who looked absolutely exhausted. Their comrades didn't know if it was because of his battle today or the fact that right after they returned to their lodging, all four of the females currently sitting around him basically dragged the poor guy to the shopping district in Crocus. He basically dropped his head on the table, ignoring everything else that was going on around him.

The wizards quieted down a bit when Gajeel made his entrance in the bar. This caused JoJo to pick his head up and see the cause of the change of atmosphere around him. When he ascertained that it was Gajeel, he got up from his seat and approached his fellow Dragon Slayer, much to the displeasure of the females that were around him. Gajeel gave him a huge grin when their eyes met.

"Salamander, you shoulda left the emo bastard for me!" Gajeel gave him a fist bump.

"I was getting tired of that blonde one running his mouth. So I just decided to finish it," JoJo returned the grin.

"Man, only if I didn't trip on that stupid rock," grumbled the Iron Dragon Slayer as he started chewing on some spoons and forks, causing JoJo to sweatdrop.

"I heard that you gave em the beating. I was gonna ask you to fight me now but we got more important issues than that in our hands right now," continued Gajeel with a serious expression on his face.

"What do you mean?" a confused JoJo asked.

"I think I should tell Wendy as well. Wendy!" his shout gained the attention of the Sky Dragon Slayer and she started making her way towards him.

"Hello, is there any way I can help you Gajeel?" she quietly asked him.

"Yeah. You too Salamander," he gestured the both of them to bring their faces near him, which they complied with. He then whispered something into their ears, which caused their eyes to widen.

"A-Are you sure?" stuttered the bluenette.

"Yep. Absolutely," Gajeel answered with no hesitation.

"Hmm, that is indeed very bizarre," stated Najotsu.

"Is everything alright?" Gray appeared in front of Dragon Slayers' group only in his shorts while Juvia followed him like a lost puppy.

"Yeah, what's wrong guys?" Lucy joined the group.

"It'll be better if I show you instead," Gajeel suggested.

In the streets of Crocus, Fiore:

A group that consisted of the three Dragon Slayers and their Exceed partners, Lucy, and Gray exited the party around 15 minutes after their discussion. After taking a shower, JoJo went from wearing nothing on his upper body to sporting a dark red wife beater that was cut above his. He changed his purple cargo pants into a pair of black joggers. He got rid of his black boots and wore a pair of gray high-top sneakers. His black and red scarf was tied around his waist like a sash, which contained his gun and sword. His white-scaled scarf was wrapped around his scar on the right shoulder. His blue string bag was thrown over his shoulder. His garb still retained his signature purple star earring with glitters and the chain with a "JoJo" necklace on it. His beanie changed from the gray one into a gold beanie with purple-colored spirals all over it. Happy sat on top of it while humming a tune about fish.

"Man, Lisanna was so stubborn tonight. And I almost pissed my pants when Erza and Mira were literally staring at my soul," shivered the Ice Mage. Before they left, JoJo's 3 dates wouldn't let go of him while Cana was already out cold. Najotsu was somehow able to convince the three women to release him with promises that included many dates. JoJo sighed at his comrade's comment.

"But you didn't wear your pants at that time," proclaimed the blue-furred Exceed.

"Hey!" retorted Gray.

"Anyway, what's with the getup?" Gajeel couldn't help but ask.

"Had to go for a change, ya know? I've been dragged around the entire town today while carrying those shopping bags. I needed a shower and needed to get rid of those smelly clothes that I was in," answered JoJo calmly.

"But you still have your black scarf…" the blonde Celestial Spirit Mage pointed out.

"Both of these scarves mean a lot to me. The black and red one was knitted by Grandma Suzie and the white one with the scales was given to me by my adoptive father as you guys informed me. Since this is the only object that connects me with him, it is an item of importance. So they both hold a great value to me," explained the male with multicolored hair.

"Who is Grandma Suzie?" questioned the Fairy Tail stripper.

"She is Mr. Joestar's wife. Remember the guy who taught me Hamon? That's him," Najotsu told him. Gray nodded at his answer.

"You're not feeling uncomfortable like last night are you big brother?" Wendy inquired with a concerned look in her eyes.

"No, I'm completely fine. Don't worry about it," he replied with a smile while ruffling her hair, which earned him a pout from the female Dragon Slayer but the joy behind it was pretty evident.

"We're about to go in," Gajeel gave then the heads-up as they entered Domas Flau. They walked for a little before entering a tunnel under the ground

"I can't see anything," Lucy shared with her friends.

"I got it," Najotsu claimed before lighting his hand on fire. He also took out a cigarette and lit it before taking a puff of smoke.

"You smoke way too much!" Lucy shouted while coughing a little.

"Sorry, but you gotta deal with it," JoJo gave his reply before continuing.

"Hey, wanna see a trick?" his words got the attention of everyone surrounding him. He took out two more sticks before he lit them as well and put them next to either side of his previous one, which confused the others. Their confusion turned into wide-eyed and gaping stares when JoJo opened his mouth wide and then let the three sticks fall inside before closing it. A few seconds later, thick streams of smoke were coming out of his nose.

"What the hell?" yelled the Iron Dragon Slayer.

"Are you serious!?" Lucy joined Gajeel while covering her nose with her hand.

"I can do this too," JoJo proceeded to open his bag and took out a bottle of rum. He opened the bottle and took a swig while the cigarettes were still inside his mouth and smoke was still being released from his nose.

"You've gotta be kidding me," Gray shook his head. Wendy kept staring at her older brother figure with a sweatdrop. JoJo was able to take 5 more shots before giving up. His cigarettes were back out again and he let out a chuckle before speaking.

"Jotaro taught me this. He could do this with 5 of them while having a greater time limit and taking a lot more slugs than me," he confessed to the group.

"Really?" deadpanned the rest of the occupants in the tunnel as they had the same thought. After the performance, they kept walking for 10 more minutes until they ran into what they were searching for and halted. They were taken back by the view that greeted them. Skeletons of dragons were scattered around the area. There were a few that had some of their bones missing.

"This is unreal…" whispered the blonde mage among them.

"HOLY SHIT! You were right!" Najotsu loudly exclaimed while drinking his rum.

"Watch it! Wendy's here too ya know?" Carla scolded the Joestar. He immediately bowed at the shorter female of the group.

"I'm sorry, I was just surprised. How about I teach you the trick that I showed you guys earlier as an apology?" JoJo offered.

"FORGET IT!" This time Lucy joined the female Exceed.

"You didn't even let me finish," sweatdropped the Joestar before continuing, "I was gonna say once she gets older, I would teach her the trick," he stated.

"I-It's fine, you don't have to do that," Wendy nervously smiled at him.

"Oh, alright then. But if you change your mind, let me know!" he grinned at her, which she returned.

"Alright guys, so since there are so many Dragon remains at this location, does anyone wanna take a guess at what happened here?" Pantherlily brought the question to the surface.

"I don't know, maybe they were locked up here?" Gray shrugged.

"Or it could've been a war or something like that," Lucy thought out loud.

"Yes, I am thinking along the same lines," JoJo shared.

"It also could've been a plague," Pantherlily added.

"Do you guys think that Igneel-" Happy started to speak.

"Happy!" Carla reprimanded her fellow Exceed.

"No, our parents went missing 14 years ago and these dragons died a lot earlier than that," Gajeel corrected the blue feline.

"Milky Way…" voiced the Sky Dragon Slayer.

"Hmm, Wendy?" Carla asked.

"Miss Porlyusica taught me a Dragon spell. 'Listen to the voices of the dragons connected to the river of the sky.' I guessed it was an offensive spell at first, but now I am doubting myself. Maybe I can use it to listen to the voices of the dragons' souls," Wendy explained to her comrades.

"If you can speak to their souls, then that means they could tell us what happened. And then maybe learn about our dragons too" Gajeel punched his right fist into his left palm.

"Well then, whenever you are ready Wendy!" grinned JoJo.

"Right!" she replied before picking up a stick and drawing a circle. After that, she drew another circle inside it and then began drawing letters and symbols. She finished and stood in the middle of the circle with her hands spread out before opening her mouth.

"Wandering souls of the dragons, I'm ready to receive your voices. MILKY WAY!" a ray of light shot out from the magic circle. It continued its course of action until sparkles started forming. It looked like stars, which left everyone awed at its beauty. Then ribbons of light began manifesting and Wendy suddenly clapped her hands.

"Found it!" she yelled out as a portal opened from the summoned light. Out of it materialized a massive dragon. It had jagged scales and two long strands of hair on its chin. Its nose was flat while the jaw was huge. Its eyebrows were thick and they looked they were white. It seemed intangible and the color of its scales seemed to be green.

"AHHHHH!" Everyone except Gajeel, JoJo, and Pantherlily yelled. Lucy went as far as hiding behind Gray, who was also shaking.

"OH MY GOD! It's an actual dragon!" the Joestar yelled out in surprise and awe.

"What's up?" Gajeel waved although his knees were basically trembling.

"Very intimidating indeed," Pantherlily was the only one who didn't hold a look of fear at the Dragon's appearance.

"AHAHAHAHAHAH! It's always fun to see humans shitting themselves in front of me! I am Zirconis, also known as the Jade Dragon!" bellowed the soul of a dragon. It then crouched down in front of Wendy, who was almost whimpering.

"That was Grandeeney's magic, I know it. So you must be her Dragon Slayer, huh? Well, you're sooooo cuuuute! I'd love to eat ya!" claimed the dragon soul.

"I'll beat the shit out of you if you even try," glared Najotsu.

"Tch, it was just a joke, you stupid species! And you think you can stop me?" chuckled Zirconis.

"Man, what's up with this crazy guy?" sighed Gray.

"I think you mean a dragon," sweatdropped Lucy.

"Well, a soul of one anyway," Gajeel grumbled.

"I am Zirconis, also known-" the dragon began reintroducing itself.

"WE HEARD IT ALREADY!" interrupted Gray with an exasperated look.

"What happened here?" Pantherlily asked Zirconis.

"We brought you out so you can tell us the truth," Happy explained.

"I possess no words for your kind. So scram before you get hurt" he replied.

"We're not humans though," Carla pointed out.

"Alright, it was around 400 years ago," started the Jade Dragon.

"That was easy," sweatdropped JoJo.

"Back then, Earthland consisted of countless numbers of dragons. Every day, the sky was filled with dragons that were roaming. We ruled the world. Humans were there too but to us, they meant nothing more than grub," Zirconis told the group, who now put their entire attention on the dragon's words.

"Then one day, an airheaded dragon initiated the belief that humans and dragons should coexist. This caused a rift between our brethren and it turned into a war between dragons who viewed humans as insects and the dragons who valued them," continued the soul.

"Wait, does that mean…" Lucy didn't have to finish her question to receive the response.

"Yes, to me humans are an inferior species," stated the dragon.

"So how did the war end?" Gajeel asked but the dragon completely ignored him.

"Hey, I'm talking to you!" he yelled only for the dragon to act like he didn't even exist. Pantherlily then decided to help his partner out.

"So can you tell us what was the outcome of the war?" questioned the black Exceed.

"It was balanced at first. Both sides had around the same number of casualties. It continued like that for a long time until the other side did something absolutely idiotic!" he growled.

"And what was that?" Carla inquired.

"They decided to teach humans the magic to slay dragons and then brought them into the war," Zirconis dropped the bomb. This caused the Fairy Tail mages to widen their eyes, especially, JoJo, Gajeel, and Wendy.

"So that's how Dragon Slayer magic originated, huh," whispered Gajeel.

"I hate humans but I will admit that the Dragon Slayers held monstrous strength. However, there was a huge misjudgment," he took a deep breath before continuing.

"Some of Dragon Slayers that had become too powerful craved for more strength. They began massacring dragons left and right no matter if their victims were allies or not. Amidst those slayers was one man that literally bathed in dragon blood. The number of dragons that he slew is innumerable. As he continued on his rampage, his body grew, his hands transformed into claws, his feet turned into talons, his back generated two pitch-black wings that were undragonlike, he gained scales. Even the thought of his name brings nothing but fear into me," the Jade Dragon surprisingly shivered, which wasn't affecting the listeners of his tale due to his last statement.

"A-A man that t-turned into a-a-a d-dragon?" Lucy stammered as her knees were shaking.

"U-Unreal," Gray muttered.

"N-No way…" Gajeel quietly said.

"That man took the life of every dragon that you see at this place, including me. The war that we had for such a long time was called 'The Festival of the Dragon King'. The end of the war gave rise to the Dragon King, who was named Acnologia," he stated, sending a jolt through everyone around him.

"A-Acnologia…" whispered Gray.

"He...was the dragon that attacked us, right?" Najotsu received nods from his comrades except for Lucy and Wendy, the latter due to the spell and the former since she was so stunned she ignored his question.

"This is what happened 400 years ago. Because of your kind-" his speech stopped abruptly as his soul started fading.

"Wait! We still have-" Gajeel shouted but Zirconis' soul already vanished by then.

"Damnit!" Gajeel kicked a rock in frustration.

"I-I am sorry, his energy completely disappeared," a dejected Wendy apologized to the mages while she kept looking at the ground.

"Nonsense, you did great. Summoning a soul, I don't think many people can do that. We already gathered enough information because of your effort. So thank you for such an amazing display of magic," JoJo gave her a thumbs-up as the rest of her comrades gave her a smile, which returned with a small one of her own.

"Alright, but we can't ignore the fact that we could possibly become dragons too," Gajeel paled as did Wendy and JoJo.

"S-Scary," Wendy whimpered.

"I don't think I'm gonna use Dragon Slaying Magic anymore…" JoJo spoke quietly.

"Don't be perturbed, that will not happen with you guys," an unrecognizable voice of a male suddenly called out, which alarmed the mages.

"Who's there? Show yourself!" the Ice Mage demanded.

"I listened to what that dragon said. His story matches the evidence we discovered through research regarding this matter. Do you know of the demons in Zeref's books?" he asked which caused the mages to tense, especially Gray.

"According to a theory, Zeref was the one that helped Acnologia transform into a dragon," the man's voice was becoming louder as a pair of footsteps could be heard. As the unknown person and his companion neared the group, Najotsu's eyes widened in recognition.

"Wait, that smell. Isn't that…" he didn't have to finish his thought as the owner of the voice made his appearance along with his partner. The man was very tall and muscular. He had wavy dark hair and a beard. He wore an armor around his body. It was the second person's entrance that stunned him.

"Yukino?" a slightly taken back JoJo said. She beamed at him once they made eye contact. She then took off towards the Joestar and sprung at him, bringing him into a tight embrace.

"JoJo! I'm so glad to see you again! And congrats on today's victory" Najotsu returned the hug and smiled.

"Thank you! I'm glad to see you too! Well, I see that you joined the King's army," he gave her a soft smile. She blushed and looked away for a bit.

"S-Sorry I didn't tell you. I didn't have the time to meet you. Please forgive me!" she bowed at him.

"Don't worry about it, I understand. And also I'm happy for you. Congrats!" he shook off her plead.

"Yeah, sorry about what happened," Lucy sent her an apologetic look.

"You...know?" she was surprised.

"Yes, someone was very descriptive of the events that occurred at that time. Right Happy?" Happy was sweating bullets at the smile Najotsu gave him, which reminded everyone of a certain barmaid in Fairy Tail. Yukino just giggled at their escapades.

"So what are you guys doing here?" Gray let his guard down for a bit but he still seemed the most distrustful out of the group.

"I am Arcadios, Chief of the Cherry Blossom Holy Knight Squadron," Arcadios introduced himself.

"And as you already know, I am Yukino Agria, a Temporary Sergeant," Yukino smiled at them.

"Due to a situation, we need the aid of a Celestial Spirit Mage. That is why we offered Sergeant Yukino a position in our ranks, which she thankfully accepted," Arcadios informed the mages.

"Alright, but as Gray asked, you still haven't told us the reason for your presence at this location," Najotsu replied in a calm manner.

"You're Mr. Joestar, right? Your performance earlier today made you a fan favorite," the Squadron Chief chuckled.

"Just get to the damn point already!" Gajeel yelled as he walked up to the man and got in his face. Before things could escalate, Gray pulled him back.

"That's still an upper rank, you idiot!" Lucy scolded the Iron Dragon Slayer.

"I am not the one for honorifics so Najotsu or JoJo will do fine. And may we please know what is going on? I don't like to repeat questions," JoJo's voice was still calm but his expression became a little tense and his gaze became harder.

"As you wish, Najotsu. So please follow me if you would like to know," Arcadios turned around and walked into the direction that he and Yukino came from. The group waited for a moment before complying with his request. Yukino decided to stay back and follow Arcadios with the Fairy Tail mages. She chose to walk next to JoJo while a red hue formed on her cheeks.

"So Yukino, why do you guys need Stellar Spirit Wizards?" Lucy inquired. The light-blue haired female's expression turned into a serious one before answering the blonde mage.

"If we are successful in our mission, we will be able to put an end to Zeref and Acnologia's reign of terror," Yukino's statement managed to get everyone to widen their eyes and shock them.

"Acnologia and Zeref, huh?" Gajeel murmured. The rest didn't make a reply as they let Arcadios and Yukino lead them to their destination. After a few moments of moving their feet, they were approaching a luxurious castle.

"Don't tell me this is…" Gray's question was answered before he could finish.

"Yes, this is Mercurius, the palace in which the King and the Princess reside in," Arcadios spoke. He kept walking as the mage followed the Chief. A few moments later, they reached a floor a level below and a huge door awaited them.

A gate would be a proper word to describe the structure. In the center, there was a depiction of the sun and the moon below it although it looked dim. The lower portion of the door, from the Sun past the Moon into all the way at the bottom, was painted navy blue with gold-colored vertical stripes added. The upper part was green with 12 split segments. In each segment, a hole was present. A drawn circle seemed to connect each hole and the Moon in a circular pattern. This pattern was surrounded by another circle. Two pillars supported its frame, the left one being green and silver while the right one was navy blue and silver.

Arcadios suddenly turned around and bowed at the Fairy Tail mages in an apologetic manner before opening his mouth again.

"Please pardon me for my previous actions. I was the one who designated the kidnapping of Miss Heartf-agh!" Najotsu grabbed his neck in a chokehold while his cold expression instilled even more fear into the man.

"Talk," he growled at Arcadios, who was barely breathing now.

"Let him go, you idiot! You'll kill him before he could tell us!" Gray yelled at him, which worked as he released his hold. The man was wheezing now. He kept at it for a few minutes before settling himself down.

"I-It's okay. T-That was expected," he coughed for a bit before speaking clearly.

"It is fine. I was too desperate in my situation. I assure you I intended to keep Miss Heartfilia safe this whole time. We just needed a Celestial Spirit Mage badly. So again please forgive me for my rash actions and allow me to explain what led me to make such a decision," once he received nods from his listeners, he began.

"This is the project we have been working on for the last 7 years. This is the Eclipse Gate. When the Sun and the Moon cross each other, you use the 12 Golden Keys to open the Eclipse Gate. When it is opened, you can travel 400 years into the past," Arcadios' declaration stunned the Fairy Tail mages. Whatever they had expected, a time-traveling machine was the last thing on their list.

"With the power of this gate, we can dispose of Zeref before he gained immortality. This is the Eclipse Project! Now you know why I have made those decisions leading up to this moment!" the words Arcadios spoke now had more emotions than he showed earlier.

"G-Go back in time…" Lucy whispered.

"We had another way of accomplishing our goal but the expected result wasn't certain. With the 12 Keys and a Stellar Mage, however, it is guaranteed that the gate will open. Does this satisfy you Mr. Najotsu?" JoJo nodded at the man but still had a lot in his mind. He soon looked up, catching his comrades in surprise.

"Does the Eclipse Gate have anything to do with a presence of dark magic?" Arcadios didn't waste any time giving a response.

"Yes, it does. Every year since the Grand Magic Games have started, the Gate takes away a small portion of the magic being used during the tournament. That is why there might be a presence of dark magic around here. Although how you have discovered the possibility of that theory, I do not know," the wizards let out a sigh of relief when they comprehended the situation. As long as they and their guildmates were not in any trouble, it was fine.

"The upcoming Eclipse is on July 7th, in just 3 days. Ms. Heartfilia, I'm begging you, can you please lend us your aid in our mission? We can take out the biggest threat in the magical world with your help," Arcadios pleaded to the blonde woman. Lucy was a little surprised and she seemed to be contemplating her choices.

"It would be greatly appreciated, Lady Lucy. I'll do anything in my control to assist in the elimination of the Dark Wizard Zeref," Yukino added. Her teammates were quiet as they let Lucy ponder about the proposition.

"That was the same day that our Dragons disappeared," Wendy stated with a dejected expression.

"Could it be a coincidence…?" Gajeel asked. Najotsu kept that in the back of his mind as he had more things to worry about. If they were going up against the Darkest Wizard in the history of Earthland, they will need to be prepared.

"Please let me give you my decision after thinking about it for a little," Arcadios and Yukino gave her nods in appreciation.

Out of nowhere, JoJo's body tensed and everyone seemed to take notice of that fact. Gajeel followed soon after. They both turned around at the same time. Gajeel transformed his arm into an Iron Pole and JoJo took out his rapier before taking a huge breath and enveloping his blade in Hamon.

"G-Guys? What's going on?" Lucy questioned with a little fear in her voice.

"Somebody is approaching us. Excuse me, I meant a group of individuals," JoJo answered her while Gajeel nodded in confirmation. Their eyes widened at that piece of information and some of them would've prepared if not for a voice yelling out and the footsteps becoming much clearer.

"Freeze!" many soldiers of the Kingdom appeared, all of them with their weapons out. In front of the army stood an old man. He was short and his back was hunched. On the left side of his nose, he sported a scar. He wore a black cap and black vest over a light-colored robe. His face showed a scowl as he glared at the Chief of the Holy Knight Squadron, who wore a frown on his expression.

"Minister of the Defense, what is the meaning of this?" Arcadios demanded. The old man, who was apparently the Minister of the Defense, glared harder at him.

"I should be asking you that! You're exposing top secret information to these outsiders!" he retorted.

"What do you mean outsiders? You know what part they will play in the upcoming days!" Arcadios shouted back at him.

"How can you be so sure about that?" Arcadios gave him a look of bafflement before speaking.

"Of course I'm sure! Everything has happened in the exact order that it was supposed to happen in! You just disagree with our intentions. So stop this foolishness right now!" the old man now looked downright furious.

"Obviously I'm against this! You are trying to change history! Do you know how big of an effect this can have? Can you even imagine the danger this can bring?" he screamed with all of his might. Arcadios just glared at him since he was correct from that angle.

"He does have a point, ya know?" JoJo agreed with the last part of what the man said.

"To change the past," Pantherlily began.

"You have to change the future as well," Carla finished the statement.

"I'm arresting you for treason, Arcadios! Lucy Heartfilia and Yukino Agria will be arrested as well! Banish the others! Guards!" the rest of the mages grew shocked at the second part of his command.

"Why those two?" Gray shouted at him.
"Tch, it won't be that easy," Gajeel growled before readying for an attack. JoJo followed the same course of action.

"No! You mustn't!" Arcadios pleaded at the two mages. They soon found out their reason when Gajeel abruptly stopped his attack and collapsed onto the ground.

"Gajeel!" Wendy ran over to the Dragon Slayer and started checking him over. The wizards from Fairy Tail were confused about why Gajeel was out cold before Najotsu realized why.

"The Eclipse Gate, that stole all of Gajeel's magic power somehow and rendered him unconscious. Am I right?" he questioned the old man. He seemed surprised that the Joestar figured it out before thinking out loud.

"I'm surprised that you figured it out. And I'm more surprised at the fact that you haven't joined your friend yet. If anyone tries to use magic near that door, their magic power will be absorbed completely, which will cause them to pass out. Well, prepare to reach fatigue in a matter of minutes," the Minister of Defense explained. JoJo, however, didn't waste time getting in front of the approaching soldiers.

"HAMON HURRICANE!" a horizontal gust of yellow wind rammed into the soldiers that were nearing them, sending them flying back. Everyone except the Fairy Tail mages was gaping at due to the event that transpired.

"Impossible! How can you still use magic?" the old man demanded.

"I got many tricks up my sleeve, you bas-ack!" Suddenly, JoJo coughed out blood as he held onto his chest and fell to his knees. Everyone's eyes widened at the unfolding scene.

"Big Brother!" Wendy cried as she sprinted towards him.

"Flame Brain!" Gray did the same as he knelt down at the Joestar.

"Najotsu!" Lucy yelled out in concern as she moved towards his direction.

"JoJo!" Yukino shouted as she and Arcadios tried to follow the blonde mage. However, the guards took advantage of the distraction and captured them right at that moment.

"Let go!" Lucy thrashed around but they had a strong grip on her.

"I need to see him! Please!" Yukino begged but the soldiers didn't comply.

"Darton!" Arcadios glared at him as the Soldiers finished putting the handcuffs on him. Najotsu coughed up blood a few more times and they were more violent than the previous one. He soon collapsed to the floor as his eyes began to get blurry.

"Why are you doing this? Isn't the Chief your superior? And get JoJo help right now! It's an emergency!" Yukino was letting out tears now. The Minister of Defense merely grimaced at the sight before turning back and waving at his soldiers to follow him. The wizards were defenseless because of their current predicament and they hated the fact they couldn't do anything to help their friends. Darton let the soldiers take away the three arrestees before looking back at the group of mages.

"I don't want to do this, but I can't allow the Eclipse Gate to be activated. But I will tell you this. His Majesty is a huge supporter of Fairy Tail. If you win the tournament, I will let you have a meeting with him so you can ask him to release your guild's member, which I'm sure he will consider due to his generosity. And bring your friend medical help quickly," with that piece, he left the mages.

"Why now of all times, dammit! Why the fuck does this keep happening to me? Is this because...of...someone's...magic?" He couldn't hear the pleas and yelling of his comrades. Soon, darkness began to cloud his eyes.

'WRYYYYYYYYYYY!' was the last thing that Najotsu heard in his mind although he was confused as to why that voice seemed so familiar to him.

Author's Notes:

Hope you guys enjoyed the new chapter!

I deeply apologize if I kept some of you waiting. My computer broke at the beginning of August and I just got a new one a couple of days ago. I didn't finish writing the chapter at that time and had to wait until I got a new one. Plus I lost my phone before the Coronavirus outbreak so I couldn't type on a phone either. So again I would like to say sorry for the long wait.

Also, the new chapter might take some time because I have summer projects to do for school. I couldn't really do anything about that during the time I didn't have my computer. I just wanted to let you guys know beforehand.

Anyway, I have some other ideas for fics. Do you guys want me to begin writing and posting them here before I finish this one or not? You can let me know if you want me to start by leaving a review or PMing me.

Otherwise, stay safe and take care!
