There's a great surprise waiting in this chapter!

Enjoy! ;)

Chapter 17: The Temple of Time

After being glad to finally get out of that frozen tundra with a shard of the Mirror of Twilight in hands, the heroes once again went back to Telma's Bar so they could know where to go next.

"Welcome back again, all of you!" Telma greeted. "I heard from Ashei that you ventured out in the mountains! It might not look like it, but she's dying to hear what you've found beyond the blizzard!"

Link chuckled. "We'll let her know."

"Good! Anyways, if you're up in the air about where to go next, maybe you ought to go talk to Rusl. He's in Hyrule's southern wood right now, checking out the lay of the land."

"Southern wood… That's where Faron Woods is!" the heroes thought before making their way to the table, where Ashei walked up to them.

"So, you guys managed to venture out into the blizzard somehow, yeah?" she said. "Well? Tell me what you found there!" everyone explained everything to her. "I see…" she mused. "You truly are a mysterious group… No matter where some kind of incident occurs, your names always seem to come up! Hey, don't misunderstand me… I meant that as a compliment, yeah?" she formed a small smile. "As a fellow worker in the fight to restore peace to Hyrule, you have my thanks. And may we all keep up the good work."

"We totally will!" Daisy exclaimed and then the group looked down at the map on the table and marked the exact spot shown on their map, which was somewhere at North Faron Woods where the Forest Temple was located.

"Looks like we're heading back to Faron Woods." Luigi said.

"Hmm… Come to think of it, one of the sages did mention that another of the shards was located at an ancient grove…" Mario pondered.

"And this ancient grove could be the Sacred Grove!" Peach added. "The same place where we found the Master Sword!"

"Indeed." Rosalina nodded. "Let's make our way there, then."

They used Midna's warping to teleport directly to North Faron Woods, where after changing back to normal, they spotted Rusl standing at a raised ledge just before the winding tree root that led to the Forest Temple.

"Hey, Rusl?" Link walked up to him as did the others.

"It has been a while since we took a walk in the forest, huh?" Rusl said, looking out in the distance. "Yes, and how our world has changed…"

"Yeah…" Link replied, sounding slightly saddened.

Noticing the sad tone in Link's reply, Rusl quickly changes the subject. "Say… Do you know about the far side of this deep gorge? Some say there is an ancient temple deep in the woods that guards a sacred power."

"There's a temple in the Sacred Grove?" the heroes thought.

"The ancestors of the Hylians created the temple… Signs of their civilization – ancient, but very sophisticated – are everywhere. If someone could obtain the power of those ancient people… Well, I am sure it would go a long way toward saving Hyrule." Rusl then faced the group. "Everyone… Would you all take on this task? Would you cross the gorge and find the ancient power sleeping in the temple?"

"Of course we will!" Yoshi chirped. "We've already been at the other side of the gorge before, after all!"

Rusl chuckled. "I knew you all would! And you said that you've been at the other side before? Interesting!"

"Okay so, Mario and his friends can easily cross those wide gaps with their unique jumping skills, but what about me and Link?" Toon Link asked Rusl.

"Easy, just use my partners here." Rusl said before whistling… and then two Golden Cuccos came flying by to him.

"Uh… Golden Cuccos?" Link raised an eyebrow as his counterpart had the same reaction.

"…Do you doubt my partners' skills? They fly like a dream! Believe me!" Rusl exclaimed. "Well, you two will definitely make it across the gorge with these. Wait and see, my doubting friends."

"If you say so…" Toon Link shrugged and picked up one of the Golden Cuccos while Link picked the other one as they all took off, passing by the same obstacles when they were previously animals until they finally reached the Sacred Grove's entrance, where the Links put the Cuccos down before they all walked back into the woods.

"Well, Rusl wasn't kidding." Toon Link said.

"I know, but still… how did he even get those type of Cuccos?" Link wondered. "I have never seen a golden Cucco before."

"Who knows?"

"Hee hee!" a familiar giggle came as the same Skull Kid that pestered them previously showed up in front of them. "Hello again!"

"Ugh, you again?" Midna groaned.

"I seriously don't have time to deal with his shenanigans again…" Daisy sighed.

"Aw, come on! It was fun playing with you!" Skull Kid giggled… but then he eyed at Link as he curiously tilted his head as he walked over to the Hylian hero while rubbing his chin in thought.

"Um, can I help you?" Link asked in confusion.

"You… You look familiar..." Skull Kid whispered. "You remind me of someone from a long time ago that would always come here and play with me." he sighed saddened while crestfalling. "Before long, he set off to some adventure that led him to a strange parallel world where I ended up getting possessed by a demonic mask… and it made me almost destroy that parallel world had he not arrived there to stop that."

"Oh… I'm sorry to hear that." Link frowned.

"It's alright… After some time has passed, he stopped coming back here to play, so I sought him out, wondering where he was but I couldn't find him again. I had a feeling that… he was just taking a long nap."

The heroes frowned at this, knowing exactly what had actually happened to this person that forever stopped seeing the Skull Kid after a long time has passed.

"But deep down, I still remember him… and I honestly believe that he's closer than I think." the Skull Kid looked back at Link as he briefly saw a transparent figure of the Hero of Time within him before it disappeared. "You could be the one who woke up from that nap, but I could be wrong…"

Link smiled and patted Skull Kid's head, much to the latter's surprise. "Hey, it's okay. I'm sure your friend that resembles me is still with you in your heart."

Skull Kid smiled back in response. "Yeah… and I bet he wants me to guide you to your destination." he then stood up straight. "So where are you headed?"

"The same ruins where you led us before." Mario said.

"Okay, follow me! I know a shortcut!" Skull Kid called out and led the way as the others followed him.

Soon, they were back at the temple's ruins, but in a higher spot that was unreachable due to the destroyed stairs, and then Skull Kid bid them goodbye and left. The heroes leapt down the ledge and had to fight off more Twilit Messengers and create another portal before they looked around.

"The sacred, ancient forest… So this was what they were talking about…" Midna mused.

"Okay… So… What exactly are we supposed to do here?" Luigi wondered.

Link eyed at the doorway where it led to the Master Sword's pedestal. "I wonder…" he pondered as he went through and approached the pedestal. As soon as he did, he heard a strange voice calling out to him:

"Master… Put me in the pedestal… It will show you the right way…"

"Was that… my sword?" Link blinked as he glanced at the Master Sword on his back, wondering how in the world is his sword talking, but then shrugged it off as he removed the sword from its sheet and stabbed it into the pedestal.

Outside the chamber, Link's friends heard a noise that came from the ledge above, where a statue that was blocking a certain door disappeared.

"Hey, what was that?" Peach asked. "It came from up there…"

"I can teleport us back up." Daisy said and waited for Link to come back to them as she used Farore's Wind to teleport everyone to the ledge above, right in front of the unblocked door.

"That felt… weird." Link remarked.

"I don't know what you just did, Link, but this looks interesting!" Midna exclaimed as they all glanced at the door in front of them.

"Where do you suppose it leads us to?" Yoshi asked.

"Only one way to find out." Rosalina said before they approached the door as it opened by itself… and only found the same area that was in front of them, only in black and white. "Oh… That's peculiar…"

"Well, let's try entering it anyways." Link said and they went through, and suddenly the whole area glowed and warped around them as they looked around in awe.

Unknown to them, the Golden Wolf, aka the Hero's Shade, was watching them entering said door before it closed behind them.

"This place does bring me back good memories… and you all are about to witness its original appearance before its decay of today…" he said before walking away. "…And who knows, maybe you might bump into myself when I was still living…" he then disappears.

Once the lights faded away, the heroes found themselves standing inside a grandiose-looking place that was structured exactly like the temple's ruins, only that it wasn't ruined at all. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi, however, were already recognizing this place: clear white walls with stained glass windowpanes lining them on either side, the floor was composed of black and white tiles, and a red velvet carpet stretching all the way towards a stone altar that held three shining stones on it… Doesn't this place look like the…?

"No…way…" Luigi awed. "It's… The Temple of Time!"

"The…Temple of Time?" Link asked.

"Yes!" Yoshi nodded. "I never imagined that those ruins we were in before were from the Temple of Time itself!"

"It was a place that existed during the era of the legendary Hero of Time." Mario explained. "This was where he got the Master Sword that allowed him to travel forward and back in time seven years."

"Oh, so this is the place!" Toon Link exclaimed. "So cool! We went back in time like the Hero of Time himself!"

"That's insane…" Link quietly said as they went down the stairs and went into the doorway behind the stone altar to see another empty pedestal. Link had the idea to put the Master Sword into it again like last time, and when he did it, a staircase made of light formed up in front and uncovered a secret entrance from the stained-glass window.

At the same time as this was happening, Link suddenly had visions appearing in his head, showing the younger Hero of Time walking up to that same pedestal and pulling out the Master Sword, then coming back as an adult where he met up with a certain Sheikah.

"Nnngh…" he groaned as he felt a slight headache by those visions. This groan coming from him didn't go unnoticed by the others as they shifted their gaze at the staircase to Link with worried looks.

"Link, are you okay?" Peach asked. "What's wrong?"

Link slowly put his sword back into its sheet. "It's nothing… I'm fine." the others exchanged glances before shrugging it off as they all eyed at the staircase.

"Okay, that's a new one." Luigi said. "I don't recall ever seeing this secret passage before…"

"I believe it might lead us to the next mirror shard." Midna stated. "So? Let's go!" everyone nodded and went up the stairs, and into the passage inside the stained-glass window.

It seems that the area behind the Temple of Time was highly advanced in comparison: it had many statues, machinery and mechanical devices built by the Oocca. The place was filled with details in gold, with murals depicting the ancient sages, and the Light Medallion symbol printed in multiple spots, meaning that this area could have been associated with the previous Sage of Light, Rauru, somehow in ancient times.

The heroes went down the path and were greeted by a large room, with a giant bell directly ahead underneath a stone archway, and twin staircases on each side. Up ahead was a large door, with a statue on one side and nothing on the other, which made the heroes suspicious at that.

"Guys… Don't you think there's something odd about that statue?" Midna asked.

"I think there's supposed to be another statue on this empty spot." Rosalina hypothesized. "Without one, the door remains shut."

"This makes sense." Toon Link agreed. "Besides, the grove and the temple's entrance always had matching statues on each side, but there's only one here."

"So we need to find the other statue in this temple that matches that one." Mario said as they looked around the room, and spotted a locked door behind them.

They went up the stairs and Mario launched a fireball at two torches to make a treasure chest appear that held a Small Key, and then they used it to unlock the door and went through, where Link stabbed a Young Gohma while Toon Link picked up a Horned Statuette without even breaking a sweat and placed it down on a switch in the middle to make the gates open.

"…That statuette is most likely made out of titanium, so how did you pick it up that easily despite your size?" Link asked before stabbing another Young Gohma nearby.

"Oh, it might be because I'm wearing the Power Bracelets." Toon Link replied as he showed the bracelets on his wrists. "With these, I can pick things up several times heavier than me without breaking a sweat."

"Huh, interesting…" Link mused as they all went up the stairs and dealt with some Lizalfos on the way.

Higher up, they got into a circular room where Mario used Din's Fire to defeat all of the Keese in this room, which caught the attention of a nearby Armos statue that came to life and began to hop towards them, only for the Links to use their own back slices to attack its weak spot from behind.

"Nice synchronization, you two!" Peach complimented as the Links chuckled at this before they all got the Dungeon Map from a chest that appeared, and were surprised at the number of floors this dungeon has.

"Golly! This place has eight floors!" Luigi exclaimed.

"This dungeon is definitely going to take a while to navigate…" Link trailed.

"Well, let's not let that stop us." Rosalina said and after the Links put down two Horned Statuettes on two switches to open the gates, they all walked up the stairs and went into the next door.

They found themselves in a large chamber with a large stone pole supporting a platform, and around its base were Baby Gohmas scuffling around. It was currently blocked off by an electric fence.

"These things are giving me the creeps…" Luigi trailed before they walked around as Link took care of a Beamos while the rest dealt with the many Lizalfoses roaming around.

After that, they went up the stairs where the Links crossed a gap with their spinners while the Mario cast just easily leapt over it, and then they went to the middle while avoiding the two Blade Traps as Link pushed the handle to lower the platform, taking them all to the field of Baby Gohmas before they proceeded to go to town on them.

The defeat of all the Baby Gohmas caused the electric fence to disappear, and after that, the heroes brought two Horned Statuettes to the fifth floor and placed them down on the switches to reach the next door. On the other side, the door suddenly shuts tight as they saw two Armos statues to which they proceeded to take them out to make a chest appear that held another Small Key.

They left the room and proceeded to make their way to the locked door they saw previously, and unlocked it with the key they just got. On the other side, Link quickly shot at a Beamos nearby before striking a diamond switch to move the walls. After going through a path that was originally blocked by one of the walls that just moved, Link shot the diamond switch again to put the walls back and reveal another path… and another Beamos statue that Link disposed of quickly. Going around the path, there was a treasure chest that surprisingly held the Compass.

"We got the Compass already?" Yoshi asked, not expecting to find the Compass that early as Link managed to do a perfect snipe at the diamond switch from where they were standing to once again move the walls so that one of them uncovers the path the heroes need to move on.

Going up more sets of stairs, the heroes tackled some more Lizalfos on the way up and reached another hallway with more walls that had to be moved by a diamond switch.

"You know what? Let's make this a lot faster." Daisy said and casted Farore's Wind to teleport everyone to the other side of the hallway. "There we go!"

"…Well that's one way to get past all of this." Mario remarked before they went up the stairs and into the next door.

It led them to a hall with lots of columns, a staircase to the left… and scuffling Young Gohmas and Baby Gohmas much to Luigi's dismay, which led him to destroy all of them with his enhanced lightning powers. After that, the heroes went up the staircase where they saw two large golden scales, each with a Horned Statuette on it.

"Up there!" Midna pointed up so the group got to work on adjusting the scales until they were high enough for the Links to use their grappling hook items on the medallion on the ceiling while the Mario cast did their high jumps to get up directly to the ledge above the scales and waited for the Links to get to them as they watched them using their spinners to ride the rails circulating the room and got to where the Mario cast was. Then, they all went through the door.

The room had a fancy treasure chest up ahead held guard by a fence with an Armos statue right in front of it, so the Links proceeded to take care of it while the Mario cast focused on the Helmasaurs.

"Hmm, actually…" Midna thought while looking at the fence and decided to teleport to the other side of it and got the Big Key from the chest before teleporting out as the heroes looked at her in surprise after they were finished fighting off the enemies. "You're welcome." Midna smiled.

"Nice! We already have the key to the boss!" Daisy grinned before they left the room and got back down on the scales.

This time they made it to the other side and got to the next door, and then Link immediately took out the Beamos up ahead before they all stepped into the circular room while making sure to avoid the Blade Traps. They made a left turn and fought more Lizalfos before they proceeded to avoid the several traps the room offered and got to the chest to pull out a Small Key.

Next, they made their way to the opposite wall while avoiding the rolling obstacles as Rosalina placed a pot on a switch to deactivate the electric fence. They went up and dealt with more Baby Gohmas and two Armoses to open the gates ahead, and then they climbed up and unlocked the door ahead.

The room they were in was wide and dome-shaped, with a small hole up on the ceiling letting in some light. Directly up ahead in front of the heroes at the far end wall stood a large statue on top of a ledge in front of a window.

"That must be the lost statue!" Toon Link exclaimed as everyone was more focused on the statue… which means they didn't notice that up ahead on their level stood a motionless figure wearing golden armor with its back turned away from them.

"Halt… Who goes there?" the armored figure asked upon hearing Toon Link. The heroes stopped focusing on the statue and eyed at the armored figure, who was slowly turning around to face them.

Once the figure was fully facing them, they could get a good glimpse at him and something about his appearance made Link's eyes widen in surprise: the armor that the figure was wearing looked strikingly similar to the armor that the Hero's Shade wears, and even the sword and shield were the same, only that they, along with the armor, were all clean, shiny, not rusty and lacking any leaves. And in place of the pallid and ghostly segments, there appears to be a white undershirt and pants, but unfortunately his face remained covered, as there was an additional armor piece in front of the helmet.

"That figure… It looks similar to the Hero's Shade!" Link thought. "Is that supposed to be him when he was still alive…?" it seems highly possible, considering that the heroes have traveled back in time.

"Who are you?" Peach asked.

"I am the guardian of this place… but I will not tell you my name." the armored figure said, and then he pointed his sword at Link. "You there."

"Me?" Link asked, pointing at himself.

"Yes, you. I challenge you to a fight."

"Alright…" Link drew out his sword and shield. "Bring it on."

Link ran over to the figure and slashed him, but he blocked the attack with his shield and swung his sword down at Link, but he backflipped away and then the figure attempted a jump attack at him as he blocked it with his shield, even if he was knocked back a few feet.

Link attempted to slash at the figure again, only for him to block it again, so Link rolled to the side in order to do a back slice, but the move was interrupted when the figure slashed him away with a spin attack.

"Gah!" Link yelled.

"Link!" his friends cried out.

"He sure is tough…!" Link thought as he got up just in time to avoid the figure's jump attack and then Link managed to strike him from behind as he groaned, then Link took the opportunity to do a shield attack and a helm splitter, which made the figure fall on one knee.

The blow of the helm splitter also caused that piece of armor in front of the figure's face to fall off, but since his head was hung low, the group was unable to see his face at the moment.

"You fought well…" he spoke before chuckling. "…but it has to be expected from someone who looks identical to me."

"Pardon me?" Link asked, putting his weapons away.

"I guess I'll just show you." the figure replied and stood up so that everyone could see his face… which was exactly the same as the adult Link from Ocarina of Time himself!

"Wh-What?!" Link flinched.

"Is that… the Link we've met in our first adventure in Hyrule?!" Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi thought, as they had been together with the Hero of Time once.

"Seriously, how many of me are there?!" Toon Link questioned. "Just who are you?!"

The lookalike smiled. "I am the Hero of Time… And my name is also Link."

Everyone gasped in shock, especially Link, Toon Link, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi.

"You… You're the legendary Hero of Time himself?!" Toon Link asked. "I've just heard stories about you in my era!"

"I see…" the lookalike mused. "Anyway, what brings you all here in the Temple of Time's hidden grounds?"

"We came looking for a mirror shard…" Luigi replied.

"A mirror shard, huh?" the lookalike asked, and then he picks up his sword and shield and put them away. "Then let me help you all accomplish your task."

"Really?! You'll do that?!" Mario asked.

"Of course. Besides, I know everything about this place, so I can function as a guide to you all."

"That'd be great!" Daisy exclaimed. "…Though first of all, you might need a nickname since we got three different Links here."

"Oh, right." the lookalike nodded. "You know, I think the nickname 'Time' will suffice. It matches my title, after all."

"Hooray!" Yoshi cheered. "Welcome aboard, Time!"

"Thank you." Time smiled as Link walked over to a chest and took out the dungeon's item, the Dominion Rod.

"A rod?" he wondered as he examined it curiously.

"Ah… That's the Dominion Rod." Time said. "From what I heard during my time spent in this place, it is a rod that can infuse ancient statues with life. Any statues brought to life will move like its master." he then pointed at the statue above. "Try using it at that statue up there. Just charge it up and aim the orb that appears towards the statue."

Link nodded and proceeded to charge the rod, causing a glowing orb to appear at its tip before launching it at the statue above. The statue began glowing with life, and then Link moved back a bit, and to his and his friends' surprise, the statue also moved back the same distance as Link's, resulting in it falling down from the ledge.

"Whoa!" Link exclaimed. "That's neat!"

"Indeed." Time said. "You can also make it attack as well."

With that said, Link tried swinging down his rod, as the statue did the same by swinging its axe down. After that, he decided to guide the statue to that bell-shaped structure at the exit, where it lowered down and the statue was gone from the spot.

"Huh! Now I see how we can bring this statue back to its original spot!" Midna stated. "We just have to control it and guide it to these bell things!"

"So you all need that statue for something important, right?" Time asked.

"We do." Rosalina nodded. "We need to bring it back to the entrance so we can advance further."

"Alright, then! Let's get going!"

The heroes were rather excited to have the Hero of Time himself to help them out, even if it's only temporary until they leave the dungeon. They all exited the room and got to work on taking the statue back to where it originally belonged.

One long trip back later…

"It's amazing that you know this place a lot, Time." Peach said as they all got back to the first floor of the temple.

"I've been using this place as some sort of training grounds for me as a properly matured." Time replied as he watched Link guiding the statue towards the empty spot on the side of the large door. "Because of this, I became highly familiarized with this place."

"Now it makes sense that you declared yourself as the guardian of this dungeon." Toon Link pointed out, and then Link managed to get the statue back in its place, as the large door's marking glowed green before it opened.

"Man, this rod is amazing." Link smirked as they walked into the next door, taking them into a dark corridor filled with pendulums, Blade Traps, gaps, rolling traps and Beamoses. Eventually, they made it to the very end and after taking down a few Young Gohmas, they unlocked the boss door and went in.

The boss room was dark, with only a few small patches of light with a large statue visible in each. The heroes took a few small steps in as they looked around.

"This room… I'm not familiar with it at all…" Time pondered. "I guess it's because I've never made it this deep into this place."

"Alright, sooo… What are we supposed to fight in here?" Midna wondered as they were all on guard… and then Luigi looked up as his eyes widened in horror at what he saw.

"G-Guys… Up there!" he exclaimed as he pointed up.

Everyone followed his pointing finger, and what they saw at the ceiling was a humongous spider with an armored body… and a huge eye on its back.

"The Twilit Arachnid, Armogohma!" Midna exclaimed as Armogohma began to scuffle around on the ceiling as she was blocking the holes in the process.

"That definitely reminds me of another spider that I once took care of…" Time muttered.

Eventually, Armogohma came to a stop on one of the holes and began to fire a laser from her eye at the group, forcing them to run away. In the midst of that, though, Toon Link pulled out an Ice Arrow and aimed it at the eyeball before firing it, causing Armogohma to cry in pain and fall to the ground next to the statue, in which Link used his Dominion Rod to make the statue smash the giant spider.

"Gotcha." Link smirked, only for Armogohma to get back up and scurry to the wall. "Or not."

"I think we need to focus on the eye more." Time advised as Armogohma got back on the ceiling, and now she proceeded to drop Baby Gohmas at them, but the Mario cast quickly disposed of them.

Toon Link did the exact same thing as before once Armogohma came to a stop, and then Link used the statue to crush her again, but this time, Time and the Mario cast leapt into the action and proceeded to attack Armogohma's eye repeatedly before she even had the chance to get back up. With enough strikes done, everyone watched Armogohma roll onto her back, turn an inky black, and explode.

"That takes care of it!" Link exclaimed… but then, the rest of the group saw something off within the smoke of the explosion.

"Hey, Link… We wouldn't count on it." Rosalina blinked as she pointed at the smoke.

"Huh?" Link looked at what was left of Armogohma… which was her eye, that for some reason became a spider, and then more Baby Gohmas appeared and proceeded to scurry away along with the eye, much to everyone's bewilderment. "WHAT." Link deadpanned.

"Okaaay…?" Yoshi blinked.

"…You have got to be kidding me." Midna groaned.

"I have no words…" Time trailed as Link proceeded to use the Dominion Rod on the statue closest to the Gohma group and made it crush them in one fell swoop, making Armogohma look like she got run over by the world's largest steamroller. And with that, she exploded after all of the Baby Gohmas did.

"Well that was… something else." Mario remarked, and then everyone watched the next shard of the Mirror of Twilight materialize into the air and slowly descent towards them.

"Three of the mirror shards are ours! Just one left!" Midna said as she picked up the shard. "Everyone… You saw how nasty that monster was, right? The evil within the shards is more powerful than you can imagine…" she puts it away. "You know, we could be assembling something truly terrible here… It could be something that we'll ultimately have to destroy…" she flies off and creates a portal. "We have to hurry! Let's find the last shard!"

"Right!" Daisy nodded. "The last one is in the sky, right? Let's go, then!"

"I'll wish you luck on your journey back in your time." Time said.

"Oh… You have to stay here at your own time, right?" Link frowned.

"I have to, since I belong here." Time then walked up to Link. "Remember to be strong and courageous, and you'll surely save Hyrule like I did."

Link smiled. "I will. It was an honor meeting a legend like you, Time." he and his friends bowed to him.

"You're welcome." Time replied. "Farewell!" he waved as did the heroes while they stepped into the portal and disintegrated. "May my legacy be passed down to you well, my future descendant." Time said to no one before turning around to leave the empty room.

To be continued…

Surprise! The Link from Ocarina of Time, aka the Hero of Time makes an apperance here! I really wanted to add him in order to further the connection of Ocarina of Time with the Temple of Time. Plus, having a third Link temporally joining them (and the fact that I even wrote a Ocarina of Time story in the first place) helps emphasize the fact that this story represents the Triforce of Courage, am I right?

In a similar vein, to avoid having the heroes fight off Skull Kid again, I decided to throw in a Majora's Mask reference. Just because I cancelled a story based off of Majora's Mask doesn't mean I can't add a reference in here!

Before the group can move on to the next dungeon, they'll have to restore someone's memories first! See you next time!
