A/N #2: It was great getting feedback for the last chapter, so I'll go ahead and get started on my thank yous for that! TORONTOSUN (Really happy to see you liked how I wrote the last chapter. And I was pleased you thought it was very good writing too!) and

Mb (I was glad to see that you thought they'd had a great day at the museum. And I'm not surprised you're doing virtual tours, a really good idea right now and glad they have that option open! I'm not surprised that what happened at the special exhibit surprised you, with Frida reaching out to Julia. And yeah, I figured with her being compassionate; knowing what happened to the artist, and thoughtful as you said she'd go to Julia in a very peaceful way and not negative. And I was happy to see that you loved seeing them relax too. You're welcome for sharing the first half! And I was pleased you thought the second half was wonderfully written as well! Really nice to see that you enjoyed Julia and Mari writing their diary entries about what they'd gotten up to that day. Glad you enjoyed too them in the pool and dinner, since I write about them at pools a lot, lol. And with you mentioning where Castle was telling Beckett he had the plans set for their trip to Mill Valley to find their past life house. I had to laugh at you saying that after that, boom but it's a good way to describe that, lol. And I was very pleased you thought the love scene they were hot, sensual and loving too! I also agree with you, that is the only way they can be. You're welcome for sharing the second half too!).

Thanks for the reviews, I enjoyed reading them and appreciate the time taken to write them out and send them my way!

A/N #3: The title of this chapter is a lyric from the song Las Brisas written by Ringo Starr and Nancy Andrews, from Ringo's album Ringo's Rotogravure.

Take A Sailing Ship

"And we are off," Skye said as their trajinera boat left where it had been moored.

"Are you going to explain yet why you have your guitars with us?" Beckett asked.

"Do I really need to?" Skye said in immediate response.

"I think she has you there," Castle told his wife. He wasn't surprised when she looked at him and said, "She does. But when will you play?"

"Soon," Skye said. "Let's leave it until we're out further," she added as the kids were taking pictures.

Smiling at the group of them on the bow of their boat, Beckett got her camera and took some pictures before she turned her attention to the canal they were on. They were heading in the same direction they had to the island earlier that week but were going to another canal before they would reach it. She then looked at her husband sitting at the table next to her and took a shot of Josie on his lap. "What's the matter sweetie?" she asked, seeing the baby appeared to be fretful.

"She might want to go down," Castle told her.

"We should watch her Mommy, Daddy," Eliza said eagerly, going over to them.

"Get the blanket we brought," Beckett said to her husband with a smile.

Julia watched, surprised, as her father was shaking it out in the shade before the bow of the boat. When Josie was set down, she joined her sisters to help watch the baby before she glanced back to see where Louis was. Finding him talking to her grandparents, she turned back to the others as Eliza was tapping her arm.

"Are you gonna play with us?" the little girl asked.

"Yeah, I was just seeing where everyone was sitting," Julia answered, smiling at Josie who was staring at her with wide eyes.

"What do you think?" Skye asked Beckett once the couple was sitting on their chairs again.

"About what? Doing this?" she replied with a smile.

"No, just heading out until twelve thirty," Skye replied.

"Oh no, that's fine," Beckett said, since they were going to disembark at a different point than they'd left from. "The kids will be happy."

"I think you guys will be too," Castle said, watching the two women. He laughed when they smiled and said, "I keep forgetting you grew up by beaches."

"We did, it's why my father made sure there was a pool at home," Skye said. "And why you married me grá."

Mary rolled her eyes and said playfully, "Sure it was. But really, we were water babies growing up and…"

Turning to see what the woman was looking at, Beckett saw Josie had crawled to her and she asked, "What can I help you with sweetie."

"Ababm," Josie began vocalizing. "Baaa!"

"Think she wants up?" Castle asked his wife as the baby was moving to sit up on her knees that she had recently discovered how to do.

"Here," Beckett said to their daughter first, holding her hands out to her. She smiled when the baby was trying to pull herself, but she couldn't quite get the strength to get more than her legs up slightly. She hurried to pick Josie up, cuddling her as the baby was whimpering and she kissed her cheek gently before saying, "Don't worry sweetie, you'll get the hang of that very soon."

"She's right, you're really close so I bet you'll get everything ready and be standing in days," Castle said, running his hand over her hair.

"Baa, amam," Josie was saying as she was working her lips a little.

"Exactly," Castle said, smiling when the others laughed at that.

Turning back to the view, Julia was still smiling as she looked at the trees they were passing by before she pointed ahead of them. "Look!" she gasped. "Lily pads!"

"Will we be able to go through them?" Ivy asked in surprise.

"We will, we'll float over them," Skye called after she'd spoken to the driver.

"Cool," Julia said, sharing a smile with Mari before they were all on the bow and watching as they were going over the aquatic plants. She took a few pictures before just admiring the view and once they'd gone past the patch she was looking back and seeing Eliza was standing at the table with their parents and Josie.

After they'd sailed for a little longer the McDouglas girls were going to their mothers and talking to them eagerly about singing finally.

"Oh, I don't know," Skye said, looking out on the canal and seeing some other boats sharing the waters with them. "They might be a bit upset."

"No they won't! They'll love your singing Mummy!" Iris said eagerly.

Skye couldn't help laughing and she took the little girl in her arms, hugging her tightly before she kissed all her daughters. "Very well then. Mary?" she said, directing the last to her wife.

"I'm ready when you are," the doctor replied easily. Mary reached for her guitar, watching as her wife did the same and she then asked, "What did you have in mind."

Beckett watched as the investigator leaned over to whisper into her wife's ear and she was smiling as she could easily see Skye nipping a little at Mary's ear lobe. When the doctor playfully pushed her away, she said, "Maybe we should just watch the view."

Knowing her friend was joking, Skye said, "No, no, we'll perform now. Ready?"

"I'm ready," Mary said though they were tuning their acoustic guitars.

"Okay, I'm afraid we don't have everything set for the song, but we'll do our best," Skye said.

Julia was trying her best not to become too frustrated, wondering what song they were going to sing exactly, before they finally started, and she smiled widely as she recognized it. She wrapped her arm around Mari's shoulder as they were swaying to the guitar playing before they looked back at the driver as he let out a short mariachi cry.

"Gracias," Skye called to the man with a smile before she turned her attention to the song as she needed to begin to sing.

Cross over the border
We'll take a sailing ship into the night
A sea without horizons
We'll have each other's love to hold us tight
On a starless night

Beckett smiled as Josie made a soft sound, knowing she was enjoying the singing, and at the fact that Mary was whistling where the horn section of the song would have been before she was singing with her wife for back up.

Oh, las brisas
Means the breeze will carry us like two birds in flight
On a starless night

Oh, Penumbra
Means the sunset that I see within your smile
Is the dawn of your eyes

Yo te amo
Means I love you like I've never loved before
Dreams come true, dear
When I take you in my arms forever more
Forever more

Oh, las brisas
Means the breeze will carry us like two birds in flight
On a starless night

Oh, penumbra
Means the sunset that I see within your smile
Is the dawn of your eyes

At an instrumental there, Julia smiled when both Mary and Skye started to whistle; knowing they were trying to make sure the song sounded like the original though all they had were the guitars. She watched the two women again, loving the way they were playing their guitars as they sang together for the next verse.

Penumbra
Means the sunset that I see within your smile
Is the dawn of your eyes

Yo te amo
Means I love you like I've never loved before
Forever more
Forever more

Ay, ay, ay, ay, ay, ay

Hearing some applause from the other boats near them, Skye waved to the people and shouted a thank you in Spanish. After they'd passed by, she said, "I know," as her daughters, Julia, Eliza and Mari had turned to her. "One more song and then we'll have lunch."

"What will you sing?" Louis couldn't help asking.

Skye was about to tell the kids to think of one when Julia was rushing over to her and whispering in her ear. "You're lucky we have the music already," she told her with a smile, murmuring to her wife then.

"Alright," Mary said. "What made you think of that one?" she said to the girl.

Shrugging Julia said, "I don't know, it just came to me."

"We haven't gotten to sing this too often so I'm looking forward to this," Skye said, getting her phone ready. "Set?" she asked her wife. When Mary nodded, she smiled and then pressed play for the music before it began.

Since the intro was longer, Beckett smiled at the investigator pretending to play the obviously electric guitar in the recording. She wondered how long it was going to last until finally Skye was beginning to sing.

Well the rest of my life lay in front of me
I was pedaling down the road
When I saw Nell Gwynne and her oranges
And I said I'll have of those
She said… move over busker, don't bang your drum
Move over busker, your time will come

Well, I was hanging around for a miracle
Struggling with a rhyme
When I saw Mae West in a sweaty vest
And I said I'll come up and see you sometime
She said… move over busker, that's not my style
Your chance is coming in a little while.

At the chorus, Skye and Mary were singing together, staring at one another before the verse after began with the music building up and the investigator sang on her own.

You've got it coming, come on come on
You've got it coming, coming to you
You've got it coming, come on come on
You've got it coming, coming to you

Well I've been waiting, but I'm impatient
No-one can hold me back, I want to stay with the action
But I won't get it, my great illusion
Will vanish anyhow if I don't grab it now

Julia was surprised when the investigator didn't sing the little verse there but saw her drinking some water and guessed her voice needed a rest before she was singing again.

Beckett was able to catch Skye's attention with the instrumental and when the investigator shook her head, making a downward motion with her hand she took it to mean she was okay before the next verse began and Skye sang once more.

Well I was hacking my way through the undergrowth
Juggling with my pride
When I saw Errol Flynn in a tiger skin
And I said, "You look satisfied!"
Well, he looked down at me from his motor home
And he gave me a dirty smile
He said
"Well yes I am but she's calling me
Would you excuse us for a while?"

Yeah, move over busker, your day is done
Move over busker my time has come

I'm telling you to
Move over busker (come on, come on)
I'll bang my drum (come on, come on)
Move over busker my time has come
(You've got it coming, coming to you)

Ooh, move over busker (come on, come on)
Yeah your day, your day is done (come on, come on)
Move over busker my time has come
(You've got it coming, coming to you)

Skye laughed at the applause once the music finished and she said, "Thank you, though it's an odd song."

"The lyrics are kind of weird," Julia said slowly.

Smiling Skye said, "You never know what inspiration might bring you."

"You couldn't sing again?" Fleur asked pleadingly.

"No, no, it's time for lunch and I'm quite peckish," Skye said, looking at her wife.

"Me too," Mary said, smiling at her and kissing her cheek before they were getting up from their side of the table.

Speaking in Spanish to the driver, Skye smile and tossed him a burrito they'd bought him for lunch, nodding to his thanks before she went to the table with her wife with the other food.

Since they were quiet while they were stating to eat, the families could hear the sounds around the canal before they heard something that made them look to the shores to see where it was.

"It's cows!" Eliza exclaimed, looking at them on the grass where they were soon raising their heads to watch them sail by.

Looking on as the kids were waving to the animals, Castle laughed and then said, "Guys, your food is going to get cold."

"I don't think they care," Jim said with a smile, watching them settle back in their chairs.

"Oh, I think we're going to turn," Skye commented.

Looking out at the water and seeing they were coming to another canal, Beckett said, "This trip went fast."

"Since we didn't need to go to the island…" Skye began, smiling.

"But it is a shame it was that fast," Martha said.

"I know, it'd beautiful doing this for hours," Alexis said.

"Some people do," Mary said.

"You mean those people on the boats we saw?" Iris asked.

"Maybe," Skye said, running her hand over the back of Ivy's hair as the little girl was sitting next to her. "For now there is us and we have a little more time left for today."

"Are we still going to go out of the hotel for dinner?" Julia asked.

"Yes, why?" Castle asked her.

Smiling Julia said, "Could we go to a place that has paletas?"

"Interesting," Skye said as Castle and Beckett looked at her and Mary. "And yes we can."

"You can answer just like that?" Alexis said in surprise.

"Of course; I have been here before," Skye replied. She then said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of things tonight which will be tonight."

As the kids were laughing Beckett noticed they'd finished their food and said, "Go ahead back to the bow to see where we'll come in."

"How much longer is that?" Eliza asked.

"Who knows?" Castle said with a shrug.

"Also who cares," Mary added. She smiled when the girls looked at her and said, "It's our vacation after all."

"She's right," Mari said before they were looking back to the canal.

Though she tried to make the trip last as long as possible; by looking at the clock on the screen of her camera repeatedly; Julia sighed when the boat turned to dock alongside some other boats.

"Okay," Castle said once they had tipped the driver and had disembarked. He wasn't surprised when the kids were looking around before he said, "We're going to drive back you know."

"In traffic?" Marie asked.

"In traffic," Mary said with a nod.

"And that'll take some time," Skye added. "Which hopefully you kids won't mind."

"Hopefully it won't take forever!" Kathleen said. "We still need to swim."

"I knew they'd say that," Skye said in amusement to her wife and friends before they were getting taxi vans to take to the hotel.

Though there was traffic the kids were taking pictures of the city; urged to by the adults riding with them; and luckily the drive seemed to them to take less time than they'd thought it would. They split up at the elevators, though they were soon meeting on the floor the others were sharing and split up again at their rooms, Julia and Mari going into their suite on their own.

"I'm glad I don't need any help getting ready," Mari commented.

"Oh, I know," Julia replied with a nod. "But that was so much fun."

"It was," Mari said. "Did you see the sign that said tienda?"

"Yeah, that means-" Julia started to say, thinking her friend didn't know the translation though she should since she had learned the same as she had.

"I know it means store," Mari said firmly. "But that was cool, there were steps and a place to tie up the boat."

"Did you want to go?" Julia asked her friend with a smile.

"Sorta, but it was probably like a convenience store huh?" Mari asked her.

"Probably," Julia said, nodding. She then grabbed her bathing suit and went to the bed before she said, "But still, it's a good idea. I bet people go all the time."

"Yeah," Mari said absently as she was then taking off her clothes. She and Julia were facing away from one another before they were turning to each other as they finished. "How can we do that all the time?" she asked after they'd stopped laughing at each other.

"I don't know," Julia said as they always managed to turn at the same time when they had finished changing. "But at least we finished." She went to get her sundress cover before she was pulling it on and then smoothing her hair down before she checked to make sure her friend was ready. Once she was sure she was, they got their sandals and towels before they were going to the door connected to the other room.

"Hello girls," Martha said when she'd opened the door to them. "Are you ready?"

"Yep, are you? Josa?" Julia asked.

"She is," Eliza said, walking over with their little sister in her arms.

"Good," Julia said absently as she was waving to the baby.

"Is your door locked?" Martha asked the two then.

"It is," Mari said. "Julia has the key."

"Yep," the girl said, holding up the card. Julia was about to ask if they were going to leave from the other room when there was a knock on the door. "Could I open it?" she asked.

"Go ahead, I get the feeling it's your parents," Martha said with a smile as she watched all three girls hurry over to the door.

"It's them," Julia said after looking through the peephole. She opened the door and said, "We're all ready."

"Hey, even you Mother?" Castle asked her.

"I am," Martha said, putting on her straw hat for the outdoors. "And these three are of course." She heard Josie squealing in her mother's arms and said with a smile, "Make that the four of them."

"We're going right now," Beckett said as she was smiling at the baby. She then kissed her cheek lovingly before they left the room and went to the elevators. When they didn't meet anyone else but Jim on the way she looked at her husband and said jokingly, "I didn't know it was siesta."

"That's supposed to be my line," Castle said in mock annoyance. He then said, "I guess they're taking a little more time."

"Maybe 'lexis and Louis are kissing," Eliza said seriously. She looked at her big sister and Mari when they were snorting in laughter and was going to ask what was wrong with what she'd said when her grandfather was squeezing her shoulder.

"They'll probably be in the next elevator," Jim told her gently.

"Oh… okay," Eliza said before she looked at her sister and stuck her tongue out at her.

"Sorry Lizzy, it was kinda funny what you said," Julia said as her mother was looking pointedly at her.

"Eliza," Beckett said when they stepped off the elevator where the pool was.

"Sorry," the little girl said. "You made me mad; you laughed at me."

"I know, I hated it when Mom and Dad were laughing at something I said," Julia said with a nod. She waited until they were out on the pool deck before she said, "But sometimes what you say is funny or it's cute."

Eliza smiled at that and asked as they were getting some lounge chairs, "Will we do that with Josa?"

"Probably," Mari said. She smiled when the two looked at her and was about to speak when she noticed people coming out onto the deck. "Oh, there's your sister and Louis," she said.

"Hi 'lexis!" Eliza said, going over to her and trying not to run. "We got here first."

"I see that," Alexis said with a smile. "And I'm glad we were able-" she started to say before she looked at the door to the hotel.

"Great, we're all here," Skye said as she and her family were walking out to them.

"And you have your guitar again," Castle commented. "Just you this time though."

"Yes I do, my lovely wife wants just me to perform… if I do," Skye said.

When the McDouglas girls protested that Beckett said, "I think they don't like that idea."

"Of course not," Skye said, rolling her eyes.

Knowing her friend wasn't serious, Beckett turned to Josie and finished putting sunscreen on her before she picked her up to take her over to the steps into the water.

"When are you going to sing Mummy?" Iris asked her.

"Oh… I suppose when we might need a break," Skye replied after thinking that over for a moment. "But we'll see, I'd like to swim first with you."

After they'd gotten into the water, Castle and Beckett were helping Josie around for a little bit before they gave her to Jim so they could swim themselves.

After they were with the others at the end of the pool, Beckett said, "What're you doing?" as Julia was talking to Mari and Kathleen.

"Nothing, did you think I was trying to plan something?" Julia asked. "Mom," she said in mock annoyance.

"Sorry, I thought of your dad watching you two talking like that," Beckett answered with a smile. She wasn't surprised when the two girls laughed before she watched them swimming away. "Having fun?" she asked.

"Yeah, but I'm still not sure if I want to go back home more or stay here," Julia said.

"I know what you mean, I've been enjoying that myself," Beckett said, kissing her temple. "But we do have Spain to look forward to."

"Yeah, and then I'll feel the same way about there," Julia said before they were laughing. She then said, "Are you excited about going to San Francisco?" She saw the way her mother was looking at her and then rushed to add, "I'm not jealous, I know we can't go 'cause of school but you did promise we would go someday."

"And we will," Beckett said, stopping there as she didn't want to tell her about their plans for Memorial Day yet.

"You'll call us, right?" Julia asked.

"Don't worry," Beckett told her reassuringly. "We were planning on it. Want to swim?"

"Yep," Julia said before they were letting go of the side of the pool they'd moved to and were going over to the shallow end where everyone else was.

"We're going to go ahead and play some volleyball," Castle commented when he saw his wife. He smiled when Julia hugged him, and he did the same with one arm before he handed her the bouncy ball he was holding.

"Here Mom," Julia said, handing that to Beckett.

"Are you sure?" she asked her daughter. Beckett wasn't surprised when her daughter nodded seriously and she said, "Okay, let's go ahead and start."

As they were hitting the ball back and forth, Martha went into the water and sat on the top step next to Jim. "Were you surprised they didn't have anywhere else to go?" she asked him.

"Slightly," Beckett's father said, letting her take Josie. "But I knew the boat and traffic would take a while. Plus, the kids would like to go swimming after dinner too."

"And dessert," Martha said.

Laughing softly Jim said, "I wasn't surprised she mentioned the paletas. She loved that place in the city."

"I think that's the one thing she doesn't like about the Hamptons," Martha said. "Eliza as well since she's gone there too."

"Will I be on my own when they leave?" Jim asked her.

"I'm afraid so, I need to finish before our summer vacation," Martha replied, knowing he was asking about their children's plans to go to San Francisco. "Maybe ask Alexis and Louis to move in for the time being; it's only a little longer weekend."

"We already did that," Castle asked, coming over to get the bouncy ball near them. "And they agreed so you'll have help Jim. You're sure you're okay with Josie too?"

"I will be," Beckett's father assured him. "I think you need to get back to your game though," Jim added with a smile.

"Daddy!" Eliza was crying out.

"Hold on, I'm coming," Castle said as he swam to them to start the game again.

The group played for a little longer until the parents were telling the kids to stop so they could take a break. As soon as they were out of the pool the McDouglas girls were begging their mother to sing before Julia, Eliza and Mari were joining in.

"Hold on, hold on," Skye told then, grabbing a towel. "I think I know what we can do instead."

"Instead?" Julia asked in surprise.

"Yeah, why instead Mummy, we wanted to 'ear you sing," Fleur told her.

"Let me explain before you decide," Skye said. "What if we all sing together."

"From The Sound of Music?" Castle asked.

Shooting him a look Skye said, "No, one they'll all know I believe. Though I'll need to sing the verses."

"What song are you thinking of?" Beckett asked her friend. When she motioned her and Castle over to her and Mary and told them, she looked back at the kids who were watching them and said, "They do know the lyrics." She was going to continue but the investigator was talking first and making her laugh at what she ended up saying.

"Though I get the feeling I should tell them," Skye said before she turned to the kids who were watching them.

"What if we want you to sing Mum?" Marie asked her.

"I'm not surprised," Mary said as her wife was shrugging. "What do you think?" she was surprised when the investigator wasn't' answering and instead played a little on her guitar.

"What song is that?" Louis asked as all the kids gasped.

"I'm not going to say," Alexis told him with a smile. "They'll start right now."

"No, just Skye," Mary said.

"Grá-" the investigator said with a slight frown.

"Your vocals can handle it," Mary replied. "But don't worry," she added quickly as she put her hand on her wife's arm. "I'll be back up for you."

"Thanks for that at least," Skye said, drying her hands one more time to make sure they were set to play. She waited for her wife to get her phone ready, smiling as she saw more than a few surprised expressions since she had her guitar in hand.

When the music started Beckett could understand why the two women were using the phone as the Traveling Wilburys song had too much for them to perform with the acoustic. She smiled as the kids were jumping around, starting to dance during the intro before Skye was starting to play her guitar with the music. When the horn began, the two women were vocalizing before they started to sing, Skye soon on her own though Mary was joining her when she needed to as she'd promised.

Margarita, ah
Margarita, ah

It was in Pittsburgh, late one night
I lost my hat, got into a fight
I rolled and tumbled till I saw the light
Went to the Big Apple, took a bite

Watching Skye's hand on the neck of her acoustic, Beckett eventually exchanged a look with her husband as she could tell the investigator longed to be playing the slide guitar part of the music. But when Mary put her hand on her wife's arm she smiled at her friend while she looked out at all of them before the two were singing the next verse in concert.

Still the sun went down your way
Down from the blue into the gray
Where I stood, I saw you walk away
You danced away

By that time the other kids had stopped dancing and were just watching the two women while Julia and Mari were still dancing. But they stopped at the same time right before the next verse, since they loved how it was sung. That time was no different as they shared wide smiles at the women's vocals since they sang together again.

I asked her what we're gonna do tonight
She said, "Cahuenga langa-langa-shoe box soup"
We better keep tryin' till we get it right
Tala mala sheela Jaipur dhoop

After another brief instrumental, Beckett was startled when Skye sung the last lyric on her own instead of Mary. But the two were singing together until the music was slowly fading away.

She wrote a long letter on a short piece of paper
Oh, Margarita

Applauding with the others Alexis couldn't help asking, "I thought Tom Petty sang the line about the letter."

"He does," Skye said wryly. "And you should have grá."

"No chance Rose," Mary replied. "It sounds way better with your accent."

While the two women were sharing a kiss, Castle noticed the McDouglas girls were sharing delighted smiles. He'd been about to comment on that when his wife grabbed his arm and he glanced at her before taking her hand and saying, "She's right, that was nice. You don't have an electric, do you?"

"No, I wish I did because I really could have played that," Skye said, sighing. She smiled when Fleur came over to her and wrapped her arms around her neck before she kissed her cheek. "Thank you, lass, but as it stands that was enough."

"One more song?" Iris asked shyly.

Laughing Skye said, "I knew that was going to happen. Why don't I just play and not sing?"

"Will you make it up?" Mari asked suddenly. She blushed when some of the others looked at her and then said, "Can… can you do that?"

"I can, Mary too though she didn't bring hers down with us," Skye told her wife.

"Serenade me," the doctor said. Mary laughed when her wife rolled her eyes and she told the others, "She did that for me while we dated."

"And as I seem to recall you told me I was a showoff," Skye commented.

"Oh of course," Mary said. She then cupped her wife's face in her hands and told her lovingly; though the others were watching them; "But I didn't mind in the slightest."

Beckett looked away from the couple and looked at her daughters, seeing that Julia was talking softly to Mari while Eliza was giggling softly as Fleur was beaming at her mothers. When she heard the guitar being strummed, she looked back at the two women and saw Skye was starting to play. It was quiet and simple, and she had to wait when the investigator paused before she said, "You are bringing that to Spain aren't you?"

"I get the feeling they'd want me to perform in Carbajales," Skye replied, playing a jota tune.

"How did you learn that?" Jim asked in surprise.

"We were watching the dances on YouTube," Skye explained. "I enjoyed the guitar, so I really wanted to learn."

"They probably will want you to play once they find out you can do that," Jim then said as his daughter was looking at him.

"It's why I practice," Skye said. She then took off her guitar and said to the kids groaning, "I would like to swim until we need to head in to change for dinner."

"Come on," Julia said, grabbing Mari's hand though she was talking to all the other kids. They hurried as fast as they could to deep end and then jumped in, making sure they were well apart before they were submerged in the water.

"Will you play again later?" Castle was asking Skye as they and their wives were going to the steps.

"I may have something in mind," the investigator replied.

"It sounds like you do," Beckett said with a smile, laughing when her friend lightly pinched her elbow. They went under the water and then swam together to the deep end where their kids were to spend time with them until they needed to leave for dinner.
