Chapter 14
Cullen House
Forks, Washington
October 2033
Two Killed in Accident On Reservation
Ephraim and William Black were killed on Sunday, October 31, 2033 when the car they were driving lost control and careened off a cliff on the La Push Reservation. Police have recovered the car and the bodies of both men after witnesses saw the car go into the water. Funeral services will be held on November 2, 2033.
"Oh, poor Jacob," Esme said to Carlisle. "We should probably reach out to Rachel and see if there is anything she and Jake need."
Carlisle thought that was a good idea. "We can ask Jasper if he thinks there is anything. "
They went upstairs to Jasper's room, unsurprised by the girlish giggle coming from inside. Alice had been at their house practically every day since the first day of school, which had shocked them since Jasper already had a girlfriend. He told them they were over and never to bring Tanya up again, especially in front of Alice.
While the giggle wasn't unusual, the moan that followed certainly was. They didn't delude themselves; they knew their teenage son was having sex. But they certainly did not condone it happening in their house while they were home and awake.
"Jasper," Carlisle called, knocking on the door, "open this door, young man!"
"Fuck off, I'm busy."
Carlisle knocked again harder, pissed that he was being disrespected in his own home. "Open this door right now, young man, and I mean it."
They heard the bed squeak as Jasper rose from the bed and the thumping of feet as he approached the door. The door was wrenched open.
Jasper stood shirtless, hair in complete disarray, with his pants unbuttoned and gaping open. Esme has to avert her eyes for fear of seeing a part of her son she hadn't seen since he was four and started showering by himself. Carlisle did his best not to flinch in the face of his son's fury.
"If the two of you don't leave us the fuck alone, right the fuck now, I will gut you like fish. Understand me?" He growled while the girl laughed.
"I think it's time your lady friend went home, Son."
"I think you should mind your fucking business. I'll decide when she needs to go, and right now, I need to get in that sweet pussy. So if you wouldn't mind."
With that, Jasper slammed the door in their faces and turned the lock. They could hear the squeak of the bedsprings again and the girl's laughter ring out before moaning again.
"That's it, Sugar, give me one more, then you can get a piece of this."
Sickened by the threat from their son, Esme and Carlisle decided the best course of action was to do as he said and leave them be. Neither of them deluded themselves they would be talking to him about his behavior later.

McCarty House
Forks, Washington
December 2033
Emmett McCarty hated Jasper Cullen. For one, he had heard sounds coming from his daughter's room that no father should hear. Second, he was a disrespectful little shit. And third, he scared him more than his own child did—and considering he thought his daughter murdered someone at the age of three, that was saying something.
He knew they were currently upstairs doing things he didn't want to admit his daughter was doing. But he did not have the balls to try to stop them. No, he was content to pretend it wasn't happening and just keep reading the paper.
The front door opened and Rosalie walked in with the groceries she had been out to pick up. She had frowned when she saw the Mustang parked out front knowing her daughter's boyfriend was over again. Rosalie couldn't stand him; she knew the feeling was mutual.
She was relieved when Emmett came to help her bring in the groceries and put them away. The job took less time, and once they finished, they collapsed into chairs; Rosalie picking up the newspaper Emmett had dropped when she came home.
Two Killed in Warehouse Fire
Tyler Crowley the first and second, were killed in an explosion and subsequent fire at their sporting goods warehouse the other day. Sources say...
Rosalie couldn't think of why those names were familiar, but for some reason, they were.
