* All Zootopia characters in this chapter belong to Disney, especially the Panda one.

* The "Fourth Wall" has been broken again! Let's see if you can find three of them! The first time was back in "Chapter 1: Once Friend, Always Memory".

~Date Unknown~

Somewhere in the Zootopia City, inside a mysterious building that showed a dark golden room with twelve red dragon pillars that were in a circle in the exterior of a large room. A fine-carved wooden throne sitting in the middle of the golden room was occupied by a large male panda. He was dressed only in green burlap shorts. He leaned back with his elbows resting on the armrests of the throne with the tips of his digits pressed together in front of his muzzle.

He started to plan how to take out the dynamic duo. The first idea that came to his mind; throw them into the streaming river with their hind-paws tied to the heaviest rock. He grunted as he rejected that idea because he knew that they would waste no time chewing the rope off.

He moved to the next idea. The second one came to his mind; trapping them inside a railroad tunnel. He head jerked as he rejected that idea because he knew that they were small enough to wriggle out even under the crushing weight of rocks from an explosion.

He turned to a third idea. Trying to expose them as an unusual pair of mammalians in the newspaper. He grunted and jerked his head as he rejected that idea because he knew that they would just link it back to him and expose his relationship with the sheep.

Suddenly, he sensed something disturbing and started to speak, shattering the silence in the building; "Hmm... I sense that my daughter is in trouble... again?"

He slowly opened his white eyes that lacked pupils and straightened his digits, flattening his paws. Silence returned to the building as he had to build a method in his head to help him get his daughter out of the prison. Once he perfected the method, he raise from the chair in a smooth and noiseless motion. Once he stopped standing up, he closed his eyes. In the next second, the building was empty as if it wasn't been touched in a decade.

~Five minutes later~

In the biggest and heaviest security prison of Zootopia, the terrified lamb sat in her cell in the maximum security level. She worked to understand what happened to her in the recent event that threw her back into prison. The dynamic duo that had her duped not once, but twice! She couldn't believe that they got her to fall for the same trick in the same place where she had tried to catch them. With a very little information she had received about the dynamic duo, she thought that they lost their minds once they turned savage. But she and her informers were wrong as they tricked her while they kept their sanity. That led to her plan being thwarted and her being sent back to prison.

While she struggled to get her head straight up, she heard a familiar noise that startled her out of her wool. She turned her head to the noise and questioned; "What's going on?"

From there, Dawn kept her eyes on the jail door that separated her cell from the hall. She watched a shadow coming into her sight from the right then a mammalian appeared outside the jail door. As soon as the mammalian's muzzle came into her sight, she gasped as she recognized this mammalian. She blinked as her accomplice produced a soft grunt. With a loud pop, she suddenly shrank and cowered at the corner, choosing to stay in the prison rather than go out and do evil once again. She began to shed bitter tears and she flinched as the noise of the jail door being crushed echoed through the room and the hall.

~Two hours later~

After the cell break-in was discovered, the F.B.I. and detectives immediately rushed in to start an investigation. They started by taking a bunch of pictures of the busted cell, doing their best to cover each and every inch of the messy scene. There was lot of indistinct talking around the hall.

"Prisoner Bellwether has escaped," one of the F.B.I. mammalians confirmed.

Immediately, the color of the cell turned the shades of gray and were on the front page of the newspaper with the title; 'Bellwether Escaped!'. A stack of newspapers was dumped onto the street, rocking a little once it landed.

"Hmm," the male antelope sighed through his nostrils as he carried a bunch of yellow posters under his arm.

Once he reached the wall, he put the posters on the floor then taped one of them to the wall. Once he checked on the poster, he nodded in satisfaction, and then picked the posters up before moving to the next section of the city. The image on the poster was the mugshot of a cape buffalo with a shocked expression labelled as a wanted fugitive. There were three rows of words; one above his mugshot and two below it. The top one was 'CULPRIT' and the bottom two were 'WANTED' and '$50,000,000: ALIVE OR DEAD'. Someone grumbled in struggle as if dragging something larger than their body size. Once it stopped, two big ears appeared below the poster. These ears belonged to the desert fox known as 'Finn'. He frowned as he got a better look at the poster by standing on the stack of newspaper.

He put his palms on his temples, clawing his scalp, and grumbled a little, "Aw, dog-gone it!"

He looked at the poster again and reached to take it down with his forepaws. He wouldn't be able to reach it if it wasn't for the newspapers he dragged. He also had to stand on the digits of his hind-paws to be able to grab the poster. The poster was ripped off the wall and he hauled his tail off the newspapers and ran his way to the alley. He glanced over his shoulder as he entered the alley and disappeared from sight.
