"dad" Peter knocked. No response. Peter knocked again. No response. "Dad" Peter said a bit louder. Still no response. He was starting to get a bit nervous. He rechecked his texts.
Dad
3:15pm
Dad: Hey Pete, I am at the tower we're having an early dinner can you skip patrol today?
Peter: Yes of course. What are we having?
Dad: Surprise 😉
Peter: :D
Dad: I'm cooking
Peter: …do I have to, where's pepper
Dad: C'mon Pete I'm not that bad. She's out of town for a board meeting
Peter: Whatever you say pops. Be home in 20
Dad: See you there. I'm in the lab
"F.R.I.D.A.Y," He tried but not even F.R.I.D.A.Y replied, what was this madness. He was starting to get the feeling that something was wrong. He decided to see if any of the Avengers were in.
He went down the elevator using manual again. He usually did, but sometimes he used F.R.I.D.A.Y. When he got the the New Avengers door he noticed it looked a bit. Well in other words it wasn't in the frame rather, in the room. He stepped over it and took in the room.
The couch was flipped the wrong way, the windows were broken and scattered along the floor, glass plates, and cups were all over the kitchen floor. It looked like a fight had gone down in here.
He decided to check the rogue floor because desperate times call for desperate measures. When he got to the door he heard muffled talking coming from the inside.
"Peter are you ok?" Steve asked when Peter walked in, putting his hands on peters shoulders, but he took them off when Peter sent him a glare.
"I'm fine what happened?"
What Happened….
Steve was walking home from the store. Since Tony barely even talked to them he didn't feel like asking Tony for money. When he got there, there was an uneasy aura around the compound. Blaming it on the fact that he didn't really feel comfortable anywhere he ignored it.
Nat was waiting for him when he walked in to the room.
"The compounds been breached" She rushed. Towing him towards the floor. "I'm going to look for Tony"
Steve unsure of what to say, and not fully comprehending what just happened, stood there and waited. He could hear sounds of a fight going on and tried to exit the room.
"F.R.I.D.A.Y, can you open the door" He asked. When he got no response he thought back to what Nat had said. When she said breached did she mean everything. So the compound was shut down. He shoved the door open with mild difficulty and looked for Nat.
He found her pacing outside the lab. The lab looked completely destroyed. All the iron an suit parts were scattered along the floor and dashes of blood could be spotted around the tables. What worried Steve the most was that everything on the tables was gone, meaning whoever took Tony had a job.
"looks like a fight went down" Steve said concerned.
"I know, we need to get to the others. Hydra had infiltrated the place. I took some of them down in the hallway. We need to get to the rest of the team" She said running down the hall and towards the stairs.
"Guys!" Nat said running onto their floor gaining the attention of the rogues. "We have a problem"
Wanda was the first to turn towards her 'sister.' "What happened?" she asked worriedly scanning Wanda for injuries.
"Tony's been taken. HYDRA probably got word of us being here they came for us. We need to stay here" Steve commanded putting the door back up and shoving it in so no one with normal strength could get in.
"Hydra?" Sam repeated confused, "How did they get in"
"Probably someone from the inside" Nat stated.
"So Hydra's been here the whole time?" Scott asked.
"Yep" Steve said coldly. "We need to call shield"
Just as Nat was taking out her phone the door started moving. It came down with a big BANG. Standing there was Peter.
"Peter, are you ok" Steve asked.
Present time…
Peter was nervous to say the least when he was filled in. Tony's been taken and the new avengers probably too.
"Has anyone gotten in contact with the new avengers yet?" Peter asked taking out his phone.
"No" Sam said roughly.
"Ok" Peter said rolling his eyes. "No need to get all hissy. We should go somewhere else in case they come back"
"Good thinking Parker" Natasha said leading everyone out.
Peter jumped when his phone started ringing and Tony's face popped up. Peter slowly brought the phone to his ear.
"Peter!" A voice said happily laughing a bit.
"Who is this" Peter demanded.
"If I told you that it would ruin my fun" The voice said still laughing. "Want to say hi to dada"
The camera turned around. Peter gasped when he saw his dad.
