CHAPTER 20

RON

"Zabini your House-elves are bloody amazing!" Ron complimented after munching another sandwich from the tray laid in front of him. Ron was currently seated on the giant sofa with Daphne and Harry in the living room with Ginny and Blaise sitting on the armchairs.

Ron was about to go for another sandwich when Daphne slapped his hand away before saying, "Weasel, stop acting like a disgusting pig, we are here on official business not to see you stuff your face with bread." Ron felt his ears turning red at Daphne's rebuke, but before it could turn into another showdown between the two of them he heard Zabini say,

"Eat all you want Weasley, but before that care to explain; what's your reason for this social visit?" Zabini was now giving them all a curious look, after a few seconds Harry decided to answer Zabini's query,

"Zabini, we want to know whereabouts of Theodore Nott, as he is your god-brother I am sure you know where he is." Ron noticed immediately after hearing Harry's answer, Zabini's calm imperious demeanour change with a frown slowly marring his face and his greenish-blue eyes turned sharp.

Ron was waiting for a reply from Zabini, but it was Ginny who answered, "You all are wasting your time, Blaise already told Greengrass over the Floo that he has not seen Theo in over two months". It was surprising for Ron to see this defensive side of Ginny for Zabini, 'Maybe she truly cares for him ' Ron thought when he saw Zabini put a hand on Ginny's arm.

"As Ginny informed you just now, Daphie must have told you that I have no idea where Theo is so, you are free to use my Floo back home to England as it is connected to the International Network,"

Zabini said those words before standing up to leave, but before he was out the door of the Living Room, Ron heard Harry say "Stop lying Zabini, I know you very well form our school days, Daphne, Ginny leave us for a moment, I and Ron need to have a little chat with Zabini."

"We do?" Ron asked at the same time Daphne and Ginny both barked simultaneously, "Potter, who do you think you are, ordering us to leave" "Harry that is so sexist, telling the women to leave while guys can talk"

So now Harry tried to calm the furious witches by saying, "You both need to leave because you are two close to Zabini and I don't want to be the one to ruin his image before the people he cares for."

Both women were about to lash out at Harry again but before they could do so Zabini spoke with a stern voice, "Daphie, Ginny leave". Ginny gave both Harry and Zabini a furious glare while she stood up from her chair and left the room, whereas Daphne let loose quite a few swear words before following Ginny.

Ron thought Harry was toast after this, he should have been more careful in his demand, after all, they are the mothers of his children.

"Room is empty Potter, so spit out what the fuck is that you have on me?" Zabini hissed at Harry as Blaise retook his previous seat. Harry to Ron's shock was giving Zabini a smirk before saying another name which horrified and angered Ron at the same time. "Zabini, you do remember Hermione right, Ginny's best friend, the girl you dated throughout our Fifth year in secret."

Ron could not believe what he was hearing, but looking at Hermione's present boyfriend, Ron could not say he was shocked, but still, this was news to him.

But what did shock Ron was the hurt which was visible in Zabini's eyes, 'So Harry opened some old wounds' Ron thought, even if Ron disliked Hermione immensely there was no denying the fact that using Hermione in getting Zabini to talk might as well work out for them in the end.

"Fuck you, Potter, Hermione left me a long time ago, so bringing her up is not going to win you any brownie points." Zabini spat, the calm and composed Italian before was now replaced with a bitter man, to Ron's utter delight.

So Harry replied with another grin, "Zabini, you did not even hear the best part, Hermione left you because of Theodore Nott." Ron's jaw dropped at that statement, but before Ron could even process those word again in his mind, Zabini abruptly stood up, anger clear on his face.

"Potter, Hermione left me because she had feelings for Weasel over here, not because of Theo, so you are dead wrong"

"Zabini, who said that Hermione left you because she had feelings for Nott, no, Nott constantly belittled her and made her feel guilty about being with you. As he was always reminding her of the fact that you were a rich pureblood heir and she was a muggle dentist's daughter. She never shared this with anyone except me, and you know what the final nail in the coffin was when he said that your mother would disown you if she continued to date you. Talk about an Italian Soap opera"

Ron could not help himself as he blurted out, "What the fuck?" whereas Zabini looked pale, but after a pause, Zabini said, "Why would I even believe you, Potter? You could just be making this up to instigate me against Theo"

"Would a wizard's oath on magic suffice? Or do you want to see the memory of Hermione confessing those things to me, after all, you were her first love and not Viktor Krum as she tells everyone"

Ron observed that Harry said this with confidence, so that meant Harry was not lying, he looked at Zabini who had also come to the same conclusion which was indicated by a resigned look on his face.

"Potter, you can give me a Wizards oath now, just for my satisfaction, and then I will tell you where that Mother Fucker Theo is." Harry quickly swore the normal oath on his magic with Zabini with Ron being the caster and then Harry cast a Lumos afterwards which brightened the room.

So after the Lumos was cancelled by a quick Nox, Zabini said with anguish radiating from his voice, "Nott Floo called me a week ago about staying at an inn in magical Glasgow, he said that he was working on some new ritual and needed to visit Stonehenge frequently, he kept on muttering about a box, but I did not pay much attention to what he was saying. Now for Morgana's sake, you two get the fuck out of my house and take Daphie with you"

As Zabini said those word, he ordered a House Elf to show them the Floo fireplace and get Daphne for them he, after this he exited the room, before shouting "Ginny, I know you heard everything that Potter said, so you and I need to talk."

"Seems like Weasley and Blaise are over," Daphne said as she stepped in the room, "Potter, never thought you had it in you to one-up a Slytherin but I kind of feel bad for Blaise, I can't wait to hex Theo when we find him, How dare that sociopath hurt Hermione!"

With that said all three of them reached the Floo shown by the Elf and left beautiful Italy behind without even enjoying it. 'But Still, Stonehenge is going to be way better' Ron's last thought as he shouted "Ministry of Magic, London".
