Angel: Again with the topic of when Randy and Amy will reveal that they're the Ninja and Kunoichi to each other XD I can't really confirm or deny which episode they'll know their identities, but it will be in a episode. It's definitely not Evil Spirit Week, that's for sure. Stay patient because I still will not say which episode XD
And to that guest with that very sweet review, thank you so much! I'm definitely not perfect, but I do try my best.
The sun shines as something starts to block it. Randy covers his eyes as Howard sees it too. He gasps sharply, but it's just his sandwich. Howard's eating breakfast with Randy at Randy's house before school. He has a sandwich, and Randy has an apple. Somehow, they got into a conversation about whether or not certain weapons can cut through a bulldozer.
"All I'm saying is a Ninja sword or a Kunoichi fan cannot cut through a bulldozer," Howard states, pointing his sandwich at Randy. He takes a big bite.
"Come on! They slice through Robo-Apes, Robo-Lizards, Robo-Donkeys, Robo-Birds."
"Yeah, that's great! Can they slice through a bulldozer?" Howard argues back. "Cause I'm pretty sure I didn't hear you say bulldozer."
Randy crosses his arms, leaning back in his chair. He shakes his head. "I don't care how hard you try, there is no way..."
Ninja is suited up, holding his sword. "How do you like your 'dozer? Sliced, diced, shoe string, waffle cut? O'Brien?"
Kunoichi is nearby with a deadpan look on her face. "So...my Nomicon alerted me to this...why?"
The Nomicons can call on the other partner to alert them if they're far away from each other. And for the first time it's ever needed to be used...she's hearing about him wanting to cut a bulldozer, with his sword and her fan.
Why was this even a discussion?
"Ninja's choice," Howard grins up at him. "Kuno, come on. Do I have to get up and do it myself?"
"What makes you think that anything could cut through-"
Ninja takes her tessens, eyeing them. "Oh, so that's how they feel. Cool."
"Hey, what-"
"Yah!" He jumps up into the air, touching the weapons with the bulldozer. They bounce off, vibrating in his hand. "Oh no."
Red cracks climb up both weapons, causing him to panic. "No, no." Kunoichi opens her mouth in shock. "No, no, no, no, no, no!" The two weapons fall into pieces, the girl holding her head in disbelief.
"I did tell you they wouldn't cut through a bulldozer," Howard speaks up.
"NINJA! I can't believe you did that over a stupid argument! ARGH! I...I don't even know what to yell at you right now!" She growls as she scoops up the remains of her fans, storming off. "You guys are idiots, can't believe I'm partners with him," She grumbles underneath her breath.
"I can fix this! Just find a bag and start scooping."
"And, there," Randy looks at his work once he's done gluing. "You know, this actually looked worse than it was." He holds up a patched up sword, and Howard lets out a sneeze. The sword falls into dust, causing Randy to gasp. The Nomicon flashes in front of him. "I am so busted and in trouble with Kuno." He groans as he takes the book.
"Just say it was like that when you found it," Howard states as Randy opens up the book. The boy covers his eyes so that he doesn't get shloomped in.
Amy is arriving back home to get her backpack when her Nomicon flashes. She pulls it out from behind her shirt, making sure no one's watching. She dives behind some trash cans sitting outside her porch, and gets shloomped in.
A samurai and Kunoichi appear in front of Ninja and Kunoichi. "You don't even have to say anything, either of you. I broke my sword and her fans, and I am really, really sorry."
"Well...I guess I could forgive you since you seem to mean it," Kunoichi glances at him. "But just not right now."
The two figures flash, getting in closer. They flinch before seeing someone making a sword and tessen.
"In the realm of the Ninjas, a swordsmith crafts blades in a cauldron of fire," They read in unison.
"Cracked blade, cauldron of fire, love it," Ninja grins before they get smacked by the hands, falling backwards. "And I promise I will not break these!"
Inside Mr. Smith's metal shop class, his apprentice Brent is finishing up something. It looks like a tiny object with three spikes. He pokes it, recoiling his hand back.
"Ooh! Oh, man. This time I know I did it!" He takes another one into his hand, approaching the teacher.
"Come on, give them here," The teacher takes them into his hands, holding up some corn between them. Brent looks at him hopefully, but when he takes a bite, the corn goes flying into Brent's face.
"Ow!"
"Mm, try again, Brent," Mr. Smith throws them away, into a pile of other ones that have failed.
"How am I supposed to master the ancient art of metalwork, if all I'm making is corn holders?" he complains to the teacher.
"Boy, you ain't making no corn holders, you making corn droppers," Mr. Smith looks away, Brent starting to get frustrated.
"Why you fussing with corn, anyways? This ain't no dang old Home Ec."
"Brent, do it again," He turns around, crossing his arms.
"Oh, no! I am done!" Brent declares to him. "I am out of here!" He slams the door behind him.
"Mmm-mm-mmm," The teacher shakes his head. "I'm getting too old for this shop."
Amy opens the door soon afterwards, smiling at the teacher.
"Ding-dang corncob," Brent pushes past Howard, who's holding a bowl of chili. "Watch it, Weinerman!"
"Okay, the realm of the Ninja and Kunoichi has to be the school," Randy deduces as they walk down the hall. "But where is there a cauldron of fire?"
"This chili's a cauldron of fire going in and coming out," Howard places the bowl into Doug's bag, belching into Randy's face. He covers his mouth, seeing the door to the metal shop class. "S. Ward Smith? Sword...Smith. Swordsmith! Oh-uh! Boom! Cracked it!"
Howard burps as he opens the door. "Um, Mr. Smith? Mr. S. Ward Smith?" Randy calls out as he looks around. "I'm looking for a swordsmith."
A stick is pointed at him, the man's welding mask over his face. "Why you smithing around my metal shop?"
"Uh, Grandpa? That's my friend. Over here," Amy jumps down from his desk, and guides his face to Randy.
"Grandpa?!" Randy and Howard exclaim at him.
"We share the same last name," Amy raises a brow at them. "Did you really not know that we're related?"
"W-wha—but you don't look that much alike!" Howard looks between the two. Mr. Smith has much darker skin than her. Not to mention, they have completely different personalities.
"He has my eyes, not that he can see with them," Amy gestures to the man and his glasses. "And I have interracial parents, remember? He's from my dad's side. Grandpa, these are my best friends Randy and Howard."
"Mm," He grunts at them.
"Why were you looking for him, anyway?" Amy turns to the tall boy, who stammers. He couldn't really tell her that he's the Ninja looking for new weapons right in front of her ...not to mention that he's her grandfather!
"I need...metal shop 101!"
"But you're not interested in that," She raises a brow skeptically.
"Ah...but I wanna be! Uh, could you give us a minute alone with your grandpa?"
"Sure...I'll come back, Grandpa," Amy holds his hand briefly before walking out the door. Randy sighs in relief, clearing his throat.
"Greetings, swordsmith of Norrisville...and the grandfather of the girl I like," He whispers that last part to himself. "Tis I...the-"
Mr. Smith holds up his nose. "I know you the Ninja. Caught a whiff of you the second you walked in," He moves the stick away, Randy poking his nose.
"Ow!"
"You reek of smoke bombs. Those things smell like farts. And I know who the Kunoichi is too," He crosses his arms.
"Can you-"
"No, I will not, boy! What kind of swordsmith do you think I am to rat out her identity?!" He exclaims at the boy, who smiles sheepishly. "And watch yourself when you talk about my granddaughter!"
Howard bangs on a metal sheet with a hammer. "Check it out," He smiles, moving away. All he's done is made holes. "I made dents."
"Mmm, let me get a feel of those," He feels the sheet.
Brent is standing outside the door. "Mr. Smith wouldn't have made you his protégé if he didn't see something in you," He whispers to himself, looking up at Amy. "Is your grandpa busy, Amy?"
"He's talking to my friends," She jerks a thumb inside. She has headphones over her ears, but her music's not too loud.
"Just apologize for using your mad words, and make the best dang cob holders ever!" He steps inside the room to see Mr. Smith with Howard.
"Mmm-hmm. This is some quality work, son."
Brent turns away in dismay. "He replaced me with..." He grits his teeth angrily. "WEINERMAN!"
"Quality work?" Howard turns to the sheet. "Really?"
"No, they're dents!" Mr. Smith gestures to the work. "A donkey can do that."
"Donkeys can't hold hammers," Howard murmurs as Randy steps in.
"And back to the reason I'm here. So I kinda, sort of, might have, in a way, in a sense, might have, could have-"
"You broke your sword, didn't you?" Mr. Smith interrupts knowingly. "And her tessens."
"Wait a sec, how did you-"
"Ninja swords and Kunoichi tessen can cut through anything, except stupid," Mr. Smith explains to him, and he smiles innocently.
"Cut stupid? No, no, no, no. I wasn't cutting stupid, friend. I was cutting a bulldozer. Okay...I see what you're saying," He sags his shoulders.
"Bulldozer? No wonder those weapons broke. Ninja weapons are for ninja business," He pulls down a lever, moving away the chalkboard. Randy gasps as he looks inside to see a large room with a fire pit in the middle. Weapons are all over the place. "Learn how to honor your tools."
"So bruce! Whoa," Randy gasps at it.
Brent enters the boiler room to rant. "Stupid Weinerman," He hits the pipe with his hammer, starting to cry. This can be heard by the Sorcerer down below in his lair.
"Listen to that."
The rat covers his ears with two corks, annoyed by the sound. "The muted thud of rejection. The angry crank of failure. All coming together in a glorious symphony of shame." He can still hear the clanging by Brent. "Hang on. Here comes my favorite part."
A loud clang follows.
"Exquisite." He summons stank, sending it towards Brent. The pipe whistles and breaks, releasing the stank onto him. He shouts as he stumbles, the stank overtaking him. He then transforms, roaring as he holds his hammer.
"I've been crafting swords for the Ninja and only a few Kunoichis my whole life," Mr. Smith waves his sword around. "When used properly, a swordsmith signature sword is the most powerful weapon in the Ninja's arsenal."
"Totally. I was thinking my new sword should have two blades, a touch screen and Wi-Fi," Randy agrees, smiling as he thinks about the upgrades.
"Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi," Mr. Smith grumbles, reaching towards a box. Randy laughs as he runs over to the swordsmith, jumping up and down. He opens up the box and reveals...a balloon. He blows it out and Randy stares at him.
"Um, that's a clown balloon," Randy states in confusion.
He moves it around so that it's a sword. "That better?"
"No!" Randy exclaims in disbelief, "That's not better, that's worse! I'm a Ninja. I need a real sword."
"Ninjas get swords, clowns get balloons," Mr. Smith states. "Until you prove to me you can be responsible for your weapons, this is your sword," He gives the balloon to Randy.
"No problem," He swings it around like a sword. "I can be responsible for a balloon, that's baby stuff." He turns around and the balloon touches a sharp sword, causing it to pop. "So...I'm gonna need another sword, please."
He waves to Amy as they step out, and she notices the balloon, raising a brow. "...Um..."
"Uh..." The tall boy stammers at her, unsure of how to tell her why he's holding a balloon.
"I'm just gonna..." Amy opens up the door and steps inside the room.
"That was awkward," Howard comments, to which Randy facepalms at.
"No kidding…"
"Grandpa?" The brunette looks around for him. "Grandpa?"
"Over here, girlie."
She yelps, turning around to see him appear from his secret room. Amy squints behind him and steps forward, her mouth opening up in awe. "Grandpa...this is yours...?"
"Course it's mine," He waves it off. "Such as I know that those tessen Ninja destroyed were yours."
Her eyes widen as he walks past her, and she laughs nervously, sweating.
"W-What? I-I'm not-"
"Sweetie, I knew the whole time," Mr. Smith interrupts her, crossing his arms. "You think you could hide that from your grandpa? Not to mention I can smell the strawberries off ya."
"I'm sorry," She frowns a bit.
"Aw, what you need to worry about is getting yourself new tessen."
"So...you're the swordsmith for the Ninja and sometimes the Kunoichi," Her mouth opens in shock. Out of all the people she had to go to for new weapons, it's her grandfather that makes them. Now that she thought about it, he was always telling her not to enter this room whenever she came in to say hi...
"Mmhm," He nods, examining a sword. "Those things needed an upgrade, anyway. Just like with the Ninja, Kunoichi weapons are for Kunoichi business," He holds up a finger.
"So in other words, the Ninja could've sliced the bulldozer if he actually needed it to," Amy sighs, pinching her nose. "Never thought I'd ever say that out loud, to be honest."
"That's my smart granddaughter," He pats her on the head. "That boy, Randy? What's the deal with him?"
"Nothing, Grandpa," She blushes, scratching her cheek as she moves away his hand.
"Don't lie to me, girlie. I may be blind, but I have other senses."
"Ah..." Amy looks away, biting her lip. "It's...complicated." And by complicated, she meant her feelings for Ninja coming into the situation. They did hate each other at first, but the two quickly warmed up to each other after that. Yes, they had…a rather complicated relationship because of their feelings, but they never forget one thing. They were partners first and foremost. But Randy is also her best friend, and she cares a lot about him...
"Mm. Teenagers," He turns around.
Amy rolls her eyes at him playfully. The teacher pulls out a flat balloon. "Oh, Grandpa, you've been making balloon animals for me since I was 6. Don't you think I'm getting a little too old for that?"
"You ain't ever too old to get love from your grandpa!" He points at her threateningly, and she holds up her hands in defense. He makes it into a red heart and she smiles at it. She steps forward and hugs her grandfather. He hugs her back, patting her head. He may be gruff and no-nonsense with others, but the one soft spot he had was for his granddaughter.
"Come back later for your new tessen."
"Thanks, Grandpa," She smiles a little. Hopefully she could last that long...
"Cunningham, you're my best friend," Howard starts off as the two boys are walking down the hall. Randy has his sword balloon tied to a string, right above ceiling fans. "But no way can you handle an assignment this heavy."
"Please, I'm a Ninja," Randy states confidently, the balloon getting blown by the fans. "I can keep a balloon from popping."
Just as he says that, the balloon pops.
"Seriously?" Mr. Smith asks as Randy just pouts. He blows a new balloon for Randy.
"So...uh, you must love your granddaughter," Randy shuffles his feet around.
The man stares at him and the boy sweats a bit. "Course I do, Ninja. That's my girlie. But my son is too wrapped with his 'business meetings' or trips to be at home for my granddaughter. I oughta call him and drag him back myself one of these days," He makes the sword balloon, giving it to Randy.
"Have you, uh, noticed her acting weird the past few weeks?" He moves his foot around nervously. Mr. Smith gives him a look and smacks his hand with a stick. "Ow!"
"Boy, if she wants to tell you, she will in her own time!"
"Okay, okay," Randy rubs his hand in defeat.
"New rule: don't get the sword near anything that'll pop it," Randy states as they're getting ready for gym. They run out of the locker room. Amy notices his balloon nearby, and sees the different color. Knowing him, he got it popped, but the question she has is why does he need it?
"Okay, class. Who's ready...for blindfolded archery?" Coach Green puts on his blindfold, and the arrow goes flying into a light, breaking the glass from it. Randy glances around and ties his balloon to a pipe.
"See, Howard? Responsible. Me."
However, Bash and his friends enter the gym. "Hey, a balloon! I'm gonna pop it!"
"No!" Randy calls out as it pops.
"I'm starting to think you don't even want a sword," Mr. Smith states as he makes another sword balloon for a frowning Randy. He groans as he's handed another one.
In the boiler room, the stankified Brent is making a helmet for himself. He cools the horns down in water, and puts the finished helmet onto his head. He cackles in the darkness.
"New, new rule: I'm not letting go of this balloon," Randy hugs it close. "No matter what."
"...Okay, I just have to ask, why the balloon?" Amy points at it.
"Umm...it's a...test of responsibility! From...your grandpa!" Randy exclaims at her.
"That is something he would do," The brunette rolls her eyes. "Once, he made me take care of a bee when I asked for a puppy from my parents."
"O-Oh," Randy stammers a bit, worried for his weapon and how he'll see him. "How'd it go?"
"Well, it turned out I was allergic to bees, and I was in the hospital for two days with no puppy," She replies casually, causing him to gulp. She doesn't seem to notice as she's paying attention to Mrs. Driscoll and Jerry instead.
"As a special treat, we're going to spend a fascinating 45 minutes walking through the poorly lit and completely unmarked..." She opens up the gate to reveal a bunch of cactuses. "Norrisville High cactus maze."
Randy hugs his balloon with a petrified look on his face. Amy winces at him as the class steps forward.
"It's a-maz-ingly educational," Jerry says through Mrs. Driscoll. Randy is the last to go through, the teacher pushing him inside.
"This isn't that bad. I was wrong! There's so many!" The teacher actually cringes as she can hear Randy's screams of pain. "So many pointy things! All of them hurt all over my body! Aah, my balloon! My balloon is all I care about! Howard, do not push me. Howard! Ooh! Now I'm gonna push you." She awkwardly leaves the maze. "I missed! I missed and my face is touching it."
Mr. Smith just happens to be nearby, shaking his head in disapproval.
"I'm gonna do it. Ow," Randy is plucking the little spines off him at lunch. "I'm gonna show Ward Smith that I'm not an irresponsible shoob. Ow. And I'm gonna get that new sword." He groans as he keeps plucking. "Which is why I promise nothing will happen to you. This is painful."
"You know you're talking to a balloon, right?" Howard asks as he sits down.
"It's not a balloon, Howard. It is my sword," Randy adjusts the balloon's helmet as it's in a crib. "And it is my responsibility."
Mr. Smith is nearby, putting in ketchup instead of cream into his coffee. Amy is standing next to him as she plucks the last of spines from her body, sighing in relief. Her grandfather spits out his coffee.
"Wrong object, Grandpa. The cream's on the other side," She smiles knowingly. She's seen him put a cookie between burger buns, soda on hot dogs, and other weird things for the past 10 years or so.
"Could you do that at another table, cause you're kind of weirding me out," Howard states as Amy joins them.
"Oh...so the balloon returns once again," She stares at it. "You know, one of these days, you're gonna have to tell me why you wanted to carry it around."
"So, I have to ask...why don't you live with your grandpa instead of your parents?" Randy wonders to the brunette.
"It's a sense of independence in my parents' eyes." She tells him, shrugging. "Besides, they at least trust me enough to leave me alone at home all the time. And my grandpa isn't really too keen on kids in the house. I'm mature enough to respect his rules, but my two cousins are worse. After they trashed his house, he made a rule that he's not taking in kids," She snorts at Randy. "And to think he had to leave them alone for two days just to grade projects..."
The ground starts to shake as the stankified Brent bursts out of the ground, right in the center of the cafeteria.
"Weinerman!" It growls, grabbing him and jumping into the hole.
"Oh, what'd he do this time?" Amy mutters as she runs towards the hole with Randy. They both stare at it, and Randy gasps as he looks at his balloon. "I'm gonna...go move my grandpa somewhere safe!"
"What?" He grabs her hand, and she blushes. As much as she's enjoying this, she had to go transform. "He can handle himself just fine."
"Um, no, he can't," She gets her hand back, running towards the bathroom.
"Don't worry. I'm coming for you, buddy," He grabs his sword balloon.
Brent and Weinerman go down the hall, the monster dragging Weinerman against the pipes. Howard screams before he's held up to face Brent.
"You have no skill."
"I-I don't know what you're talking about, but it's probably true," Howard replies in fear, wanting him to let go.
Ninja is running down the hall, following the sounds of the monster. He slows down when he hears someone arrive. Kunoichi appears behind him and he gestures to the side.
"You first, my lady."
"Thank you, good sir," She smirks behind her mask, noticing his sword balloon. She's seen it before with Randy...she shakes her head, running off. He follows after her. She'll wonder about the balloon later, wondering why he has it cradled to his chest with his scarf.
"Hey, you're not still mad at me, are you?" Ninja speaks up.
"We'll see after we stop him," She quips, closing her eyes.
A student is walking around in metal shop when Howard and Monster Brent appear. Bucky looks at his tools and cuts out a silhouette into the wall. Then he jumps out the window.
"Me apprentice! Him not apprentice," Monster Brent slams Howard against a table.
"How come you have such trouble with grammar, but you can say apprentice?" Howard couldn't help but ask.
"Ninja leap!" Ninja and Kunoichi jump into the room by the hole.
"Please tell me you're not gonna fight this guy with a balloon!" Howard points to Monster Brent.
"Howard, I'm not going to fight this guy with a balloon."
"What are you gonna fight him with?" Howard asks and Kunoichi glances at her partner.
"The heart and soul of a responsible Ninja."
"Oh, great, I'm dead. I'm dead," Howard comments, Kunoichi placing her hands on her hips.
"Oh ye of little faith."
"Ninja flash!" Ninja throws a flash ball, and the monster shields his eyes, letting go of Howard. Kunoichi leaps forward and catches him.
"Stay here," She tells him, pulling out her bo staff and running forward.
"Ninja sais," Ninja pulls out his sai, but Monster Brent eats the tools nearby. Then he spits them out at the two. They both leap into the air, Kunoichi jumping onto the hammers to propel herself into the air. Ninja throws his weapons as Kunoichi somersaults into the air. Then she slams the bo staff onto his head, but it breaks in half instead. Monster Brent acts like a bee stung him as he rubs the two spots. Kunoichi lands next to Ninja, her mouth opening in shock.
"Ah...Ninja comet. Ninja chain-sicle." These have no effect on Monster Brent. "Uh...Ninja rings?" Still nothing and he looks to his partner. "Kuno, wanna try?"
"Uhh..." She throws her weapons, but again, it does nothing significant. Then Monster Brent starts breathing fire. She yelps as they both dive to hide behind the desk.
"What the juice? Nothing's working. I could really use a sword right now," He squeezes his eyes shut.
"What I wouldn't do for my tessen," Kunoichi frowns, looking at her hands.
Until you prove to me you can be responsible for your weapons...
"This is my sword," He holds up proudly.
"You're kidding, right?" Kunoichi asks him as he comes onto the desk, holding the balloon like a sword. "No, I mean, really?" She calls out, groaning and standing up.
"Ninjas!" Monster Brent screams and Howard stares at Ninja like he's grown a head. Monster Brent digs into his mouth, pulling out a flaming sword.
"This is for real!" Kunoichi murmurs as they both jump.
"Ninja bat!" He swats at the monster, and obviously it does nothing because it's a balloon. Kunoichi jumps onto his head, landing next to her partner. They both duck their heads. "Feel the inflated wrath of my ninja sword," He jumps onto the helmet, swatting again as he jumps, hanging onto a light.
"There's a sentence I never thought I'd hear you say," Kunoichi places a hand on her forehead.
Mr. Smith comes out from his secret room. "Ninja, what do you think you're doing?"
"I know what you were telling me," Ninja says while barely avoiding fire. It makes a hole in the ceiling next to him. "This is my sword, and I'm gonna Ninja with it."
"What?!" Kunoichi exclaims in disbelief.
"What? That's not a sword, it's a metaphor," Mr. Smith tells him. "Are you trying to get yourself killed?"
Kunoichi pinches her nose at him as Ninja ignores him. He clashes 'swords' with Monster Brent's, and then his balloon pops.
"Oh, no. I wasn't behaving like a clown. I was behaving like a Ninja, and you all saw it. All you guys saw it."
"No duh," Mr. Smith walks back into the room.
"More like a little bit of both," Kunoichi waves a so-so hand, getting a small glare from Ninja. "What? That's what we saw."
"Why do you think I made you these?" He pulls out flaming objects, Howard's mouth opening in awe. Ninja catches it in his hand as Kunoichi holds out her hands, grabbing them.
"Yeah!" He points his sword into the air. "Ah, yes! So bruce!"
"Wow," Kunoichi murmurs as she admires her new tessen. They look sharp as they're pure white with pink cherry blossoms on them. The pink handles have the number 9 symbol on them. The fans glisten as she examines them.
"Now those weapons would cut through a bulldozer," Howard points at them with a grin.
"We are not starting that again," Kunoichi glares at them both and they smile anxiously.
"But they would," Ninja agrees with Howard.
"Don't even think about it!" Mr. Smith warns the two boys. "Now get in there and poke that monster!"
Kunoichi smiles at her grandfather. Monster Brent swings his sword at the two, and they block it with their weapons. "Yah!" Kunoichi spins around, throwing her tessen. They spin around and hit both sides of the helmet, causing the monster to be disoriented. The tessen come flying back into Kunoichi's hands, surprising her.
"let's do this," Ninja declares as they both narrow their eyes. They jump into the air, blocking off the sword with their weapons. They jump forward and knock the sword out of his hands. Howard yelps as he recoils back, the pieces hitting the floor in front of them. Then Monster Brent pulls out his hammer, which is full of stank.
"We'll be slicing that."
Ninja leaps forward as Kunoichi spins into the air. He dodges a swing from the glowing hammer. He jumps onto the monster's shoulder while dodging again, kicking off the helmet. The monster swings the hammer again, but Kunoichi flings her arm, throwing the fan. She hits Monster Brent's hand, causing him to release the hammer. Ninja slices the end of it with his sword. The green mist is released as Ninja lands on a table. Kunoichi backflips away from the monster as he turns back to normal, the stank disappearing.
"Hey. Hello?" He looks around, wondering what just happened.
Ninja smiles as he holds out his fist and Kunoichi crosses her arms in response. She raises a brow at him. "And to think, all of this started because of a bulldozer."
"Ah, I'm really sorry I broke your fans..." He rubs the back of his neck. She tilts her head slightly, smiling behind the mask. "I shouldn't have taken them..."
"Having said that, I know you felt bad, and that you tried everything to make it right. So thank you for that, Ninj. These tessens are much more cooler. Just don't try to cut anything unless we have to, okay?"
"No promises!" He smiles widely, hands on his hips. He holds out his fist again, but she steps forward, confusing him. "Uh...w-what are you doing?"
"Relax," She slightly pulls up his mask so that she can kiss him on the cheek. He freezes up as she puts her hands behind her back with a smile. "That's for owning up to your mistake. See you later!" She smoke bombs away and he faints onto the floor.
"Eh."
"Oh, I think he will be slicing many bulldozers if it ends with that," Howard smirks as they stare at him.
The green orbs land in the Sorcerer's hand. "No, no, no. No, no. No. Noooooo!"
The rat squeaks as he lands on his shoulder. He starts massaging his shoulder.
"Howard, I'm never abusing my sword again," Randy says as they're in Mr. Smith's secret room. "From now on, the Ninja sword is for Ninja business, and vice versa for the Kunoichi."
"You enjoyed that kiss from her, huh?" Howard nudges him and Randy says nothing, looking away with a blush. "Besides, these sais are way better," He holds up a sai with marshmallows attached. Randy holds his up as a marshmallow drops from Howard's sai.
"You better not be toasting marshmallows over my sacred fire pit," Mr. Smith peeks his head in.
"Run!" The two shout as they rush out of there. Just as Amy is walking down the hall to say hi to her grandfather, the two bump right into her.
"Whoa! Where's the fire?" She exclaims as she drops her books, and they drop onto the floor. They both pant, hands on their knees as she kneels to get her stuff. She notices the door nearby for metal shop. "Wait, that's my grandpa's class. What happened?"
"Uh...nothing!" Randy waves his hands rapidly, bending down to help her.
"Yup. Totally didn't toast marshmallows," Howard puts his hands behind his back, and Randy elbows him.
"So what happened to that balloon?" Amy stares at him as he doesn't have it anymore.
"No longer needed," He smiles confidently. "Sorry for bumping into you, gotta go!" He rushes off with Howard. She shakes her head in amusement, suddenly remembering something. Both the balloon that Randy and the Ninja had...were both green...and both of them seemed equally protective of them to not pop. And neither of them really said why they had them when she asked as both herself and the Kunoichi.
She chuckles a bit at the thought. "T-There's no way...he would've told me something like that..." It would be ridiculous to think that he even was the Ninja. She literally saw Randy as the Kunoichi before the Ninja at that volcano. Though, she didn't see Randy afterwards...and it was strange that he's visited her grandpa at least twice now, and that he ran out of his room for no reason. Randy tells her everything. There was literally nothing she didn't know about him at this point.
But then again, she hasn't told her friends that she's the Kunoichi either...and if he's hiding it for the same reason that she is...
Is...is her best friend really the Ninja?
