It has been a week since Ryoken passed by and things are...not good. The day after his visit they went into the Cyberse World, where Ai was supposed to be but found no trace of the Ignis. Yusaku demanded answers from Ryoken, thinking the older man was messing with him, but he swore to him he was not.

Disappointed, Yusaku logged out, but the Knights stayed behind to search the area.

Once back, however, he was greeted by Aoi who asked him how it went, and when he told her what happened, she was confused. Was Ai hiding from them, maybe? Or were they tricked? They had no way to know which was which.

But that aside, Yusaku did start to hang around Shima a bit more, the boy stopping his usual criticism for Yusaku's dueling skills ever since finding out the truth. Predictable. But at least it made him a bit more sufferable. Yusaku also agreed, after Shima got on his knees and begged, to give the boy some tips regarding his Six Samurai deck.

Shima was taking everything to heart as well, which was no wonder. His boastful attitude starting to also change a bit with time.

But what now? Now we look at Akira and Emma, which were currently at a bar, Akira drinking his sorrow of losing his younger sister away. And between those two, Emma was the least drunk one. She only had a red tint over her face while Akira's face was entirely red.

And not from her trying on sexy lingerie. He'd wish it was that.

But from all the drinking he was doing.

"Emma, why is this happening? Why did Aoi leave me? Where did I go wrong as a big brother? I've only ever done what was best for her… was it not enough?" Akira said as he was about to cry from a mix of the seemingly hopeless situation and being drunk.

"Akira…" Emma didn't know What to say as a response. She knew that her boyfriend was always far too overprotective of Aoi but she didn't have the heart to hurt her lover's heart even more by telling him that. Besides, it's unlikely that he'll listen anyway. She then decides to try to change the subject.

"Hubby, there's this new shop that's opened recently called VoiDevil. For now, why don't we go and check out the place for fun? It certainly beats just sitting here after all." Emma stated as it was a good way to get Akira's attention at least.

"I guess you're right…" He said, a hiccup following shortly. "But what about doing that tomorrow? I feel very...dizzy"

Emma smirked. "Of course, hubby. Let's go back to my place for that." She said, helping him along. She was getting herself some attention tonight.

The next day, Emma was disappointed because Akira fell asleep right away. But for now, they were going to the shop. But there was one issue.

"Aoi! Put those higher over there!" Art said as he and Aoi were sorting some stuff in the shop. It was her shift, Yusaku's coming later.

"Right!" She said and got on the tip of her toes to reach the desired spot. She did it and allowed herself to return back down. This was not so bad, working for your life. Plus, Art was not a bad boss to have, and he made some good jokes sometimes. Once you get to understand his humor.

"Alright!" The blonde man said looking around. "All looks good. I will be behind the counter while you look around, make sure there were no errors, ok?" Art said, and Aoi nodded.

"Sure." She replied with a small smile as Art went to his spot, plugging his earphones in to listen to some music while waiting for a client. He didn't wait long. The door opened. "Welcome to VoiDevil, how can I-"

"You?!" Akira and Emma shouted in unison seeing Art, the same man from the school.

"Art? Is everything-" Aoi gasped in shock, and so did Emma and Akira at seeing her. "B-brother!"

"Aoi?! How are you-?! What is?!" Akira shook his head. "No matter, let's just-" At that moment, the CEO fell flat on the ground as Art sucker-punched him in the face, which was probably for the best. He could smell the alcohol on Akira, and he didn't want a scene in his shop. Although, now he had a KO-ed CEO.

"Hey!" Emma snapped at Art before checking Akira. "What was that for?!"

"I could smell the alcohol, and I ain't having a scene involving a drunk in here!" Art defended. "But you did see Aoi…" he sighed.

"How do you-?! Can someone explain?!" Emma shouted.

"I…" Aoi stuttered, and Art saw that. The older man sighed.

"Get him downstairs. Aoi, show her to my man cave, I will go grab Yusaku." Art said.

"R-right." She rushed to her passed out brother, a little blood going down his nose. Damn, Art got him well.

A little while later, Art had managed to get Yusaku, and the group was sitting in Art's man cave, Akira slowly waking up. " Ugh." He groaned. " I feel like I got hit with a brick or something." He said as he got up rubbing his head.

" I'll take that as a compliment."

Akira turned his head to see Art sitting against the wall with his arms crossed, then he saw Aoi and Yusaku, the events of the last month or so returning to him, and he immediately reacted.

He leaped at Yusaku. "YOU DAMN PREDATOR! HOW DARE YOU GO AFTER MY- OOF!" Of course, he would've managed to if Art didn't just bury his fist into Akira's stomach.

" This is my house, mate, so behave." Art said, half threatening the man as he backed away, a wheezing Akira slowly sitting on the couch with Yusaku and Aoi in front of him.

"A-Akira… it's nice to see you. It's been a while." Yusaku said trying to keep Akira as calm as possible despite the current situation.

"Nice to see me eh? You dare say that to me after what you've done?! Give my sister back right now you bastard!" Akira yelled out but Art restrained him so he wouldn't do anything violent.

" As I said, this is MY house. If you do as much as raise a finger now, I will not hesitate to call the police, got it?" Art was stern and serious, a complete change from what Yusaku and Aoi knew. But then again, they don't know much about him. They do get he has been in jail at least once.

"Brother, please calm down! I can explain so please don't do anything rash!" Aoi said in a bid to calm down her enraged brother before he did something he would regret. Akira started to calm down at least physically and Art let him go.

"Sweetie, please just go back with your brother. He really does miss you. He's been searching all over for you for the last week and has been constantly depressed. I know this is a lot to ask but please, do what he asks and go back to him." Emma said with a look on her face that showed that she was torn on the whole situation.

"Emma, how could you! I trusted you to always be on my side. But here you are doing all this to help my brother ruin my life! I can't believe I trusted You!" Aoi shouted out in frustration.

"Hey, it's not my fault ok?! We just came to this shop today to check it out for fun! How was I supposed to know that you two were here?! I Didn't even know that you two had moved! So don't blame me for all this!" Emma shouted back.

"Listen Ghost Girl, and you to Akira. It's Aoi's choice whether she goes back to you or not. You have no right to force her to be in a place that she doesn't want to be in." Yusaku reasoned.

"Bullshit! I'm her legal guardian! You have no right to take her away from me! I could easily contact bounty hunters to take you out but I haven't! And you know why? Because I trusted that you were a good person! But now I can see that I was wrong! I'm going to contact everyone I can to make sure that you stay from my sister for the rest of your life!"

"What was that I heard, mister CEO?" Art spoke up. "Bounty Hunters you say...Well, isn't that interesting."

"You…" Akira turned to him. "You helped them hide, didn't you?"

"Guilty as charged." Art said putting his hands up. "But listen here, mate, for I hate repeating myself. How about you guys solve this the old fashion way?"

"What? Are you proposing a duel?" Akira asked.

"Bingo. A simple one as well, a tag duel. Aoi and Yusaku versus you and this lady here." Art proposed. "Also, you cannot refuse."

"And why is that?" Akira asked.

"I recorded everything." Then the CEO went stiff. "It'll be a shame if the people found out that the CEO of SOL would do shit like that only because his sister ran away with her boyfriend. While some might give you the point, I am fairly certain most won't. That would affect the company, am I right?" This man...Akira didn't know what to make of him. He was unpredictable, and now he was even acting as the devil himself.

But he was right that, if this were to be found out, SOL technologies would suffer, and it would be all blamed on him. But Akira had doubts regarding the part with the recording. It might be a bluff. " You're bluffing." And Akira tried to call it out, making Art sigh.

"Damn…" Akira smirked. "You are really bad at poker if you couldn't tell the truth and the bluff apart." Art pulled his phone out and played the entire thing on it...Akira's eyes went wide open and tightened his teeth.

"A good move…" Even Emma admitted Art got him.

"You only have one way, Akira, so be a man and go down that way." Art said. "Or are you too much of a pussy to stand up to your sister's boyfriend, and possible, future brother-in-law."

Akira snapped hearing that. "EVERYONE! INTO THE VRAINS!"

Somewhere else, a certain someone has just got a very late, extremely, murderous chill through them, and they suddenly had the urge to shoot a certain CEO dead on the street. "That was strange."

Later, they all found themselves inside Link Vrains, inside a private server which Akira had. It was barren land, with nothing in sight.

" This is where we shall duel!" Akira declared. "Playmaker! Be prepared! You might've defeated me last time, but now, for Aoi, I won't lose!"

Yusaku narrowed his eyes at Akira, recognizing the drive in him. It was similar to him when he was hunting the Hanoi. But now, he was dueling to protect Aoi.

" I won't make this easy for you, Akira…" Yusaku admitted with a solemn tone.

They all looked at each other. "DUEL!"
