AN: First things first, I want to thank everyone for reading! We've reached over 100 followers as of yesterday, and you all don't know how happy that makes me! Onto the comments!

pupsicle: I actually don't have a clear number on the chapters that this will take to get to where I want the story to end. I do have the general roadmap lined up, but the way that I write is that I write every morning, continuing from where I left off the day before until I get to a good stopping point. Because of this I don't really have any way to know how many chapters it will take to finish the story. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

SentinalSlice: I like both of these ideas, especially the second one, although that might be my inherent bias since so many people recommend diamond materials when there's so much that is better. Your question about if materials have to be molecularly crystalline, not necessarily, as remember his legs have bones made of Damascus steel. As long as it is a metal, stone, or crystal, his body can integrate it. Now as much as I do like those two ideas you pitched, there are some factors that I can't give away that are requirements for the materials Izuku is allowed to use, and neither of these fit those requirements. That's not to say that anybody shouldn't send me more ideas, because some of them might be included, heck there was one posted a while ago that I said no to that I've since decided that I actually WILL use, it's just these two at this point do not fit the criteria for the materials he can use, and I unfortunately can not explain why without spoilers.

"I dunno Deku, are YOU ready?~" Katsuki asked with a large smirk. Deku stepped forward, and the two started slowly circling each other, waiting for an opening. Katsuki didn't know how much stronger Deku had gotten, but he was obviously not someone to be trifled with.

"So, you left Ponytail to guard the objective?"

"I figured you'd want to do this one-on-one."

Katsuki grinned. "You know me so well." At this point Katsuki got fed up of waiting and closed the gap between them, aiming for a large right hook. Right before it connected, he felt a grip on his wrist. The world turned, and he choked as his back slammed into the ground. As his vision came back, he saw that Deku was stepping forward to pin him, and quickly grabbed his leg, setting off explosions directly into the crystal.

As Deku stumbled back, Katsuki used his explosions to right himself, and saw that from his explosions, Deku's legs had been damaged down to the muscle, and while the crystals flew back into place in seconds, the silvery muscles underneath seemed to be taking a lot longer.

"Can't rely on your speed anymore can ya Deku? Gonna give up yet?"

"In your dreams, Kacchan!" Deku slammed his right hand against the wall to punctuate his point, the ringing of his arm settling down into its usual hum. Katsuki ran at him once more, with a different plan this time. He feinted a strong left, before jumping up into the air over Deku's grab, using his explosions to vault himself behind his opponent.. Facing away from Deku, he thrust his hand backwards to throw a quick explosion at the crystal boy's back... only to feel a hand press against his own.

Katsuki was launched into a wall, feeling his arm nearly break from the force imparted upon it. He turned himself around to see Deku approaching him with the capture tape. Luckily he had one last plan.

As Izuku approached Kacchan, who was now slumped against the wall, he thought it odd that this was all Kacchan had. Normally he was more cunning. And then he saw the glint flash over his opponent's eyes as he lifted one of his large grenade bracers and, with the other hand ready to pull a pin out of the side.

"Had the support team make the special to store up enough explosive power to level a building. I'm not gonna lose to you, Deku." Kacchan last head lifted up to stare straight at him, and he could tell his childhood friend was serious.

"Bakugou that is way too much destructive power! You are not allowed to fire that at Midoriya!" All Might echoed over the speakers.

"He'll be fine, I'll help pick up the pieces afterwards!" Kacchan replied with a smirk, and then he pulled the pin, as Izuku threw himself to the side with his leg that hadn't been damaged. And then there was white.

When Izuku could see again, a few moments later, he quickly pulled what parts of him had shattered from his lunge to the side and looked around. He could faintly hear All Might announcing that Kacchan was disqualified for excessive use of force, but that wasn't important right now. Where was Yaoyorozu?

As he looked up, he could see that the blast had hit the floors above as well. She could have been hit by the explosion and she wouldn't have been ready for it! He looked around frantically for a sign of her and... There! He spotted a bit of her costume within the rubble, and the next thing he knew he was there, digging her out.

She was unconscious, and didn't seem to be much more than cut up from the concrete, but she had fallen two stories to land down here, so she could have still been internally injured. Izuku gently picked her up.

"I'm taking her to the nurse's office!" he yelled, to make sure All Might knew what was going on, and then sprinted out of the building, and back towards the main campus.
