Obi-Wan then jumps to hyperspace and arrives on Tython in a secret, sealed-off ravine behind an ancient Jedi temple. It is revealed that about over 100 Jedi total have survived (about 77 in the valley, including Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Windu). And the last transport containing them is arriving soon. But before it arrives, Obi-Wan informs everyone that he just learned that the chancellor was a Sith Lord the whole time. Everyone is shocked and amazed. One of them wonders how they couldn't have sensed him this whole time. Yoda then reminds everyone that the dark side can cloak itself. One Jedi says that there should have been some other clues.
Then the last transport carrying Jedi arrives. As it lands, it suddenly explodes. Mace questions how it could have happened, considering only Jedi know of this secret location. Obi-Wan answers that there's only one other person who knows about this. A ship lands and out comes… Darth Vader! "Of course…" Obi-Wan says. A Jedi asks him if he knows him. "An old apprentice of mine." "That doesn't look like Anakin." "That's because I finished him. Just like how I will finish the rest of you." An overly ambitious Padawan leaps out at Vader, only to be cut to bits.
Shortly thereafter, two shuttles are spotted approaching their location. Yoda then lifts a boulder with the force and throws it at one of them. One of them dodges but the other manages to explode. "No matter. None of you are leaving alive." Then the shuttle lands and a squad of flametroopers steps out. Mace steps forward. "Master Kayos! Master Hoedaack! You and your Padawans help me take out these intruders! Everyone else get outta here!" Obi-Wan interjects. "I will help too!" "No, Master Kenobi! The less of us there are in the line of fire, the more likely more of us are able to make it out! Now go!"
Obi-Wan and the other Jedi run to their fighters and transports while Windu, Kayos, Hoedaack, and their Padawans fight off the flametroopers. They fight bravely against the flametroopers, but one by one they are BBQed to death until Mace Windu kills the last flametrooper. Then he looks back at Darth Vader and charges right at him. Vader deflects some of his blows until he uses the force to lift Windu off the ground, choking him to death.
Meanwhile, in the skies above Tython, we cut to Obi-Wan piloting his fighter. "Alright, I just received the new coordinates, we'll meet you at the new rendezvous point." Suddenly, another transport explodes, followed by a fighter squad! All there are left now are a few Jedi fighters, one last transport, and Yoda's shuttle. A dogfight ensues that ends with the fighters destroyed and Obi-Wan being the last fighter left. At one point, a couple of the fighters approach Yoda's ship head-on, but Yoda makes a clapping motion with his hands to crash the two ships into each other. As soon as they reach orbit, a ship deactivates its cloaking device, destroying the last transport. It then starts shooting at Obi-Wan and Yoda. "Master Yoda, will these coordinates do us any good now?" "Probably not. Too few of us now, there are." Obi-Wan pushes a few buttons on his console. "Master, I have an idea. Put in these coordinates." The two then jump to hyperspace.
