Hank watched Hailey sleeping soundly on his couch sure as hell not going to move her, that was when the door opened with a bang, nearly making Hailey jump out of a sound sleep then looking for her gun, when realizing she did not have one. Feeling panicked looking for something to use when the voice was Vanessa's "we found something you should see." Hank for the most part was pissed, looking at his scared kitten. Nodding his head, he went to get up from his chair, gave Hailey a soft kiss to the cheek, before walking into the bull pin.
Hailey wanted to cry just then, all the flashbacks came back all at once that was when Hank whispered into her ear "stay, you are safe baby" before kissing her check as Hank left into the bull pin. Giving herself some time before checking on Lucia. As Hailey get up from the sofa, listening into the conversation that was when she hears "so the girl was supposed to be sold, then manages to get away fleeing into a police station hiding under a desk.?" Hailey's blood went cold hearing that. "If that is true, why not do a canvas in the area. Find out who knows something that is willing to talk." Hailey knew she needed to get out there, Vanessa is really pissing her off. After checking on Lucia, Hailey's has her plan set into motion. Not being a cop at all well this would serve a purpose. All she needed was little CI help.
Leaving her actual cellphone in the sofa, buying a burner phone was easy, remembering one number. The person picked up on the first ring. "Need you help, with you being as you are for children this is right up your ally. Look can not explain over the phone, need to talk in person."
Ray Nicholas Romero was a drug seller when he was picked up dealing that cost him everything Hailey helped him with getting out and turn his life around. Hailey told Ray everything, including feelings for a certain boss of hers. Ray chuckled, earning a smirk from Hailey. "So will help me find out where this girl came from. All we want to know is if she is getting sold, then the person hired a hit on the man whom is taking very good care of her." Hailey was pacing the information was to great not to pass up. That was when Hailey stopped pacing when Ray grabbed her shoulders "Yes, Mia I will help you. Give me three hours I will find information for you, my people hate pedo's as well. So this is in good hands" Hailey whispered her thanks before walking back the district knowing the ass chewing she would receive from a certain someone.
