A/n: Time for the story to end

I walked through the door to see Blue there. "I knew you would make it here. Guess Leaf couldn't. Not that I'm surprised. I know you're Pokemon can't be revived however your journey ends here with me Jake. Cause I'm the most powerful Trainer in the world. Pidgeot you're up.'

"Great no more talking. Paula Thunderbolt." Which of course one shot it.

"Alakazam." Blue said it

"Paula return. I choose Hurley. Use Strength."

"Alakazam, use Psychic quickly." While Alakazam hit Hurley with psychic power it wasn't enough to save it. With that 2 down. "Err. Rhydon"

"Wait when did you add that to your team?" I said, shocked.

"Before I battled Blaine. HORN DRILL." It hit and it actually went through Hurley's stomach and then Hurley died.

"Sorry sir. You will have to do the rest yourself." He then died right there. Blue ordered his Rhydon to move the dead Sonrlax off the field."

Lukas came out and used Razor Leaf to take out Rhydon. "Next one please." I said. The score was 3 to 1. I was up by two and I did not want to lose here.

"Gyarados… and it's down." Paula did take it out in one shot then came back to my side. "Fine then Exeggutor… and it's down too." Pidgeot used Sky Attack to kill it.

"Your last one is Charizard. Give up Blue." I said

"Never. Charizard you're up."

"Paula ThunderBolt." Paula started to walk over to me when…

"Charizard, Fire Blast." Were the last words that Paula heard that was not her own.

"I… love you, Jake… I will get through this…" She then puked blood. "Maybe not… Don't forget me Jake… I was glad to… know you… and everyone else as well… win this battle… for me." She then died right there. One of my earliest Pokemon gone.

"I will Paula. Missy… Surf and end this." With that the battle ended. It was then I started crying. Hurley was the latest member on the team but he died just the same. Paula has been through so much and died right at the final battle.

"I'm sorry for Hurley and Paula, Jake" Blue said. "Come on you have to register your team in the Hall of Fame. You are the new Pokemon League Champion."

I did that and as Blue and I left the League an explosion was heard just then. Leaf came out. "What was that I asked?"I asked

"Something happened in the cave near Cerulean." Leaf said

"Well that's not good. Jake is down two Pokemon thanks to me." Blue said

"Give me your starters." I said

"What why?" Leaf asked

"I need them. Our starters (minus the legendary birds) are the strongest we got." I said. "Please lend me their strength." I held out my hand which Leaf put her Blastoise in. My other hand was towards Blue

"You kill my Charizard, I kill you.' He said putting it's Charizard in my other hand.

"Noted." I said. "Okay Lisa bring me to Cerulean City."

We landed in Cerulean City. I returned Lisa to her ball and sent out the three starters.

"What are we doing here?" Blastoise asked

"I don't fucking know." I said

"I think we're looking for a giant demon cat thing," Charizard said

"Why do you say that?" Lukas asked.

"Look up at me" A voice came from above us.

"Mewtwo." Lukas and I said

"It's been a while Jake." Mewtwo came down. "You think these three will be enough to bring me down."

"I would rather not fight you." I said holding out a Pokeball in my hand. "Just go into the ball."

"You'll have to catch me normally." Mewtwo said using swift at Blastoise.

"Lukas, Sleep Powder. Blastoise. Hydro Pump and Charizard, Fire Blast." All the attacks hit. But like normal Mewtwo got right back up.

"I almost felt that." Mewtwo said

"Slash." I told Chrizard.

"Blue made me forget that."

"Then Fire Blast again." Another direct hit.

"You won't beat me." Mewtwo said.

"Rockruff Continental Crush." I heard as a big hunk of rock fell down on Mewtwo.

"Onix. Rock Slide." I heard as a bunch of rocks hit him. I looked to see the gym leaders and Kukui willing to take down Mewtwo.

"Stay out of this." Mewtwo said as a wave of psychic energy hit everyone but me and the three pokemon I had and knocked everyone else out.

I then remembered… "I still got the Masterball." I threw it and it hit Mewtwo and captured him.

"Well that's the end of that." I said and called Lisa to carry me back to Pallet town

3 Years Later

I had a lot of challengers but I still remained the Champion but after 6 months of that. I gave up my place of Champion and gave the position to Lance. Me, Leaf, and Blue hung out but then now we turn it to the day when our paths split apart again.

"What do you want from us gramps?" Blue said since we were all called to the lab.

"Three things. First is Leaf. You have been asked to help Prof Elm with something so you have a special ticket to Johto. Next is Blue you were asked to take the position of Viridian City's gym leader." Oak said

"Yeah and I took the position." Blue said

"And finally Jake… you will go to Mt. Silver and not talk to anyone for a while for no explained reason."

"Sounds good." I said

Our paths split that day. We said our goodbyes to each other that day. It's been 6 months that I've been up here. I was given Charizard and Blastoise to remember my friends. Then a girl came up to the top. She was dressed differently. But could she beat me? "Missy you're up first."

When Mewtwo used the shockwave something happened to me. I was sent forward no in the direction but in time. But what did this timeline have to offer? Find out later
