The tale of Naruto Uzumaki

The story starts when everyone returns from the war. Naruto and his friends become big heroes and not long after they returned, Naruto decides to go on a 2 year long journey to train Konohamaru. Will Sakura finally decide who she loves? Is Sasuke ever going to return to the village? Will Naruto become Hokage? (There is a lot of special fantasy in it too,I'm creative) SPOILERS!

Hey guys! It's been a while.

Unfortunately to anyone who might still be following this series after all this time, I am here to announce that I am dropping The Tale of Naruto Uzumaki. It was a hard decision considering this was my very first story I started YEARS ago. I started writing it when I was a young teenager and now I have just graduated college as a secondary school teacher. I don't think many people still read this but if there still are, I am very sorry for ending it so abruptly and I hope you can enjoy my other content.

I have several reasons for moving on from this story:

1. I am no longer very active in the Naruto and Boruto fandom. I watch Boruto and I still listen to the music from all the franchise's series but that is basically it. (That doesn't mean that Naruto doesn't have a special place in my heart though, having been the second anime I ever watched aside from series like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh that basically everyone watched as a kid at the time.)

2. This series is VERY dated. I started this when the Fourth Great Ninja War arc was still in its earlier stages in the manga so a lot of things won't make sense to people who started reading this later on.

3. Having been the completely inexperienced writer I was back when I started this story, I didn't plan squat, meaning I also just have no idea where to go with this.

4. I am not a big fan of OCs and creating so many of them is not the most fun experience. Through the experience I've gained through writing and especially through roleplaying with friends I've discovered I like using the existing characters the most and prefer to keep original characters to a minimum. I rarely make my own anymore.

5. I have other projects I am much more motivated for, especially ones for series that I am still very involved with in the fandom. I haven't even written anything for those series though I have roleplayed a lot for some of them.

For those who read my other ongoing fics, don't worry I am not discontinuing those as I feel much more confident and prepared for those than I ever was for this one. Though that doesn't mean I am not proud of what I have written for this one (though the first few chapters make me cringe when I read them now XD).

So yeah, my apologies and thank you to anyone who may have stuck to this and everyone who read it in some shape or form throughout the years. I hope to continue on with your support in the future. :)
