Chapter 21: One For All and All For One!
Deku's P.O.V
I turned my attention towards All For One.
I was ready to fight.
All Foe One laughed.
"You're what stands between me and world domination?" He asked.
"That's right," I said clenching my fists, "You're taken enough lives. In the name of all that is good, and for All Might's sake, I will stop you."
Aura was flowing through my body.
With the buff I acquired, I thought I stood more of a chance.
I lunged at him.
"You've got courage boy…. however."
He shot some dark energy blasts to keep distance from me.
I quickly evaded them.
"He's fast," I said to myself.
I was starting to read his movements.
"Remember what Torino taught me," I said.
The second he stopped, I shot a full fledged Delaware smash.
It knocked him into a building.
I then charged at him again.
He grabbed me by the neck and slammed me down.
"Your quirk isn't that special," he said, "Me on the other hand."
He started shooting explosions similar to Bakugo.
"What…."
"That's right," he said, "In addition to copying All Might's DNA, I also copied your friend."
He charged at me and did a move similar to All Might.
"So much to protect, and yet you still let yourself open. You still fight for the weak, which is why you lose!"
He punched me in the stomach and I fell to the ground.
Despite his blow being powerful, I stood my ground.
"You treat everyone here like your toys, you steal, you kill, and you manipulate people into believing they're nothing," I said, "You scorn their hardships and laugh at them while they try to live their every day life."
I got back up.
"This is something I cannot let fly."
I blocked his punch and grabbed his legs.
I spun him around and threw him back.
People were watching me on the news.
My mom was watching with pride.
"Don't you quit son," she said.
Eri was watching me as well.
"Kick his ass Papa!" She said.
Staff and students at UA were watching as well.
All For One got back up and glared at me.
"No matter how many times you fight me I can always get back up," he said, "If you think you have what it takes to succeed All Might, you're out of your mind."
He walked towards me.
"I could use a challenge though, because once you're out of the way, taking on All Might's little Justice team, will be all too EASY!"
He charged at me again hitting me with another barrage attack.
He finished it with a dark aura smash punching me in the face.
The blow was so hard I fell through 3 buildings.
He flew towards me.
"Once you're out of the way, i'm going to take back what is rightfully mine, and absorb the full power of One For All," All For One said, "While I disposed of his master, he too took something from me, which is why I want him to suffer and wish he were dead."
He walked towards me with something heavy.
"Goodbye Midoriya," he said.
He was about to finish me off.
"I can't let you do that," said someone.
It was Aizawa.
"Shouta," he said, "I'll be right with you."
He was about to finish me when someone grabbed the weapon from his hand.
It was Gran Torino.
"Hello old man," All for One said, "You are all pathetic!"
His right arm started to grow with multiple hands on it.
"These are the quirks of many that I have copied," he said, "With them I will put an end to the heroes and build a new world!"
Someone punched him, hard.
"Looks like you didn't finish me off as you thought."
It was All Might, but he wasn't in his muscular form.
People were watching.
"Is that All Might?"
"Why is he so bony?"
Seeing All Might alive gave me strength.
The other heroes evacuated the civillians.
"You're right about one thing, All For One," I said, "As a hero, I have a lot to protect, but we give them strength to fight."
I remember the day I met All Might, my first few days at UA, and the people I love and care about.
"Which is why for their sake," I started.
My body was glowing green.
"I. Won't. LOSE!"
I punched him hard and then went at him with a barrage of punches.
He was about to attack with his giant arm, but I used a technique I learned; Impact Reverse.
I then jumped at him with a charged punch.
He got up.
"I was wrong to go easy on you before, but now I must put this game to an end," he said.
He flew up and energy was charging through his body.
"While this has been fun, its time to settle the score."
Ochako was watching me from the big screen.
"You can do it Deku!" She screamed.
Aizawa saw me and grinned.
"He has more potential than I assumed."
Everyone was cheering me on, even Bakugo.
Their cheers gave me energy.
I suddenly remembered what Gran Torino told me.
"Take the energy within yourself, and of the people you care about."
"Its time to prove I can be a hero."
I looked at All For One who was still floating.
Red energy was flowing through him.
"I have defeat those who have stood against me before."
I was charging up energy.
"Aura style…"
"As I shall…"
"United States of…."
"AGAIN!"
He shot the energy blast at me.
"SMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
I flew up fast with blue energy protecting me from the attack.
I flew straight up to All For One and hit him with the strongest, hardest punch possible!
All Might's P.O.V
There was a big explosion.
The dust settled, and most of us were worried.
The dust begun to clear up and I saw a hand.
It was….
"Midoriya," Aizawa said.
He was still standing despite all that energy he used.
All For One was down for the count.
The crowds cheered as All For One had been defeated by Midoriya.
His mask was removed.
I have never been more proud of that boy.
I walked up to him and gave him a hug.
"Good job son," I told him, "Good job."
"I did it…" he said.
I looked to him.
"My days as the symbol of peace have come to an end," I said smiling, "So now….. its your turn."
He was shocked to hear those words.
Deku's P.O.V
I was surprised.
He wants me to succeed him?
He smiled as well as other pro heroes, including Aizawa.
Ochako ran up to me.
"Deku you're ok!" She said.
She gave me the biggest kiss ever.
"No Ochako," I said, "We did it."
I scooped her down and kissed her.
I looked to see the ghosts of Ochako's parents smiling at us.
"You know, there's somebody I'd like you to meet," I said making her face them."
She saw them.
Her dad gave her a thumbs up and her mom smiled.
"Midoriya makes a damn good boyfriend," said her dad chuckling.
Ochako tearfully looked at them smiling.
Our celebration was cut short when we saw two people.
It was Muscular and Toga.
All For One looked to them.
"My friends, it will take some time but the League of Villains will rise again," he said, "You can prove yourselves right here and now."
Toga pulled out something and the two of us got in a fighting stance.
"On behalf of the people of this city, I hereby place you under arrest," Toga said showing a badge.
Authorities came by and placed All For One in a police car.
Ochako and I were dumbstruck.
"You seem surprised," Toga said.
"More like….. confused," Ochako said.
"Yeah," I continued, "You can't be the good guys….. we're the good guys."
"And we are members of Sir Nighteye's agency," Muscular said, "We did start off as villains, but some heroes offered us a chance of redemption."
"And all we had to do was go undercover in the league," Toga said, "Plus it gave me a chance to see what future pro heroes would be coming out."
Muscular patted my back.
"Sorry for roughing you up earlier."
I chuckled nervously.
Eri was jumping up and down.
"Papa won!" She said, "Papa beat the bad guy!"
Mom was looking at me so proud.
"He sure did," Mom said, "UA took my baby boy and made him….. a champion."
She couldn't hold it in anymore and started crying.
"MY BABY I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!" She shouted.
Eri comforted her.
"Don't cry Grandma."
The next morning we all started to go our separate ways home with the exception of me and Ochako since we lived in the same house.
There were news reports flooding in about the recent events that happened, from All Might's true form revealed to him making me his successor.
All that mattered is that I was with the woman I loved.
We opened the doors and Mom greeted us.
"Welcome home," she said with a smile.
She didn't even bother to yell about me being late or anything.
All that mattered to her was that we were home safe.
Eri came running to us.
"Papa, mama!" She said.
She gave us both a big hug.
"Papa!" She said, "Mama!"
I kissed the top of her head.
"Papa's right here," I said.
She was overjoyed to see us.
Mom smiled.
"Nice costume," she said patting my shoulder.
"I'm sorry mom," I said, "I never meant to make you worry."
"Well I did," Mom said, "But I am so proud of you. And your father would be too. All the people you saved."
The next day we were at school and Mr. Aizawa was giving a speech about the recent events that happened.
He congratulated me, Ochako and some others for a job well done.
"But, had you gone and did this without our permission or say, it would've been a complete violation of school, and broken our trust," he continued, "However, if you think that this would be enough to get you all expelled, think again. UA may punish you even for the smallest act of disobedience which is a rare occasion nowadays, but it'll never cast you out, even for the largest."
We were continuing to listen.
"With a few exceptions, I think the best line of action would be to follow school procedures and go by the book," Aizawa stated, "I'd greatly appreciate it. That's all."
With that, class was over.
I was about to leave but Aizawa pulled me back.
"Midoriya, you've done a mighty fine job holding your own against All For One," he said, "I couldn't be anymore prouder to be your sensei."
I smiled.
"So some of the professors and I have been talking, and I was thinking….. you could probably get an automatic pass to receive your hero license," Aizawa told me.
He had one in his hand with my name and everything on it.
I almost took it but then I stopped.
"Mr. Aizawa, this is a really big honor, and its something I've worked hard for," I said, "But… I've been thinking about what you said about going by procedures. With all due respect, I'd like to earn the license the traditional way."
He grinned.
"Right answer," Aizawa said, "I wasn't just gonna give it away. You may be a big shot champion, but in UA, you're still a student."
I chuckled.
"Now come on, let's get to the gym and do some warm ups."
I followed him while holding hands with Uraraka.
This year has been nothing short of exciting.
And on top of that, I'm dating the girl of my dreams.
I was excited for what the next years of UA had in store for me.
The End… or is it?
Someone was looking at a glowing rock.
"After all these years, the secrets will finally be unlocked."
As soon as he touched the rock, it was glowing a red color.
"One of the stones of Aura is finally within my grasp."
Someone else was looking.
"But we've only touched the tip of the iceberg," she said, "If you want to uncover the secrets of the Aura Arts, you'll need to find the rest of the stones on this island."
The stranger grabbed some kind of gauntlet.
"How do you expect to retrieve them if we don't have as many operatives?"
The man chuckled.
"If we don't have the helping hands that's fine," he said.
He placed the stone on the gauntlet and his body was glowing red.
He turned around and grinned, clenching the gauntlet into a fist.
"I'll do it myself….."
The story continues….
