Sonya and a girl named Masumi stood on the roof of a very high building. Masumi wore a familiar red uniform.
"So, what do you need me for ?" Masumi asked. "I want you to-" Sonya said but got interupted by someone. "I should have known !" Both girls turned to look to the right side and saw Morgan standing there with an angry expression.
"Morgan ? What are you doing here ?" Sonya asked.
"Spare me with that ! Your friendly mask won´t work anymore ! Your friend wearing that red uniform... you just expossed yourselves... Fusion Fighters !" Morgan yelled back with anger. Masumi and Sonya looked surprised before they both smirked.
"Seems like your cover is blown now." Masumi said. Sonya just shrugged with her shoulders, still smirking. "I assumed it would happen sooner or later." She then looked directly at Morgan. "I actually planned to capture you during the Invasion... but I think the sooner I put you out of the way the better. Be ready to say goodby to your freedom... Standard Angel."
"In your dreams !" Morgan growled back as Sonya and Masumi continued to smirk.

Kapitel 21. Friendship continues to deepen
"So... those two are really from the Fusion World." Finn said from behind Morgan.
"Yeah. They are from the world which wants to destroy our worlds and capture us. They probably came here to spy on us until the Invasion starts. Just like our Fusion-selfs Celina and Ren had spied on me, Brody and Lynn before they attacked my world." Morgan said as she looked at him over her shoulder. She turned back to Sonya, still with an angry expression. "I know that you guys from the Fusion World are crazy, but you start to crose the line more and more ! What you did yesterday... you could have killed me and Rei !" Morgan shouted, her anger vissible at every point.
Sonya chuckled a bit. "Seems like I enraged you quite a lot, Standard Angel. It´s surprising how you and your sister survived that fall with only a few scratches."
Morgan narrowed her eyes. ( "Again. I´m being called an Angel and sister. Just what is the meaning behind all of this ?") She thought before slightly shaking her head. ( "I worry about that later. Now I have to send them back to their world before they cause more danger.")
"However..." Sonya then spoke once more. "I wonder... how did you actually found out that it was me who did it ? I never acted too obvious."
"A friend of mine saw you acting strange. The moment before me and Rei fell into the hole, you smirked. That simple and small act got me to think, and the more I thought about it... or better the more I thought about you, the more inconsistencies started to appear." Morgan said and then smirked a bit. "And then things started to add up. You don´t come from this city, right at the beginning you tried to stay as close as possible to Rei and all of us, you said you live with your father but we never saw him, you got lucky enough to be on the same group as Rei and Finn, and you were the one who encouraged us to continue with the treasure hunt when we started to get unsure. Call it coincidence, but putting everything together, and knowing that a whole world is after us and has the ability to travel to the other worlds... it makes enough sense to better keep a close eye on you. And now seeing you with someone who wears such a familiar red uniform... there is no more doubting it."
Sonya closed her eyes and smiled. "Very impressive. You´re a smart and careful thinker. Now I can understand why Celina couldn´t capture you right away."
"It´s not like she didn´t try. But my friends and me won´t go down so easy." Morgan replied.
"What should we do now, Morgan ?" Finn then asked.
"Sending them home and making sure that they stay there." Morgan replied firmly, activating her Duel Disk.
"If you want to duel Sonya, then you have to go through me first." Masumi said, stepping forward and activating her own Duel Disk. It´s blade was shapped like a sword.
"I don´t care. And if I have to fight one hundred of you Fusion Fighters to end this nightmare, then so it be !" Morgan shouted back.
"Good luck." Finn said as he stepped back a little. Morgan only looked at him for a second and then back to her opponent.
"Masumi is an Alpha-red ranked student, she was trained under my care. This should be interesting." Sonya said as she crossed her arms, ready to watch the Duel. Morgan and Masumi didn´t wasted more time and so begun their Duel. "Duel !" Both shouted.
TURN 1 Masumi LP 4000 Hand 5 / Morgan LP 4000 Hand 5
"I shall start !" Masumi said. "I play Gem-Knight Fusion and this allows me to Fusion Summon by using material from my hand ! I Fusion Summon with my Multi-Gem and Gem-Knight Tourmaline !" A yellow knight and a giant crystal made of different colors fused in the blue and orange whirlpool. "Appear Gem-Knight Seraphinite !" A silver knight with a blue scarf appeared.

"A Fusion Summon right at the beginning..." Morgan said to herself.
"First of all I shall explain." Said a smug Masumi. "To call Seraphinite I needed a LIGHT monster and a Gem-Knight. Tourmaline counts as the LIGHT- monster while Multi-Gem is always treated as a Gem-Knight."
Morgan rolled her eyes. "I get it. Continue your turn."
"I set a card, and now during the end phase, if Multi-Gem is in the graveyard, it is summoned to my field in defence !" The large different colored crystal appeared on the field. Multi-Gem ATK/0 DEF/0 Dark/Rock/Effect/Lv. 1
"When Multi-Gem appeares, I can add Gem-Knight Fusion from my graveyard to my hand !" The card came out of Masumi´s graveyard slot and she placed it into her hand.
As Finn followed the first turn, he noticed that Morgan looks pretty tense. "You okay, Morgan ?"
"People from my world can now also Fusion Summon but, when I dueled some Fusion Fighters... let´s just say... there is quite the gap between the strenght. Their cards... feel different." Morgan said.
"Of course we are stronger. Fusion Summoning is the Summon of our world, the world which will reign supreme over the other worlds." Masumi said.
("Just what is wrong with that world and its people ?") Morgan thought.
TURN 2 Morgan LP 4000 Hand 5 / Masumi LP 4000 Hand 2
"I draw and I activate the Spell, Heaven´s Draw. Since you control monsters and I don´t, I can now draw three cards !" Morgan said and taking three cards from her deck. "Now I set my Pendulum Scale ! I set Scale three Sakura The Pendulum Warrior and Scale eight Winged Pendulum Kuriboh !" Morgan slammed the cards onto each side of her Duel Disk. Her two monsters arose in the pillars of light.

"I Pendulum Summon ! Appear Fate The Lightning Pendulum Mage and Valkyrie Knight Eri !" The Pendulum portal in between the pillars opened and two beams shot onto the field. Fate appeared along with Eri who is a girl with shoulder lenght blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a pair of small white wings on her back and she wears a long sleeved, short white kimono with red markings and long white boots. In her left hand she holds a red trident.

"I give Valkyrie Knight Eri 300 more attack points with the Equip Spell Pendulum Wings !" The fairy monster´s wings grew and turned to be rainbow colored.

"And now go, Fate ! Attack Gem-Knight Seraphinite !" Morgan commanded and her warrior charged forward. Masumi looked on calm. "Hm. While Multi-Gem is on the field, Fusion monsters cannot be destroyed by battle !"
"What ?!" Morgan said as Fate slashed across the Fusion monster but it wasn´t destroyed. "Fine. But damage is still there and Fate´s effect doubles it !"
Masumi LP 4000 (- 400) 3600
"What on earth is that card ?" Finn questioned.
"Our world has enough energy and knowledge to create cards much more powerful then this one, just to let you know." Sonya said.
"You may can create strong cards, but the believing of Duelists in their cards is what is stronger." Morgan said firmly. "Valkyrie Knight Eri, attack !" Eri went in for the hit but Masumi´s monster remained due to Multi-Gem. Masumi LP 3600 (-300) 3300
"Go my Trap ! Survivor Fusion !" Masumi replied. "If you control two monsters that attacked me this turn, I can switch them to my side ! Then by banishing two monsters from my deck, the two new monsters I gained, are treated as them !"
"No way !" Morgan said as her monsters were forced to change sides.
"I banish Gem-Knight Crystal and Gem-Knight Sapphire !" Masumi´s new monsters took the image of each knight and then fused in the Fusion whirlpool. "I Fusion Summon Gem-Knight Zirconia !" A large silver knight with a purple cape appeared on the field.

"That´s a monster..." Morgan said.
"Does it scare you ?" Masumi said with a smirk. "It should ! I have defeated many opponents with it."
"We will see." Morgan replied. "Since you Fusion Summoned with my monsters, they return to my extra deck. I set a card and end my turn."
TURN 3 Masumi LP 3300 Hand 2 / Morgan LP 4000 Hand 2
"My turn !" Masumi drew her card and added it to her hand. "It´s time ! Using Gem-Knight Fusion once more, I fuse Multi-Gem from my field and Gem-Knight Garnet in my hand ! Appear Gem-Knight Citrine !" A bronze armoured warrior appeared with magma hands as well holding a flaming sword.

("Three Fusion monsters... insane.") Morgan thought.
"Our master said that you and your other selfs are strong, but this is easy." Masumi said. "Zirconia, direct attack !" Zirconia went in for a direct punch and successfully hit Morgan. She was sent across the rooftop.

"Morgan !" Finn yelled worried.
"I play a Trap !" Morgan said once she got back up onto her feet. "Go Show End ! When I take battle damage, I end the battle phase !"
"Annoying." Masumi said. "I end my turn. Multi-Gem returns to my field and Gem-Knight Fusion returns to my hand."
TURN 4 Morgan LP 1100 Hand 2 / Masumi LP 3300 Hand 2
"My turn ! Using my set Pendulum Scale, I Pendulum Summon Fate, Eri and Spirit !" Three beams of light shot onto the field and each of Morgan´s monsters appeared. Valkyrie Knight Eri appeared in defence. Spirit is a wolf with orange-gold fur, green eyes, a white fur tail and a white fluffy-spiky mane on its neck.

"Spirit, attack Gem-Knight Citrine !" The wolf ran towards the respective Gem-Knight and jumped onto it with a loud growl. Due to Multi-Gem it remained on the field but was pushed down by Spirit. Masumi LP 3300 (-300) 3000 "Is that your plan ? Keep holding on until I take away all of your lifepoints ?" Morgan said. "I thought you Fusion Fighters are soldiers who will fight with everything they have to fulfill the stupid and crazy plan of your master ?"
"You know nothing about us !" Masumi snapped back.
"I know quite a bit actually. From what other Fusion Fighters said, if you fail your master then you will be turned into a card as well. Don´t you care that you might never even be able to see the one perfect world you´re trying to create ?!"
"It´s a risk everyone of us is willing to take." Sonya said. "And tell you what, all those who we turn into cards will not only power the Arc Area Project with their life energy, they will also die as a result."
"That won´t happen ! I will free them before that happens !" Morgan replied firmly.
"Why are you even fighting back ? Since the master wants you, you won´t die anyway." Sonya said.
"I would rather die then to lose my freedom and being forced to serve a madman !" Morgan said. "That what your master is doing is crazy and unfair ! He wants to destroy cities, lives, whole worlds... he plans to kill hundreds of innocent people, even little kids, just to create a world for himself !"
"He is going to create a world for the ones worthy, the ones who are strong and brave." Masumi said.
("It´s pointless, Morgan. They won´t change their mind.") Fate said to Morgan via mind-talking. The Pendulum Duelist sighed. ("I know. The way they are right now, it´s pointless trying to convince them to stop.")
Morgan focused back on the Duel. "Words won´t change anything right now so let´s continue the Duel. Fate, attack Seraphinite ! Thunder Rage !" Fate slammed her sword onto the rooftop and three bolts of lightning hit the Fusion monster. It remained and Masumi felt a burning pain from the damage which Fate´s effect had doubled.

"I end my turn." Morgan said.
TURN 5 Masumi LP 2600 Hand 2 / Morgan LP 1100 Hand 2
"I´m up !" Masumi looked at her drawn card and smirked. "It´s finaly here !"
"What is ?" Morgan asked, not liking this.
"You´ll see soon, but first, I play Gem-Knight Fusion ! I fuse all my Gem-Knight Fusion monsters !" Each of the knights clashed their swords together in unison as they fused. "Appear my Gem-Knight Master Diamond !" A knight in silver armour appeared. He had a huge sword with different jewels going down it. The monster stood tall on the field.

"Is that it ?" Finn asked from the sidelines while raising an eyebrow.
"Not even close ! Now watch ! I play the Spell Gem-Knight Recruitment ! I banish a Gem-Knight and I can special summon one monster from my hand ! I banish my Multi-Gem !"
"Why banish that ? That card was helping you ?!" Morgan questioned.
"Yes, it was helping me, but now this will ! I bring out Parasite Fusioner !"
"Parasite Fusioner ?!" Morgan replied in shock. Masumi smirked as a brown parasite with green legs appeared.
Parasite Fusioner ATK/0 DEF/0 Dark/Insect/Effect/Lv. 1
"What is that thing ?!" Finn asked. "I want to know as well." Morgan added, feeling a little bit disgusted. Her three monsters shared the same feeling.
"So you´re one among the ones who were choosen to test out this new card ?" Sonya said.
"Yes. This bug may look a bit creepy, but it´s strong. And now witness its power ! When it´s special summoned, I can Fusion Summon by using monsters from my hand or field. Now fuse !" The bug and Masumi´s Master Diamond spun around in the whirlpool. "Fusion Summon ! Appear my beautiful Gem-Knight Corrupted Master Diamond !"
"Corrupted ?!" Morgan said as a black armoured knight with yellow trims appeared. He had a long, sharpened black sword and a black shield. Parasite Fusioner crawled over its chest and clung on.
Gem-Knight Corrupted Master Diamond ATK/3500 DEF/3000 Dark/Rock/Fusion/Lv. 10
"Dammit. That will be hard to take down." Morgan mumbled.
"Parasite Fusioner is equipped to my monster via its effect, and now you shall face its full wrath ! When it´s Fusion Summoned, I can bring out a Fusion monster from my extra deck while ignoring its summoning conditions !"
("A Fusion Summon without its conditions... ? How can I beat her ?!") Morgan thought while balling her right fist.
"I summon Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond !" Masumi shouted and a female knight in grey armour came to the field.
Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond ATK/3400 DEF/2000 Earth/Rock/Fusion/Lv. 10
"Now for Corrupted Master Diamond´s other effect ! It gains 100 attack for each Gem-Knight on the field and in the grave ! I have seven in the graveyard and I control two on the field, that´s 900 more points !" Masumi´s knight glowed brightly as it gained more attack.
Corrupted Master Diamond ATK/4400
"4400... but still..." Morgan said as she looked at the two cards in her hand.
"Brilliant Diamond, attack ! Destroy her Lightning Mage !" Both female monsters clashed with their swords. "My Lightning Mage won´t go down ! Sakura´s Pendulum effect prevents the destruction of Warrior monsters once per turn but I have to discard one card from my hand in order to activate this effect !" Morgan shouted. She took a card from her hand and placed it into her graveyard slot. "Now Fate !" Fate pushed the Fusion monster away but then sunk down to one knee. The difference in attack points also means a bit the difference in strenght. Morgan then felt the damage.
Morgan LP 1100 (-900) 200
"Not bad, but not good enough !" Masumi said.
"Maybe this will be good enough ! I use the Pendulum effect of Winged Pendulum Kuriboh ! It copies the Pendulum effect of a Pendulum monster in my deck or extra deck ! I choose the Pendulum effect of Action-Buddy Brave Fairy from my deck !" Morgan said and the image of the fairy appeared before Kuriboh. "I target a monster you control and negate its effects ! I negate your Corrupted Master Diamond !" The glow around the Fusion monster vanished.
Corrupted Master Diamond ATK/3300
"Well done, you stopped my monster´s effect, but you only have 200 points left ! Prepare to lose ! I attack with Master Diamond ! Attack Lightning Mage !"
Morgan smirked. "I use the effect of Fairy Luck in my graveyard ! It´s the card I had sent to the graveyard to activate Sakura´s Pendulum effect ! By banishing it and a Fairy monster I control, one other monster on my field has its ATK doubled until the end of this turn !" Valkyrie Knight Eri shattered and Fate glowed. She stood back up and took a firm stance. Lightning Mage ATK/5000 She then slammed her sword down and bolts of lightning went for the Fusion monster.
"Way to go, Morgan ! That´s the end for her strongest monster !" Finn cheered.
"No it´s not ! I use Parasite Fusioner ! I destroy this card and then my Corrupted Master Diamond is safe !" Masumi shouted. "But you still take the damage !" Morgan shouted back. Parasite Fusioner shattered and Master Diamond wasn´t destroyed. However, the hit of the attack knocked Masumi across the rooftop.
Masumi LP 2600 (-1500) 1100
Since Master Diamond remained, Morgan also took a hit which had reflected off the monster. Morgan was blasted across the rooftop at a high speed but unlike Masumi, Morgan was pushed to far and had been sent right off the roof.
"Morgan !" Finn yelled worried as he ran over to the edge of the rooftop. Masumi got back up and brushed herself down.
"You do know that we need her alive, right ?! How do you expect me to explain this to the master ?!" Sonya asked in disbelieve. Masumi looked over to where Morgan had fallen down and then turned back to Sonya. "Oops."
"Oops ?! That´s all what you got, oops ?!" Sonya yelled back.
"Hey ! It´s her own fault for blocking my attack !" Masumi snapped back.
Finn turned to them. ("Seriously ?! A girl is right at the moment falling to her death and the only thing those two have in mind is arguing with each other ?!")
("Dammit.") Fate thought as she gritted her teeth. She turned around, ready to jump after Morgan, but before she could move, she saw how Pendulum Warrior flew out of the pillar of light and down the tower. Fate´s expression turned into a carring one. ("Sakura...")
Sonya and Masumi then also saw how Pendulum Warrior flew down the tower. "What ?!"
Morgan could only see the top of the high building get further and further away as she fell. She had been taken by pure surprise that her body had shut down. But she wasn´t afraid. She closed her eyes and smiled. "I trust you, Fate... and all the others..."
... ("Ciel ! ... Ciel !") A female voice was barely visible as she got near the ground.
("Ciel ?") Morgan thought as she opened her eyes. Her bracelet was glowing in a pink light and she saw her Pendulum Warrior coming flying at her with her arms open. The female warrior got under Morgan and caught her in her arms.
("My Angel... my best friend who always treated me as a sister... I promised to always be there and protect you. Your sealed spirit sent me.")
"Angel... sealed spirit... ?" A flash of white light flashed in Morgan´s eyes and a second later she was back on the rooftop.
"Morgan ?! But... you fell ?!" Finn said, looking left and right in totall surprise.
"With me you experience something." Morgan joked while holding her head. Finn could only nod his head in response.
"Your monster saved you. How lucky you are." Sonya said.
"It´s not luck. Me and my monsters are a team." Morgan said back. She then glanced at her Pendulum Warrior who was back up in the pillar of light. ("But still... she talked to me. Does that mean she is a Duel Spirit like Fate... ?")
"Your turn." Masumi said, snapping Morgan out of her thinking. Fate ATK/2500
TURN 6 Morgan LP 200 Hand 1 / Masumi LP 1100 Hand 0
"I have no idea what to think about this... but right now I have to win this Duel." Morgan said. She placed her hand on her deck and her bracelet glowed once more
Same time at another part of the city
Rei, Dan and Alexis were preparing the living room of Rei´s home for their movie night. "Okay. I think we have everything." Rei said as she looked over the table which had several drinks and snacks on.
"I wonder what´s taking Finn so long. He said he would be here at six." Alexis said as she closed the curtains.
"Don´t know." Rei said as she looked up at the clock. It was fifteen minutes after six. "Well, let´s start anyway. He´ll show up sooner or later." She bent down to the DVD player and put the first movie in. She then noticed that her bracelet was glowing in a blue light. "What is this ?" A pink portal slowly formed next to Rei which caught her by shock. "What the..." The portal was now fully formed but neither Dan nor Alexis noticed it. Within the portal, Rei could see Morgan dueling Masumi. "Morgan ?"
Rei looked at her bracelet and the glow got more intense. She put her hand into the portal which made her disappear. The portal disappeared afterwards.
"Hey Rei. Did you put the movie in..." Dan turned around and his mouth dropped to the floor once he saw that Rei had vanished.
Back on the rooftop of the high building
"I dra-" As Morgan was about to draw, the pink portal appeared and Rei stepped out of it. Morgan looked behind and she couldn´t believe it. "Rei ?!"
"Morgan ?!" Rei said before looking around. "Where... what is this ?!" Sonya, Masumi and Finn could only look on with confusion.
"I have no idea..." Morgan said and then both her and Rei´s bracelets flashed brightly, blinding everyone.
As Morgan and Rei opened their eyes, they found themselves on a grassy field with a bright blue sky. "Where are we ?" Rei asked, looking around.
"I don´t know exactly where, but I have been here before." Morgan said. She then noticed their still glowing bracelets. "It can´t be... again... ?"
"What again ?" Rei asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Last time I needed help... Lynn, our Synchro-self came to my help and... I gained the power to Synchro Summon." Morgan looked up at Rei. "You came to my help when I needed it."
"Of course. I haven´t known you for to long but, I understand the importans of the whole situation and I want to help and fight as well." Rei said with a smile. "But what´s happening here anyway ?"
"To make it short, Sonya betrayed us. She is a spy from the Fusion World. As I found out, I came here to prevent her from harming others but her friend stepped in and I ended up in this Duel. I... we need to beat them and sent them back to their world before they can cause any harm."
"I see. Alright then, I´m in." Rei said.
"Thank you, Rei." Morgan said and smiled. Both girls then suddenly felt a presence behind them. They turned around and saw a white glowing shadow of a creature. It looked at the girls with its blue eyes. A glowing card then appeared in front of them and both girls reached out and grabbed the card. A bright light flashed once more and the girls returned to the Duel.
"What was that now ?!" Finn asked as he unshielded his eyes.
("Perfect. I don´t know how but the Ritual Angel is here as well. And with the Ritual Dragon here too... just how lucky am I ?!" ) Masumi thought with a grin.
"Let´s do this." Morgan said as she looked at Rei who nodded back. Rei´s bracelet glowed even more and the light transfered into Morgan´s bracelet. Morgan´s deck glowed and she put her hand on the top card. "Here we go ! We draw !" Morgan said. The card she drew glowed in a blue light along with the one that was already in her hand. Morgan looked at them and smiled. "Way to go. Thanks Rei."
Rei smiled back on the sidelines. "Go win this Duel, Morgan !"
"Are you two done with your cheap talk !" Sonya said, she was growing impatient.
"This has happened before, Sonya. Maybe Celina and Ren told you. After all, they said they had watched me fore a while." Morgan said with a smirk.
Sonya´s eyes widened. "Wait... you can´t have..."
"Yes. I have bonded with another friend ! I play the Ritual Spell, En Ritual-Pendulum !" Morgan shouted.
"Morgan has a Ritual Spell ?! How ?!" Finn asked. Rei didn´t answer as she continued to smile.
"I will now defeat you ! En Ritual-Pendulum allows me to Ritual Summon using monsters on my field and/or face-up in my extra deck. However, when I Ritual Summon a Ritual-Pendulum monster, I can use monsters from my Pendulum Zone as well !"
"A Ritual-Pendulum ?!" Masumi said as she took a step back in shock.
"Yes." Morgan held up a half blue, half green card. "I tribute Sakura The Pendulum Warrior and Winged Pendulum Kuriboh !" A blue and pink glowing magic circle in the form of a star appeared on the roof. Both monsters in the Pendulum Zone became energy and vanished into the circle. "Mighty creature of the ancient time and former guardian of the Angels, lend us your power once more and help us protect the ones who cannot protect themselves. Ritual Summon ! Come forth ! Ritual Spirit - Kurama The Ninetails !" Morgan and Rei chanted together. A bright blue light flashed and a large orange fox with nine tails and blue eyes appeared. It roared loudly.

Morgan climbed onto her new monster´s back. Kurama looked at her and growled slightly. Morgan somehow knew what he wanted. She turned to Rei and held out her hand. "Come."
"Are you serious ?" Rei asked.
"He wishes for it so come on." Morgan replied. Rei grabbed her hand and Morgan pulled her up so she was sitting behind her. "Hold on tight. He is strong." Morgan said with a smile before looking back at Masumi. "This is the end. I attack with Kurama ! Wipe out Gem-Knight Corrupted Master Diamond !" Morgan commanded and the Ritual monster leapt into the air. He started to gather energy in his mouth.
"I banish Gem-Knight Recruitment and use its second effect ! I banish a Gem-Knight and all battle damage this turn is made zero !" Masumi shouted. Lady Brilliant Diamond was banished. Kurama´s unleashed energy beam hit Corrupted Master Diamond and wiped it out.
"Great. There goes our chance." Rei said.
"Not really. Kurama´s effect activates ! The destroyed monster´s attack is taken from your lifepoints !" Morgan said, pointing to Masumi.
"No !" Masumi yelled. Kurama landed back on the roof and smirked at Masumi. He then roared loudly which sent shockwaves across the rooftop. Masumi was hit and sent backwards.

"We did it !" Morgan and Rei cheered while hugging each other and laughing. Kurama grinned and roared into the sky. Fate, who watched the scene, smiled. ("Just like old times.") She thought and then she and Kurama vanished.
"Way to go, girls." Finn said as he joined them.
"Wow, not bad at all. I must admit, this was an impressive Duel. Now I understand why the master wants you all." Sonya said, causing Morgan and the Ritual duo to glare back at her. Morgan stepped forward. "Duel me and you can feel our strenght yourself."
"As the Commander I have other things on my mind right now. Celina and Ren will come for you three soon." Sonya supported Masumi and helped her back up. She then looked at Morgan. "You may have a little advantage since you know that we will come and attack, but no one of you can avoid the destruction of the four worlds, Standard, Ritual, Synchro and Xyz." A bright purple light then flashed, and when it stopped, both Sonya and Masumi were gone.
"We really have a problem now." Finn said while rubbing his head.
"Oh really ?" Both Rei and Morgan replied sarcasticaly as they turned to him.
At an abandened warehouse somewhere at the far east part of the city
Celina and Ren were hiding in warehouse while Sonya was out in the city. Both were bored but they knew they should better not disobey Sonya´s orders.
A bright purple light then flashed in the warehouse and Sonya and Masumi appeared once it vanished. Ren, who was sitting on the ground, got up. "So you´re finally back."
"What happened out there ?" Celina asked while looking at Masumi who was being suported by Sonya.
"I´m sorry that I failed." Masumi said.
"It´s okay, you did good. Now I know a lot more about Morgan´s strenght. I will speak to the master and talk him out of punishing you." Sonya said with a smile.
Masumi nodded. "I have to return now. Oh, and before I forget, Sonya, the master seems to want to have another meeting with all five Commanders so you better be ready." Sonya nodded and Masumi then pushed a button on her Duel Disk. She then glowed in a blue light and vanished.
In the Fusion World
In a room that was hidden behind one of the walls in the throne room, the master of Fusion was sat at a large round table. Sonya appeared on a holo-screen the place next to him while three other male figures took the other seats around the table.
Sonya had just finished reporting the situation in Ritual. "I´m afraid you were right, master. Our main targets are indeed getting stronger. However, the Standard Angel still had it hard against my student, Masumi. With our Alpha and Omega students we still should stand a good chance against them."
The master folded his hands in front of him and looked on with a stern expression. "I understand. That´s good to know. The Invasion will start in 36 hours just as planned." He said and then turned his attention to the three other people in the room. "I called you all in here once more because I decided that we won´t waste any more time. We will send out a small group who will infiltrate the Synchro World. We quickly need to find out what this world and its people are capable of."
He turned to a young man with dark tan skin and spiky, upward-styled marron hair and purple slit-pupil eyes. He wears a dark shirt, crimson leather pants, brown shoes and a rather cool-looking white coat. "Cobra, I entrust you with that mission."
The young man, Cobra, grinned. "I understand. I won´t fail." He said and then slightly looked to the right. "Finally some action. About time, wouldn´t you agree, Cubellios ?" At that said, an unnatural large purple snake crawled around his body. It hissed and Cobra patted its head.
The young man next to him huffed and smirked. "Still not going anywhere without your little pet snake huh, Cobra ?"
Cobra glared back at him. "I can do what I want ! So just shut up, Midnight !" Midnight was a young man with red eyes and short spiky black hair on the top and longer straight white hair on the bottom. He wears dark grey pants, black shoes, no shirt and a black military coat.
"Enough !" Their master yelled, causing both young man to fall quiet again. But they continued to glare at each other.
"Midnight, you will take care of the Gamma students and the new recruits. Scare the hell out of them and make them stronger. I don´t want weak students in my army anymore. The ones who can´t endure your training, are not worthy to live in the new world. Turn them into cards."
Midnight smirked. "Gladly, master."
"Good." The master replied before he sensed something. He narrowed his eyes. "Don´t just stand there watching. Come in, son." He ordered. An about 18 year old boy walked into the light. He had spiky silver hair with light green highlights, yellow eyes and wears a black cloak over normal clothes.
"So you finally decided to show up for the metting, Zarc." Cobra said with a grin. The boy, Zarc, ignored him and turned to his father. "News from our guards in the city. The Resistance has disrupted organisations, again."
"How much of a disruption ?" The master asked. Zarc remained silent but the master knew what he meant. He balled his right fist in anger. "That Resistance is an annoying foe. Since three years they keep interfering with our plans."
Zarc approached him. "They won´t stop until they have convinced all of our students to join their side and fight against us."
"Our answer to that is clear. We will change our method to break the Resistance. Zarc, you will continue to stay with them and deepen their trust to you. Then when the time is right we will take them down from the inside."
"As you wish, father." Zarc simply replied before he left the room. A few minutes later and he entered another room. It was all dark except for the light of a large screen. Zarc then smirked. "Stupid old man. You have no idea what you just started." He walked over to the screen. "Now that you finally put me out of your monitoring, it´s time to go my own way." He pushed the screen and two big pictures appeared. One showed the five different colored worlds, and one showed smaller pictures of Morgan, Brody and their other selfs, except two pictures who remained blank. The still unknown Xyz duo. "Their powers will belong to me."
San Fierro City, Morgan´s home, 20pm
Morgan, Dan, Rei, Finn and Alexis were watching a movie on TV. The scene right now was a coronation of a princes which had proven herself to be strong and brave by willing to sacrifice her live for the people of her kingdom. Only a few minutes later and the movie was over. "This was an amzing movie. A princess who trains in secret to become strong and so be able to fight the bad king who rules over his kingdom with an iron-fist. I love movies like this." Alexis said as she strentched herself.
"A movie like this has always a happy end. I liked the part where her friends joined her to fight at her side. However, at the beginning, she herself wasn´t sure if she could handle it. Being a leader is not easy." Rei said. "Honestly, I don´t know if I could handle all that responsibility. However, since we are going to fight as a team against the Fusion World, we do will need a leader. And I think the best person for this job would be Morgan."
Morgan at this looked up at her. "Why me ?"
Rei shrugged with her shoulders. "Dunno. It´s a feeling. I just believe that when we are around you, we´re safe."
Morgan smiled a bit. "Thanks. I guess that´s just part of who I am."
"Then it´s decided. Morgan will be our leader." Finn said with a smile and Dan and Alexis nodded in agreement. "Alright then. Wonder if the others will agree to it too." Morgan said.
("I´m sure they will.") Fate replied inside her mind causing Morgan to smile once more.
The teens then decided to watch another movie. This one didn´t interested Morgan that much so she took her deck out of her belt´s deckholder and pulled her Synchro and Ritual monsters out. She kept looking over them. Rei at some point looked at her and smiled while chuckling slightly. Morgan turned to her and soon smiled back before turning her attention back to her cards. ("With every day that passes, me and my friends are getting stronger. But the fight has only just begun. It will be a long and hard way, but I know we can do this. Whatever tricks the Fusion World may try, and whoever they might send out to fight against us, we will defeat them and save everyone. Together.")

Exelion Heart : "I´m sorry that it took me two weeks to update, but the heat we just had in Germany... well, let´s say it´s hard to concentrate by such a heat. Hope you can understand.
I also want to mention a small thing about the different Duel Disks used in the different worlds since I accidentely forgot to mention that the blade of the Duel Disk used in Fusion is shapped like a sword. So here are the different Duel Disk designes, well except Xyz since the part which will happen in the Xyz World is still a while away."
Standard - Has a light body with a holografic black blade and a touch-screen. The border of the blade and the Duel Disk itself can have different colors.
Ritual - Has a normal rectangular body and two holografic black blades with white borders. The top blade is for the monster cards while the second is for Spell/Trap cards, and is also a little bit smaller.
Synchro - Has a round body and a double-blade whoes color is different by the Duelists. Of course, can be attached to a D-Wheel which is mostly used in the Synchro World.
Fusion - Has a body similar to Standard with the holografic blades shapped like a sword which bends a bit. ( like the one used by Yusho Sakaki in the Fusion Dimension in the original show ).
Each Duel Disk, except Ritual, has a Spell/Trap card slot. All five versions have a graveyard slot, a touch-screen and a Extra Deck section.
