Chapter 19th

IFF Morgue

Doctor Sydney Winters a coroner for IFF for the past 12 years was called in as a favor of Billy Melrose. It was important for him to do the autopsy on Axle Depont involved with trying to kill or injured Agent Lee Stetson and others while another is in a safe house.

Doctor Winters was alone when he walked into the autopsy bay with the body already placed on the silver slab table covered in a black bag with the zipper at the top to make it easier to remove it and place it to the side or into the recycle bin.

Dupont had been shot with one bullet to his forehead and the other two to the chest and shoulder to have severe blood lost to kill him with the shot to head. He changed his clothing into his white smock,
gloves, cap and mask to begin his work while the body was on the table.

All of his instruments were waiting on the table along with the recording device to record the proceedings for Billy and those interested parties.

He first started with examination of the body since this man was involved with a terrorist group destroying Nuclear sites to cause panic in the United States and overseas. He wasn't able to find any puncture or needle marks on his body. However he did have several tattoo's of Tigers of all sizes on his chest, arms and neck to have someone with wonderful talent.

Taking a quick break with drinking some cold water. He was ready to crack open his body with the chest using a special device making it easier to remove the rib cage to see the heart and other vitals inside his body. It was going to take some time though he won't find a thing other than the fact he died from the gun shots to his body.

So after three hours working on the body. His assistant Jamey age 32 came in to help with the clean up and with closing up the chest. While the doctor would head for the office and begin writing up his report on the computer terminal.

Meanwhile at the hospital Doctor Greenway was on the floor again after taking a brief rest in his quarters. He has a 32 hour shift with three others to work with him on the sixth floor. Doctor Greenway was in the middle of hour 18 feeling slightly refresh after eating and his coffee to wake him up further.

He had found Amanda Stetson sitting in her husband room. He was asleep with Amanda holding his hand and she had a slight tear falling down her face.

She sees the doctor come in with his medical file on her husband. "How is he doctor?" She needed to asked with a slight tremor in her voice.

"He's going to be fine, even though he has a concussion and will be suffering with headaches for while. We are giving him medication that will help in the long run."

"Thanks Doc! When do you expect Lee will be able to come home?" She sat down in her chair with the doctor coming over to Lee to check his eyes with the special instrument to check the optic nerve. Lee was asleep with the nursing staff had given him a sleep portion earlier to have him rest as much as possible.

"A few days Amanda. We need to be sure he's going to be alright once he leaves here. Otherwise you will need to relax and go home." He insisted with his order even though she wasn't his patient.

"It's good to here anyway. I won't be staying too long Doctor, so if he should awake I will be home to give him an answer."

"Sure thing!" He watched her get up to leave ICU and with looking to take the elevator back downstairs to the main entrance and parking lot.

Evergreen safe house

Francine Desmond was enjoying her run today with Robert after what had happened between the both of them. She knew that he's not able to spend all of his time with her while having other clients.

Weather was nice as compared to yesterday's rain. They had decided to stop to sit down onto the black bench near the kitchen. She was able to smell the chicken or what ever they were making today.

Robert was standing instead of sitting watching her face for a moment. "Is there something wrong Francine?" He needed to ask with a slight neutral tone of voice.

"Nothing is wrong Robert. Shall we continue on with the run? While Robert helping her up from the bench to head out with their running. Francine was tired and needed to rest, she had already been at the gun range to prove to Robert and others that she is capable of shooting along with hand to hand combat on the mat inside the gym. They had done a great deal today with the activities. No doubt her new friend had other clients that needed his attention.

Sometime later after the run and needing to take showers. Robert says the following. "I will call you later Francine. I have another client I need to take care of in the gym and gun range. It's going to be a long evening for me and I won't be able to spend any time with you."

"I have no problem with it Robert. I am some what exhausted and I need a long hot shower without you. Try taking it easy at least with your client and of course yourself!" She will say with stepping into his chest for a chaste kiss with his lips and her body demeanor.

After breaking off the kiss, she than opened the door with the key and walked inside totally exhausted. She headed for the bedroom to remove her soiled clothing after a very sweaty run with Robert. She had checked herself in the mirror before walking into the shower to be a long one overall.
