Chapter 17th
Just after Tim was done talking to Gibbs on the phone. His wife Deliah had come into the library seeing his look on his face beginning to work on the computer once again.
"What's going on Tim to see that strange look on your face?" Deliah was worried that something big is happening.
"Look Deliah the less you know the better. I suggest you leave here to check on the twins again. I have something important to check on for Gibbs and I need to be alone. So please leave or if you want to help with your security clearance."
"Are you talking in riddles Tim? Of course I can help in any shape or form. Does this has anything to do with Juan Jose Hernandez?" She hit it right on the nose for when it comes to Hernandez and his revenge against Special Agent Gibbs.
She went back into the bedroom to grab her laptop to work as well to search for the information required. She came back into the library to place it onto a table while using her wheelchair this time to sit proper.
Meanwhile Tim had brought up the Metro authority train schedule for the military transports of weapons and drugs to be destroyed during the next few weeks. He was able to figure out the password with getting into the system with his hacking skills as with Deliah.
It had shown that two trains on track a & b will be leaving the depot in two days with security officers on board from the DEA and ATF. Even though there was a possible chance that these agents just might be working for Hernandez.
This will give Gibbs and his OFF THE BOOKS team of agents to try and captured Hernandez and his men stealing the merchandise from the two trains. That's if Hernandez will decide to go along with his associates.
"Damn! Gibbs is going to be needing more NCIS agents to help him out with the operation. I just hope to god Deliah that Director Leon Vance will be able to convince SECNAV to have additional agents. Though we do have the funds in the account to use." Tim says with watching his wife working still.
"I heard you, Tim. I am glad the funds are available for which SECNAV ex Crawford had stolen the funds in the first place and why he's in prison now the past few years with Gibbs taking him down. And besides I was able to find out that there is a chance that Hernandez might be after a shipment of Gold coming in from Fort Knox during the next two weeks. And if this is the case I would think that it's too dangerous for Gibbs to even try with the OFF THE BOOKS operation?"
"I agree Deliah. However I will have to inform Agent Gibbs since he mention of heading for Stillwater, Pa since his wife has never been there."

Alexandra Gibbs house
Gibbs had gone down into the basement unable to sleep for the moment while his wife was asleep after getting things ready for tomorrow. Gibbs had been waiting for McGee to call him with the Intel he requested.
He was currently working on the Chickadee number four finishing up with varnish. He cleaning up the station of his work piece when he heard the cell-phone go off loud. He goes to pick it up with Tim's name showing up on the screen. "Gibbs. Tim did you find something for me?" He asked with curiosity with his tired demeanor.
"I sure have boss. There are two trains leaving Wednesday morning from the depot on tracks a & b carrying weapons and guns. However there are going to have the DEA and ATF agents on board. However I would assumed that some of them are men working under Hernandez's thumb."
"This is wonderful Tim, I will call Vance and let him know to see if we can have further agents on the OFF THE BOOKS operation. I suggest you inform Torres tomorrow about it as well and make sure to keep Bishop away from helping out with the operation." Gibbs ordered even though he's on a forced leave for a week ordered by Vance.
"Ok I will Gibbs. However there is something else I will have Deliah to email the additional Intel to your computer and Loreile. So this way she will be able to break it down further. Good night boss." He said with Deliah on her computer was sending the Intel to their computers. While Tim was able to stand up and stretch his muscles.
Meanwhile Gibbs had gotten busy with calling Director Leon Vance...It was late since he was supposed to had dinner with Kayla cooking this evening. Leon Vance was sitting in the living room watching the tv down low with Kayla upstairs asleep after cleaning up the dinner mess of dishes.
His phone was on vibrate. However he was able to hear it with seeing Gibbs name show up on his screen. Shaking his head for a moment. He answers it with a tired response. "Gibbs what's up this evening?"
"McGee has found out that Hernandez and his associates might be able to go after two trains at the depot owned by the military to have the weapons and drugs destroyed with agents from the DEA and AFT. I have a feeling that some of the agents just might be working for Hernandez." Gibbs replied with not hearing anything from Vance for a moment.
"So you want to send yourself and your OFF THE BOOKS team there to stop and arrest his men and hopefully Hernandez? I want to be in on this operation Gibbs along with giving you additional agents. What time does those trains leave the depot?"
"Seven a.m. in the morning Leon. I will be leaving for Stillwater PA. in the morning with Loreile since she had never been there at all. If anything else should come up. Please inform me of this information via by phone, text or laptop." Gibbs mention over the phone.
"I will be sure to do so Gibbs. Thanks for calling and I will get busy in the morning with checking to see who will I be helping on the operation Wednesday. Good night and have a good time tomorrow in Stillwater. I know it's been awhile since you have been back once L.J. Moore had died."
"Yeah I know Leon. Good night." He ended the call to see Loreile standing at the top of the steps of the basement...
