Before they left, Alice squealed. "I've seen the wedding! It is beautiful, great job!"
Hermione laughed, "We don't know what it looks like. Care to share?"
"The cake is white with three tiers, and have icy blue roses cascading down the side. The colors are champagne and ice blue! They look amazing together. And the flowers you chose were roses and lilies."
"That's so sweet," Luna smiled, thinking of Harry's mother's name.
"Have fun with wedding planning!" Alice laughed delightedly. Hermione inwardly groaned at her friend's enthusiasm.

Hermione and Luna took the airplane back to London's international airport. Harry, the Weasleys (minus Ron), and Neville were in the airport to see them. Hermione spotted them waving frantically at her. "Hermione!" They yelled.
She laughed and hugged them all. They were a bit awkward around Luna, since they had seen her mere two weeks ago. Thankfully, Luna didn't seem to notice the slight tension.
Hermione turned to Ginny. "I need to see that ring!" Ginny held up her left hand. Hermione whistled, "That's one big rock."
Harry accused her, "You didn't use your mirror. We've all been waiting for you to tell us you were alive. Just use it more often, alright?" Hermione blushed in embarrassment and nodded.
When they went to the Burrow, Ron was waiting for Hermione. The second everyone apparated back, he grabbed her hand, "Can I talk to you?"
Her hand darted behind her, "Don't touch me!" She shouted angrily.
"Fine. I just wanted to say sorry. I was always going to be you—"
"But its never going to be you for me! Go away!" Hermione ran upstairs, away from Ron's reach.
Ron called after her, "You know, I'm not seeing Lavender. She's been away from England's wizarding world for more than a month now. I think she's after you."
Hermione scoffed, and tuned out of Ron's pleads.

Hermione, as the maid of honor, and Luna, as a bridesmaid, worked on wedding planning for two weeks. Harry and Ginny decided to have a very small wedding, since it would be big news for a war hero to get married. So, not even everybody in the Order was invited.
Luna asked, "What about the invitations?"
"We already sent them out." Ginny replied. "The people invited were my family, the Gryffindors in our years, my Holyhead Harpies team, and a few Aurors from Harry's work, Hagrid, Kingsley, Professor McGonagall, and a couple of other close Order members. All of them, and their families are invited. Oh, and George's girlfriend, Angelina, is on the list too." She told them.
Harry made a face, "We are trying to keep it down to fifty people."
Ron sauntered in the room. Hermione growled, "You finally decided to grace us with your presence, best man of the wedding. You were meant to be here two hours ago."
"Sorry." Ron shrugged ashamedly.
Ginny tried to break the tension, "We need to decide on a color scheme and all the other details of the decorations."
"Blue and Champagne. Roses and lilies." Hermione told her stiffly, still glaring icily at Ron.
Ginny's face started up at Hermione's in astonishment. "Oh Merlin, those are amazing colors!" She repeated, "That's amazing! Where did you get them from?"
Luna said dreamily, "We have vampire friends—"
"What?" Ron screeched. Hermione rolled her eyes.
"We have vampire friends in Forks. They only hunt animals and spend a lot of their time around humans. We also have wands," She reminded them. "And they are amazing people. One of them is a seer. Alice doesn't get prophecies like me. She has visions."
Ron glared daggers into Hermione. "You befriended vampires?" He seethed, stressing each word.
Hermione looked back at him with the same angered expression. "We've spent so much of our lives for the war—a fight against prejudice. You haven't even met them, and yet to makes stereotypes of them. You make me sick."
She stood up and left. Hermione called back to the others, "Just stick with what I said. I'll be back tomarrow at noon." She added to herself, "When Ron's at work." She disapparated on the spot.
Harry sighed and frowned at Ron. "You know that she is right."

The morning of the wedding was a mess. Dresses, make-up, jewelry, you name it.
Finally, it was time. Harry was waiting at the front, and Mr. Weasley was escorting Ginny.
The vicar announced, "Dear friends and family, we are gathered here today to witness and celebrate the union of Harry James Potter and Ginevra Molly Weasley in marriage. Through their time together, their understand each other's personal dreams and goals are more attainable through their mutual support and combined effort provided in commitment and love. And so today, they have decided to live their lives together as husband and wife."
The crowd cheered. Molly was already in tears.
"Remember to treat yourselves and each other with respect and remind yourselves often of what brought you together. Take responsibility for making the other feel safe, and give the highest priority to the tenderness, gentleness, and kindness that your connection deserves. When frustration, difficultly, and fear assail your relationship, as they threaten all relationships some time or another, remember to focus on what is right between you, and not just the part that seems wrong. In this way, you can survive the times when clouds drift across the fact of the sun in your lives, remembering that, just because you may lose sight of it for a moment, that does not mean the sun has gone away, forever. If each of you takes responsibility for the quality of your life together and compassion for the needs of the other, your life together will be marked my abundance and delight." (A/N: This paragraph was not mine.)
The vicar continued, "Do you, Harry James Potter, take Ginevra Molly Weasley to be your wife, promising to cherish and love, through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face from this dace forward until death do your part?"
"I do." Harry replied firmly.
"Do you, Ginevra Molly Weasley, take Harry James Potter to be your wife, promising to cherish and love, through joy and sorrow, sickness and health, and whatever challenges you may face from this dace forward until death do your part?"
She smiled eagerly, "I do."
They began the exchange of rings. "With this ring, I thee wed…"
Soon, the ceremony was over. The vicar announced, "Now presenting for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Harry James Potter! I hereby pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

After tedious picture taking of Harry and Ginny, with the best man and maid of honor, and the then the bridesmaid and groomsman with all of them. They could feel their cheeks being strained from smiling so much.
Hermione clapped, "Finally! Maid of Honor speech." She stood up from her seat, and everybody's attention went to her, She cleared her throat quietly, "When Luna told me that Harry and Ginny are getting married and that they wanted me to be maid of honor, I nearly fell out of my seat and spilled the drink I was holding." She waited for some of the chuckles to pass. "How many of you believe in soul mates?" Hermione didn't hesitate before saying, "I do today. Harry and Ginny are born for each other, and their destiny leads them together. To Mr. and Mrs. Potter!"
Many people were astonished that the talkative brightest-witch-of-her-age gave such a short speech. Nonetheless, Hermione sat down and shifted away from Ron.
Everybody echoed, "To Mr. and Mrs. Potter!"
