When Albus awoke that morning seeing 4 Penitus Oculatus Agents in his Chamber holding his wand was definitely not what he expected, however he was not able to say anything as he was dragged from his bed and out of his office towards the Great Hall.
The entire School were here including the staff and members of the Ministry and sitting in his chair was the Emperor himself flanked by his Bodyguards, Minister Fudge of course was kissing up to the Emperor.
"Your Majesty I swear to you no one at the Ministry had any idea that Albus would do something foolish like this". The Minister Begged once again showing how useless the Outrelms leadership truly was, at this point only Amelia Impressed him.
Hadrian turned his attention to Albus as he was dragged towards him. "Ahh Headmaster you disappoint me Greatly with your very foolish choice" to Albus and the whole Halls shock his eyes had turned Draconic. "It is never wise to Anger a Dovah, now I will ask you once where is Severus Snape, tell me and I will show mercy".
Albus like the rest of the Outrelmers was extremely freaked out at the sight of the Emperors eyes it seemed the rumours of him being born with a Soul of a Dragon were true it's why the Nords of the Province of Skyrim called him Dovahkiin or Dragonborn as non-Nords called him.
"I am sorry my boy but you are going down a dark path you must allow people to redeem themselves, you must forgive him my boy your parents aghhh!" Albus fell to the floor in such pain not even the cruciatus felt this bad.
Hadrian watched as Albus attempted to recover from his Shock spell, quiet a useful spell his Cousin Susan had created it provided a 60 percent weakness to shock damage and also provided the Same percentage in shock damage a very useful interrogation spell so Hadrian bought it off her and had it taught to the Penitus Oculatus as the damage could easily be healed by a basic healing spell so the body could never get use to the punishment driving the mind to snap.
"It's a pity Albus however I have no need of you as one of your students is currently showing my Agents where he is being hid, by the way very stupid to hide him in a castle owned by me did you think the lockdown would work".
Before albus could respond Tracy Davis in full uniform unlike the other students walked in with the Agents carrying a distraught Convict however it appeared he had been silenced as to not annoy the two agents carrying him.
Tracy bowed seeing her Parents who had come with the Minister smile knowing it was there Daughter who had informed the Emperor. "My Sovereign I have completed my task you assigned".
Hadrian smiled. "Indeed, you have Heiress Davis and as such you are to be rewarded after all Loyalty should always be rewarded, I am granting you full Imperial Citizenship and a place at the Mages Guild in Kvatch, well Daphne has bugged me for weeks now to allow it."
"Lord Davis as your Daughter has been made an Imperial Citizen as too shall the rest of your family but to further reward your family may I present Count Cyrus Greengrass Count of Kvatch he has a reward for your Family".
Bowing to his Monarch Many of the Ministry and Staff noticed that living in Tamriel had done wonders for his health, on standing before his friend he spoke in a calm but powerful tone. "Lord Andrew Davis do you swear on this day to renounce all titles and positions in the Outrelms and swear your Family's eternal Loyalty to the House of Greengrass and to the Emperor Hadrian Tiber Septim".
Bowing his head, he swore his loyalty only to see a new ring appear on his hand. "Congratulations you are now Lord Andrew Davis sworn to House Greengrass and County Kvatch I also award you a fine home in the city as well as a fine farm in the north of my County to earn your fortune".
Amelia arrived with a group of Aurors just as Count Greengrass named the Davis Family as Nobles of Kvatch. "Ah Amelia good to see you if you wouldn't mind taking Albus here into custody so he can answer for his crimes".
Seeing the confused look on the Ministers face Hadrian explained that one of the clauses in the Treaty the Chief Warlock was not allowed to be arrested by Imperial Agents until the Wizengamot found him Guilty.
As Albus was taken away Hadrian shared a knowing look with Amelia, they both knew that Albus would not Be found Guilty and would soon be released it would cost him a lot of Favours but he would get away with it.
As she made her way towards the castle ground a Random Agent handed her a large envelope saying it was a gift from the Sovereign before he carried on into the castle, she rushed back to her office calling Sirius inside having him lock the door, together they began to read the letter.

As you know Albus will be released from custody as he will undoubtedly be found not guilty, if this happens he will attempt to interfere with Imperial Operations even further, my respect for your country has already been completely depleted as such the documents with this letter officially recognise you as Imperial Citizens and residents of the City of Anvil, Countess Umbranox has also said you will be given a Lordship within her domain as well as the estate formally owned by Lord Drad however he and his wife were found dead from a Skooma overdose.
Once Albus has been declared innocent you are to publicly declare him an enemy of Your Houses before swearing your loyalty to the Empire, the loss of 2 of the founding Houses of Magical Britain will be a blow he will not soon recover from as all sides will hate him for it, no need to worry about people trying to get Into your home I have already dispatched Penitus Oculatus Agents to the estate.

Both Sirius and Amelia watched as Albus was indeed set free by a vote margin of 10 votes Albus now dressed in his usual robes spoke of how they must Convince the Emperor to allow the Ministry to have a say in his Court and Council to prevent a miscarriage of justice like this happening again and to vote on demanding Severus Snape be released into his custody after all redemption is the best course of punishment.
Sirius stood from his seat in the Neutral Faction looking at a Smiling Albus who believed Sirius was going to support him. "This Body should be ashamed of this vote; this senile old fool effectively declares a hostile act against a military Superpower and we all but endorse it by declaring him innocent." He looked at the gathered shocked faces of the Wizengamot.
"Well I will have no more of it I Lord Sirius Black do declare my eternal Loyalty to the Empire of Tamriel I declare the Ancient and Most Noble House of Black extinct and give its votes to the Family tied closest to us the Ancient and Most Noble House of Malfoy."
With that he left the chamber but before anyone could say a word Amelia stood up and did the same thing giving her family's votes to House Malfoy before she too left the Chamber, and just like that two of the Founding Houses were gone.
Lucius was just shocked that he had been given 2 more votes to his own completely out of the blue, he wouldn't find out until he got home when his wife handed him a letter from the Emperor simply saying the Empire Rewards its friends continue to be one and be rewarded even further.
By the end of the week despite Albus repeatedly attempting to speak to them all black and Bones Family property's were sold off to other families, there vaults were drained and closed after it was converted into Imperial Currency that they made there way to Potter Castle.
They could hear Albus calling to them they turned to see he was with members of the Order attempting to convince them to stay, they however continued on to the gates and were welcomed by the Legion guards before they made there way towards the Castle.
Albus returned to Hogwarts disheartened why was this happening Voldemort was still out there it was for the greater good that Snape was free to spy for him, however he had bigger problems to deal with when he arrived at the schools great hall, only to see the Board of Governors were there with a smirking Lord Malfoy.
"Ah Albus good you're here the Board received a letter from the Council of Mages as of now Hogwarts is under their jurisdiction as such, they have ordered you to be replaced." Lucius told him with no small amount of glee informing him that as he had a life contract with the school, he was only permitted to teach Alchemy which would only be available for O.W.L and N.E.W.T students.
As for the position of Headmaster of Hogwarts the Council and Board agreed that Professor Septima Vector would become the new Headmistress due to her Loyalty to the school and the fact she was a follower of the Imperial Cult with her main Divine being Akatosh.
