Kurama smiled down at the boy and gave him a kiss on his forehead. "Now now sweety, you go back to sleep. Momma is going to be right next to you in her bed..." She replied as she got herself into a sleeping gown. The fox was about to slip into her bed when she caught movement out of the corner of her eye. In a quick motion she was back next to Naruto, preventing him from rolling out of bed. The woman cursed at herself for not deciding to have a crib here or at least rails on the bed for the boy. Neither of their beds was really big enough for the two of them as she thought about what to do. Finally, the fox looked at the door, making sure it was secure, and made a clone that she had slip into her bed. Then she transformed into a small version of herself, hopped into the boys bed, and snuggled up next to him, curling her tails around him to prevent him from falling out again.
The thing is if the bed was shorter or even if the floor had pillows or something to cushion a fall it'd have been fine ,but none of that is true with this bed. its only one of the few regular reasons he has such a short bed he always had a thing with rolling out of bed especially when awaken or stirred somewhat not really aware of the edge of the bed. Still interesting Kurama is now ending up seeing Naruto's current dream with this contact its about him and Kurama having some fun at the carnival that tends to be the last thing before the Chunin Exams ends in the leaf at least during peace times as its sorta a last bit of thing to try ensuring the losers of the Exams has some fun
"Sweet dreams my little kit..." The fox smiled at the boys dreams and nuzzled his cheek, giving it a small lick. She rested her head on the pillow and kept her tails curled around Naruto as he slept.
Come morning Naruto woke up and blinked at the sight of a real fox face and bolted up confused what was going on
Kurama yawned and chuckled a bit at the surprised Naruto. She stretched out a bit and then jumped off the bed, dispelled the clone and restored her illusion. "Well good morning to you too little one..." She smiled. "Did you sleep well?"
Mika yawned slightly and whined as a ray of light crept through an opening in the curtains, crossing her face. The girl grumbled, rolling over in her sleep and pulling the covers over her head as she clung to Shibby.
''What ? Why whats up?'' Naruto had to stutter out in surprise that's all well that and he had just awake after all''So whats on the agenda for today? ''Naruto asked at this point
Anya giggled a bit she had been waiting for this and pulled the coverings from Mika to force her baby awake'' Hey its time to wake up sweetie''
Kurama chuckled and ruffled the boys hair. "Aww my little one is all flustered...and I don't think there was was much plans for the day. I believe Anya-san may have one meeting today but I think that is it."
Mika groaned more and whined as the covers were taken from her. She moved Shibby to cover her eyes and protect them from the light. "nuuuuuuuuu, dun wannnaaaaaaa sleeepy"
''Boring if Anya-Sama is fine with it I want to introduce Mika-chan to Bushy Brows his Sensei bushier brows and Irukia Sensei'' of course Naruto has to nickname the more odd friends and people he gets along with for some reason.
''Sorry sweetie but mommy has a meeting today after breakfast ''Anya said bluntly on the matter
"Now, now Naruto...you will have to deal with those boring meetings yourself if you plan to be Hokage. Now..." Kurama said to the boy as she went over, picking him up and slipped a hand under the boy's onesie to check his diaper.
As to be expected Naruto is wet nearly having flooded the diaper at night somehow then again give the Uzumaki digestive track its not that surprising ''Hey I'd just delegate it to Iruka sensei as he'd likely be in no shape to teach when I am and he'd do way better in that then me ''Naruto countered as he knows he never could pay much attention and his emotions as well as way of speaking isn't something suited for meetings of any kind unless its for combat or sparing.
''I might be able to get Naruto and/or Kushina-chan to do something with you ''Anya said after a bit of thought as she checked her baby girls diaper
"I think someone is a squishybutt" Kurama says, teasing the boy as she carries him over to the changing table. She removes his onesie, revealing the soaked diaper and smiling. "Oh looks like I have a soaker on my hands..." The fox un-tapes the diaper and tosses it into the diaper pail. Next she takes some wipes, cleaning up the boy, making sure that he wouldn't get a rash. Then she grabs a new diaper, slightly thicker then yesterday and slides it under him before she powders him and tapes the diaper shut. The woman decided to go with more absorbent padding after seeing the boys night diaper, and he would also probably have to mess himself soon so the extra capacity would help. "You wont always be able to give your duties to someone else sweety..." Kurama said as she got the boy all dressed for the day.
Mika was completely soaked and messy, the diaper well used and in need of a change. She jumped at the idea of getting to do something other then sitting in a dumb hallway. "Please please please... i don't wanna sit in a stupid hallway all day... its boring..."
Nruto blushed at the tease but he kinda liked it and was growing used to it after all from what he gathers parents in general playfully tease their children . Still he was too flustered to comment on the later remark trying not to squirm as he is nearly always energetic but he wants to try helping this go as quick as can be despite him halfway musing at the thought of seeing how Kurama would react to him squirming during a change . ''Isn't that what those old fossils and some of the rather nice people Jiji keeps around him that aren't active Shinobi anymore if they ever was are for?''Naruto asked though he thought some rather nasty yet amusing things to call Danzo who seemed to want him in some odd program and the other two fossils that doesn't like him at all that also give Jiji major headaches and the like over things that really those people shouldn't care about
'' Oh I so want are baby to squirm during changes hopefully he gives in to that ideal come one of his changes '' Kushina chirped really hoping that happens but neither her nor Kurama can bring that up without seeming weird as breastfeeding is one thing that can easy enough be justified by wanting to bond further and the age old excuse of a mother or womans instinct to care for their child ,still that comment likily means Kushina has the same connection Kurama has now on the thoughts matter,that or Kushina has wanted that already and happened to by chance mention it this time while Naruto mused that.
''Seems like someone is mushybutt with a adorable squishyiness''Anya playfully remarked as she undressed Mika and thanks to the changing table having been in the sunlight was night and comfortable in warmth aswell as the softness from the padding ,Anya laid Mika on the changing table strapping her down undoing the tabs and smiled abit sure its odd to smile over this bit of her motherly duty but she can't help it her girl is just so cute during changes and well a morning messy diaper change tends to mean not having to worry about one soon after breakfast
"There is still a lot that Lord Third has to do himself sweety. And that you will have to do yourself as Hokage." Kurama said as she set the boy down on the floor. She felt Kushina being all giddy and couldnt help but smile and chuckle slightly.
Mika blushed and smiled as her mother teased her, setting her down on the changing table. The girl snuggled against the warm top of the table a bit, enjoying the comforting feel of it, almost putting her back to sleep. She held Shibby close and relaxed and enjoyed the attention from her mother.
Narutos pouted at that but sighed as he almost went out the room but stop recalling he isn't just with Kurama in the building ''Oh yeah can um you um ...dress me?''Naruto said the last part shyly wanting to see how it feels dressed by Kurama from asking outright.
Mika chuckled as she started the wiping up of the mess that's on her baby girl.''Hey now no going to sleep on me or mommy will have to feed you to ensure you get food in that tummy''Anya joked as she may to that when its just them but she won't do it around others
"Awww can my widdle one not dress himself...Alright, sweety..." Kurama said with a slight chuckle. She grabbed the boys outfit from the dresser and set him on her bed. She lifted his legs up and guided them through the legs of his pants. Next she fit his head and arms through his shirt, followed by his jacket. "There we go all ready for the day..." The fox said as she kissed him on his forehead.
The girl blushed at the threat but playfully yawned and feigned sleep. "Buh its so comfy momma..." Mika replied as she stretched a bit more.
Naruto blushed though couldn't help enjoy this to a degree as he darted out heading out of the room '' The hell? '' Naruto had to say when he seen two letters that had been slipped under the door one with the Uchiha crest on it ''What does the Duck haired Teme want? ''

Kurama followed the boy out to the living room and headed towards the kitchen to make breakfast. She glanced over at Naruto upon hearing is comment and raised an eyebrow. "Bring those over here little one..."
"But it is momma..." the girl replied, fake snoring a bit while trying not to giggle. She knew her mom would make good on her threat if she actually did fall back asleep, but Mika still wanted to push at least a little.
The other has the Hyuga seal to it and he did as told interestingly the Uchiha one was nice enough albeit still rude and insulting while the other letter is basically a well worded ultimatum/warning from Neji to Naruto to give up as he won't go easy on someone who is clearly on the main houses side of things and he will if he must make a example of Naruto's ignorance and for favoring the main house no matter the fact Naruto seems to love Hinata.
Anya sighed as she worked and once Mika was clean rediapered and dressed in some casual clothes with a concealment justu
Kurama rolled her eyes at the letter from the Uchiha, a forced apology by Kakashi and the Hokage she guessed, apologize or your gone from the exams. She was a bit surprised at the mail from the Hyuuga, she didnt think Naruto had gotten under his skin so much during part 2 of the exams. "Well a bad apology and a give up message..." The fox tossed the letters in the garbage and then went right back to breakfast, starting up some bacon.
Mika giggled and smiled at her mother while she finished the change. "Wuv ou Mommy!" The girl said as the strap was undone and the girl got off the table. "Mmmm something smells good.."
Granted given Neji's hate and how he reacted with the protector and other Shinobi who stopped him from finishing what he started in the second part of the exams it shouldn't be a surprise that Naruto did get under Neji's skin enough to put do such a message . Still its sorta a surprise Neji did such a letter.
'' Humm Kurama , is it just me or did you expected the letter at first to be Hinata-chan requesting Naruto to give up for his safety? '' Kushina questioned as she was interested on what Kurama's thoughts are as the fox has been active in Naruto and would have picked up that girls charka feel while in Naruto to get a read on how that girl might react to as well as actions in regards to Naruto facing Neji and other opponents that wouldn't be detrimental to the safety of others unside from other contestants if backed away from.

Kurama almost expected something from Hinata-chan, but at the same time, the girl probably couldnt get over her own fear of talking to the boy to do that. The woman went back to her cooking, moving the last of the cooked bacon onto a place and then starts cooking the eggs right in the bacon grease.
"I kinda did but at the same time dont think she can overcome her fear. But we also both know that our little one wouldn't have listened anyways."
"YAY Bweakfast!" Mika replied before heading out of the room.
''What !? Are you belittling or doubting her greatly like most of her clan seems to do to my friend who is her mother till Hiashe married her ? '' Kushina felt slightly angered at the very though herself had that Kurama may be be viewing Hinata as. Granted Kushina used the present tense on Hinatas mother being around as she doesn't know that woman died and Hiashas as well as other clan member suspension over the death and how everything came about as well as a chunk of the elders reactions seemed way too happy for a clan heads other half to have died . Yet Kurama knows the fact Kushina's friend is dead . The Fox will likely need to break this matter to Kushina as true Kushina has knowledge of the Uchiha slaughter but that was do to seeing Naruto's memory's that had that factor in a few mentioned

However the girl must first find her own inner strengthen first before she will ever get the courage to actually talk to Naruto or actually stand up for herself to her father." The fox replied. Mika froze in spot, definitely not wanting to get spanked in front of them. "Sorry Mom..." She replied as she heading out into the main room. "Mmmm something smells good..."
Kushina at first was calmed or pacified at Kurama's comment correcting her thoughts but then something that likely will be viewed as ironic given its a dead woman saddened over the death of another '' When did that happen? Did you know how its thought she died , if there is any suspension on who did it '' Kushina questioned in a sad voice as her emotional energy had flipped from anger to sadness but flowing just as strong as prior if not stronger '' I bet it was that large portion of the hyuga clan elders that was against her being Hiashi's wife for the caring,kind and compassionate levels she had ''Kushina had flipped to a chaotic mix of anger and sadness now, these emotional flips could be from the fact she passed on shortly after giving birth so her spirit still has the patterns of emotional shifts do to her body likely still had some hormones that messed with a woman's emotions more while pregnant even when she was dying . Granted Kushina did without maining to indirectly raise a good theory on why Hiashi could be like how he is, He could be going about trying to protect Hinata via attempting to get her more firm and the like but going the wrong way as the method he is doing would have decent chances of work on a boy but on a girl its more likely to result in a train wreck that is similar to Hinata's current state of being. Thus basically having made Hinata worse then better in the methods done if the thoughts and memory's of Kushina and experiences/things Kurama has been exposed to over the countless years is anything to go by
Naruto smiled at Mika'' So sleep well? ''Naruto asked as he got ahold of some coffee sure he doesn't need it but he decided to make a pot for Kurama and Anya , that and Naruto did drink it in the morning prior to this reality shift mainly for he assumed it was a normal routine for anyone who is mature to drink it.
"It happened while Naruto was still young, I do not know what happened to her Kushina-san..." The fox replied to the woman, not really sure what else to say to her.
"So I see the other little one is finally awake and ready for the day. I hope you guys like Bacon and Eggs." Kurama said as she put some eggs on 4 plates around the table, and then put a plate of bacon and toast in the middle. She then turned to Naruto who she could tell was thinking about having coffee himself or not. "Don't even think about it, Dattebane... juice, not coffee for you little one."
"I slept OK...there's more noises here then I'm used to but i did sleep pretty good. And Yes Kushina-sama, Thank you for making breakfast..." Mika replied as she went over to a chair and sat down before starting to make her plate.
Kushina frowned as without meaning to for abit her thoughts drifted freely to Kurama abit Kurama better keep her from taking control if she has a chance or she may get them in trouble via her own looking into the matter and lecturing in her own fashion Hiashi on the screw up the man is making . But when she took notice of Naruto's attempt to have coffee with the grown ups she winced and praised Kurama over preventing that '' That's very good call Kurama-Chan practically the only Uzumaki's who drank coffee caffeinated or not was rather old or those with conditions that makes you lack energy as otherwise you might aswell say by-by to reason and sanity till the uzumaki crashs from the one cup '' Kushina remarked as she doubts Kurama knew that little issue most Uzumaki's has as its not just a thing Naruto has a problem with. Its the reason she tended if anything drink morning tea or somewhat caffeinated drinks in the morning in place of coffee.

Anya came in still with her night clothes on of course it stands to reason she won't get cleaned up and dressed till after breakfast as she has some business to do after breakfast so ensuring less work if a mess up at breakfast happens means less time wasted
"Kushina...I feel that. No good will come from pressing into matters like that and can only risk what we have with Naruto-kun" The fox replied to the woman.
"I know that look little one..." Kurama said as she finished pouring OJ for everyone when she looked up to Anya-san. "Hope you don't mind a bit of breakfast before we take you to your meeting. I figured some food in our belly's would be good for us all..."
Mika had grabbed her fill from the plates and was now in the process of turning her eggs, bacon, and toast into an egg sandwich. She giggled at the comment from Kushina to Naruto...how could he even think about drinking that stuff. "Coffee is icky...give me tea any day."
''Well Hiashi is a damn idiot it seems I need to knock some sense into him at the very least on behalf of my friend, I know she'd do the same if Minato was screwing up with Naruto as bad as Hiashi is with Hinata-chan '' Kushina remarked sounding like a more well spoken version of Naruto when it comes to idiots being jerks to someone for some foolish reason when you can step in to do something. Then again Kushina was friends with Hinata's mother and Anko so its bound to have influenced her to a degree on this stuff.
''No problem ,why else do you think I'm still in my night cloths?''Anya remarked showing she did the logically route of saving everyone and herself some trouble if something causes her to really needing a shower and if that happened clean clothes aswell.''So Kushina did you know one of you sound like a fox while sleeping ? ''Coffee with the right spices and little additions is way better then tea'' Naruto countered Mika's comment which the only good thing about Naruto and drinks is contrary to what one would believe Naruto doesn't put that much sweet stuff in coffee or tea to sweeten the drinks . True he adds a little but its still less then what most adults put in either ,that was first born out of well the third not wanting Naruto getting too much sugar natural or otherwise but then Naruto after being alone and not getting priced fair kinda grew to use less sweeting agents then before. Naruto mainly uses things like spices and milk with just a bit of honey when he had either drink
"Kushina, you need to let it go. We cant go barging into another clans business, not to mention we would probably make things not only worse for us, but worse for Hinata-chan."
The fox looked to Anya at the comment and blushed slightly. "Well Minato never said anything to me but since my little one mostly just sounds like he is cutting wood if he does make noise while sleeping. It may have been me, or it could have been an animal roaming the village at night...but either way, glad to hear you slept well."
Mika stuck out her tongue and made an icky face. "Tea will always be better, and there are so many different kinds. Green tea, white tea, black tea, chai tea, oolong tea, fruit teas and so much more, coffee is just boring..." She replied before she took a sip of her oj and went back to her self made breakfast sandwich.
Kushina gave off the vide she didn't like this but still was the vibe she had to admit Kurama was likely right on the latter part with Hinata at least'' Says you on the clan business '' Kurama said like a petulant child might but its no secret to the fox that Kushina is rather impulsive and will jump into help kids if she can and loathes herself when she can't ,which seeing as Kushina can't do something to fully take her mind off of matters or hell be able to beat up some thug via a easy quick mission or something then she is being how she is sounding now.
Anya chuckled'' He probably thought it was sweet that and maybe worried you'd take offense if mentioned '' Anya wasn't being rude about the last part its just how men tend to be on things ,that and woman can take offense to things for odd reasons . Still she got her food and started to eat
''You just never experimented with coffee there is a wide variety and types you can find,combine and mess with spices as well as other things to add other flavors to the existing one''Naruto said between eating
"Now now Kushina...pouting is not becoming of you... And you know as well as I that even Minato and the Third was powerless to do anything during the Hyuuga Affair..." The fox replied, she knew Kushina was upset. It wasnt something to fox liked either. But Hinata was stronger then people gave her credit for and them trying to interfere would only cause problems for the girl and Naruto.
"Well...I had been known to scare him a few times when he made me mad..so you might not be too far from the truth there..." Kurama replied to Anya as she ate her own food. "Now you two stop arguing and eat your food. Everyone can have an opinion. Though I side with Mika on this one little one, tea will always be my preference over coffee..."
"Yea...cause its icky..." Mika replied between bites of her food.
''Yeah well that debacle was complicated as that village either honestly had plans to make the girl a baby machine for the Dojustu or wouldn't get their heads out of there asses to accept no one else needed to die from someone who went rogue if that was truly the case'' Kushina countered on that matter ''And the clan is like it is now because the first Hokage was too lenient and too desperate to end Shinobi needless fighting before village systems became a thing that the Uchiha and Hyuuga clans ending up being like their own mini villages inside a bigger one with there own laws even , I bet if our little baby gets in that rank he will have the hearts of the clans that votes matter enough to strip away those outdated allotments that allow such things to go on '' Kushina halfway vented and halfway hoped in her talk on this topic. Still Kushina blushed at the reminder of how bad she got with Minato that sometimes that blonde would run away and get some mission that lasts a few days so she would calm down hopefully before that blonde returns as
Anya chucked a bit'' I remember him even making a joke that between you and him there was no conflict just constant survival training and skill training once the marriage was set and he was put in charge of somethings'' Anya remarked not knowing how true that was
Naruto pouted but listened for now at least as he ate
Kurama chuckled a bit, Kushina and Minato's relationship was...interesting at times to say the least. "I could agree with that...us just trying to survive each other..."
Mika had finished her sandwich and was using some bacon to wipe up the remaining egg yolk on her plate. "Mmmmm that was really good. Thank you Kushina-sama"
Anya snickered as she finished her food''Yeah he even said something about leaving his students to suffer your wrath as better them to suffer then him as that went on he went to make up for the fact he forgot your birthday the first year he had major responsibility's ''Anya had mentioned as she wiped Mikas face clean and then too both there dirty dishes to the sink followed by heading towards the bathroom for a shower
Kurama grimaced slightly, remembering that day... Minato had gotten Kushina to watch his students, them actually supposed to distract Kushina while he went out to buy a gift after Kakashi asked him what he was doing for Kushina's birthday. She was not happy when she found out... "Yea... there were some sore spots for a few people after that..."
Anya hadn't replied as she can once cleaned up and dressed as its easy to tell just from the other day Anya has a talkative personality when you are someone that she deems worth talking to and it helps that she believes Kurama has always been Naruto's single parent sense early on. Which the trouble there is she can easily lose track of time during those chats and would rather not make a bad impression .

Kurama had cleared the remaining dirty dishes from the table and took them into the sink, filling up the basin and started cleaning, leaving the two little ones to talk.
Mika just stuck her tongue out at Naruto playfully, but didn't really want to explain how stuff like that put her in a little mind set. "Nothing...i just didn't expect it..."
Naruto cocked his heard'' You're weird, you know that right? Yesterday with you insisting Hinata-chan has deeper then friend feelings for me and now today's oddness of being embarrassed without need ''Naruto of course wasn't being rude or at least that should be clear after yesterdays debacles that happened in regards to Naruto.
"No weirder then you are, Naruto-kun. And she does you just don't see it..." The girl replied to Naruto. She still didn't understand how the boy didn't see it, hopefully he would figure it out before it was too late and Hinata finds someone else...

''I know the feeling all too well''Naruto remarked as sure he didn't have anyone as a parent till a few days ago outside of the Third but be recalls sitting outside the Hokage's office most of a day quite a few times wanting to spend time with his Jiji even if its just till the Third gets home as that time with the Third meant a lot to him and he still was doing it if he had a rather bad day prior or a mission that rather bothered him as the third listens to him and gives him advice among other things to help him move past it
