A/N: I have found myself considering a few things when it came to this chapter of this particular fanfiction. At first I thought that this chapter just might be the final chapter of this book due to the fact that I have several other books that I am planning for this particular fanfiction that will eventually continue the story for Kylee as well as Amanda and Olivia when that time arrives. Even when I was writing this chapter I had found myself getting ideas for the chapters that might follow this chapter with the idea that Amanda and Olivia just might actually get together officially despite the many rules and regulations that would eventually be keeping them apart the way that so many other people might have been thinking during that time. Of course I had later found myself remembering a time in the series when Olivia had been dating Brian Cassidy and just what he would have thought or said if he had learned that he no longer had a chance of getting Olivia back because of that relationship with Amanda. As I sit here writing this there are so many questions that I find myself asking mostly because I am trying to make decisions for the characters that will eventually lead to certain things happening that people would not exactly expect to be happening. Either way, it seems that there is one thing that is completely certain and that is the fact that with these new ideas for some newer chapters that this story is not going to really be ending any time soon. For those who have been reading this fanfiction and have actually seemed to be enjoying it during the time that I have been able to update each chapter I would like to tell you to keep your eyes out for the newest chapters for this fanfiction and also know that after a short break there will be another book that will tell you more about Kylee and the things that were happening in her life. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for taking the time to read each chapter of this fanfiction and follow the lives of Kylee, Jessie, Noah, Amanda, and Olivia as they deal with different things that are happening in their lives on a daily basis.

It had been a few days after Amanda and Jessie had gone home that Olivia had started thinking about the things that she had wanted and that had included finding different ways that she would be able to help Kylee with what she had been dealing with. She knew deep down that there was something that she was going to be able to do once everything with this case had eventually been done. All that Olivia knew for certain was that Noah was giving her a rather hard time since Jessie had gone home which had caused problems when it came to the things that Olivia had wanted to do when it came to Kylee and the people that she would eventually find herself staying with during that entire time. Olivia knew better than anybody that Kylee was in some ways safer when she was staying at the group home, but at the same time Olivia had felt that the safest place for Kylee would have been where Olivia had been living with Noah but his attitude had been making things rather difficult when it came to whether she should actually bring Kylee into her home after this trial or not. The truth was that Olivia would eventually be having to go to the hearing that family court would be having in order to find out about what would be happening once Jerimiah had been in prison for whatever was left of his life for what he had done when Kylee had been living in his home. This had been something that had been a struggle for quite some time due to the fact that for the entire time that Jerimiah and his wife had been in jail, which had been something that had kept Kylee in the group home because there was nobody out there that had really seemed to understand the things that Kylee had been dealing with on an almost daily basis.

Amanda had noticed that Olivia had been spending quite a bit of her time going back and forth between the court house and the precinct every time that there was something that would eventually need to be done for the trial as well as for finding a proper foster family for Kylee who would eventually be able to adopt the young girl showing her that there were people out there who would understand about everything that Kylee had been through since the day that her parents had died. Several times this trial had kept Kylee from getting the foster family that she had needed and it was something that Amanda could see had been bothering Olivia for quite some time. Amanda had hated the fact that these things had been stressing Olivia out and yet at the same time she had wished that there had been ways that she would be able to help Olivia more than anything else that had been taking place throughout that entire time.

Throughout the entire time that Olivia had been going to the court house after learning about each of the times that Kylee had been brought to family court in the hopes that she would eventually be able to find a foster home for a young girl that Olivia had felt deserved to be rather happy. Amanda knew that eventually there would be times that Kylee would be struggling with what had happened to her and it would be Olivia that would do whatever she could to help her. Amanda knew that there was certain things that Olivia would be dealing with until after she had learned exactly what Kylee would be dealing with until her foster parents would be locked up for everything that they had been doing to her over the years. All that Amanda had seemed to know for sure was that Olivia was going to need someone there for her that would completely understand everything that she had been going through from the moment that she had met Kylee and had been doing everything that she could to help her out of the situation that she was currently in at the time. All that Amanda had honestly found herself thinking about at the time was the sleepover that she had attended with Jessie several weeks earlier knowing that in many ways Olivia had to be thinking about everything that had taken place throughout that entire weekend.
*******************

When Kylee had gotten up that morning the last thing that she had honestly been expecting was to find out that she was going to be expected to head to the court house because of the fact that the trial was going to be starting and she was definitely expected to testify against her foster parents whether she had felt safe doing so or not. After Kylee had finished eating breakfast that morning she had been brought to the court house which was honestly the first time in a while that she was able to talk to Olivia about the things that she had been going through with a few of the other kids that were staying at the group home. Kylee had known that Olivia was the main reason that she had been brought to the group home and forced to stay there because of everything that had taken place but at the same time there had been a few things happening that she had not wanted to deal with at that particular time and that had included the terrible nightmares that she had been having.

Kylee had been having nightmares about her parents and the foster home that she had been living in ever since she had told the police about everything that had taken place. She had known that Jerimiah had believed that he would not get into any kind of serious trouble for the terrible things that he had done and had often threatened Kylee during the times that she had been contemplating telling the police all about who he really was and the reason that certain things had always seemed to be taking place not only with her but with some of the other foster children that had been living in the house over the years. Once the police had learned the truth, however, it was an entirely different story. Not only had Kylee found herself being [placed in a group home throughout the duration of the trial, but she had also found out that Jerimiah was going to be in the court room as she was testifying against him for the things that he had made her go through for the longest time. All that Kylee could honestly hope for was that Olivia would be somewhere close by and would be able to give her the friendship and support that she had needed right from the very beginning.

It had only been a few short hours after Kylee had given her testimony about her foster parents that she had found out that there had been someone in that court room that was rather interested in becoming her foster parents despite the fact that they had learned about the terrible things that Kylee had been going through for the longest time. Kylee had absolutely no idea who these people were or even why they had seemed to be so interested in her, but there was always that one part of her that was hoping that Olivia would be the one that was willing to be there for her just the way that she was from the very beginning. Kylee had not seemed to understand that Olivia was dealing with some pretty serious problems of her own and that these problems just might keep her from being the trusting foster mother that she had rightfully deserved, even though Olivia had hoped that someday everything would change and Kylee just might become a very important part of her life.
