We continue the saga against the Garanda Empire as they make yet another daring and terrible plan to try and conquer the world. Let's see how this new plan goes. Disclaimer: I don't own Kamen Rider, Tokyo Ghoul, or any other referenced media.

*We start with a close-up of Ken Kaneki's face as he eyes dart back and forth*

A-MA-ZON!

*With that declaration, we get our opening music and the series title*

Tokyo Amazon

Question the wide, open skies! Ask them who am I?

*Ken is seen leaping and swinging through a Japanese forest.*

Amazon Rider! That is who I am!

*He lands near Touka and two new heroes, Nishiki Nishio and Hideyoshi Nagachika, as they pose like beasts.*

Fight against me if you would prefer, envoys of evil

*Ken's GiGi Armlet is seen, as well Touka's Amazon Driver, with Nishiki and Hideyoshi having Amazon Driver's of their own.*

Did you see? The Jungler that I'm riding on

*Kurojusha of the Garanda Empire appeared and surround the group.*

Fangs laid bare in the light, a tooth for a tooth

*Ken takes a predatory stance, his mouth open as if bearing fangs.*

Fearsome claws growl and roar, an eye for an eye

*The four Riders quickly attack and deal with the Kurojusha.*

For justice, I'll be a ghoul, a noble demon

*They transform into their Rider forms, Nishiki a bright red suit with silver chest called Kamen Rider Alpha, and Hideyoshi and pure silver form called Kamen Rider Sigma.*

Amazon Rider, he is finally here

*The four Riders race off, Amazon on his Jungler while the others have their Junglaiders, before they are seen making one final pose with Amazon in the center, Omega on his back, Alpha to his right, and Sigma to his left.*

Chapter 19: Leave the Kids Alone

It was late at night and several Kurojusha were observing a group of hypnotized children as they dug under a river in the city. Each of them had wide open, yellow eyes. Before long, the digging was allowed to stop and the supervisor had them get the leader of what was apparently being called the Juvenile Squad, while all the vice leaders were to meet at the Beastman Center. As the children walked out of the drain sewer, they were spotted by the Rider Pack. "What's going on here?," Ken asked. He and Touka approached, only for the kids to try and attack them. Nishiki quickly launched a smoke gas pellet, causing the children to scatter.

The kids later assembled at the Beastman Center as instructed. "Garanda Juvenile Squad Leader and Vice Leader reporting!" "Good work," came a voice from the ceiling, "Seems like everything is going well. In three days, the work will be completed. At this point, I will explain the importance of the work you doing. Turn to your right and observe the map on the wall there. You will notice is depicts the Tokyo subway system. Our operation entails digging beneath it."

The mysterious voice revealed a talon-like hand. "Once digging is complete, the inner section of the subways will be flooded by the Sumida River." The voice was now revealed to belong to an owl monster. "With this is operation, we shall sink all of Tokyo from underground." The map was turned around to show a new diagram. "The last operation is a difficult one, from a hole that only children can enter. It is required to make the earth loose. And that is where you come in. Soon dawn will break, and so today's work is done. Go return to your bases and rest. Things will get harder starting tomorrow."

The "base" was just a cell, where it was revealed that the wide eyes were just some sort of sticker keeping their normal eyes shut. Without them they were completely blind. Back in the throne room, Emperor Zero appeared. "Owl Beastman, how is progress on the underground subway digging operation?" "Everything is proceeding as scheduled," Owl Beastman reported, "It will be complete in three days!" "Too lenient!," Emperor Zero bellowed, "Amazon and his Rider Pack have located Group Five's Juvenile Squad."

Owl Beastman was shocked. "They found them?" Emperor Zero nodded. "Do you really think that this mission will go so smoothly with them snooping around? You must finish without delay. Abduct more children and increase your numbers. Have the operation finished in one day! Your very life is on the line!" Owl Beastman gulped. "I understand, Great Emperor Zero. I will have my forces set out at once."

Tobei was told about what the pack saw. "I've no doubt those kids were abducted and hypnotized." "What we can do about that?," Ken said, "I… Can't fight the kids!" "You wouldn't necessarily have to," Tobei assured him, "They're still regular cute kids without the hypnotism. If we can find the connection to them, it'll lead us whatever it is that Garanda is after!" The pack looked at each other, thinking about everything they saw that night.

Not far away, Moley was watching a group of kids in the middle of an outdoor class. "All that drawing looks fun." No one noticed Owl Beastman and the Kurojusha hiding nearby. As the class let out briefly for recess, white feathers started falling from the sky. Any kid they touched suddenly found themselves unable to see. Moley watched in shock as Owl Beastman and his troop, attacked the teacher, and hypnotized the children.

"With the power of the Owl Jutsu," Owl Beastman said, "Your eyes can't see. Once nighttime comes, you will be given new eyes to see! Now follow me, all of you!" Moley realized that Masahiko was among the captured children and hurried to tell Ritsuko, bringing the teacher Inowa so he could get some help. "What happened!?," Ritsuko asked in concerned. "Masahiko and his class were attacked by Garanda!," Moley explained, "Their new beastman nearly choked out Inowa! He needs an ambulance!"

Tobei and Rider Pack came over as Inowa was brought into the house. "Great timing!," Moley said, "Garanda's struck again!" Inowa was quickly brought inside, screaming about a monster. "Monster?," Tobei asked. "Owl Beastman," Moley explained, "I saw the entire thing. Masahiko was among those captured. Be careful of Owl Beastman's feathers, they can cause blindness." Ken nodded as he lead his pack to where the class had been abducted.

The feathers still lying around had long lost their power, but were still good for tracking. However, Owl Beastman was still lurking about, spotting the Rider Pack as they started looking around. "Those annoying Riders. Why they can't learn to just but out?" He leapt down to attack them. Hideyoshi spotted him first and threw him off. "I think I found Owl Beastman. Where did you take those kids?" "Shut up!," Owl Beastman, "They are min-OW!" Hideyoshi had punched him. "Wrong answer! Now what is Garanda working on?"

Owl Beastman growled. "Just back off already!" He started to attack with his talon claws, the Riders dodging aside and striking at him. He launched feathers that blinded the group. "I don't have time for you," Owl Beastman said, knocking them aside and running off. He returned to where the kids were being led into the cell. One of the kids heard them. "So you guys were taken too, huh?" Masahiko turned his head. "I know that voice. Naoki?" "Masahiko?," Naoki replied, "You too?"

Other friends were reuniting as their voices started ringing out. They explained that once night came down, they were given new eyes to see, but they were no longer able to know what they were doing. Masahiko wasn't worried. "I'm sure that Amazon, Omega, Alpha, and Sigma will find a way to rescue us!" Unfortunately, none of Ken's usual medicines could cure the blindness. "No good. This will take some time go away. We'll have to navigate with our other senses until the medicine can work. Moley."

"I'm here," Moley said. Ken nodded. "I need you to go and look for the kids. Navigating the city is hard enough when I can see. Wandering around blind is only to make things harder. Start by looking for an underground entrance near the river. That's where I first saw the kids with the strange eyes. Masahiko and the others must be somewhere underground." "Not a problem," Moley said, "I'll go find and them and let you know right away! I'm off!"

Night fell as Owl Beastman oversaw the application of the wide eyes. "Alright," Owl Beastman said, "Follow me." By now Moley had found the underground entrance, and the Rider Pack was able to see again. Once Moley had spotted the underground tunnel, he hurried out without being seen to let the Riders know. "I found them kids underground, just like you suggested. Garanda has them digging a tunnel to open a hole next to the Sumida. They plan to flood the whole subway with the river!"

"If they finish that plan," Tobei said, "All of Tokyo's subways will become an ocean!" "Take us down there, Moley," Ken said. Moley nodded. "This way." Meanwhile, Owl Beastman was marking the progress of the tunnel. "It's almost complete. Just a little bit left to go and the whole underground will fall apart! Group Five, hurry up with the digging! Group One is all finished!" He didn't know that Ken and his pack was already closing in under the subway. The water was already starting to come in, flooding one of the subway tunnels and causing massive damage.

Emperor Zero laughed, thinking that the plan was already succeeding. "You have done well, Owl Beastman! The subways will collapse one by one! Your victory is well-earned!" Owl Beastman nodded and headed off. Once he was alone, Emperor Zero was contacted by Ruler. 'I see the operation was a success.' "Indeed," Emperor Zero said, "When all of the subways starts, the ground under Tokyo will tear asunder! It is only a matter of time." 'It seems congratulations are in order,' Ruler said. Emperor Zero grinned as he heard Groups One through Four had completed preparations.

"This is the last point of destruction," Owl Beastman noted, "Once we're done here, all of the subways will be eliminated! This is the most vital point, where the balance of the mission lies!" "Good to know!," Amazon called out. He showed up with Omega, Alpha, and Sigma. "Because now we know where to stop you!" The four of them started taking out the Kurojusha. The tunnel started rumbling, causing Owl Beastman to run for it.

The Rider Pack heard several children that had been buried in rubble and hurried to get them out. Moley hurried over. "Just leave them to me. I'll have them out in no time. You should go and finish off Owl Beastman." They soon caught up to the monster and started attacking him, as well as any Kurojusha that came to interfere. "How dare you mess up our operation!," Owl Beastman called out.

"It's your fault for using children in the first place!," Omega retorted, "Not to mention trying to destroy Tokyo's livelihood!" Owl Beastman growled and launched his talons to blind the pack. He laughed. "You can't fight what you can't see!" As he started to attack them, Amazon once again called upon the GiGi Armlet, channeling his bravery into it to give him and his pack a new technique.

To Owl Beastman's shock, the technique restored their eyesight all at once. "You… You bastard!" "The only bastard here is you!," Sigma retorted. "Now you'll feel the ferocity of our pack!," Amazon called out. They immediately attacked, tearing into Owl Beastman. Omega struck him on the crown and tossed him into the air. Amazon gave Alpha a quick toss into the air to finish the beastman off with his arm blades. "Alpha Slash!" Owl Beastman's head went flying, feathers drifting down as his body dissolved. The pack howled in triumph.

Emperor Zero slammed his lance into the ground in frustration. "Yet again! Those damned Riders interfered again!" Meanwhile by the river, Ken was thanking Moley for his help. "You did good today. We never could have found the children without you." Moley felt embarrassed. "Hey now, praising me like that is too much! I really just wanted to help. I mean, you saved me from Geddon, so the least I could do is help out whenever needed.

He then looked and saw Tobei and Ritsuko coming over with all the children. "Ah, everyone's coming. I should get going before they see me and freak out." Ken nodded as Moley left, grateful to have such a friend in the struggle against Garanda. He and his pack then greeted the kids, their sight restored as they ran over to thank the Riders for saving them. Before long the subway system would be repaired, robbing Garanda of yet another chance to conquer Japan and the world.
