"Danny!" Sam shouted. "You need to leave!"
"And why do I need to do that?" Danny growled. "This is my city to protect! Mine! You guys can't take that away from me!"
"Do you hear yourself? What you sound like? Who you sound like? Are you really going to turn into him?" Sam yelled.
Danny's eyes darkened even more, his eyes a solid green. He bared his teeth at Sam who was standing in front of Tucker and Jazz, staring up at Danny.
"Is that what you really think of me?"
Sam gestured to the destroyed cars and damaged buildings around them, all a result of Danny's anger.
"Fine. I'll give you more to think of."
Danny tensed all his muscles, slowly pulling his arms through the air towards where Sam stood on the ground. She raised an eyebrow, confused, at the lack of action he was taking. It wasn't until moments later that she saw meteors falling from the sky in a radioactive green haze.
"Danny?!" Sam yelled, panic finally starting to set in. "Danny what are you doing?"
"If you don't want me protecting you, I'll destroy you all before anything else can hurt you."
"What good will that do? What about all these people here? I thought you wanted to protect us! I thought you loved us." Sam gestured to herself, Tucker, and Jazz. "What about your family? You're just gonna kill all of us?"
"Nobody saved me!" Danny wailed, anger pouring out of him. "I thought you guys just hadn't made it in time but now it seems you want nothing to do with me! You must not have tried at all!"
"We tried so hard."
Danny looked down at Tucker's choked voice.
"We tried to get you out of there, Danny. But I couldn't get past their security and they were going to arrest us. We did all we could."
"But why… Why do you want me to leave?" Danny asked, meteors pausing in place in the sky.
"Danny, can't you see how volatile you are?" Jazz asked. "It's not that we don't want to see you but you're causing destruction, you're scaring people. We don't want anyone getting hurt."
Danny's shoulders slumped, his eyes squeezed shut, and slowly the meteors floated back into the sky and out of sight.
"I didn't… I didn't realize. I didn't know how different I was acting." He opened his eyes, pupils and green irises filled with sadness.
"I just… I didn't…" He sighed.
"Maybe all ghosts are bad after all."
And with that, Danny disappeared. Leaving the street in silence.
