SAN POV.
Britt entered through the front door of my house and walked straight to the lounge as if she had been here a thousand times. Not that she has.
She took a seat on in the arm chair by the window and stared at me and now Quinn who was standing right by my side.
'Can we talk alone please.' Britt jibed as if she already had a problem with Quinn.
'No whatever you say in front of me you can say in front of my girlfriend.' Girlfriend, why did I say that, we hadn't discussed this yet. I can't even look up at Quinn scared of how she'll be looking at me.
'Ok fine. I need your help San, you cared about me once, we were getting married until you called things off. I'm in trouble, my father has found me and has got a warrant out for my return to his care.'
'So what are you asking me for Britt? A place to hide away?'
'Yes, please it would only be for a few weeks tops I just need about of time to find a way out.'
I know Quinn will hate me if I say yes, but it's Britt. I broke her heart when I left her and she was my best friend once. I look at Quinn and she's giving me that look that I never understood.
'Fine Britt, you can stay. Only for two weeks, and I'm only doing this because for some reason I still consider you a friend.'
QUINN POV.
How could she even think about saying yes to this ridiculous request. She can't seriously be thinking about having her ex fiancé come and live with her, even if it is only for two weeks.
'Fine Britt, you can stay.'
That's it I'm done, I feel myself spin on my heels and bolt for my car. I'm lucky the gates on the drive were still open so I sped through them and drove until I reached home.
I sat in my drive way and sobbed until my eyes ran out of tears and I could hardly breath.
'There is no way back for me and San it's over, it's how it has to be.' My thoughts kicked back in and I went inside to get in to my own bed and sleep away any feelings I might have had. 'Girlfriend' yeah right.
SAN POV.
I went after her but she was too fast. By the time I reached the front door her car had disappeared leaving only dust in the drive way.
Britt can stay, but I have to do everything I can to get Quinn back.
