Chapter 18.
(Scott POV)
I don't know how long I was out for but I was starting to wake back up. Once my eyes were open I saw the Doctor stand on my right.
"Doctor," I said. Getting up.
"Easy," Doctor said.
"What you do anyway," I said. once I was sitting up and saw my skin was back the way it used to be.
"Just re-modulated a couple of your nanoprobes to return your skin colour and make both of your eyes brown again," Doctor Said.
"Won't they try to change it back," I said.
"Only if it the only way to keep you alive other wise no they shouldn't," Doctor said.
"Thanks Doc," I said headed out of sickbay and down to my room and put on one of the uniform that Mum must of made for me before she left.
Once I got it all on the only implants what were showing was my Right hand. On my left eye brow. But other than that everything looked the way it did before all of this happened. I was still looking myself in the Mirror and everything was almost screaming human expect the implants which can be seen. I grabbed my Combadge, and headed back up to the bridge.
Once I was in the Turbo-lift. "Bridge," I said. Then the doors sealed and off up to the bridge I went.
When the Turbo-lift stopped and the doors opened I head out and when down to mum's chair again. Only to see everyone. Mostly the senior staff looking at me.
"What," I said.
"What the heck did the doctor do anyway," Chakotay said.
"Just changed some programming in the nanoprobes giving me back my own skin colour and my eye colour back," I said.
"Well, you damn human again," Tom said.
"Watch it," I said.
"Sorry, couldn't resist," Tom said.
"Very funny. How much longer," I said.
"Another 5 mins, then we can drop out," Tom said.
"What are the chances we find them here," Chakotay said.
"If they aren't there. There another couple of places they will be but we need to go back to Atlantis," I said.
"To use that gate system," Chakotay said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Let's just hope that they are here then," Chakotay said.
"Yeah," I said.
"Tuvok, raise shields," Chakotay said.
"We need to keep as not attacking as possible. Keep Weapons on standby," I said.
"Understood," Tuvok said.
"Harry, By ready to bring the backup weaponary online," I said.
"I already have that ready," Harry said.
"Nice," I said.
"We are ready to drop out of Transwarp," Tom said.
"Bring us out of Transwarp, 7, scan around for any ships," I said.
"Dropping to impulse, now," Tom said. Taking us back into normal space.
"Starting scans," 7 said.
"How long," Chakotay said.
"10 minutes max," 7 said.
"I be in the ready room then, Chakotay you got the bridge," I said heading into the ready room.
Then started looking over everything trying to find the next place that they could be if 7 doesn't pick them up.

9 Minutes later.
"Red Alert, all hands to battle-stations," Chakotay voice over the com system and the Red Alert alarm went. I got up and headed back onto the Bridge.
"Report," I said sitting down on Mum's chair again.
"There's a ship almost the same as the Hive ship that was trying to make it to Earth," Chakotay said.
"Where," I said.
"Port side. 2000 KM away," Tom said.
"They weapons system appear not to be powered," Tuvok said.
"What they doing?" I said.
"Just sitting there with it aft to us," Harry said.
"Harry try hailing them," I said.
"Got it," Harry said trying to hail them. "No Response,"
"Harry send a message that we are from SGC," I said.
"Why?" Chakotay said.
"Then maybe they may answer," I said.
"Or attack," Chakotay said.
"We see," I said. "Harry, Anything,"
"Nothing. No reply. But there is something happening on that ship. Some kind of door has opened and a Small craft has just came out and slowly approaching us," Harry said.
"On the screen," Chakotay said.
Harry put the ship on the screen.
"What is that?" Tom said.
"Dart," I said.
"What," Chakotay said.
"That's a dart, crap weapon power wouldn't even scratch our shields, They were made to use on Planets to grab people and take people by a Transport buffer built into the thing," I said.
"So it not threat," Chakotay said.
"No," I said. "Harry scan the dart,"
"On it," Harry said. "There's only one lifesign, Human. Wait. There something else there but have no idea what it is,"
"Harry, Hail it," I said.
"Channel open," Harry said.
"This is Scott Janeway of the starfleet vessel Voyager," I said.
"Voyager. Not a bad name for a ship. Aiden Ford," Ford said.
"Wait, Not Lt. Aiden Ford the one that was reported dead from a heist on a Hive ship," I said.
"Yeah, That part was never fully fix. Only a few people knew I was still alive, This group here help me get off that stuff. Look I can explain better there. Permission to come aboard," Ford said.
"Standby," I said then turned closer to Chakotay. "Muted audio,"
"There," Chakotay said. "Is there even a threat if he comes on board,"
"He sounds like he does want to talk. Tuvok take a security team down to the Shuttle bay then bring him to the Conference room. Harry, Keep sensors locked on that Hive if it as much energy build up stuff like that happens jump straight to Red Alert. But keep an eye out for other ships too. Tom you got the Bridge. Chakotay, 7. We are going in the conference room, All clear," I said.
"Yes," They said.
"Un-mute audio," I said. Then audio was un-muted. "Permission Granted Lt,"
"See you in a few then," Ford said then the Channel closed.
"Right Go to Yellow Alert, Let's do it," I said. As the Red alert was cancelled and on Yellow now. Tuvok left and Chakotay,7 and I went into the Conference room.
Once in we were waiting for Tuvok to bring him up.
After another 5 mins of waiting then Tuvok and one of his team came in with Ford.
"Wow, This is so Voyager. Bit bigger through," Ford said.
"Wait you know this ship," I said.
"Yeah, back then when Shepherd's Nephew came he was gave a ship like this. I always though SGC built it but never saw another like it. Even you sort of look like his nephew too," Ford said.
"Not surprised, he was my 3rd Generation Granddad was not doubt with you then," I said.
"Wait. You all have never been here before right," Ford said.
"No," I said.
"Oh, Well, I mostly know most of this Crew, Chakotay, 7, Tuvok, Harry Tom. Since they were at most of the meeting back on Atlantis, But you look like you been through so with The Borg," Ford said.
"You know about the Borg too," I said.
"Yes, we had a some bit of trouble with them back then. But they never came back since till now," Ford said.
"Let me guess a fleet around Atlantis," I said.
"Yes, How," Ford said.
"Oh that's actually my fleet. Let just say The Borg have gone through a change of management," I said.
"Oh, How," Ford said.
I ended up explaining everything since the start til right now. About Naomi and I running things now. The Federation back on Earth. mostly a way to try and stop Wraith from Feeding completely. Either through well. The Drug that Doctor Beckett work on but could find a permanent one shot thing or for those that will not doubt refuse the ones we were likely to fight against. Assimilation.
"You really think that is going to work. We spend the last couple hundred years trying to do that," Ford said.
"That's where Borg technology comes in. That Bio-tech is even more advanced that Voyager's right now," I said.
"Well, I was only here to see what was going on. Now that I know, I need to let them know. But It's not they call to make. It's Amarah and Aylita Call. Good thing is that I know where they are I send the Coords once I'm back on the Hive," Ford said.
"Send the Gate address too, if they are on a Planet," I said.
"Alright," Ford said. "I let them know that you are coming,"
"Good, Tuvok Show our guest here back to the Dart," I said.
"Yes, Sir," Tuvok said. Then Ford, Tuvok and his team took them back to the Dart.
"That went well," Chakotay said.
"Agreed," 7 said.
"But who are Amarah and Aylita anyway," Chakotay said.
"Amarah, She maybe a Wraith queen but only one that SGC trusted. She was never after Earth. Aylita, She's human and basically she's Amarah Adopted Daughter. Amarah found her all alone on a planet that was Culled. She isn't like other Wraith, she never liked feeding til the point of death. No one of her did that. Every time something like that happen she did what she could to help them before taking them home. Amarah would do anything to keep Aylita safe. We need her help," I said.
"You sure that she would help us with this though," Chakotay said.
"Maybe but we have to wait and see," I said. "Let's get back to the Bridge,"
Then we headed out and where we would be.
"Scott, Tuvok clear and so is the Dart," Harry said.
"Good," I said. "Anything long range,"
"Nothing. But we are getting a set of Coords and some Symbols," Harry said.
I got up and headed over to have a look.
"The symbols are gate Address," I said. "So we either Transwarp to the Coords or head back and take a team through the Gate,"
"How long well it take to get there at Transwarp," Chakotay said.
"1 Day," Tom said.
"The Gate will be quicker. Tom, Take us back to Atlantis," I said.
"Setting a course," Tom said.
"The Hive has just disappeared off Sensors," Harry said.
"How," Chakotay said.
"Hyperdrive. Wraith Hive ships have Hyperdrive. We can't track them through it," I said.
"Can't we not get that Tech," Tom said.
"We have no idea what it would do to Voyager yet," I said. "Course set,"
"Yes," Tom said.
"Engage Transwarp drive," I said. "Let's go home,"
"Transwarp drive in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1," Tom said then Voyager went into Transwarp. "We should be back in 90 Mins,"
"Good," I said.
"We should send the Hazard team though the gate," Chakotay said.
"Yeah, but I'm going with them," I said.
"You sure about that," Chakotay said.
"Yes," I said. "We need them, Chakotay,"
"I'll going to," 7 Said.
"Fine," Chakotay said. "But I just not okay with this. It could be a trap,"
"No way, Amarah was one of SGC's main sources of Information. Even resources of they needed it," I said. "We be fine. You got the Bridge," I said. heading to the turbo-lift. "Deck 3," Then the Doors closed and off it went to Deck 3.
Once on Deck 3. I headed to mine and Mum's room and used my code and unlocked the door and headed in.
"Computer, Seal the doors no enter without my Authorisation," I said.
The doors sealed and then the computer bleeped. "Doors are sealed," Computer said.
Then I headed and took off my uniform and then went to the shower. Then after I went and laid down on the bed and ended up falling asleep. As I heard the bed alcove starting powering up. Then I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I don't know who much longer it was but I woke up to a hand on my shoulder and I opened my eyes to see Chakotay there.
"Chakotay, what is it?" I said getting up.
"We back at Atlantis," Chakotay said.
"Be up there in a minute," I said.
"Meet you there," Chakotay said heading out and the doors closed.
Once I grabbed and put on my Uniform again I headed up to the Turbo-lift. "Bridge," I said and the doors sealed and up I went. Once on the Bridge. "Are we cleared to land,"
"Yes, where we were before," Chakotay said.
"Bridge to Engineering. Take the Warp core offline, vent all plasma from the Nacelles, and standby to engage atmospheric Thrusters," I said.
"On it," B'Elanna said over the com.
"Blue Alert," I said.
"This is Commander Tuvok to all deck, we are preparing to land the ship. Go to Blue Alert and report to Code Blue Stations," Tuvok said
Then the light's Blue Klaxon.
"I've plotted a descent course, enough to land on the same Pier again. Atmospheric Control at Standby. Landing Mechanisms Online. Inertial Dampers at Maximum," Tom said.
"All Decks report Condition Blue," Tuvok said.
"Put us down, Tom," I said.
Then Tom put Voyager down through the Atmosphere.
"Status," Chakotay said.
"We're on the glide Trajectory, Altitude 100 Kilo meters. Speed 10,000 kph. Getting some trinimbic turbulence. Compensating" Tom said.
Then something hit the shields.
"We have an EM discharge in the lateral relays, I'm rerouting the ODN conduit," Harry said.
Then we were hit again.
"Another EM discharge. We're all right, though," Harry said.
"I got the landing site," Tom said.
"On the screen," I said. Then the image of Atlantis was there. "Extend Landing struts. Prepare to release inertial dampers and adjust them to match Atlantis' Gravity field,"
"Landing struts down and locked," Tom said.
"Standby on Environment control," Harry said.
"Slowing us down," Tom said. Then I felt Voyager gently landing on the pier. "Disengaging Engines. Securing thruster exhaust. We're down,"
"Nice Landing Tom," I said.
"Thanks," Tom said.
"Stand down Blue alert," Chakotay said. "I heading down to Engineering," He said and headed to the turbo-lift.
"Harry, Transport me to SGC Operations. Tuvok you got the Bridge," I said.
"Standby," Harry said.
I got up and was standing in the centre of the Bridge.
"Ready," Harry said.
"Energize," I said.
Then the Transport Beam activated and Beamed me straight to SGC Operations where I was met by Mum and Allison pointing a phaser at me.
"Easy," I said.
"Scott," Allison said coming at me and hugged me.
"Missed you too, Ally," I said.
Then Mum come over and hugged me. "Good to see you home safe," Mum said.
"Good to see you too Mum," I said hugging her too.
"Saw you got Voyager back in one piece. Everything go alright," Mum said.
"Yeah, but wait until you hear this," I said.
"What," Mum said.
"It wasn't Amarah there, It was someone we though to be long dead," I said.
"What, Who," Mum said.
"Aiden Ford," I said.
"Wait, Lt. Aiden Ford," Mum said.
"Yeah," I said.
"How'd we not know," Mum said.
"Only a few people really knew. But never told home so it was never told that Aiden was alive," I said.
"But still alive now," Mum said.
"Yeah, probably from you know," I said.
"Yeah, so how come you came back here," Mum said.
"We meet her in 3 days at those Gate address," I said.
"Just you or," Mum said.
"No, Hazard team, 7 and I are going," I said.
"Okay just make sure you come back," Mum said.
"I will and you will be telling me that before I walk through that gate," I said.
"Okay, I going to check on Voyager see you later. Our room Dinner. If you still can," Mum said.
"Yeah, see you there, 1900," I said.
"Yes, Anything that you want," Mum said.
"Surprise me," I said.
"Oh, I will. Love you kiddo," Mum said.
"Love you too," I said then Mum headed to where Voyager was landed.
"Come on," Allison said. grabbing my hand and we headed to Defiance.
Once we got to the Defiance. Allison was still pulling me towards my room. She used her code and the door open and she pulled me in before closing the door and then let my hand go.
"What you at," I said.
"We finally got some time together for a bit," Allison said before kissing me pushing me back until I ended up falling back onto the bed.
We ended up laughing for a bit before I kissed her.
"Good thing we know Naomi isn't the Jealous type," Allison said.
"Very Funny," I said.
After at least another 10 mins while we were kissing.
"Shame we can't take this stuff off," Allison said. "I kind of wanted to you know,"
"Yeah, I know. We figure that out after we done what we need to do here," I said.
"Yeah," Allison said kissing me again.
Never really could to resist kissing her back plus what was the point. Naomi knew that I liked Allison the same way that she liked Shaleena.

We have been in my room for the pass 2 hours, Kissing and telling each other everything we could at the time. Then I saw the time on my bedside time.
"Scrap, Need to get ready," I said.
"You are coming back right," Allison said.
"Maybe, If not I be sleeping there," I said.
"I keep an eye on Defiance now, get ready," Allison said still laying there.
I grabbed everything I needed and then went over and kissed Allison before rushing out and to the Transport room and Beaming myself right next to the Landing Strut. Which then I went and used my code and used the Turbo-lift and headed to Deck 3. Then over to Mum and Mine Room and used my code and the doors opened and I walked in. Seeing the table ready to go.
"There you are," Mum said. "I was just about to call you," As she come over and hugged me.
"Yeah, small glitch showed up and we were fixing it, Kinda lost track of time," I said.
"Well, you here now," Mum said.
"So what we having," I said.
"Sit down and you will find out," Mum said.
"Finally got the Replicator to work with you," I said.
"Smart-ass," Mum said. Making us laugh.
Then Mum came over with 2 plates. and Set one down her side and one in front of me. It was Steak pie with Chip and Gravy.
"Man it's been ages since we ever had this." I said.
"I know, But at least now we got time with each other again," Mum said.
"Well, I'm only blaming Starfleet for that one," I said.
"Me too, I should of just got Voyager back and take you both with me," Mum said.
"Where," I said.
"Away from them. That wasn't the same Federation I remember," Mum said.
"Me too," I said. "Bet you it was that war while we were away," I said.
"Yeah," Mum said.
After we finished dinner, Mum went over and brought something else over.
Which was Chocolate cake. Which was nice too.
After all of that was done. We got the Replicator to destroy the plates.
Then we ended up on the sofa.
"Anything from Naomi yet," Mum said.
"Nope," I said.
"You think that they would help us," Mum said.
"Maybe. But one thing I do know. Lindsay will help us," I said.
"Maybe," Mum said.
"Hopefully they don't start something else," I said.
"What liking fighting Naomi," Mum said.
"Good luck with that. But I know Lindsay won't. She loved both of us. Even when she came back," I said.
"I know. I saw it too," Mum said.
"I don't know when we did this last," I said.
"What, Dinner," Mum said.
"Yeah," I said.
"I think it was before we even tried to for that other me plan," Mum said.
"Before everything went to shit," I said.
"Not anymore, We back together Scott. And I am not letting you go again," Mum said.
"Me neither," I said.
Then we spent the next hour or 2, Relaxing like never before. Then I headed to back to my Quarters.

The next day I went to Defiance and started working on the systems again. I wanted to be ready for an attack. From the Wraith or the Federation. Good thing that none of the Federation weapons will have any affect since we have Voyager and all of her data on the future technology.
Then the sensors went off and I went over and found that Naomi was back.
"Defiance to Voyager," I said.
"Go ahead, " Naomi said.
"Naomi," I said.
"Hey, Scott," Naomi said.
"How'd it go?" I said.
"How did you think it went Scott," Lindsay said.
"Lindsay, you came," I said.
"Of course I came, It's family," Lindsay said. "Where else will I be,"
"Glad to hear you say that, I take it Naomi told you," I said.
"Everything," Lindsay said.
"Good. listen I need to work on something, I talk with you in person later, Oh, Lindsay," I said.
"Yeah," Lindsay said.
"It's good to have you back," I said.
"Good to be home," Lindsay said then the channel ended.
Then I went to Voyager which was on the East pier and headed to Deck 5. Which was Hazard ops. Where I went to the conference room there. Where I found Telsha and Alex Munro. Who I filled them in on the Wraith that we were going to meet. Explaining everything that she done for us back then. Which they took it well and then I headed back Defiance where I saw that Naomi's ship was docked on the south pier and I went over to meet her.
