Naraku still walks the Feudal of Japan, though in hiding. Seshomaru is hunting the fowl beast, along side his brother and companions. Lord Of The West, has memories of the past that haunt him, of that of a child named Kagome, There he is standing next to her returned to the past yet again, with the help of everybody help her regain her memories.

18. Chapter 18

The Sick Feeling From Within

Kagome was still unconscious from what she could gather, Kagome could not wake herself up no matter how much she tried it was then she heard it. "Ku, ku, ku. Miko what troubles you?" Kagome gasped it was the evil Naraku "what do you want?" Naraku's evil smile grew wider. Stalking towards her like prey it was then Kagome noticed he was naked. No this can not be happening. Not realizing he hears her thoughts "oh miko I can hear your every though, your every emotions, every smell. In time miko you will come to me willing or by force ups to you how you want to play this game." Naraku was taunting her, needing to wake up it was then her body was burning.

The camp looked down who screamed nobody dared moved into her direction something was torturing her from the inside out. Lord of the West went into his true form laid near the miko that he loved, the pups did the same but Shippo who was already awake and scared. Did not know what to do, something was hurting his mama again, wanting to turn attack when he heard a growl looking over at the dog.

The Lord of The West could smell the kits fear, growling at Inuyasha "KIT KNOWS SOMEONE HIS HARMING HIS MAMA, MUST BE NARAKU'S DOING."

Inuyasha never thought of that, but then again he is a sick evil twisted nut job. "Shippo go to Sesshomaru he will not let anything happen to you." Shippo looked over at Inuyasha then at Sesshomaru who was laying down next this mama. Crawling over to him to show submission. Sesshomaru was pissed as was the pups, they all hating to see their mommy and baby brother submit. Never again, Sesshomaru would have to tell the young kit in the morning. Hearing "thank you, good night Shippo was fast a sleep."

The screaming never let down through the night, nobody knew what to do. Until it was over they were revealed yet scared all the same time.

The torture continued trying to break her spirit finally she cracked, Naraku showed her friends the kit all dead, her powers caused the death, including two pups she was found over, her body was ready to begin all that was needed now was her soul to finally come back into Kikyo smirked yes she even showed Kagome, Inuyasha killing his brother along with the rest of her friends. That was the final straw to the heart, even whispering out the Lords name.

Sango and Miroku were sleeping so they did not smell the tears but the demons did. Whining this time, Sesshomaru needed to know what was shown to her, he could not feel her heart beating anymore that is what really scared him. That was he heard it, it was faint but it was there licking in her the face, his mate was alive he could smell her fear that really worried him, she was never afraid of him, always standing up to him. Looking over at Inuyasha even he had fear raiding off of him, something was in the air, the mist within but what.

Nobody in the camp realized the jewel shards turned dark, Kagome's aura finally changed Sesshomaru and Inuyasha knew then they had to fight to the death to get her back. Licking her once more, Sesshomaru whined more then anything it even woke the humans they all came beside Kagome that was when the monk felt it. "her soul is still pure, but something happened to make her break." Miroku thought more what could be damaging Kagome it was then he realized "the children, something happened to the children in her mind, Naraku is playing tricks on her." Inuyasha looked at the monk like he was crazy but yet it was making sense. Sesshomaru hated it, he wanted her safe from harm.
