Poe is sitting in the Millennium Falcon, cleaning up his blaster. For a second, he thinks he sees something in the sky. When he checks the scanners, they come up blank, so then he goes back to what he was doing.
At the stone monument, one of the young force sensitive people says someone is coming. Moments later, several figures in dark robes appear on the edge of the monument.
The central figure removes his mask and speaks, "You have been summoned here because each of you possesses a great gift..."
He continues, "But that gift will be worthless if you are not trained to use it. For too long, has the galaxy been torn and divided by those who would use our abilities for their senseless agendas. The wounds of their past failings still afflict us, but we are different. We are the Knights of Ren and we reject the failings of the Sith... and the Jedi..."
Ahsoka Bridger, Kanan Bridger, and Finn are frozen in fear.
Ahsoka whispers to Finn, "Contact Poe..."
Kylo Ren urges those who want to join him to step forward. Some of the people in the crowd do. One of the others, however, openly rejects his offer, "I will never join! The Jedi were the saviors of the galaxy!"
Kylo gives everyone one final chance to join him before he orders two of his knights to lead their new recruits away.
Kylo and his knights finally ignite their light-sabers, some blue, some green, and even some red.
"You will all come with us..." Kylo tells them as fear spreads through the crowd.
Finn then loosens his blaster in his holster. Ahsoka, Kanan, Ilyana, Teron, Cal, and Trilla prepare to ignite their light-sabers.
The knights advance and some of the initiates seem willing to comply, but several refuse. One tries to push Kylo back with the force, but he shrugs it off and flings them across a cliff. Kylo then chokes another who rushes at him. Some raise their hands and surrender, but Ahsoka, Kanan, Ilyana, Teron, Cal, and Trilla begin to help as Finn begins firing his blaster. The monument then devolves into chaos.
The knights begin butchering those who resist. Ahsoka and Kanan yell to the Kestis family, "Come with us!"
The Kestis family complies and they follow Ahsoka, Kanan, and Finn to the falcon.
The falcon starts to ascend, with the knights quickly approaching. Kylo tries to quickly bring it down with the force. The falcon shakes, but it manages to break free of his grasp as it vanishes into the night-sky.
Poe then asks on the ship, "Who are they?" pointing to the Kestis family.
Poe then saw they had light-sabers, "Are you all Jedi too?"
The Kestis family nod their heads and introduce themselves to Poe.
Poe then tells Finn, Ahsoka, and Kanan that he has been ordered by his superiors to return to Hosnian to explain his "unsanctioned actions" that jeopardize the ceasefire with the Dominion. Instead, Poe offers to head them to the remote planet of Crait, where much of the Rebel Alliance's military might is gathered.
"Good idea. It has been awhile since we have seen our parents since we have been helping the Republic," Kanan replies.
Ahsoka agrees with her brother.
On their journey to Crait, Finn tells Ahsoka and Kanan that he has to tell them something while they are conversing with the Kestis family.
"On Ahch-To, Cal and Trilla said that I am apparently... force sensitive..." Finn reveals.
The eyes of Ahsoka and Kanan widen.
"Is this true?" Ahsoka asks Cal and Trilla. The couple then nods.
Kanan then smiles, "Well in that case Finn, I sense the force has brought you with us for a special reason. Would you like to learn the ways of the force? I feel my parents can be great teachers if you meet them..."
Finn smiles, accepting Kanan's request.
