Klaus was walking down the stairs, calling for Hope and Astrid."Hope? Astrid?"He walked down the rest of the stairs and paused as he came across a mirror and watched as his eyes glowed an icy shade of blue and heard and saw Mikael's voice echoing in his mind, saying;"Today you will die at the hands of Marcel, unless you kill your enemy first.", causing him to close his eyes and grind his teeth together for a split second before opening his eyes and seeing a shadowy figure walk past him in the mirror, he turned around to find no one in the hallway.

Eyes narrowed, Klaus walked around the staircase."Dad?"Hope said questionably as she and Astrid finally found him.

"Uncle Nik?"Astrid mumbled, raising an eyebrow at him.

Astrid had to stop herself from wincing in pain as she felt a headache coming on as she got closer to her Uncle, causing her to come to a stop and frown as she looked down, frowning in confusion before she looked back up at him.

"We're ready to go."Hope stated, making a small gesture between herself and Astrid."Aren't you coming?"She asked and looked at him along with Astrid with furrowed eyebrows.

"I... Uh, I need to speak with Uncle Elijah."Klaus answered Hope before turning to Astrid."Where's your Dad?"

"Upstairs in his and Mama's room."Astrid answered and the two girls watched in confusion and worry as Klaus left to talk with Elijah.

"Elijah, I need to speak with you."Elijah looked up over his shoulder from doing his tie in the mirror and Elena, who was wearing black jeans, a white top, and a dark grey cardigan, was putting on her grey boots, looked up at Klaus with a raised eyebrow.

"I'll meet you, Jackson, Hayley, and the girls at the van."Elijah said to Elena, who nodded and left to see if Hayley and Jackson were ready, after seeing the urgent expression on Klaus' face.

"You need to go to the Bayou without me."Klaus stated as they walked out of the room and downstairs.

"Why?"Elijah asked his Brother.

"Take Hope and Astrid."Klaus added, ignoring Elijah's question."I'll be right behind you."

"What are you saying?"Elijah questioned Klaus, wondering what was wrong.

"My Daughter and Niece nearly died."Klaus gritted out."I have to make sure the threat to them is over."

"Not without me you cannot."Klaus, who walked ahead of Elijah, paused and turned to face him, to protest but Elijah quickly continued."Like you said, your Niece, my Daughter, nearly died."

"Brother, Marcel loathes you most of all."Klaus retorted."Freya and Finn will help me here."Klaus added."I need to know my Daughter and Niece are safe. You, Elena, Jackson, and Hayley can assure that. Please."He said, almost sounding pleadingly with Elijah, who pursed his lips before he nodded and watched Klaus leave with narrowed eyes before speeding off to where the others were waiting at the van.

"Ready to go?"Elena, who had been leaning against the side of the van.

The backseat door was open and Astrid and Hope were sitting in the middle row while Hayley and Jackson were sitting in the back row and one of the seats was down so that Elena or Klaus could get in the back with Hayley and Jackson and the other could sit in the front with Elijah, because it was unlikely that Elijah wouldn't be the one to drive or be in the passenger seat.

"There's been a slight change in plans."Elijah stated, causing Elena to raise an eyebrow and Hayley pursed her lips and Jackson frowned.

"What do you mean by a slight change in plans?"Jackson questioned Elijah.

"Niklaus has gone to see Freya about some concerning matters, but he says he'll be right behind us."Elijah explained as cryptically as possibility as to not worry Hope and Astrid and let Elena peek inside his mind to find the conversation he just had with Klaus.

"Ok, then I guess I'm riding shotgun."Elena said, frowning slightly before closing the backseat door and walked around to the passenger side while Elijah got in the driver's seat.

Elena, Hope, Jackson, Hayley, Elijah, and Astrid were walking along the trail to Mary's home. Astrid and Hope were at the front of the group, picking flowers for Mary, and were showing Hayley and Jackson, who were in the middle, and sometimes, Astrid would run to the back of the group to show Elena, who smiled at her while Elijah, who had taken his jacket off and was holding it over his shoulder, smirked.

"I've missed this."Elena said as they followed the married couple and the children.

Elijah looked at Elena, raising an eyebrow."Really? I had thought that you had a strong dislike for the Bayou."Elijah stated, his smirk growing slightly and Elena glared at him.

"I meant that I've missed things that are real."Elena said, giving Elijah a dry like."I missed a lot of things, like the sun on my skin. All this peace and quiet, this... nature."The Nephilim gestured around them with a smile on her face."It feels nice to be able to connect with it again. I missed being out here."

"Well, it would seem that you're not alone."Elijah agreed."You know, we could be happy out here."Elijah suddenly said, surprising Elena."Just you, me, Astrid, and maybe another little one running around, or two."

"I think you might stand out in that suit though."Elena retorted playfully as she picked up some Luna Hibiscus flowers.

"Well, I was thinking jeans, shorts and flip flops."Elijah said in a serious voice that made Elena stop walking and turn to stare at him with wide eyes.

"You're being completely serious, aren't you?"Elena questioned him.

"Yes."Elijah said and they started walking again.

"I would love that."Elena stated."I want to build a life with you, Elijah. With Astrid."Elena said with a wistful look on her face as they got closer to Mary's home."I want us to be happy and live a peaceful life, raising our Daughter and maybe another child."

Elijah suddenly grabbed Elena by the arm gently and she turned to face him."So we do that."He stated, smiling at her."Together."He leaned down and kissed her gently on the lips before pulling away."In jean shorts."He added, making Elena's smile widen.

"Before you two can even start building your life together and even think of having another child, you two have to get married first."Came Jackson's voice from in front of them and they turned to see him and Hayley smirking at them.

"Especially if you want to have another child, please wait until you have your own house either built, if it's gonna be out here, or brought if you're looking at one of the homes that are surrounded in an area like this."Hayley added, her smirk widening by the second.

"Shut up."Elena grumbled, sounding annoyed but the playful glare she shot at Hayley and Jackson told them that she wasn't annoyed.

"Just saying."Jackson defended himself.

They turned their attention to Mary's house when they heard Hope and Astrid knocking on the door and Mary opened the door, smiling at the girls."Grandma Mary!"The girls exclaimed, smiling up at the elderly Werewolf.

"Well, hello, sweethearts."Mary greeted them before bringing them into a warm hug."Oh, my girls. Oh."Mary looked over the girls shoulders and caught sight of her Grandson and Granddaughter-In-Law along with Elijah and Elena at the top of the small hill and frowned slightly at seeing Elijah.

"We picked you some flowers."Hope said and Mary turned her attention back to Astrid and Hope.

"Honey, Darling,"Mary placed her hands on either side of the girl's cheeks."why don't you two run on inside? I need to talk to your Mama's and Uncle Jack."Elena bit the inside of her cheek at hearing the word Mama's. Looks like Hayley and Jackson weren't the only ones in trouble with Mary for bringing Elijah."Didn't know you were bringing him."Mary said as soon as the girls were inside.

"Mary, come on."Hayley said while Jackson sighed and gave Elijah an apologetic, which he brushed off with a shake of his head and started to fiddle with his jacket.

"Mary, he's Astrid's Father."Elena added defensively.

"And I have nothing against Astrid being the Daughter of a Vampire, Elena, and I'm glad you're awake and alive. Your little girl has missed you."Mary added, giving Elena a small smile before frowning."But Vampires aren't welcome. Hayley's the exception."Mary said, glancing at Hayley before looking back at Elena."Rules of the house."Mary stated sternly.

Elijah placed a hand on Elena's shoulder."I'll leave."He said gently before walking away.

Jackson and Hayley walked down the small hill, towards Mary."Seriously, Grandma Mary?"Jackson questioned his Grandmother while Elena looked torn between coming down and following after Elijah.

"You know how I feel, Jackson."Mary stated."Our kind winds up dead when they're around."Mary said knowingly."You did."She added with a frown at Jackson, who flinched at the reminder."Now, I'm grateful that Elena brought you back, but that doesn't mean I'm going to allow her Vampire Mate to come inside the house."Elena sighed softly and came down to stand next to Hayley."Yesterday, we lost Lara. I wake up to hear there's been some kind of occult massacre in the woods."Seeing the looks in the trio's eyes, Mary knew who was involved."Let me guess..."Mary stated drily."Mikaelsons are involved."

"That's why we're here."Jackson stated, trying not to flinch away from his Grandmother's intense stare.

"We want to talk about what really caused that massacre last night."Hayley added, causing Mary to look at her in confusion. Instead of answering Mary's silent question, the trio and her walked over to stand on the lake dock by the cabin."All we know is this cult wanted to sacrifice children."Hayley said.

"Somehow Lara got caught up in it, and when she tried to get out, she couldn't, and she killed herself."Jackson added, frowning.

"Doesn't make sense."Mary stated, shaking her head."Someone is recruiting Crescents into a cult?"

"Them and Humans."Elena muttered under her breath with a grimace but nodded yes at Mary's question.

"That's what we need you to look out for, Mary..."Hayley trailed off.

"Anything strange."Jackson said seriously.

"These people obsess over specific imagery. It's a... serpent eating its own tail."Hayley tried to describe.

"What'd you say?"Mary asked Hayley, her voice sharp and filled with worry.

"A serpent. Like a..."Hayley looked for the right word that the image looked like."dragon."

"It's called an Ouroboros."Elena suddenly said, causing everyone to look at her."A serpent or a Dragon eating its own tail, it's called an Ouroboros Symbol..."Elena trailed off, looking thoughtful and shrugged.

"When Hope was affected, she drew some."Hayley explained and went over to her bag to grab Hope's sketch book."Here."She held it out for Mary to take.

Mary looked at the picture Hope had drawn."There's something you all need to see."Mary said gravely as she looked between the trio before leaving to get something for them while they looked at each other in concern before she came back with a journal."You need to read this. It belonged to my Husband, Richard."Mary said, surprising Jackson, and gave it to him."I'll go and look after the girls while you read it."She added before leaving them alone.

Looking at one another, Jackson, Elena, and Hayley sat down on the outside couch with Hayley sitting in the middle and turning the pages when Jackson handed her the book and they silently began reading until it started to turn to nothing but gibberish. Elena looked up with a sigh when she felt a hand on her shoulder and found Elijah standing behind them and Jackson and Hayley glanced up at him as well before Hayley closed the journal.

"This journal belonged to my Grandfather, Grandma Mary's Husband, Richard."Jackson explained in a dreaded and depressed voice as Hayley held out the journal for Elijah to take and he did and opened it."He filled it in the months before he died."Elijah started looking through the journal.

"Most of its revolutionist garbage... Plots for an uprising..."Hayley gave Elijah a small list of what Mary's Husband wrote down."But there's stuff about my parents in there."Hayley added, leaning her head on Jackson's shoulder and he wrapped his arm around her shoulder, rubbing her arm in comfort.

Elijah looked at Hayley sharply."What does he say about them?"He asked, eyes narrowed.

"Ramblings about how they were traitors for dealing with Vampires."Hayley said, trying to keep her voice from cracking.

Elijah looked back down at the journal and flipped through the pages carefully."You can see his writing deteriorate as his thoughts."Elijah sat down on the arm on the couch.

"In the end, he can't even form a coherent sentence."Elena stated, sighing softly as Elijah turned to the last page where Richard had drawn the Ouroboros and closed the journal to look at the trio with narrowed eyes.

"Elijah, I think the Hollow made Mary's Husband kill my parents."Hayley said what she, Elena, and Jackson had been thinking.

After a while, Hayley said she needed to be alone for a while and the others did as she asked before Jackson decided to go after Hayley and talk with her. Elena and Elijah meanwhile stayed curled up on the couch together, taking silent comfort from each other before Elijah's phone vibrated.

Elijah took out his phone and answered it when he saw Freya's name."What is it?"

"You need to come back to the city, or Marcel's going to kill Klaus."Freya explained and hung up while Elena and Elijah looked at each other with wide eyes before Elena grabbed Elijah's hand in hers and they Teleported away.

Elena and Elijah stumbled as they appeared behind Freya, who had slammed her palms against the barrier keeping her out of the house, turned to them, and looked at them in surprise.

"That actually worked."Elena mumbled to herself, sounding surprised and Elijah knew that they were going to talk about what just happened later but turned his attention to Freya.

"Need a hand?"Elijah asked Freya, holding out his hand for her to take and Elena did the same.

Freya looked between them gratefully before taking their hands in hers and started chanting;"Repo oma dal most."The door rattled."Repo oma dal most."Elena started chanting the Spell with Freya."Repo oma dal most. Repo oma dal most. oma dal most."Elijah flinched, feeling the effects of Freya and Elena Channelling him."Repo oma dal most. Repo oma dal most. Repo oma dal most."The door flew open and Elena and Elijah sped inside and grabbed Marcel, forcing him up against the wall and held him there as Klaus got up and looked between all three of them.

Elijah and Elena were starting to struggle at keeping Marcel pinned and Elena noticed Klaus out of the corner of her eyes."Klaus, we could use a little bit of help!"Elena exclaimed, getting Klaus' attention. Klaus dropped the knife he had in his hands before darting forward and snapping Marcel's neck and the Nephilim and the Original let Marcel drop to the floor and panted, leaning against the wall.

Elena shivered, feeling that icy feeling running up her spine again before she and Elijah pushed themselves off the wall and followed Klaus out and into the hallway, where they found a form of darkness with that shining blue light wrapped around it. It was the Hollow. Elijah helped keep Elena upright when he saw her knees give out from under her and she gripped the sides of her head in pain as she heard muffled, indistinct whispering inside her head and gritted her teeth in pain.

"Leave my Family alone!"Freya exclaimed after seeing Elena in pain.

Freya threw the bottle at the Hollow, causing the bottle to break and everyone heard a high pitch squealing come from it, causing Elena and Freya to gasp and cover their ears while Elijah's eyes narrowed and Klaus turned his head to the side, covering one of his ears until the Hollow was gone, along with the squealing noise.

"Are you all right?"Freya asked Elena after the brunette was able to stand without any support.

"Yeah."Elena muttered.

"Let's get you out of here."Elijah said.

He picked Elena up bridal style, surprising the Nephilim and sped away, back to the Abattoir and in their room, where he put her on the bed, telling her to rest, before calling Hayley and Jackson to keep Hope and Astrid at the Bayou.

A little while later, Elena woke up and headed to the Study, where she could hear movement and found Klaus and Elijah inside the room, with Klaus sitting behind the desk and Elijah grabbing a bottle of bourbon.

"I prefer my mind remain unaltered for the time being."Klaus stated when he saw Elijah about to pour him a glass.

"Weird. I feel the exact opposite."Elijah said, taking a few gulps straight from the bottle and Elena walked in, snatching it from him.

"You and me both."Elena said softly before taking a few gulps, surprising Elijah.

"Rest easy, Brother."Freya said as she came into the room."My Spells have Marcel Bound and Cloaked. Even more, I can find no trace of the Hollow's Magic in either of you or in Elena."Freya said, sounding positive.

"Well, that's good."Elena said, putting the bottle down on the desk.

"So where has it gone?"Elijah asked, looking down at Freya.

"It's a ghost."Freya stated, looking at Elijah."It could be anywhere, and since we know that it still wants to sacrifice someone powerful, we have to be prepared."Freya went to grab the knife that could kill Marcel but Klaus covered the handle of the blade before she could touch it

"I think I'll hold on to it for now."Klaus said in a low voice.

"This wasn't a gift."Freya said sharply."Today proved Marcel's a threat, whether used as a sacrifice or possessed."

"Regardless-What good is having a weapon if you won't use it?"Freya interrupted him, her eyes narrowed.

"Niklaus, give it to her."Elijah said softly, not in the mood for another fight to happen, this time between his Hybrid Brother and Witch Sister.

Klaus picked up the blade and stood up, looking at Freya."Having a monopoly of power makes you a target, Sister."Klaus held up the blade and Freya went to take it, only for Klaus to move it back, making her look up at him."Remember that."Freya sighed before she took the blade and left with an annoyed look on her face while Klaus looked back at Elijah and Elena."You think I spared Marcel out of some mawkish sentimentality."Klaus stated as he looked between them."The Hollow wanted both of us dead. Killing him would have given it what it wanted. Mercy was necessary. That's all."Klaus explained and Elijah's eyes narrowed while Elena sighed and crossed her arms.

While Elijah had gone to see Marcel, Elena was pacing around in her room. What Freya said about the Hollow being a ghost had bugged Elena. If the Hollow really was a ghost, then Azrael should have come to claim it and put it back where it belonged, so why hadn't she done so. Elena paused in her pacing and stood in the middle of the room.

"I need to speak with you, Azrael."Elena called out."I know you can hear me, so please, show yourself."Elena grimaced as a bright, shining light appeared.

"Hello my Niece."Azrael stated, staring at her with narrowed eyes."If you're going to ask me or better yet trick me into giving you Davina Claire's soul, I won't fall for it again."

"I didn't ask you here to get Davina's soul back. I asked you here because I need answers."Elena stated, eyes narrowed and Azrael raised an eyebrow at her."About this thing, it's called the Hollow."Azrael tensed and Elena noticed this."Is it or is it not a ghost?"

"Yes and no."Azrael answered, causing Elena's eyes to narrow.

"What do you mean yes and no? It's a simple question."Elena stated questionably and angrily, not liking the riddled answer that Azrael just gave her.

"A ghost is another term for spirit or soul, Elena. The Hollow had a body at one point but it didn't have a soul."Azrael stated."That is why it is called the Hollow and that is obviously why I can not take it and put it where it rightfully belongs with other souls, simply because it doesn't belong anywhere."Azrael explained and Elena gritted her teeth."You and your Daughter must stay away from it at all costs."

"What? Why?"Elena asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Because it will affect you and will most likely try to possess you or your Daughter to gain more power if it can. Stay away from it."With that said, Azrael disappeared before Elena could ask the Angel of Death more questions.

Elena huffed in irritation and sat down on the end of the bed before turning her head sharply to the bookshelf when she heard the sound of a book falling to the floor, and saw said book on the floor, and got up, walking over to it. Her eyes widened at seeing that the book in question was her Grimoire and it flew open to the end of the page and a small drawing of the Ouroboros Symbol appeared at the top, in the middle, of the page, along with some writing. Familiar writing. Demonic Writing.

"Dad."Elena mumbled, picking up the book and walked back over to the bed and sat down, reading it and the new pages that appeared in her Grimoire.

"Elena?"Elena snapped the Grimoire shut as she looked up sharply to see Elijah standing in the doorway, looking at her in concern and she raised an eyebrow at him.

"Hmm? I mean, yeah, what's up? Is something wrong?"Elena asked as she put her Grimoire aside and Elijah stepped into the room.

"I thought you said that you couldn't teleport somewhere without having been there yourself."Elijah stated."That if you had Teleported somewhere you have not been, someone could get stuck in a wall, or hurt or killed, isn't that what you said?"

Elena stood up, holding up her hands defensively."I know it was reckless and stupid, and I wasn't exactly thinking but I thought that since I had been around Freya for so long and we were in the Chambre de Chasse, I could somehow lock onto her Magical Signature and Teleport to her and it worked, although the ride was a bit unstable."Elena explained herself.

"I don't want you to ever do that again."Elijah said sternly.

"I won't."Elena easily agreed and Elijah's eyes narrowed.

"Promise me."Elijah stated.

"Elijah-Promise me, Elena."Elijah cut Elena off sharply.

"Alright, I promise."Elena said gently.

"Good."Elijah mumbled.

"Where's Finn?"Elijah blinked and raised an eyebrow at her."I'm just curious. Freya's back at the Bell Tower, Klaus is here, Astrid is with Hope, Hayley, and Jackson, who are in the Bayou with Mary."Elena explained.

"He's watching over Marcel."Elijah stated and Elena nodded."Now, what were you reading?"

"My Grimoire, it has information on the Hollow."Elijah raised an eyebrow at her and walked over to her, grabbing the book and opened it to the last page."In a Language that you can't ready or speak."She added when he looked up at her questionably."That's the Language of the Demon Race."

"Was this in here before?"Elijah asked, holding out the book for Elena to take.

"No."Elena said, taking the book."The pages just appeared."Elijah pursed his lips."This is a copy of my Father's Grimoires, Elijah. If he puts new pages into the Original Grimoire, they appear in here."

"Interesting. But why now?"Elijah questioned her.

"I spoke with Azrael."Elena stated.

Elijah looked at her in shock."Why would you speak with the Angel of Death?"

"Because what Freya said about the Hollow being a ghost bothered me."Elena sat back down on the bed with her Grimoire in her lap and Elijah sat next to her."The Angel of Death takes ghosts and puts them where they rightfully belong, so why isn't the Hollow where it rightfully belongs?"Elena asked rhetorically as she tapped her fingers against the book covering."Because the Hollow is exactly what it's called. It's Hollow. It doesn't have a soul or spirit. Apparently, it never had one, even when it had a body at some stage."Elena explained, shrugging and Elijah frowned.

"What does the information in your Grimoire tell you?"Elijah asked.

"Nothing really."Elena said with a shrug of her shoulders and Elijah raised an eyebrow."Just that it's been trapped for over a thousand years and that the Ancestors or some group of people, who were dead, were keeping it there, I don't know."Elijah frowned slightly."I can't exactly read as well as I can speak the Language of the Demon Race."Elena explained, sighing softly as Elijah looked at her curiously."But yes, it's as ancient as you."Elena said, looking back at Elijah with a soft smile, her eyes twinkling in amusement.

"Very funny."Elijah said and kissed the top of Elena's head."I'm sure you'll figure it out but hopefully, it will be gone for good by then."

The next day, Elena kept herself cooped up in hers and Elijah's room and continued to mentally translate Demonic to English as she read the Grimoire and struggled or failed with a few words or even a sentence, which left her frustrated, while Elijah headed out with Finn to talk with Vincent and Klaus was setting up a party, from what she could hear.

"Can I come in?"Elena looked up to find Hayley standing in the doorway.

"Yeah, sure. What do you need? Because, please just tell me that you need something."Elena said, looking desperate.

"Is everything alright?"Hayley asked in concern.

"No, everything is not alright."Elena stated and showed her what she was reading."I can't read basically all of what is written down in here, because even to my standards, this is gibberish."

"Demonic?"Hayley came into the room and sat on the bed.

"Yep."Elena said, popping the p.

"A Spell?"Hayley asked hesitantly, wondering if Demonic Spells were that long or if that was just information about whatever Spell Elena was learning.

"No. Spells are easy to translate and use, but this is just some information regarding the Hollow that is very hard to translate."Elena explained."If only he could write in English then I wouldn't have to translate this."The Nephilim growled out

Hayley perked up."Is there anything in there about the Hollow attacking Crescents?"

"I've only been able to translate a few lines and words, and at the moment, there's nothing in here about the Crescents or the Hollow attacking anyone. But I'll tell you if I find anything."Elena assured her."Now, did you need anything?"

"I just thought you might wanna get out of here for a while and help me with something."Hayley said cryptically.

"Count me in."Elena agreed without missing a beat.

"Great!"Hayley said, beaming at Elena, who put the book aside got off the bed and grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom to get changed before coming back out.

"So, where are we going?"Elena asked as she grabbed her jacket.

"First, we have to go and see Freya."Hayley stated."And then you'll find out."

"You're being so secretive. I don't know if I like that or not."Elena said, looking thoughtful and Hayley gave her a grim smile.

"You might wanna bring your Grimoire with you."Hayley added, glancing at Elena's Grimoire, causing the Nephilim to groan.

"Fine."Elena said and grabbed her Grimoire before following the Hybrid out of the room and the Abattoir altogether to go see Freya.

"-So... things aren't awkward."Elena heard Freya say as she opened the door to the bar and walked in with Hayley behind her."Speaking of which."Elena and Hayley turned at hearing Freya's voice and were surprised to find not only Freya at the bar but Keelin with the blonde Witch.

"Yeah."Keelin muttered softly.

Keelin smiled politely at Hayley, whose eyebrows furrowed and pursed her lips as she looked between them, but the polite smile didn't quite reach Keelin's eyes, and Elena raised an eyebrow, wondering what was going on and why the Wolf Girl that they had abducted was still hanging around, especially since she knew that Hayley had tried to help the girl escape.

"You already know Hayley, the Mother of one of my Nieces, Hope."Freya said, gesturing to Hayley."This is Elena, the Mate of my Brother, Elijah, and the Mother of my other Niece, Astrid."Freya introduced Elena to Keelin.

"It's nice to meet you."Keelin greeted Elena.

"Pleasure's all mine."Elena said, smiling gently at Keelin before glancing in between Hayley and Freya, knowing that Hayley wanted to speak with Freya privately and then glanced over at the dartboard."Do you wanna play a round of darts?"Elena suddenly asked Keelin, looking back at the woman in question.

"Sure."Keelin agreed within a heartbeat, getting the feeling that Hayley wanted to talk with Freya privately and stood up, following the Nephilim to the dartboard.

"I haven't played in a long time so I'm rusty, but please, don't go easy on me."Elena said as she grabbed some darts and handed some to Keelin.

"Wouldn't dream of it."Keelin said with a smirk.

So, while they were playing a couple rounds of darts, Elena listened in on Hayley's conversation with Freya. Hayley wanted either Elena or Freya to do a Reading to find out why the Hollow made Richard kill her parents. Freya said that it would be better if Elena did the Reading due to the violent death having a specific energy that surrounded Hayley's parents' deaths.

"Looks like you win and you really didn't go easy on me."Elena said, mock pouting and Keelin laughed.

"Well, you said not to and why would I say I won't if I don't intend to follow through."Keelin said as they headed back over to Hayley and Freya.

"Well, I'm glad you can keep your promises. That's what I like in a person."Elena stated, grinning."Knowing that you can keep your promises tells me that you're a trustworthy person."Keelin smiled brightly at Elena and chuckled.

"Hey, Hayley, Elena, and I have something to look into."Freya said to Keelin as soon as they turned their attention to her and Hayley."But I promise, I will meet up with you at the party?"Freya asked and Hayley and Elena looked at each other before grinning and sharing a secretive smile.

"Yeah, sure."Keelin agreed, smiling at Freya, who blushed lightly.

"Great."Freya said happily before getting up and following Hayley and Elena out of the bar and to Hayley's car."Not a word."

"We didn't say anything."Hayley and Elena said in unison, still smiling.

"Your faces say otherwise."Freya retorted as they got in the car.

Hayley drove them out into the Bayou and towards an old and abandoned house. Getting out and grabbing their flashlights, along with Elena's Grimoire, the trio of girls walked up to the house and Freya used her Magic to unlock the door, seeing as no one had a key.

"You positive this will work?"Hayley asked as they walked inside and looked back at Freya and Elena after looking around.

"I can feel the energy that was trapped in here when your parents died."Freya said, glancing around before looking at Elena, who nodded in agreement."So, yeah, it'll work."

"Are you sure you want to?"Elena asked, looking at Hayley in concern.

"I always wondered what my parents might have been like, what they might have thought of me."Hayley said gently, her voice thick with emotions."Missing these people I never even knew. But if this can help us fight the thing that came after my Daughter and Niece..."Hayley trailed off while Elena gritted her teeth in silent anger."Then let's get it over and done with."

Freya started to set the candles up while Hayley and Elena sat opposite each other."Why is it better if Elena does this?"Hayley glanced at Elena, who was reading the Spell they needed."I mean, does it have something to do with her Demon Nature?"Hayley asked, glancing up at Freya, who nodded.

"Yeah, it does."Elena answered her verbally."My Demon Nature won't react to the violent energy that was trapped in here and I won't be affected by it, Freya on the other hand would be affected by it."Elena tried to explain."But it's not bad like it is when Astrid and I are affected by the Hollow. Freya would just feel all of that negative energy hitting her all at once and it would be hard for her to maintain control of the Spell if she was a young and inexperienced Witch."

"But I'm not a young and inexperienced Witch. However, that doesn't mean that I should do it, but I would do it if Elena wasn't a Nephilim."Freya added.

"So the negative energy doesn't affect you at all?"Hayley questioned Elena.

"Demons feed off of negative energy, so if anything, while I'm doing this Spell, it will only make my Demon Nature much more stronger."Elena tried to explain and shrugged.

"So, we don't have to worry?"Hayley asked.

"Nope. Nothing to worry about."Elena said with a smile.

"Ok, enough chit chat."Freya said."Are you ready?"Freya asked them both and they nodded and linked hands.

"Ire pi hrl wmih. Ire pi hrl wmih."Elena's eyes closed as the flames suddenly turned black, surprising Freya and Hayley."Ire pi hrl wmih. Ire pi hrl wmih."Hayley's eyes narrowed as she saw herself as a toddler for a brief moment."Ire pi hrl wmih."Elena's voice became distant as Hayley saw herself in her Mother's arms and her Father smiling down at her while her Mother smiled at her Father."Ire pi hrl wmih. Ire pi hrl wmih."

"We can't let them find it."Her Father said as he walked out of the nursery.

Hayley's eyebrows furrowed and she looked confused by what her Father meant while Freya looked down at her in worry and would often glance at Elena's arms, which were covered in black veins that went up to her neck and face.

"We need all four of them."Richard, Mary's Husband, snarled at Hayley's Father as he grabbed Hayley's Father by the collar of his shirt.

"You're not finding it!"Her Father snapped as he struggled to gain the upper hand.

"No!"Her Mother exclaimed at seeing Richard slice Hayley's Father's neck open. Her Father dropped to the floor while her Mother tried to attack Richard, only to be killed and Hayley's toddler self screamed and cried in the background.

Tears formed in Hayley's eyes as she watched the memory but she wouldn't allow a single tear to escape as her younger self continued to scream and cry while her Father dropped a key between the crack in the floor.

Hayley gasped and Elena's eyes snapped open, but she was showing her Demonic features, and the Nephilim stopped chanting before they let go of each other and Elena's features slowly returned to normal while Hayley got up, almost tripping as she went to the door frame.

Freya looked on in confusion as Elena got up and they watched as Hayley got on her knees and punched a hole in the floorboard, slightly startling Freya while Elena was unaffected, having seen the memory as well, and Hayley pulled out a key.

"What is it?"Freya asked.

"A key to a extra room mini storage."Hayley said, looking over her shoulder at Elena and Freya.
