Harry was finding it hard to have a moment to himself over the next few days. Ever since he had announced himself as emancipated from the power of his father his friends had taken to staying at his house. That morning he received a letter from his girlfriend with her home address asking him to come over, this was not an offer he was about to refuse. Although he knew he was to spend more time working on his new plans, the promise was sex was far too appealing to turn down. He waited until all his friends were sleeping to sneak out into his hallway so he could disapparate quietly. But just as he was about to raise his wand, Kasse came up behind him.

"My Heir" he whispered, Harry jumped. "Kasse, don't sneak up on me like that! And I already told you, you don't have to call me that, it's just Harry."

Kasse nodded, "Where are you going?"

"If you must know, I'm going to Ginny's house. I'll be back before morning, I'm just going to visit her."

"You should be careful of her."

"Why is that?"

Kasse collected his thoughts for a moment, "Because she… I dated her last year Harry and she's batshit crazy! She was always sneaking around and she would be missing for hours. There was also this little black book she would write in and she was really protective over it but one time I opened it and it was empty. Completely empty! And I know I've seen her write in it millions of times, she broke up with me because I asked her about it. I don't know My He- Harry, you need to be careful of her."

Harry smirked, "I'll be okay Kasse, I'm a big boy I can handle her. If the others wake up just tell them I'll be right back, alright?" Kasse nodded solemnly, within a moment Harry was gone.

The look of the Weasley house was an eyesore for Harry. It looked as though it were six houses stacked on top of each other. Like every time they had a new kid they added another story. Harry had half a mind to just knock the whole thing down. Instead, he walked up to the side of the home and shot sparks up to the second story window, where Ginny had said her room was. She came to the window almost immediately, looked down at him, and tossed out her broom for him to ride up. When he got there, she jerked him inside and they got to it. Once they were done Harry started to get dressed while Ginny ran down the hallway to use the bathroom.

Harry decided to go through her room, he looked through her closet and began to judge her clothes silently. She had so many muggle clothes it was embarrassing, and none of them were very appealing. Harry sorted through the clothes until he found a robe, finally something that would make her look like a witch. There was a piece of paper sticking out of the pocket that he started to open. It was a photo with many different adults in it. Harry recognized Moody, it must have been an updated photo of The Order of The phoenix. Harry studied the faces until he came across one that made his heart stop, it was himself. But there was no way he could have ever taken that picture, could he? Harry then looked at the woman next to him, she had eyes that strikingly resembled his own.

Harry could feel his breath start to go shallow, he couldn't stop looking at these two people, who were they and why did they look like him? Before he could ponder this any further Ginny started to come back into the room. He pocketed the picture and ran from the closet, Ginny looked at him questioningly.

"What're you doing, are you okay?" she added, noticing he had gone very pale. Harry shook his head.

"Nothing, erm, have you got a bathroom?" he asked, not waiting for an answer he walked out of her room. Ginny was whispering something about him coming back and he shouldn't go but he wasn't listening. He walked down the dirty hallway and found a set of stairs, he hoped that if he went down he could find the front door and leave. Unfortunately, instead, he ran into Ron, with his ear pressed against a door.

"What the hell are you doing in my house?" Ron's eyes widened as Harry walked towards him.

"You already know why I'm here, don't play stupid, what's going on in there?" Harry tried to get to the door. Ron pushed him back and they wrestled quietly for a moment before hearing a loud bang from inside the room shut off by the door. They set aside their differences for a moment and both put their heads against the door to hear what's inside.

"So it's safe then?" A female voice was saying, "The Prophecy is safe?"

"Yes, it is being kept in the Department of Mysteries, guarded by an Auror at all times."

"And we're sure this is what You-Know-Who is after?" Harry guessed this was a meeting of The Order of The Phoenix.

"Why aren't you in there talking to your friends?" he whispered to Ron.

"I'm not in- I'm not, shush!" Ron sputtered, he couldn't tell Harry he was once a member, only let him think it with no basis.

"And he can't hear The Prophecy anyway, why does he want it?"

"That is not an answer that I have," Harry recognized that voice... Snape?

"All I know is he wants to get it and listen to it before Harry ever knows about it, he is afraid of what it might pertain to the boy."

"But I thought you said no one can hear it but Harry?"

"That is true, but the Dark Lord believes he might find a way," Snape continued, "The Dark Lord believes it might hold some answers as to what he is supposed to do. He says Harry is getting more and more powerful, ever since he killed Alastor Moody-"

"But he didn't actually kill him did he? He's a child, there's no way!"

"I did the autopsy myself," Snape said. "It was the spell that killed him, and The Dark Lord had no idea he was capable of that, he has no idea what he was capable of at all. The Prophecy, he believes, is the key to understanding the boy and he will stop at nothing to get it."

"Thank you Severus."

Harry threw himself back from the door, was it true? Was his father really… afraid of him? The whole time, Ron was staring at him, "Did you really kill Mad-Eye Moody?"

Harry could do nothing but stare back, he looked down at his hands as though expecting sparks to fly out of them. This was all too much information for one night, he needed to escape. Without another word, he disapparated in the room. It made such a loud noise that Ron knew it had to have alerted the adults in his kitchen, he raced up the stairs so as to not be caught.

The castle had never been more tense than when the students returned from winter break, and that was saying something. Ron and Harry steered clear of one another for the first time in five years. Also a first, Harry decided to lay low and stay out of the spotlight while making his plans with his friends. Now included in those plans, make Snape's life a living hell. When Harry returned from Ginny's house he woke all his friends up and told them what happened. They all became up in arms and vowed to torture Snape secretly. They also had confirmation as to what his father had them do all that research for. Speaking of his father, Harry did not see him for the rest of break, and therefore could not tell him Snape was a two-timing snake.

The only thing Harry kept to himself was the photo he found, the only person he wanted to show it to was Draco, but he hadn't had a chance to tell him privately without another one of their friends close by. One night, Harry took his chance. The other Slytherin boys were in the common room and Draco was in the shower. Harry jumped into the shower, fully clothed, with Draco.

"What are you doing?" Draco screeched, trying to cover his naked body.

"I need to talk to you and I haven't found any other time and- by God your legs are hairy!" Harry observed.

"Get out!" Draco hissed, batting Harry away with his washcloth.

"No, look!" Harry pulled the photo out of his soaking wet pocket, luckily it did not get ruined. Draco took the photo with a soapy hand and examined it.

"Holy shit, is that you?"

Harry rolled his eyes, "Of course not, but that's freaky isn't it?"

"You know… Remember in our first year, on the train you said you saw a man that looked like you but blew it off…" Draco recalled. The two boys looked at each other, Harry pushed his wet hair out of his eyes.

"And see," he said, " The woman next to him has my eyes. And- And right before Sirius Black died he told me something like 'You have Lily's eyes,' do you see why I'm freaking out? I don't know these people!"

Draco was staring at Harry kind of hard, Harry thought he must have been examining him.

"I-I don't know, this is weird. I mean, it could just be a coincidence yeah? Sometimes people just look like other people?" Draco explained slowly.

"Not like this though… Not this similar. And they must be in The Order so have they been watching me too? The man I saw our first year, could he have been following me since then?"

"Maybe… Maybe we shouldn't worry about this? We have a big plan coming up, maybe we need to take problems on one at a time?" Draco offered, handing the photo back, but not looking Harry in the eyes anymore.

"You might be right… Whoever these people are, they're just not important right now right? I mean, we have to find out more about them later right?"

"Right! It might not even be a big deal, the man who looks like you has brown eyes, it's not like someone is out there impersonating you or something, they're probably just members of the stupid Order, they're enemies then anyway." Draco explained further, Harry nodded.

"Yeah, if we ever meet them I'll have to kill them. I mean, because I can kill people now" Harry added smugly.

"Right" Draco sighed, "Now either get out of my shower or I'll kill you!" Draco shoved him playfully.

"I reckon I like it here though, your hair looks so much better when it's not all greased back," Harry joked, seductively pushing Draco's hair back. Draco grabbed his hand and started trying to fight him. They playfully pushed each other until finally, Harry got out to go change his clothes before he was supposed to meet Ginny. He felt so lucky to have a friend like Draco, he was always there for him and always helped make him feel better when he was freaking out about things. Truthfully, he was lucky to have all the friends he did. Unlike his father, he had true friends, loyal ones, ones that would never betray him.

Ron and Hermione were going to go down to dinner when a figure approached them from the shadows.

"Ron Weasley, I need to talk to you" this made them both jump. When they turned to see who was talking to them Ron pushed Hermione behind him as she squeaked.

"Don't worry" Astoria laughed, "I'm not here to jump you again. I'm only hiding in this corner because the fat old bint you call a door threatened to start screaming if I kept standing by her.

"WELL I NEVER!" The Fat Lady started to scream, she then launched into a very loud and distressful opera about manners. Astoria motioned for Ron and Hermione to follow her around the corner to get away from the noise.

"What do you want Astoria? Come to apologize to Hermione?" Ron asked her skeptically, Astoria rolled her eyes.

"No, she deserved to get her arse beat for being a sneaky slag. Anyway, I have to talk fast because I can't be seen here with you. Draco broke up with me." Astoria started.

Ron scoffed, "We know, and why should we care?"

"It's not just that!" She went on, "Don't interrupt me! Listen, Draco broke up with me and it's all Harry's fault. The only reason I was friends with Harry was because I loved Draco and I still do, but Harry is leading him down a dark path. There's something off about Harry, I've known him for years and I still barely know anything about him. He always talks about his father but I've never met him or seen him around his house. And his house! It seems like every summer I went over there it was in a new place and you can only get in it if you're with him and he's got dark magic memorabilia all over the place. It's weird! But here's the thing, I don't want Draco around him, he's bad and he's got plans. Kasse told Pansy who told me that they're fixing up something for the next month. They plan on leaving the school and doing something big but he won't tell Pansy what it is and Pansy is worried about Harry but I don't give a shit about Harry I only care about Draco, he could be hurt! Every night they meet up in this place called the Room of Requirement but I've never heard of a room like that in the castle. Anyway, they're up to something huge and I thought you should know." Astoria was talking so fast it was as though she said all of that in one breath. Ron and Hermione stood before her, looking confused.

"Why did you think I need to know that?" Ron asked her.

"Because, we all know you've been stalking him since our first year here, you're on to him and I thought you should know because I want to help you take him down. He took Draco away from me and now he has to pay. I'm telling you this to help you do whatever it is you're doing to expose him of whatever it is you know he needs to be exposed of. But just one thing, when you do it, leave Draco out of it. Please, I love him and I only want him to be with me, just don't hurt him." Astoria was almost pleading with them. "I have to go, that's all I can tell you." she finished, running away from the couple.

Ron and Hermione exchanged glances.

"We have to tell The Order!" Hermione suggested.

"No," Ron said flatly, "They don't trust me anymore. Besides, he's probably after the prophecy like from what we heard from my kitchen that night I told you about. And if he's after that then telling The Order means them knowing I let him listen in on their meeting that night. No, we handle this ourselves. Come on, let's go back to the common room." Ron concluded, grabbing Hermione's hand and dragging her back through The Fat Lady.
