My bachelorette party was fun. All of the girls chilled in a hot steamy bath and relaxed while talking. Juvia has finally let go of the "love rival" thing once and for all. Erza filled us in on some of her juicy gossip about her and Jellal. They are official. Which is great. We have been wondering when that would happen.

I peek a glimpse of Natsu as he walks down the aisle. Erza insisted that we shouldn't see each other the day before the wedding. He looks so dapper I'm his white suit, complete with Igneel's scarf.

Erza takes Gray's arm as they walk down the aisle. Shortly after Levy and Gajeel follow. And then Wendy and Laxus complete the bridesmaids and groomsmen.

Asca skips down the aisle distributing pink flower petals in her wake and Happy flies behind her, giving Natsu the rings.

"Hey buddy," Natsu pats his head, taking the rings.

Our guildmates made our rings so they are a surprise. We won't find out who made them until after.

Now it's my turn. Guildarts decided to step in and walk me down the aisle. While he's not a father figure to me, he is to Natsu. And everyone else in the guild.

And as he said, "it's the perfect practice for when my baby girl Cana gets married."

All of our friends from Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel, Sabertooth, Crime Sorciere and even the Queen was there. As I walked nervously down the aisle I couldn't help but notice my celestial spirits standing gleefully as I walked by.

Aquarius nodded to me and I've never seen Virgo smile so widely.

Horologium and Niko sat next to the Celestial Spirit King.

Everybody came to see me and Natsu tie the knot.

Guildarts handed me off to Natsu, "you got this kiddo," he said patting my shoulder and taking a seat next to Cana.

Natsu's hands are just the slightest bit clammy and his smile is so happy, his fangs are even gleaming.

I can't help but match his elation. I'm doing it. I'm marrying Natsu Dragneel.

Master Makarov, "we are gathered here today to witness the union between two fairies. As it has come to my attention, the couple has prepared their own vows."

I shoot a menacing glance at Makarov. I prepared no such vows. I didn't even come up with anything. I have absolutely no idea what to say. As if Natsu is reading my anxious thoughts he speaks finally.

"It's just you and me together forever right?"

"Right," I tell him.

"Promise?" He asks with a toothy grin.

"I promise," I tell him.

"I now pronounce you, dragon and wife," Makarov giggles at his own pun.

Natsu pulls me in for a kiss. Everybody is up out of their seats clapping and cheering. Above everyone's clammer I hear little Asca call out, "yay! You finally kissed like Mommy and Daddy!"

That pulls a laugh out of me.

I can't help myself, I don't know if it's the beer Cana made me drink, or the fact that I'm married, but I throw myself in his arms.

The rest of the world's noise fades and in this moment it's just me and him. I feel his warmth through his suit, his forehead bends to touch mine, "I missed you last night Luce."

"I missed you too. Let's never spend another night away from each other again."

"Lucy," he whispers my name, and my face bends up to look at his. His arms are still wrapped tightly around my waist, "I love you."

"I love you too Natsu," and we're kissing again.

His soft lips melt against mine and I've never been more happy. I have a family again. Natsu is my family.

"You gonna kiss her all day flame brain or are we gonna get this party started?" Gray hollers.

Before Natsu pummels Gray, Gajeel steps in, "hey Salamander! Me and Levy made those rings especially for you and Lucy! The least you could do is put em on!"

Natsu pulls the ring box out of his pocket. Inside there's a feminine gold band with today's date engraved on the inside with a "N L" and the other ring has the same engraving but it's made out of Iron.

"Iron?" Natsu asks.

"Yeah, my iron. I figure it's the only metal out there you can't melt." Gajeel scoffs, "Gee Hee."

Natsu slaps him in the back, "thanks man!"

I slip Natsu's ring on and then he slips mine on.

"They're perfect," I tell Levy, "thank you."

The party lasts all night. Aries uses her magic to play with Asca. Erza dances with her dark prince all night. Juvia catches the bouquet and Gray, books it directly after. Wendy and Sherria reprise their sky sisters act before Gajeel sings us a slow song to dance to for our first dance.

Our first dance reminds me of the time he practiced ball dancing with me for a job. I had no idea how wrapped around my finger he was back then, dancing with me despite his embarrassment at it.

Now he's holding me close and sashaying to the sound of Gajeel's soulful voice.

"You embarrassed this time?"

"No," he steps on my foot.

"Ow!" I say loud enough for just us to hear.

"Sorry Lucy!" His cheeks turn red.

I can't help but giggle. And wrap my arms around his neck instead. He lets go of my hand without questions and places it on my hip. Now we are just swaying peacefully with my head on his shoulder.

"Am I going to have to get a litter box now?" I ask.

He laughs, "no, but ya might wanna keep some fish in the fridge at all times."

After our dance I mingle with my celestial spirits, "you guys made it!" I hug Virgo, and Loke.

"I couldn't miss a chance to see your udderly booootiful body Mrs. Lucy," Taurus says.

"I was there when your mother got married, she looked just like you," Capricorn tells me. I look at Aquarius and she nods. If only they knew how much I wish she was here.

"You did a great job on my hair Cancer, thanks again," I tell him.

"You're welcome, Shrimp."

"You ready to get on the dance floor?" Scorpio holds his hand out to Aquarius and she takes to, blushing.

"Parties aren't really my thing. I'm so used to the quietness of libraries, but this old hoot can still shake it," the Southern Cross tells me. I can't help but laugh as he looks at Horologium and gestures him his way.

Niko shakes his cute butt with Happy as they dance and I can't help but lean back on the wall and take it all in.

Sting twirling Minerva in circles. Rogue holding Frosh close to his chest. Lector tapping to the beat with Lily. Lyon and Gray laughing.

Kagura has found Erza and Jellal and they seem to be having a good time.

Even Ms. Porlyusica came and she's using this opportunity to haggle with Master Makarov.

Yukino and Sorano are twirling. Jenny is dancing with Mr. Ichiya.

Even Gray is coaxed into dancing by Cancer with Juvia.

I don't ever want this to end.

"You know, the bride is never supposed to be alone on her big day," Brandish says, sneaking up on me.

"Do I look alone to you?" I ask her.

"If I shrunk everyone down to the size of ants you would."

I laugh at her joke, "what are you doing these days?"

"Oh nothing. After you guys defeated Zeref and the Spriggan Twelve, I've been looking for a guild to join in Ishgar. But so far none are trusting me."

"I can't imagine why the wouldn't," I joke.

"You know of any guilds around here that would want a reformed bad guy?"

"I might, there's one. But they are kind of loud. Reckless," I tell her.

"Oh?" She turns her green head in my direction sarcastically, "tell me more."

"Some guild I heard of once. What was it called? Fairy Tail?" I joke.

"You think he'd let me join?"

"He let Gajeel join after he crucified three of our members. And now? Gajeel is having a kid with one of the people he strung up. So yeah, there's a good chance." I tell her.

Natsu finds me after I send her off in Master Makarov's direction, "hey! I've been looking for you," he tells me.

"I'm right here," I fluff out my dress, "the one in white."

"I was thinking we could go on another adventure for our honeymoon. Happy still has all those Exceeds to find," he suggests.

"Another adventure? Hmm. What kind of adventure because I'm not sure I want to almost die anytime soon," I reach out to him, holding his hands.

"It's the kind of adventure where we go to another barrier island like Galuna, and we find wizards who have escaped the asylum on that island and we put them back in their cells for 700,000 Jewel."

"How big is the island?" I ask.

"Pretty big. We could be gone a while. In addition to the 700,000 Jewel they've offered us free room and board," his hands travel to my hips.

"Kind of hard to pass up free room and board," I tell him. His hands feel so good trailing up my waist they send goosebumps all over me.

"So whaddya say Luce? An adventure together?"

"Sure Natsu, besides. We gotta pay rent soon anyways," I kiss him.
