"You're telling me that caster now have all but Ruler under her command?" Daredevil asked as they were in the student council office
"Yes" Issei said
"And you did nothing to stop that"
"We tried okay" Ritsuka said "I burned through two command seals to try and keep her away from Caster but as you can see it didn't work, all that happened was that we were bloodied and Caster got what she wanted"
"But we tried to stop them" Ayako said
"Which was dangerous, you should have called us in" Daredevil said
"But you are still dealing with Daphne's capture" Ayako said "So we decided to leave you to calm down"
"Thank you, but now we must try and find a way to protect Ruler from Caster" Daredevil said before he thought back to the figure he encountered earlier. 'That couldn't have been...could it?'
"I don't think you should go outside" Sakura said as she noticed Ruler by the backdoor
"Oh sorry, I was just talking with my master about something, it appears that Caster will be coming after me next" Ruler said as she switched to her human form and sat down on the deck
"What happened?" Sakura asked
"I don't know, all I know is that Shielder was willing to sacrifice her life to make sure Caster didn't get to her" Ruler said
"Maybe we should get serious" Sakura said
"Maybe we should" Ruler said "I take it you can fight"
"Yes, but I choose not to, I can use the water style of the Matou clan and I'm learning how to use the style of the Tohsaka clan" Sakura said
"Why do you know the magic styles of two different families?" Ruler asked
"I am originally from the Tohsaka clan but ten years ago before the last war my father handed me over to the Matou family and it was only recently I was brought back into the Tohsaka family" Sakura said
"I see" Ruler said frowning "Who was your father?"
"Tokiomi Tohsaka" Sakura said "I can't remember much of what kind of father he was to me" Sakura said
"I'm sorry to hear that" Ruler said
"Again" Daredevil said as Issei and Ritsuka stood up and faced him
"This isn't going to end well" Ayako said as the two guys charged the blind who grabbed their arms and flipped them over before he blocked a punch from Ritsuka smirking, Issei then tried to kick Daredevil only to kick Ritsuka who was shifted into his path before Daredevil tossed them both back
"Watch it" Ritsuka said
"You watch it" Issei said
"Again" Daredevil said as the two got up and ran at the blind hero, only this time Issei swung from the front while Ritsuka went around back and tried to sweep Daredevil's legs; only to have Issei slam his fist into Ritsuka's face "Again" Daredevil said turning his back as the two attacked him, only to be knocked down again, they got back up and charged but got knocked down a second time. "AGAIN!"
"Stay down" Rin said striding in
"About time" Ayako said "Come on guys, let's leave them be"
"What are you doing?" Daredevil asked
"I should be the one asking that" Rin said "That wasn't training, that was humiliation" she glared
"Excuse me for not wanting our friends to die!" Daredevil shouted
"Look I know we've had some close calls in the past, but that can't be the main reason you're doing this" Rin said
"No you're right, they're not the only reason. I don't want to lose any more loved ones" Daredevil said
"You won't" Rin said gently before walking away "I'll be back soon"
"Why am I here?" Sakura asked as she walked down into the worm pit. She didn't know why but something drew her there especially after her talk with Ruler, she was viewing the dark memories of her time in here, usually forced into them by the man who took her from her sister
"Welcome Sakura" a voice said
"Who there's?" Sakura panicked
"Relax youngling, I don't mean you any harm" a voice said as a black tendril descended from above stopping in front of Sakura's face before a pair of white jagged eyes opened "I am Venom"
"What do you want?" Sakura asked backing up a bit
"Don't worry I will not harm you, as I helped you" Venom said
"What do you mean?" Sakura asked
"I removed the worms that had infested you while allowing you to keep the techniques forced onto you by the Matou clan" Venom said
"That was you, but I thought"
"That your senpai did that, no he brought you out of the pits and was just going to leave until I stopped him to give a warning as well as freeing you from that darkness" Venom said
"what darkness?" Sakura asked
"That in the grail, for it is not what it seems youngling" Venom said
"Then what is it?" Sakura said
"I am unsure of what it is, but I know that it is not as it seems" Venom said retreating back into his hiding place, Sakura looked around nervously before walking out of the area, unaware as a tendril of violet slime clung to her dress.
"Okay so where is she?" Shiro asked as he practiced his billy club skills until he heard footsteps and looked up with an eyebrow raised as Rin walked in with a red and black sports bra, gym shorts with guards on her elbows, knees, shins and hands as well as black sneakers.
"So you ready then?" Rin asked placing her hair into a ponytail
"Ready for what?" Shiro asked before dodging a kick from her.
"You wanted some training, then come on then" Rin said throwing a punch which Shiro caught
"Since when did you do physical combat?" Shiro said suddenly staring up at the roof. Flipping back onto his feet Shiro threw a punch at Rin who side stepped it and smacked an elbow into his side making him stumble a bit when Rin kicked at his head forcing Shiro to dodge before he used his billy club to knock her off balance. Rin then back flipped away then charged in to knock the billy club out of Shiro's hand, then flipped him over and stomped on his chest
"Again?" Rin asked cheekily before she was on her back with her leg above her head
"Again" Shiro said throwin her back a bit. Once the pair stood up Shiro cockily smiled and waved Rin towards him. The two continued to spar with both of them getting in strikes ranging from punches and kicks making them both tired out, Shiro tripped Rin again making her recover and leap at him. Smirking Shiro spun Rin around as if it was a dance move and slowly brought her down to eye level so he could bring her in for a kiss.
"Wow, that was good guys' Ayako said walking back in "And I hate to ruin this mood, but I just got a text from Sakura"
"What is it?" Rin asked walking over "SHIT!"
"Rin?" Shiro asked
"Ruler's gone from the house" Rin said
"When?" Shiro asked grabbing his mask and pulling it on
"I don't know" Rin said
"Anyway we should move" Daredevil said as Rin changed into her usual outfit via magic.
Ruler stood out in the middle of the ruins of the Great Fuyuki Fire, she could hear the voices of the victims; she nearly broke down then and there before she knelt down
"A strange thing to do in this place" Archer said suddenly appearing making Ruler stand back up with her flag spear and sword
"Do not think I will go quietly" Ruler stated before swatting down one of Rider's spears.
"We didn't think you would" Shinji said showing up with his tome was opened.
"So she even distorted you" Ruler said as she deflected Archer's blade whirling around to block Lancer's attack and Rider's spear. "I pity you" Ruler said running towards Shinji with her sword
"NO!" Shinji screamed as Ruler sliced his second book in half before using her flag to knock Shinji out. Frowning she then turned to the army of Caster's controlled servants and slammed her flag into the ground making her clothes glow a bright light revealing a new outfit, which had silver armour over top a white top, she also had a white skirt and armour covering her arms and legs. She rushed into the fray dodging Assassin's black daggers to which she responded by trying to stab him with her flag, only to have it snatched from her hands by Rider's chains; She barely held onto her sword as Berserker tried to cleave her in two leading into Berserker kicking her to where Lancer was with his lance pointed to where Ruler was coming from, expect she turned around and deflected the spear with her sword then turning it around to bury the pummel into Lancer's side, she then jumped to the side deflecting several of Archer's arrows, going to swing her sword at the arrow user when Saber stepped in to block Ruler with a sword lock, next thing Ruler knew Shielder bashed her to the side
"I'm sorry" Shielder said before Archer drew his blade and aimed at the area where her leg was uncovered, suddenly a bolt of dark energy knocked the blade out of Archer's hand
"Step away from her" Shinji said as he drew back the string on his bow creating another arrow
"You traitor" Lancer said "Are you out of your mind?" he said spinning his spear
"No, for the first time in a damn year I've been in my right mind" Shinji said
"What do you mean?" Ruler asked
"The tomes she gave me to control Assassin and Rider clouded my mind and distorted some of my personality" Shinji said "but now I can think rationally" Shinji sneered firing more energy bolts, unaware of Rider appearing next to him
"LOOK OUT!" Ruler cried out before Shinji guarded against Rider's kick with his bow, hearing it snap upon the weight of Rider's kick , throwing his broken bow away Shinji then drew a blade and tried to guard with it
"SHINJI!" Daredevil shouted as he threw his billy club at Rider before kicking her away "You okay?" Daredevil asked
"Better than I have been in a long time my friend" Shinji said
"So you think you can fight" Daredevil said
"I can" Shinji said
"Then come on" Daredevil said as he blocked Rider's attack giving Shinji the chance to strike at the rogue servant
"On your left" Ruler said stabbing the ground where a shadow formed forcing Assassin to appear out of the ground giving Shinji a chance to stab him, which opened a gap in their defences, which Lancer tried to take advantage of,
"I don't think so!" Sakura shouted as she fired off a water bullet attack "SHINJI HERE!" she cried throwing her adoptive brother a new bow
"Thanks" Shinji shouted as he fired more energy arrows, this time Assassin was his target, behind him Berserker gave out a fearsome roar and charged at the trio until Issei appeared suddenly and punched Berserker's knee in the side
"Take THIS!" Illya shouted fired off a massive ball of pink energy in her magical girl form at Lancer who barley dodged it and tried to skewer Illya until a barrage of magic bullets flew at him
"Back off asshole" Rin shouted showing up
"Circle around Ruler!" Daredevil said
"So where are their big hitters?" Rin asked
"Behind us" Daredevil shouted as he blocked Saber's blade "Daphne"
"I'm sorry Shiro" Saber said
"DUCK!" Ritsuka shouted showing up as Shielder threw her shield at the group
"Your girlfriend just tried to decapitate us!" Shinji shouted
"My bad" Ritsuka said running towards the pseudo-servant
"Senpai?" Shielder asked
"MASH!" Ritsuka said throwing a punch, Shielder acted on instinct and threw him over her shoulder and positioned her leg to stomp on his head
"MASH NO!" Issei shouted as he grabbed a rock and imbued it with his chi and threw it, knocking the servant off of her former master
"Nice shot" Ritsuka said ripping Shielder and getting back up to join the group
"Things are getting out of hand" Ruler said as the clouds turned dark purple as Caster arrived created hundred of glowing circles.
"So you have two options here" Caster said
"Which are?" Ruler asked
"You join me or everyone dies, whether by my hand of the hands of my servants, either way I win" Caster said
"Doesn't look like you're going to from we're standing" Shinji said before a magic bolt struck his foot "ARGH!" Shinji cried
"And that was just one with very little power behind it" Caster said "Imagine a whole sky filled with them" Caster said "In fact" she said firing off more, this time hitting Issei in the shoulder and arm, Sakura in the side and Rin in her leg
"Alright you made your point" Ruler snapped "I'll surrender to you" Ruler said as she walked over and held out her hand "I'll even stab myself with your rule breaker" Ruler said
"Excellent" Caster said as Ruler walked forward before looking over her shoulder she gave a small nod to Daredevil before accepting Caster's rule breaker and stabbing herself with the blade making it so her master's command seals to Caster making the area glow blood red as Caster gained Ruler's command seals.
"I've done it, my master plan is complete; with Ruler by my side I can control all nine servants!" she laughed "Now Ruler stand still and watch as I kill the rest of your allies!" the magic user cackled before unleashing thousand of magic bolts at the heroes, Illya placed up a barrier, only it was quickly overwhelmed breaking like glass
"NO!" Saber, Ruler and Shielder shouted before the wind kicked up creating a massive cloud of dust.
"Finally, I win" Caster cackled before it became full blown manic laughter "I WIN!" she screamed again before the wind and dust died down revealing that the group of teenagers were gone "What, NO!" she screamed in rage "What happened, where did they go?" Caster snarled
Shiro felt like he did back when he was caught in the Fuyuki fire, he was panicking wondering where he was and where the others were when he felt a hand underneath his own, exhaling to make some noise he sense that his hand was on top of Rin's who judging the sound of her breathing and heart rate was asleep, looking around he noticed that the others were okay as well. He stood up and looked around the odd location, not sure what to think of it
"Tell me, do you prefer Tea or Coffee?" a voice asked making Shiro's head snap to the left
"What?" Shiro asked
"Tea or coffee, which one do you prefer when you wake up of a morning?" the voice asked again
"Coffee" Shiro asked looking around unsure of what was going on
"I'll prepare a pot then, and maybe some tea was well for the young ladies of course" the voice said as Shiro heard footstep
"Yeah, but now it's time you answered my questions" Shiro said
"Go ahead" the voice said
"Who are you and where are we?" Shiro asked feeling tense
"Oh that's simple, you're in the what people call the ghost house on the outskirts of Fuuyki, and as for me, well I am the overseer of the Holy Grail War, not only that but also dubbed the Sorcerer Supreme, however from simplicity's sake you can call me Dr Strange!" Strange said
"What?" Shiro asked
G'day Guys Grizz here and I beat no one saw any of that coming especially Dr Strange being the overseer of the Grail War, this came from various Marvel+Fate crossover ideas I've had since the last time was in hospital and Strange was going to be in the third part of the original version's story being a member of the Defenders but that fell through so why not do what I did. Also the plot twist with Shinji being corrupted by Caster just came to me this morning while I was walking on the front deck but besides from that everything was planned out from the beginning especially the large battle, thought the ending came while I was watching FSN Heaven's Feel part 2 (which is pretty good but seriously dark tone wise)
Okay so onto something else, up on my profile right now I have a poll to determine what fic I reboot next, Now this poll will be up on my profile for around two week, so if you could go and vote in that it would be pretty cool
