Kamen Rider Wizard: Date of Hope

Spell 21: Nightmare of Madness

As Tohka and Origami continue to run forward looking for the real Shido as the two copies of Shido follow behind them before the two girls hear the copies have stopped running.

They turned to the copies before they saw them disappear, which surprised Tohka and Origami.

"What the…" Tohka said and Origami realizes something must have happened to the real Shido before she continues to run forward. "Hey, wait for me!" Tohka said as she followed her.

'Shido!' Origami thought in worry for him.

Wizard slashes at Kurumi a few times, and the dark Spirit manages to dodge his sword before the Magic Theme Rider stabs at her and Kurumi dodges it by back flipping backwards.

Kurumi then fires at Wizard again, and he dodges her gunfire by rolling on his shoulder. As Wizard was rolling he quickly changed to his Bind Ring and as he stopped rolling he reset his Driver and placed the Ring on it.

BIND, PLEASE

Several magic circles appear around Kurumi as chains fly out of them and heads to Kurumi to bind her, but Kurumi shoots at the chains with her guns destroying them and soon shoots at the magic circles to destroy them.

Wizard was surprised by that as he stood up and while Kurumi smiled at him.

"My, my, Shido-san. Trying to tie me up with chains? I didn't know you were into kinky stuff like that!" Kurumi said as she fired at Wizard, and he quickly changed to his Defend Ring and reset his Driver and placed the Ring on it.

DEFEND, PLEASE

Wizard created a magic circle shield in front of him to block her bullets.

As Wizard was blocking her gunfire, he then saw her shadow stretching out to him and then several arms appeared out of the shadow as they reached out to Wizard to grab him.

"Whoa!" Wizard said as he jumped away from the arms as they missed him before he landed back on the ground. "Well that was creepy."

"Oh Shido-san I'm hurt to hear that." Kurumi said as her shadow retracted as the arms returned into it. "Do you really think I'm creepy? Even though the same could be said of yourself?"

Wizard looks down before he looks back at the Spirit.

"Yeah, sorry about that. And here's the rest of my apology." Wizard said as he put on his Flame Dragon Ring and reset his Driver and placed the Ring on it.

FLAME, DRAGON: Bou Bou Bou Bou Bou

Wizard changes into his Flame Dragon Style and Kurumi smiles to see him in that form again.

"How nice! In case you haven't noticed, red's my second favorite color." Kurumi said.

Wizard changes his WizarSwordGun to its Gun Mode and opens it's Hand Author.

C'MON SHOOTING, SHAKE HANDS

Wizard changes to his Copy Ring and places it on his gun's Hand Author.

COPY, PLEASE

Wizard created a copy of his gun as he wields it in his other hand. Wizard and Kurumi charged at each other and fired with their guns as their bullets clashed.

When they were close enough Wizard and Kurumi continues to fire at each other as they dodge the other's bullets as they were closed to landed a shot before they stop as Wizard and Kurumi pointed their guns at each other, with Wizard's gun pointed in front of her face and chest and Kurumi pointed her guns in front of Wizard's neck and leg.

"My...You're certainly impressive Shido-san." Kurumi said as she was panting and with a smile on her face.

"Kurumi, please, it's not too late to stop this." Wizard told her, and Kurumi chuckled.

"Oh I'm afraid that it already is!" Kurumi said as the white arms appeared out of her shadow to grab onto Wizard, and Wizard avoided them as he flipped backwards and fired at the arms to destroy them. Wizard then saw Kurumi had lowered her guns. "But you truly are amazing, Shido-san. I was hoping to avoid using this, but it appears I can't afford to hold back against you."

Kurumi raised her arm up and Wizard got ready for what she's about to do.

"Come to me, Zaf-"

Before she could finish, a blade of light had stabbed through her chest, much to Wizard's shock before she was attacked by an invisible force several times as she falls to the ground.

"What the…" Wizard mutters what was going on here.

"Are you alright, sir?"

Wizard looked and saw that it was Mana wearing her CR-Suit as she walked into the area.

"Mana?" Wizard said in shock that she's here.

"Now that was rude…" Kurumi said as she stood up despite her wounded state. "To interrupt our date like that."

"Well, here's my apology to you." Mana said as her shoulder armaments changed shape and with a snap of her fingers she fired five lasers at Kurumi.

Kurumi dodges the lasers by jumping in the air, but Mana smirks as she waved her finger which changes the direction of her lasers as they pierce through her body.

"Kurumi!" Wizard said in worry as she fell to the ground as she was bleeding out a lot of blood.

Wizard then saw Mana is now standing on top of the wounded Spirit as she was armed with an energy sword.

"No, Mana! Stop!" Wizard said as he ran to stop his sister.

Despite her impending death, Kurumi chuckles as she smiles.

"You're really too kind, Shido-san…" Kurumi mutters as Mana stabs her sword into her face, much to Wizard's shock as he stops running.

"How...Mana how can you do that?!" Wizard said as the DEM Wizard turned to him.

"Just how do you know my name?" Mana asked.

"Because, it's me, Shido." Wizard said as he changed back into Shido.

"Nii-sama…?" Mana said in shock as she changed back into her normal clothes. "I see. So you're Tengu's renowned masked warrior."

"Never mind all that! Just how can you stay calm after all that? You just killed someone in cold blood!" Shido told her.

"It was a Spirit, Nii-sama. Plus, I'm used to this." Mana coldy told him.

Hearing that further shocked Shido as his eyes widened.

A magical circle appeared before spawning the four Wizard Rings.

"The magic rings, the Wizard Rings" A voice said as the Fire Style ring slipped onto Shido's hand. "They shine on both hands of the modern mage…" And on Shido's other hand was the Driver on Ring.

"…as he changes despair into hope." The voice said as Shido, shadowed, was standing in front of a magical circle. A light shone on him, revealing Kamen Rider Wizard in his place.

(Cue Life is SHOW TIME)

(Maji ka!? Maji de!? Maji de! Showtime!) The song starts as Kamen Rider Wizard twirls a few times with a magical circle in the background. The scene changes to see WizarDragon roaring with Wizard on him. Wizard shows his ring before making another magical circle. WizarDragon appeared next to it and spewed flames, making the title.

(Maru de tsuki to taiyou kasanaru toki no shougeki) We see Shido standing on a platform overlooking a city while he thinks about the Eclipse. We see Wizard's face then Shido's. Shido was in the city, standing in the middle of a huge crowd as they moved at a fast pace. Shido looks to see Koyomi.

(Dare date kiseki wo shinjimitai) The two pass by each other; as we soon see Kotori with Rinne and Tohka with Yoshino, and then Origami and Kurumi.

(Kitto hitsuyou fukaketsu no ENAJI kokoro no da be) The scene shattered like glass. We see Tohka, Rinne, and Yoshino enjoying some Hungry Doughnut's. We then see Origami in her combat suit with her AST squad flying towards the unidentified Spirit. We then see Kotori on broad Fraxinus in the command room taking commend. We then see Kurumi walking down a dark alley with a dark shadow following her. We then see Koyomi approaching Shido but when the sun shined on Shido, he was replaced with Wizard before it faded turning him back into Shido.

(Yuume to yosou ii iei de uragitte kureru mono) Shido flips the goggles of his Flame Ring as we soon see White Wizard carrying an unconscious Koyomi. Then in a dark background a girl was crying. We soon see the inside of a book then a bunch of rings with shattered magic stones. Shido gets ready to transform as his Driver and Ring are ready to use. He places his hand on it.

(3! 2! 1! Show Time!) Koyomi watches Shido transform into Kamen Rider Wizard through her crystal ball.

(Magic Time! Trick ja nai!) Wizard twirled once before stopping.

(Mahou HIIRO hanpa nee ze) Wizard summons his three PlaMonsters. We then see Wizard posing as explosions occurred in the background with three magic circles behind him.

(Kioku no roots moguri-konede kibou sukui-dase) A blue magic circle appeared to the left and Wizard stepped through it, coming out as Wizard Water Style. A green circle appeared above him and he jumped through it, coming as Wizard Hurricane Style. A yellow circle appeared below him and he fell through it, coming out as Wizard Land Style. Koyomi reaches out while Wizard reaches out to the Eclipse.

(Life is Show Time! Tobikiri no) Wizards rides on his bike and then we see Wizard entering an Underworld. While Wizard was riding his bike, WizarDragon appeared flying next to him.

(Unmei to RAIFU mucha shite mo) Wizard attaches his bike onto his Phantom with his bike. The two soon flew together. We soon see Shido start placing the Hope Ring on Koyomi's finger.

(Kinou, kyou, ashita, mirai) We soon see Shido with his friends in the antique store doing various silly things.

(Subete no namida no (Show Time!) We see Shido driving his bike down the road. We then see him finally placing the Hope Ring on Koyomi.

(Houseki no namida no (Show Time!) We then see all four Wizard forms before Water, Hurricane, and Land merged with Flame while the background repairs itself. Shido shows his Flame Style Ring once more.

(Maji ka!? Maji de!? Maji de! Showtime!) Wizard, in front of his bike, shows off his Flame Ring before the title appears as the song ends.

After dealing with Kurumi, Mana continues to talk with her brother.

"I guess you've learned some of the details from Master Sergeant Tobiichi. Well, you should consider what you've seen today as a bad dream and forget about it." Mana told him.

"As if I could!" Shido told her.

"She won't stay dead." Mana told him and Shido only listens to her as she continues. "Nightmare, Tokisaki Kurumi, is a special Spirit. No matter how many times you kill her and what method you use, she'll come back as if nothing happened, turn up somewhere, and kill people. So I have to keep on killing her. Relentlessly hunting her down. Again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again-"

"Enough already!" Shido exclaimed which made Mana flinch. "Are you even listening to yourself? Saying that you're 'used to it'. You've just become jaded."

"No one else can do it." Mana told him before she created a forcefield around her.

"Wait, Mana! I'm still-" Shido started but her forcefield quickly grew in size as it pushed Shido out of the forest and back into the park.

Shido quickly stands up and runs back to Mana, but her forcefield prevents him from doing so as he places his hands on it.

"Mana!" Shido calls out before he slams his hand on the forcefield. "Dammit!"

Shido then remembers Mana's words as it reminded him of Origami's hatred towards Spirits for killing her parents.

"Years ago Spirits killed my parents in cold blood. So they must burn."

"It was a Spirit, Nii-sama. Plus, I'm used to this."

'I get Origami, but you...Mana, just what happened to you?' Shido thought as he lowered his head.

Mana was still staring down at Kurumi's corpse as the kitten the Spirit had protected was by the DEM Wizard's side as it stared at the body before he meowed.

As she was standing there, Shido's words still ring in Mana's head.

"How...Mana how can you do that?!"

"Are you even listening to yourself? Saying that you're 'used to it'. You've just become jaded."

"I'm not sure…" Mana mutters before she felt a strong pain on her head as she placed her hand on where it hurts.

"Shido, do you copy? Shido, answer me if you can hear me?" Mana recognizes that voice as Kotori's before she looks around and finds Shido's communicator on the ground.

The sun was beginning to set over Tengu City, as both Tohka and Origami were still running as they still searched for Shido. Before they stopped as they soon saw him as he was walking towards them without noticing them.

"Shido!" Tohka calls out which got his attention as he saw her and Origami running towards him. "Shido! Where have you been?"

"What in the world happened?" Origami asked.

Tohka then noticed a wound on Shido's hand.

"You're hurt!" Tohka said as she grabbed onto his hand to look at the wound.

"Oh this...It's nothing really." Shido said as he and Tohka looked at each other, Shido then remembered how he was able saved Tohka, and Yoshino, but then remembers Kurumi and how she killed people in cold blood and Mana on how she killed the Spirit and his eyes flinched.

"Shido, is something wrong?" Tohka asked before Shido pulled his hand out of her hold.

"I'm sorry. I just need to be alone for now." Shido said as he walked away from her and Origami.

"Shido…" Both Origami and Tohka said as they watched him leave.

Shido was seen walking back home, as he was still in deep thought about Kurumi.

'Man...sealing Tohka and Yoshino Spirit power might have been easy. But how can I do the same with Kurumi?' Shido thought before he stopped as he saw that Tohka was outside of his house as she was waiting for him.

"Tohka…" He mutters which gets her attention as she turns to him.

"Shido! Is your hand okay?" Tohka asked.

"Yeah." Shido answered.

"Great. Let's go then." Tohka said as she grabbed onto his hand and began to run as Shido ran behind her.

"What's up with you?" Shido asked.

"Let's continue our date!" Tohka told him.

The first stop for their date is Tohka's favorite bakery.

"One rustic bread!" Tohka told the worker.

Their next stop is where they cook and sell Tohka's favorite hot dogs.

"Frankfurter!"

Then next is her favorite chinese dumplings shop.

"Dumplings!"

Tohka then hands the food she had ordered to Shido as he accepts them.

"Th-Thanks." Shido said.

"That one next!" Tohka said as she turned around and ran forward.

"Hey!" Shido calls out as he follows her.

They were now at the restaurant known as Yamazaki, the place they had visited on their first date and where Tohka had ordered the how about this meal as it was now on their table.

"Tohka, I don't have much cash on me, so…" Shido said with a smile.

"No need to worry!" Tohka said with a smile as she showed him a black and gold credit card with a rainbow color bear on it. "Reine lent me her magic card!"

"The Black Card?" Shido mutters with his head down.

After they ate at the restaurant, they soon arrived at the arcade where Tohka had won a bucket full of tokens.

"Reine told me about them, about Kurumi and Mana." Tohka said.

Tohka and Shido were at the claw machine where they won a pillow of their first date.

"I see." Shido said.

It was now night, as Shido and Tohka headed to the park where they had their first kiss.

"I have to stop Kurumi from killing any more people." Shido said.

"I know." Tohka said.

They were now staring at the city as the lights from the houses and buildings were illuminating the night sky.

"But I'm not sure I really know how to talk to her." Shido said. "Kurumi may be a Spirit, but she's too different from you and Yoshino."

"She's not different at all, Shido." Tohka assured him with a confident smile.

"Huh?" Shido said as he turned to her and Tohka grabs hold of his hand.

"Kurumi is the same as us. The same as me." Tohka told him. "You were there for me. You saved me. You become my final hope." Tohka then remembers the first time she met Shido.

"With things like today's date, you showed me the brighter side of this world. If it weren't for you, I may have turned out like Kurumi. If there is a difference between me and her, it's that…" Tohka said as her fingers and Shido's folded between one another. "Someone extended a caring hand to me. And it's not just me, you saved Yoshino, Rinne, Mikie, Koyomi, and so many people by never giving up and reaching your hand to them."

Shido then remembers all the people he saved as Wizard as he fought against the Phantoms to protect. Now feeling reassured once again, Shido smiles in gratitude to her.

"Thank you, Tohka. You've made me remember something very important." Shido said.

"You're not afraid anymore?" Tohka asked.

"Maybe just a little." Shido said.

"Don't worry. You know I'll always be there to help you." Tohka promised him.

"That reassures me some." Shido said in gratitude.

"I know, right? Shido, can we stay like this a little longer?" Tohka asked.

"Yeah." Shido said.

(Meanwhile)

Orma is seen in a dark alleyway as he was waiting for someone before he heard footsteps approaching and he knows who those steps belong to.

"You're late." Orma said as he turned and saw that it was Kurumi wearing her Astrel Dress, as she was still alive with no wounds and blood around her body.

"I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean to keep you waiting." Kurumi said.

"You should be sorry. Because of your carelessness, you've revealed your true self to Wizard. Which also put the plan in risk." Orma said and Kurumi chuckled as she placed her hand on her chin and cheek.

"I can't help it when I get like that. You know, I can't resist my urges." Kurumi said.

"I know that. But by revealing yourself this early we need to accelerate the plan." Orma told the Spirit.

"Is that really a bad thing? I thought you just wanted him dead." Kurumi said.

"Yes I do. But I want more than that. I want to destroy him." Orma said which made Kurumi raise an eyebrow as he continued. "Everything that he stands for, everything that he represents, I want to see it crumbling down all around him. Until finally, before I deliver the final blow I want him to grovel in despair."

Kurumi simply chuckles to hear that.

"I can't say I understand why you're so vengeful towards Shido-san like that. But it does sound like fun. Very well, I'll help you out on that. In fact I have the perfect plan in mind" Kurumi said.

"I'm glad we're on the same page then. So what is this plan of yours?" Orma asked as she began to tell him her plan for Shido.

(Next day)

It was now morning as the students of Raizen High School were entering the building.

After putting on his school shoes, Shido placed his casual shoes in his shoe locker.

"Oh, Shido-san. Good morning!" Shido turned and saw that it was Kurumi wearing her school uniform as she smiled at him.

Shido wasn't surprised to see her still alive and well despite the fact she was killed by his sister Mana yesterday. Shido hardens his look as he closes his locker and turns to Kurumi.

"Morning." Shido greeted the Spirit known as Nightmare, but unknown to Shido is that Aii, Mai, and Mii were standing behind him as they were glaring at him.

"Itsuka Shido!"

"How dare you show your face at school?!"

"Maji hiku wa!"

"Wait, you guys!" Tohka said as she, Rinne, and Koyomi grabbed onto the trio and pushed them away from Shido and Kurumi despite their protest. "Don't bother Shido right now."

"Yeah, it's best that we leave them alone." Rinne told them as they left.

Koyomi gave Shido one last look of concern.

'Be careful, Shido.' Koyomi thought.

"I am a little surprised, though. I was quite sure you would miss school today." Kurumi said.

"Kurumi…" Shido said.

"Yes?" She asked with a smile on her face.

"I've decided to save you." The Ringed Mage told her much to Kurumi's shock before she smiled at him again.

"You certainly say some strange things." Kurumi stated.

"I won't allow you to kill any more people. I won't allow Mana to kill you anymore." Shido told her, and Kurumi gave him a narrow look before she smiled.

"Is that so?" Kurumi said before she left.

Time went on for the students of Raizen High School as the students were doing their classes.

Kurumi is seen standing on top of the roof of the school as she admires the view before she spins around and a dark aura and particles appear around before wind blows on her hair to reveal both of her eyes.

Then the dark aura and particles formed to create her Astrel Dress, and soon a dark red shadow appeared beneath her feet as it began to spread throughout the entire school.

"Shido-san, let me test the veracity of your words." Kurumi said.

(Meanwhile)

Kotori and Mana were seen together inside of an old abandoned building as they began to talk with each other.

"Ratatoskr. I never would have thought that you and Nii-sama were with the likes of them." Mana said as she threw Shido's communicator which Kotori used to contact her and told her where to meet up.

Kotori catches the communicator in her hand.

"You've done your homework. What do you want?" Kotori asked.

"Itsuka Shido." Mana answered, much to Kotori's surprise. "Even though he's capable of defending himself, sending Nii-sama against a dangerous Spirit, was still unthinkable. As a sister, you've failed him. I'll take care of things from now on."

"Don't make me laugh. Why would I entrust Shido to a corrupt company like .Machina Industries?" Kotori asked with a smile and hearing that shocked Mana.

"How do you know about them?!" Mana asked.

"Don't underestimate me. Apart of Ratatoskr, it's the only company that supplies Realizers to the world's military and police forces. You're an employee of theirs who's been appointed to the AST." Kotori said and Mana's eyes slightly widened to hear that.

The first bell rang in Raizen. Shido was staring through the window of the hallway before he breathed in and out.

"Okay! Here goes nothing." Shido said.

The crew of Fraxinus was watching over the school's ground through their monitors as they were on the lookout for Kurumi.

"Tokisaki Kurumi has yet to be seen leaving the school. The problem is whether she'll be willing to hear us out." Reine told Shido.

"Huh? Where's Kotori?" Shido asked through his communicator.

"Out on urgent business. I'll be your navigator for this mission." Reine told him.

"Understood. I'll be counting on you." Shido said. 'I wonder if this urgent business has something to do with Mana.'

Shido was about to move out to find Kurumi, but soon felt something heavy in the air as he stumbled forward but was still standing on his feet.

Shido heard people falling before he looked and several of the students were collapsing to the floor as some of them were mourning in pain.

"What the…" Shido mutters before he looks at the window and sees a dark aura outside. "Reine, are you seeing this?"

"We did. We're analyzing it right now." Reine told him.

(Back with Kotori and Mana)

"I can't let you call it a corrupt company." Mana said as she was offended by Kotori calling DEM like that. "They gave me a home, and a reason to live when I had lost my memories. I can never repay them for that."

"Are you serious? Despite what they've done to you?" Kotori asked, a little shocked to hear that.

"What are you talking about?" Mana asked in confusion, and that Kotori realized something as she remembered what Reine told her about what DEM had done to Mana.

(Flashback)

In the Fraxinus computer room, Reine had shown Kotori a file of Mana on a computer.

"I analyzed the saliva I got from Takamiya Mana's cup." Reine said as the file had shown that her body was infused by a large amount of magical energy. "Her whole body's been infused with excessive amounts of magical energy. In fact it shouldn't have been too much for a normal human to handle."

"I guess that's another reason to believe that she's really Shido's sister." Kotori said.

"Yes, but unlike Shin this kind of power had come with a price, a reduced lifespan at best." Reine told her.

"What?" Kotori asked in shock as Reine turned to her.

"She probably has less than ten year to live." She told her commander.

(End of flashback)

"Don't tell me you don't know." Kotori said.

But then both girls' phones began to ring, which put their conversation on hold before the commander of Fraxinus brought it out and answered it.

"I'm here. What is it?" Kotori asked.

"Commander, we've detected intense spirit waves at Raizen High School. We think it's Tokisaki Kurumi." Kyouhei told her.

"What?" Kurumi asked.

Mana was on the phone as well as she got the same report from her superiors, as both girls lowered their phones they turned at each other before they left the building together.

(Back with Shido)

After they had finished the analyzes, Reine had told Shido about what was happening around his school.

"It's a wide-area barrier. Its purpose seems to be causing weakness in the humans in its range." Reine told him.

"So this is Kurumi's doing? But why would she…" Shido said before he heard two people calling out his name.

"Shido…" Shido turned around, and saw Tohka and Koyomi standing behind them as they were carrying Rinne and Mikie with their arms on their shoulders as they were unconscious, but for some reason Tohka was leaning on the wall for support.

"Tohka! Koyomi!" Shido said as he ran to them. "Are you alright?"

"Yes, but my body feels heavy." Tohka told him.

"I'm fine too. I don't know why, but for some reason this isn't affecting me." Koyomi told him.

"Koyomi, and Tohka I get, but why am I the only one who's not affected?" Shido asked.

"You have Tohka's and Yoshino's spiritual powers sealed inside you. It's as if you have the divine protection of the Spirits. In that environment, you're the only one who can move normally." Reine told him.

Shido, Tohka, and Koyomi then heard the school's speakers being turned on before they heard a familiar voice coming out of it.

"Shido-san, can you hear me?"

"Kurumi…" Shido said.

"If you have any business with me, please proceed to the roof. I think you would prefer to come as soon as possible." Kurumi told him before she started to laugh and soon turned off the speakers.

"Tohka, you rest here and watch over Rinne and Mikie-chan with Koyomi." Shido told her.

"Eh?" Tohka said.

"But Shido…." Koyomi said in worry.

"It's okay. I'll handle this." Shido said as he runs ahead to where Kurumi is waiting for him as Tohka and Koyomi watch him leave.

"Shido…" Tohka said in worry.

"Be careful…" Koyomi said.

(Meanwhile)

Origami was seen in the cafeteria and was affected by Kurumi's barrier as she was on one knee but was still conscious.

Origami then brought out a card device and pressed on it as it turned on.

"Identification: AST, Tobiichi Origami." She said which made the card to extend and opened to reveal a screen as words appeared in it. "Basic Realizer. Deployment authorized."

Origami then lifts up the bangs on her hair which revealed a small device on her forehead as she placed the card device on it before it lights up in a green color and Origami groans as her clothes disappear as light particles and her CR suit takes their place.

Origami grits her teeth as she only had one thing on her mind now.

'Shido!'

(Back with Shido)

Shido had arrived at the door that leads to the roof and soon saw the large hole between the door knobs.

Shido narrowed his eyes as he put on his Connect Ring and placed it on his belt.

CONNECT, PLEASE

Shido soon brings out his gun to prepare himself just in case.

Shido opens the door as he walks outside but flinches as the air feels more dense and heavy than it did in the building, but soon saw Kurumi waiting for him as she was standing in front of him.

"Welcome. I've been expecting you, Shido-san." Kurumi said with a smile.

Origami was seen running in the hallways as she made her way to the roof as she heard her commander speaking to her on her suit's communicator.

"You used the emergency device, right? What's the situation?"

"Extremely dangerous. Requesting backup." Origami said as she made a turn but stopped as she saw Kurumi waiting for her as the Spirit chuckles.

"Origami-san, where are you off to in such a hurry?" Kurumi asked.

"Tokisaki Kurumi." Origami said.

"You'll have to forgive the imposition, but I cannot allow you to proceed beyond this point." Kurumi told her.

Origami soon brought out her energy sword as she was now ready to fight her.

Tohka and Koyomi were now seated on the floor as Rinne was resting her head on Tohka's lap and Mikie was resting on Koyomi's. Both Rinne and Mikie were groaning some more as they were in pain.

"This isn't good. I don't think they'll last much longer." Koyomi said in worry for her friends.

Tohka looks at the unconscious Rinne in worry before she nodded as she gently removes Rinne from her lap.

"That's it!" Tohka said as Koyomi turned to her as the Spirit attempted to stand up.

"Tohka, what are you doing?" Koyomi asked.

"I can't just sit here and do nothing! Shido and my friends are in trouble, I need to help him!" Tohka said but soon fell to the floor.

"Tohka, I understand how you feel, but you'll hurt yourself if you force your body to move like this." Koyomi told her.

"Even so...I have to try!" Tohka said as she remembers Shido's battles as Wizard, on how he never gave up and kept fighting no matter how hopeless things get, he always finds a way to stand back up and continue to fight. "Shido...Please, lend me your strength...Come on, body...move! Move! Move!"

Then a bright light surrounds Tohka which forces Koyomi to shield her eyes, and Tohka soon finds herself back on her feet as her uniform has changed into a limited Astrel Dress and Koyomi has seen this as she was stunned by this.

"Tohka…" Koyomi mutters.

"This is…" Tohka said as she was a little surprised herself before she smiled. "Now we're talking!"

BANG

Tohka looked up and saw a bullet heading straight towards her which she managed to dodge in time. Tohka and Koyomi turned to where the shooter was.

"Who's there?!" Tohka calls out.

The shooter walks out of the shadows to reveal herself as none other than Kurumi as she was armed with her rifle.

"Kurumi?!" Tohka said in shock.

"But how?" Koyomi said as she was shocked to see her here as well.

"Good afternoon, Tohka-san, Koyomi-san." Kurumi greeted the friends of Shido's.

(Back with Shido)

Shido looked around and saw that the entire school and school's grounds were covered in a dark barrier before Shido looked at Kurumi.

"Kurumi, what did you do?" Shido asked.

"Splendid, isn't it? The Time-Consuming Castle." Kurumi said with a smile as she explained how this Castle works. "A barrier that sucks the time out of those who tread my shadow."

"Time?" Shido said before he noticed that the hands on the clock in her eye were moving. "Wait? Is that your…?"

"It is my Angel, Zafkiel. Otherwise known as the Emperor of Time." Kurumi said as she continued. "But despite Zafkiel being under my control it sort of has a mind of its own. You see this clock in my eye represents my time. You could also call it my life span. My Angel possesses quite marvelous powers. But unfortunately, a large amount of my time is consumed on each occasion that I use them. So every once in a while, I replenish it from an external source in this manner."

"Wait, is that why everyone in the school is like this?!" Shido asked.

"Yes, very much so. They're all my cute yet unfortunate prey. Ah, but...Shido-san...You're special." Kurumi said before she showed him an evil smile as her right eye glowed red.

"After all," She said as she licks on her finger. "I came here to become one with you, to devour you in a more traditional way."

Shido clenches his hand.

"If it was only me you wanted, there was no need to do all of this!" Shido said.

"Before I consume you, I want you to rescind the statement you made this morning. That nonsense about saving me." Kurumi told him and Shido blinked.

"I have done all this for that reason alone. Aren't you scared of me, Shido-san? I mean, afterall you have a gun in your hand." Kurumi said as she steps forward to him by each sentence she spoke. "Don't you hate me? Isn't it obvious that I am not a person to whom you should show compassion? So please, retract your earlier words." Kurumi said as she was now standing in front of him and soon caressed his cheek.

"If you were to do that, I would be inclined to remove this barrier." Kurumi told him, which caused Shido's eyes to widen before she began to chuckle in a sinister tone and then whispered to his ear. "Come, do not dally. If we wait too long, the effects will be irreversible."

Shido closes his eyes as he gives his answer.

"Remove this barrier, please." Shido told her and Kurumi but then… "But I won't give up on you." He told her and Kurumi was stunned by that as she stepped away from him.

"What are you saying?" Kurumi asked before she saw the look in Shido's eyes and could see that he wasn't lying. Kurumi sighs as she lowered her arms and head. "Oh, dear. You're positively hopeless."

Kurumi jumped away from Shido and then she raised her arm up in the air, which somehow caused the spacequake alarms to go off.

"I trust you know what this sound is." Kurumi stated.

"The spacequake alert?!" Shido asked as he was surprised to hear the alarms.

(In the Fraxinus)

The Fraxinus alarms were sounding off as they watched the situation on the screen.

"Is Tokisaki Kurumi really causing this?" Kyouhei asked in shock.

"A sudden disastrous spacequake. She's intentionally causing it?" Reine said as she was stunned by this as well.

Kurumi once again laughs in a sinister tone before she smiles at Shido.

"So, what are you going to do? What would become of the unconscious students if a spacequake were to occur right here?" Kurumi asks and Shido grits his teeth as he wonders on how to stop her.

"Shin, Kurumi's mental state is changing. It's as if she's afraid of you." Reine told him and Shido figured out a plan on how to stop Kurumi.

"So that's it! Kurumi, you said that your goal was to eat me. Then stop the spacequake!" Shido told her and Kurumi was once again surprised that he didn't give in to fear or hatred.

"If you don't..." Shido then aims his gun at the side of his head. "I'll shoot myself and die!"

"Taking yourself hostage?" Kurumi asked before she smiled at him. "Nice try. But I know a bluff when I see one."

"Oh you really think I'm bluffing do you?" Shido asked before he stands on top of the roof's railing. "Then about this? I jumped off here and still shoot myself as I fall."

Kurumi clicks her tongue but still smiles at him.

"Oh come on, do you actually have it in you to kill yourself?" Kurumi asked.

"I do." Shido said as he fell off the railing and plummets to the ground.

Kurumi narrows his eyes and Shido was ready to pull the trigger of his gun, but Kurumi was able to save him in time by teleporting to him and catching him as she brought him back to the roof as he fell on his back and Kurumi landed beside him.

Shido sighed in relief that it worked.

"I cannot believe you did that! Are you a simpleton?!" Kurumi exclaimed as Shido looked at her.

"It's all clear now. I make a good hostage." Shido said as he felt some irony about that before he sat up. "Will you stop the spacequake? I'd also like you to remove the barrier. If you don't, I'll bite my tongue and die."

Kurumi gritted her teeth. "What's wrong with you?"

With a snap of her fingers, which made the forming spacequake to dissipate and along with Kururmi's barrier as it fades away.

"Alright." Shido said as he stood up and faced Kurumi. "Now, one more thing."

"There's more?" Kurumi asked.

"Kurumi, won't you allow me to give you an opportunity to start anew?" Shido asked.

"You're still haven't given up? Such a favor would be unwelcome." Kurumi told him.

"You don't know that!" Shido said with strong determination which surprised Kurumi. "You could come to enjoy a relatively normal, peaceful life." Shido said as he clenched his hand. "Otherwise, you wouldn't have enjoyed our date."

"But...that's not…" Kurumi said.

"It's possible! I can make it happen!" Shido shouted which surprised Kurumi once again. "You'd have to atone for your sins for the rest of your life. But Kurumi, no matter how much wrong you do, that's no reason for me not to save you!"

"I…" Kurumi mutters.

Shido smiles before he offers his hand to her. "Please, let me be your hope."

"Shido-san…" Kurumi mutters as she slowly reaches out to accept his hand. "Would you...really give me…"

Kurumi was about to accept his hand but stop as she felt a sharp pain in her body.

"That won't do. You mustn't let his words lead you astray."

Shido looked down and his eyes widened in shock as he saw a white arm covered in Kurumi's blood as it was sticking out of her stomach.

"What the hell...Kurumi?" Shido said.

"I...I…" Kurumi mutters before the arm pulls itself out of her body.

"Yes, yes. It's clear to me now. It's time you went to sleep."

Kurumi's Astral Dress disappeared as light particles fell to the ground as she was lying on a pool of her blood as Shido watched.

"Good grief…" Shido looked up and to his shock he saw another Kurumi wearing her Astral Dress standing in front of him.

"K-Kurumi? Why?" Shido asked.

"I guess I was too young back then." Kurumi or rather the real Kurumi said as a dark and red shadow appeared beneath the corpse of her clone as arms appeared and grabbed hold of it as they dragged it into the shadow before it disappeared.

Shido then saw more of the white arms approaching him to grab him and he managed to dodge them in time as he flipped sideways and fired at the arms to destroy them.

"Most impressive, Shido-san, but you I would look out below if I was you." Kurumi told him, and Shido blinked in confusion before…

EXPLOSION, NOW

Shido looked down and saw Sorcerer's magic circle appearing beneath before he got off of it as he rolled on the ground as it unleashed an explosion.

"Honestly, did you really have to give me away like that?"

Shido looked and saw Sorcerer himself had arrived as he walked to Kurumi's side.

"You again...Wait, so you two have been working together this whole time?" Shido asked as he stood up.

"Well not all the time, but yes all the same. For now our interest aligns with each other." Kurumi told him.

"And that is for you to fall in despair and die." Sorcerer told him.

Shido gritted his teeth before he placed his Driver On Ring on his belt.

DRIVER ON, PLEASE

Shido's belt changed into it's Driver mode as he flips on the switches.

SHABADOOBIE TOUCH TO HENSHIN

Shido then puts his Flame Dragon Ring on and pushes it's goggles down.

"Fine, I didn't want it to come to this. But if you're going to endanger my school and my friends, then you'll leave me no choice. Henshin!" Shido said as he placed the Ring on his Driver.

FLAME, DRAGON: Bou Bou Bou Bou Bou

Shido transformed into Wizard in his Flame Dragon Style.

"Alright then, let us get down to business." Kurumi said as she brought out her guns, and Sorcerer placed his Connect Ring on his Driver.

CONNECT, NOW

Sorcerer brings out his Halberd.

"Please, allow me to make the first move!" Sorcerer said as he charged at Wizard.

Wizard changes to his gun's sword mode as he charges at Sorcerer and the two Rider clashed their weapons against each other a few times before Sorcerer slashed at his legs and Wizard dodges it by quickly lifting his leg up and blocked weapon with his sword before he pushed it back and slashed at Sorcerer, and the gold mage dodges his slashed by spinning backwards and then stabs at Wizard, and Wizard dodges it by flipping backwards.

Wizard then saw Kurumi aiming her guns at him before she fired, and Wizard deflected her shots with his sword. Wizard then saw that Sorcerer had placed his Common Ring on his Driver.

TORNADO, NOW

Sorcerer then created and sent a multi-colored cyclone at Wizard, which entraps him as he was flying and spinning in the air.

Wizard soon changes to his Hurricane Dragon Ring as he puts it on and places it on his Driver.

HURRICANE, DRAGON: Byu-Byu, Byu-Byu-Byu-Byu

Wizard soon changes to his Hurricane Dragon style and soon spins around at high speed which creates a green hurricane around his body which soon cancels out Sorcerer's cyclone as it breaks apart.

As Wizard was now freed, he soon held his sword in a reverse grip and flew at Sorcerer to attack him, and the two Riders clashed their weapons a few times before Sorcerer placed his Ring on his Driver.

BLAST, NOW

Sorcerer fires an explosion in front of Wizard which sends him flying backwards before he manages to land on his feet.

Wizard manages to stand back up, but then feels a gun pressed behind his head and knows that it was Kurumi as she stands behind him aiming her rifle at his head.

"You truly are amazing, Shido-san, but I think it's about time to e-" Kurumi said before someone cut her hand off, which forced Kurumi to jump away from Wizard.

Wizard turned around and saw that Kurumi's attacker was Mana as she landed next to him and faced Kurumi.

"Mana?" Wizard said that he was a little surprised that she's here.

"Yes." Mana said as she turned to him. "It seems I've yet again come in the nick of time."

Then both siblings turn to Kurumi as she chuckles at them.

"Impressive, as always. You were able to cut through my Astral Dress with such ease." Kurumi said as she showed off her now severed hand, before she leaned forward. "However...I can't have all the killing for myself."

Kurumi then raised her other hand up in the air and shouted…

"Come to me, Zafkiel!" Black lighting appeared behind Kurumi as it soon took the form of a golden clock with black roman numerals on it. Both Wizard and Mana were surprised to see her Angel before she brought out her pistol and said. "Dalet."

The hands on the clock in her eye began to move, and with that red and black energy appeared out of the 'IV' symbol as it entered into Kurumi's pistol and aimed it under her chin to shoot herself with energy.

Then suddenly her cut off hand moves and flies back to Kurumi as it attaches itself back onto her severed arm and rapidly heals itself like it was never cut off to begin with.

Wizard was surprised to see that while Mana remained calm.

"An impressive restorative ability." Mana said and Kurumi chuckled.

"Oh, but that isn't it at all. I simply turned back time." Kurumi said before she now arms herself with her rifle to face Mana. "Come on, let us begin!"

"That's fine by me. I'll do as I always do and kill you." Mana said as she got ready to fight her.

"Mana…" Wizard said in worry for his sister.

Kurumi chuckles in a sinister tone.

"Do you still not comprehend?" Kurumi asked as her right eye lit up. "Truly killing me is something you will never be able to do!"

"I'll cut off your voice before I cut you apart!" Mana told her.

"Aleph!" Kurumi said as she pointed her pistol at the 'I' symbol on Zafkiel as energy channels into it and Kurumi soon shoots herself as she suddenly vanishes.

Mana was surprised before she saw Kurumi appearing beside her as the Spirit fired her rifle at the DEM Wizard which sent her flying.

"Mana!" Wizard said.

"You should worry more about yourself, Wizard!" Wizard looks and saw Sorcerer jumping at him as he swings his Halberd at him, and Wizard dodges his attack before he and Sorcerer clashed their weapons a few times before their next clashed brought their weapons in a bladed lock and Sorcerer took this chance to pushed Wizard forward as they moved away from both Mana and Kurumi.

Mana quickly recovers as she flies to Kurumi to attack her but Kurumi then teleports behind her and kicks at her.

"Zayin." Kurumi said as she pointed her pistol at the 'VII' symbol as energy traverse into it and fired at Mana with it.

"Such a weak-" Mana said before Kurumi's bullet hit her body, which freezed Mana in a dark aura sphere.

Wizard soon saw this as he parried two of Sorcerer's slashes and slashed on his Halberd and brought it to the ground.

"Mana!" Wizard said in worry.

Kurumi then used this chance to fire her rifle at the frozen Mana four times, on her leg, stomach, shoulder, and chest.

Kurumi gently lands on her feet while Mana falls to the ground as her wounds are bleeding out.

"Mana, no!" Wizard said as he was about to run and help her, but Sorcerer got in his way as he brought his Halberd in front of him and slashed at Wizard, which forced him to flip backwards.

"I don't think so, Wizard. Your fight is with me now." Sorcerer said as he stood in front of him.

"Damn it...I don't have time to deal with you!" Wizard said as he changed to his Land Dragon Ring and placed it on his Driver.

LAND, DRAGON: Dan Den Don Zu Dogon, Dan Den Dogon

Wizard changes into his Land Dragon Style as he now holds his sword in a normal grip as he charges at Sorcerer and the two Riders clash their weapons against each other.

"Nii-sama…" Mana mutters as she sees Wizard battling against Sorcerer, as she attempted to stand up but was too wounded to move.

Wizard soon puts on his Special Ring and resets his Driver and places the Ring on it.

CHOINE, SPECIAL: SAIKO

Wizard's Drago Claws appeared on his hands and soon channels energy around them as he sends energy slashes at Sorcerer, but the gold mage placed his Common Ring on his Driver.

REFLECT, NOW

Sorcerer created a magic shield in front of him as it absorbed Wizard's attack, which surprised him before the golden Kamen Rider sent Wizard's attack back at him.

Wizard attempts to block the redirected attack with his Claws, but is sent rolling on the ground as his Claws were dismissed.

Wizard slowly manages to stand on his knee and foot.

"Shido!"

Everyone looked and saw Tohka and Origami had arrived as they were now standing on the roof.

"You're here…" Wizard said.

"My, my. Now we're all here." Kurumi said.

"Now this is a turn of events." Sorcerer said as he rested his Halberd on his shoulder.

"Kurumi, you think you can run in the middle of a fight?" Tohka asked as she and Origami glared at her.

"I won't let you get away this time!" Origami said before she and Tohka were surprised as they turned to each other.

"My, this is oh so scary." Kurumi said while acting scared. "There are so many of you attacking a single frail girl, like me." She said as Wizard was now standing his feet and Tohka and Origami were glaring at her and Mana managed to stand up despite her wounds. "But I also mean business today. Isn't that right, my other selves?"

Everyone then heard laughter as Kurumi's shadow began to grow in size and several white arms appeared out of it. Everyone gasped in shock as they saw the arms had bodies as they stood around Kurumi and everyone else on the roof, and soon took the form of Kurumi herself as they laughed.

"What the heck is this?" Wizard asked.

"They all are me. My personal history. They are versions of me from a different time axis." Kurumi explained and Wizard then realized something as he remembered the times Kurumi had died and was able to miraculously revive herself.

"Wait, so all those times you were killed, those were only copies of yourself weren't they?" Wizard said.

"Correct, as expected Shido-san. I guess you can call it a pseudo-immortality compared to that Phoenix fellow. But now you see why you could never truly kill me?" Kurumi asked, before her clones began to approach Tohka and Origami as they surrounded them.

"I have no idea what's going on!" Tohka said.

"Now, let us end this." Kurumi said with a smile.

One clone grabs onto Tohka with her arm around her neck and under her armpit as others aimed their guns at the Spirit known as Princess.

Others aimed their guns at Origami as she glared at them before one of the clones grabbed onto her.

One clone had her rifle on Mana's neck to tightly hold her.

"Everyone!" Wizard said in worry.

"Oh Wizard!"

Wizard turns back to Sorcerer as he resets his Driver and places his Common Ring on it.

LIGHTNING, NOW

Wizard looks up and saw Sorcerer's magic circle appearing above him and soon lighting strikes down on him as his cries out in pain, and after that Wizard falls to his hands and knees and then the Kurumi clones grab hold of his arms and another had her arm around his neck as they raised his head up to face both Kurumi and Sorcerer.

"Now with that taken care of. I think it's about time we begin our show, wouldn't you agree?" Sorcerer asked his Spirit ally.

"Of course." Kurumi nodded before she turned back to Wizard. "And to make sure you never try to sway me again, I'll have to crave despair into your heart. Which is something I'm truly looking forward to."

"What do you mean by that?" Wizard asked, and Kurumi leaned in front of his face.

"Well, Shido-san, I know a great deal about the power you possess. On how you manage to contain a monster inside of you without giving up on hope, despite the fact you've seen over hundreds of people dying all around you." Kurumi said as she closely brought her face close to him to show her evil and twisted smile. "But I wonder, how will you react when it happens all over again."

Kurumi raised her hand up and the spacequake began to sound off.

"No, you wouldn't!" Wizard said as he tried to break free from the clones' hold on him.

Kurumi chuckles.

"This time, many are certain to die. Including your friends and the students!" Kurumi said.

"Stop it!" Wizard shouted as he still struggled to break free. As Koyomi had both Rinne and Mikie on her lap as she was worried while she stared at the ceiling.

Sorcerer laughs at Wizard's anguish.

"This is it! This is what I was looking for! To see you wallow in despair and anguish as you die, knowing that your friends will die along with you! Now my friend, do the honor!" Sorcerer told Kurumi.

"With pleasure!" Kurumi said as she laughed maniacally and soon clenched her hand and swung it down.

Wizard looked up as he saw a spacequake forming above his school.

"No…" Wizard mutters.

The spacequake then begins to extend and is about to hit Raizen, but then a wave of energy appears as it cancels out the quake as it blows it away like it was made out of air.

Seeing that surprised Wizard, Kurumi, and Sorcerer.

"What the...What happened?!" Sorcerer asked.

"I'm not sure. What in the world was that?" Kurumi said.

"Didn't you know? If you hit a spacequake at the moment it starts with a tremor of a similar scale, they'll cancel each other out."

Wizard and the others looked up and saw another Spirit flying above them.

The Spirit had long red hair, and was wearing a white kimono and has a pair of horns sticking out from her ribbons. The ribbons also gain gold flower patterns on them. The Spirit also had flames and amber around her body, but what really got Wizard's attention was her face.

"Kotori…?" Wizard mutters as he is stunned by her appearance.

When Origami saw the Spirit covered in flames her eyes widened as she could recognize her form and flames.

"I-It's you…" Origami mutters.

"I'll have this back for a while, Shido." Kotori told her brother before she spun around as the flames danced around her.

"Scorch, Camael!" Kotori shouted as the flames were blown away.

Then a giant red and black halberd appeared beside her as Kotori grabbed hold of it and wielded the halberd with both hands as the blades were covered with flames.

"Now, let's start our date." Kotori said with a smile.

Unknown to them is that someone is taking pictures of them in hiding.
