Just wanted to put this here as a quick note, so all the people who enjoyed this story previously know:
I'm rewriting this story! (Eventually, all my stories will be rewritten, but I'm starting with this one).
The new version of this story has the first chapter up now and is titled "A Family Affair". So go check that out if you're interested. It's going to be a new take on this old tale with a more fully formed idea and implementing things from the sequel that I never finished writing to be 1 longer story with all the ideas inside.
