The skinny on the Nosferatu Pilot.

Hey peeps. As you can obviously tell, this ain't the second part of "Who I am." (Ya. nah dur stupid, this isn't even a chapter.) Yo pipe down back there!...sorry about that, looks like a CERTAIN Decepticon has broken the fourth dimension and invaded real life. I'll go bust a few railgun shells into her once I get this typed out.

As I was saying before being rudely interrupted, no this ain't the next chapter. I figured I'd clue y'all in as to why I haven't thrown anything up for Firebird in like ten decades...not literally.

The long and short of it is: Learning how to be an adult/ learning my first job/ dealing with how to get signed up for college with the hellstorm of the Rona'.

My focus immediately after graduation was getting a job. It took me a few weeks to find something because pretty much everyone is operating slower than normal because of the virus, however I did manage to snag a job. This week marks the fourth week I've been working at a restaurant at my local airport as a waiter. It's been a little challenging, but I'm happy to say that I'm getting a good hold on how to do my job. However, there's still a lot to improve on and I'll continue to improve myself so I'm better the next time I walk through the door.

Secondly: College. I won't lie, trying to get signed up and enrolled into classes has been a heck of a time. There's a lot of things that were very unclear to me in regards to what I had to do, and where I needed to go. I had to call the IT department to figure out why my emails to the counselors weren't going through, only to THEN be informed that I could only access my student email through the college site, there was nothing anywhere that said this was the ONLY way to get access to that. For the longest time I though my email's just weren't going through as I had put my student email on my phone and had gotten nothing so far every time I checked. On top of this, I had to figure out where the actual heck some test scores that the college needed were.

To put it simply: the college said my high school should have the test scores because that's where I took the test in question, however the high school said that the college manages those scores since they're the ones who gave the test. I STILL don't know where those scores are, however one of the counselors at the college has been my saving grace and has basically get me though the entire process of enrolling in about two days.

Life is thankfully starting to level off now, so I should now have more time to write some stuff for y'all. I'm currently 4,000 words into the second part of "Who I am", and should hopefully have it finished and up sometime soon. (I'd really like it if I could get it up by the end of next week)

Now, in regards to the second part of this little update:

I've had some ideas for potential future chapter's floating around in my head for a while. I originally made this doc so I could put these ideas into words in a place where they wouldn't be forgotten, basically my own little notebook of ideas. One day I just said "Screw it". I figured I'd let y'all have a look at what I have currently jotted down...well also for another reason.

I'd like for y'all to give me your opinion's on these ideas. On top of that I wouldn't mind if you decided to share your own ideas for chapters (and oneshot's?) with me. I'll continue to update this "Chapter" as new ideas pop up, along with giving credit in regards to who thought up a certain chapter idea or plot development.

If y'all have anything, feel free to PM me. I'd honestly prefer this stuff to be a PM type deal, hogging up the review space is just going to make thing's harder to figure out in the long run.

Disclamer/ spoiler

1: Derek's A-10 WILL be restored to a flight-worthy state

2: Derek WILL make contact with NEST sometime after his jet is repaired

3: NONE OF THESE ARE CERTAIN TO HAPPEN, THEY ARE MERELY POTENTIAL THINGS THAT COULD OCCUR WITHIN THE STORY

IDEAS

-Creator: Some CFA-44 Pilot

Name of chapter: "Welcome to My Office"

Derek takes Cade up in a YA-10B that either Nellis or NEST has, he eventually teaches her how to fly. Must find some kind of signal boosting device for Cades holo-form in order for this to work.

Name of chapter: "Warm Welcome" (In parenthesis like with "Home". It's more of a sarcastic jab at how things turn out)

Lennox invites Derek and Cade over to his house to meet his family. He makes sure that Derek will watch over his sister since Ironhide will obviously be there. Things get out of hand on the first day after the two arrive and unpack. While Cade is away on a sweep of Will's property, Ironhide confronts Derek over his sister and basically threatens him. Derek obviously defends her since she's family, however Ironhide keeps pushing and eventually tell's Derek that he doesn't know what it's like to lose someone you care for. Derek verbally murders Ironhide and tells him about losing his family during Mission City, then walks off to get away from everyone and isolates himself under a tree that overlooks a pasture. Will tears into Ironhide for what he did, causing Annabelle to find Derek to see what happened. While he tries to act like he's fine, she can tell there's something wrong with him and walks off to tell Barricade when she sees her arriving back at the house. The two talk, then go to comfort Derek. Ironhide eventually apologizes to both of them, Barricade first.

Starscream tells Derek he'll take him since the A-10 isn't exactly meant to be a fighter and the two go at it with some of the seeker's.

-Creator: Some CFA-44 Pilot

Derek goes on a field exercise with Lennox and his guys. Probably have him fill a role similar to a JTAC.

Name of chapter: "Designated Driver"

focuses on a time each of the two get's drunk and has to get dragged home by the other.

Barricade is more of an angry drunk
