Survivors Book I: Final Destination
Warnings: In this case, from here Alex develops a bond with Agent Weine as he and Weine talk things over. As the agent is now seeing Carter in that way during the movie, but Alex in a new way. As their roles in this case are now reversed in the movie as like Rod, he's suspected of the very same thing.
But from here on out, there is going to be a severe case of Carter bashing as a result at the moment, as a result of the loss of his temper. As things continue for the movie, his anger at the loss of two days before he leaves. It results in a psychosis as every time he is in viewing distance of Alex he loses his temper.
Giving the FBI and the cops just cause to believe that he's the one who is jinxed and killing every member of the group as this continues now.

Chapter 20: Carter's Arrest And The Case Begins IV
"I see it and you're right, he was close to being clean, trying it again this soon, his body can't handle it anymore." he said and Alex nodded. "It is, but looking at him now, the side effects just switched to nausea now, guys." he said and the duo turned to look. "When was the last reaction for it?" Weine asked him and he sighed as he said it.
"Less then two months ago, but not only is he scared out of his mind of what's coming, he knows he's ending up back in the hospital. And you're the ones that just arrested him this time, boss." Clear said to him and and the duo nodded to the news then. "Your basic teenager, the last reaction was two months ago, and he had one seizure at the time."
"And this time he crossed the limit, but at the moment, this took a dangerous turn, and we've seen this once too often. But your basic case of trouble if you're being around my group this much right now, starting now." Alex told them and they nodded. "Either he had to much too drink or he took it in and without eating anything right now, Wes."
"Drinking on an empty stomach and the effects only worsen, but we got to get it out of his system." Shreck said sighing and and Weine nodded in agreement to that. 'God kid if you been spiking anything you been drinking with that crap. And your body can't handle it anymore, I'm sorry, but this is for your own good.' he thought, watching him firmly.
"We took biology and health and wellness in P.E., dragging in substance abuse, and he never took our studies seriously to the point of the last 18 months. But he pushed his body to the limit, since Junior year." Alex said to him and he nodded to him. "Caffeine headache, that's one of the symptoms of Caffeine withdrawal, as is cold sweat now."
"Oh this is going to get nasty if he tries to fight it out, but 30 adults and a single teenager, you're stronger then we are and we can't go up against you. When you outnumber us 4 to 1, if you're used to dealing with arrested drug addicted perps. Or a drunken one." Billy said and Alex nodded in agreement to his thoughts as he nodded.
"Him on the other hand, he's going to continue blaming you as his anger starts destroying lives, in one close call after another. But you never forced him off the plane, we arrested him and threw him off and before you talked me. And into putting your premonition to the test and right as you called it as it goes barely out of the state."
"And right on schedule." Jenkins said firmly to that. "I wasn't sure if it would or not, but putting that to the test with you on it, that's like pointing a loaded gun at someone. It going off and the person holding the damn thing didn't think it was loaded. But that could kill someone, so for the sake of everyone involved, it was testing that theory now."
"But I have nothing against my peers, especially him, but things changed, truth is before he turned into this, we used to be friends. But since he got onto the football team, he changed, but these guys, it's alcohol related. But new friends, failing grades, a hotshot, it's all alcohol related like you suspected." Alex said and the duo nodded sternly to that.
"You used to be friends, but since joining the football team he changed and turned into that little hotshot?" Shreck said slowly and he nodded to him, sighing. "To put this bluntly is the case of the Soc and the narrator's oldest brother, we used to be friends. Before he joined the team and he turned into this." Todd said and Alex finished that remark then.
"Yeah that sums it up here right now, but I have nothing against him, but one remark spoken in anger kills everything it touches. But I chose not to take the bait, if you were in the room I decided to focus on you now. But I knew one remark spoken in anger could be what caused me to get it and decided he was doing this just to get out of it now."
"Ignoring that barb, but he did this to himself, all I had to do was show up for it now, as a result, it doesn't help that his attempt to bait me. Has the finger pointed at me when I never did anything to cause that explosion, though he could have. And by knocking the damn tank over, he's going to continue blaming me for the fact he got arrested by you."
"Every symptom you know of alcohol abuse in teenagers, you're looking at it right now, but Clear was right, we been friends since kindergarten. But it was after joining the football team that they talked him into drinking, turning him from our brother. A friend, into this hotshot with a violent temper on him, if he never joined the team now."
"He'd be like he used to be now, but with us this close to graduation he's gotten himself in trouble once too often. But one remark provoked in anger could have killed everyone on the plane, so stalling this long helps. But his reaction could have caused it, but for his own good, I had too." he said and Weine nodded to the new information gently at that.
Looking at the annoyed look on Carter's face, he saw something else in his eyes then and saw a slight tone of affection for Alex. And the quartet and nodded, seeing he regretted splitting up from their childhood gang and the explosion gave them a second chance. "Though if you never dealt with a teenager in these areas, you got a problem now."
"In this case right now, he's tried to escape custody or was resisting arrest 10 times in the 35 you read in that record. So expect that right now, once you take him in at the moment now." he said and the duo nodded. "Unit 2, unit 5, I need you at the airport, repeat, I need back up at the airport." Hawkins said into his radio and then heard it.
"Ten four, we're on our way, be there in 10 minutes Jack, is it Horton again?" they heard and he sighed. "That's a big affirmative, Darrel, seems he got arrested, this time, by our counterparts here at the airport, he's loaded. But going by his complexion, he looks like he suffered a reaction to a repeater of George Waggner, only the target."
"This time, of that reaction is Alex Browning, but with him in rehab, he tried it a second time, had a reaction and thought Browning busted him. And before he realized he did it again." he said and he heard the unit driver answer him. "Roger, we're on our way, we saw the explosion, I take it it worked?" the officers team mate asked him gently.
"Yeah it did, Alex just filled us, the fire department chief, as well as the FBI in on what he was doing, but we got the entire story and Alex was injured here. But he pulled it off, but Carter is being taken in questioning for that over reaction." he said and they ended it at that as Alex said it firmly to Weine, knowing he wouldn't take this lightly as he said it.
"Added reinforcements I take it you're used to this, if they called out for another team or 2, though the three of you are here?" Shreck said with a bemused tone to that. "Yeah once too often, but the reason for this with him being a football player. Is he tries to resist arrest, and at times tried to escape custody after the whatever happened."
"So in here there is not enough room to maneuver, but outside in the parking lot and some of the lights are off. The acts of being a star quarterback result in a chase down at the moment, so be ready for his running headlong into you. But the occasional chasedown resulted in an injury or two." Billy told him and they nodded as Alex said it.
"Or he tries to escape now when we're surrounded by security guards and cops, let alone you guys right now, though trying that in the parking lot outside right now. Arresting a teenager on drugs or alcohol, you guys are dealing with a high strung teenager. And one who won't give up and until he drains every drop, so hang on til he gives up, Sir."
"If you recall Kincaid on the movie, that's him when getting arrested until the sedative kicks in as they did it twice before and the second was due to the speedball effect. And 2) he's tried to resist arrest three times in two years that they had to tackle him 2 of the 3. Or he runs headlong into Hawkins in the attempt." Alex said and the duo nodded to him.
"Issues with the hotshots, he would never consider using the canoe that Clear had in the front of her cabin, but trying to swim across. But try that, he could get arrested by you long before he reached the pier up there, or not bothering to watch where he's going. Trip and fall down a hill and barely missing a busted tree, but that far up now there."
"The water is so cold you could freeze to death in 15 minutes and he's not considering that here." Alex told him and he nodded to the news as Shreck said it for him. "So set the trap, he sees there is only one way back to you guys. But that house is considered under house arrest with you as our student?" he asked and he and Clear nodded gently.
"Our town is practically up at the Canadian border, so during late spring to early summer, at night the temperature drops to 55 at night right now. That the lake is freezing cold so going swimming in that water, is enough to get hypothermia. But that far up, the results are trying to swim across the lake, we need to bring him in for hypothermia now."
"But another close call at night, a near drowning just adds onto it." the chief said slowly at the remark and the couple nodded to confirm that thought. "Yeah exactly, the tracking beacon is in place, that he leaves the area around the cabin. Say the area is a good mile around to 1 1/2 miles around the cabin, that area is safe, but leave that area."
"And he realizes that you know he broke the conditions of his parole and you got to bring him in right now, but trying to disconnect the tracking device. Triggers the sensors and you know he's just broken the agreement we set up now. You go looking for him that just makes it clear, but his determination to come home now, could be his undoing now."
"But I'm always with the victim and they're safe, but he joins us, and then another injury or worse happens, so that leaves two options right now. As we continue investigating what caused the crash, and who was next on it after I deflected it four times. And in five months, just says even more he's guilty." Alex told the trio and they nodded gently then.
"Yeah and he's got two choices as we, Alex and I go looking for him: turn himself in, or he stays at my cabin, until you bring him in. But either way his getting stir crazy, until he breaks the house arrest is enough he tries to run now. That just makes him look guilty even more, if he tries to head for our house." Clear said sternly and they nodded then.
As Alex pulled her close to him, smiling. "I think we both know where this is heading as this cemented it for us, we got less then two months. And you're not living alone anymore, my parents are your in-laws now honey." he said and she nodded, as the subtext to the seven meant their recruits were close to becoming engaged later on.
"Our house?" Todd said, emphasizing the word and Alex smiled and the duo shook their heads smiling. "Before college, we're moving in together and don't push it wiseguy, because this is neither the time nor place for that implication at the moment." Alex told him and Billy tried to keep from laughing at the implication then firmly at that.
"But three injuries in the side of 3 months and the last is due to risking a hit to save your life, Billy after he tried to commit suicide by a train wreck next. Knowing the direction his thoughts are taking, as he doesn't realize what direction this design is taking. But three close calls in the side of four months right now and all four have him attached to it."
"But with that in mind now, any athlete would try something completely stupid to avoid getting arrested and back to town. But if this manhunt is in the middle of the night and it ends up in the woods, there's a few death traps up there. And just waiting for someone to walk right into right now, but trying to avoid capture in a manhunt could do damage."
"But he has two choices: 1) stay at the cabin, or 2) I'm calling you there to go get him at the moment, as house arrest is considered a parole sentence right now. Or at least until he breaks his parole, tries to return to town and walks right into you. And as you go get him at the moment." he said and Carter swallowed hard at that and they nodded firmly.
"But the tracking beacon removed at night, you come to check and he tries to make a run for it, as Clear and I are already together. And with my dog outside, she and I got a problem already, but making sure she and I get out alive. That is my biggest problem, as I don't have time for an escaped parolee running directly at my house right now."
"As his next false move barely misses killing me, so right now, it's best he stays there as that leaves two choices, and the second. That is something he doesn't have a choice in right now, she and I work for you and we got our own problems. And I'm in currently in recovery still from the car accident." he said and Weine and Shreck nodded to that.
"That's why if you get hit a third time and I'm yanking you off duty for a few weeks to heal right now, your parents, the trio and us, we're checking in. But we have an attempted escape and I know who's place he's heading for. And I'm calling ahead to let you know, we're coming to you right now." Weine said, looking at him gently at that.
'Two choices, I stay in exile or I end up in jail, at their cabin upstate, with my being their ward now, I'll never see Terri again. No, my friends, I want to see my friends, Browning what right do you have to make decisions on my life?!' he thought shaking in fear, before seeing the stern looks on the two agents and knowing he tried to run and that was it.
"You say you control your life, but you're not the one working for the authorities right now in trying to prevent anyone from ending up in the morgue, Carter. You're a civilian, I'm a junior FBI agent as is Alex, so yes we have that right now. If it means preventing anyone in our group from dying, then yes we do." Clear said sharply in response then.
"I have that right, if this was in reverse, Carter, but you're in enough trouble already, don't you get that running from the law just makes you look even more guilty. In the eyes of the law right now, I'm working for the agents investigating this case. So with those words in mind, Clear and I go looking for you and you're in exile now."
"As you stay up north and away from Mount Abraham, from Terri, and until we figure this out, your parents and she can come to see you. But you have to stay there, we, the seven of us, come to see you, but you can't come to us." Alex said and the rest of the first 7 survivors nodded as the two agents and the chief crossed their arms sternly.
"I think we all agree on this, if something happens between Billy and my case, we go to isolation, isolating him from us, we go to him, but he can't come to us." Alex said and the sextet nodded in agreement, "Five close calls, and all that is left of us after his attempt is you and Clear, yeah we agree on that." Billy said softly and Lewton nodded in agreement.
"Favoring prevention over cure in this case at the moment is you stay separated from us after you and Billy are nearly killed. That is far more promising then you coming back, the last of the crime horror movie trilogy is what the subtext is. It's as if this never happened, we know where you are, but a psychotic doesn't at the moment now."
"We get a month to a few months peace and quiet as a result now, but frankly the 7 of us are more concerned at the fact. Now that he's risking injury after injury, after injury to protect us, that we're all scared out of our minds. Reason being that the next injury could kill him, as we keep you guys separated." Lewton said in finality to that and they nodded.
As Weine closed his eyes at the thought of this turning into a different version of the stigmata. 'One too many injuries, as a result of prevention and he's fighting for his life, just one more injury could kill him. I'm not taking that chance right now, young man they're right, the cure is you being in exile now.' he thought as Terri said for him then.
"Carter, listen to me, you consider that the side effects of the movie got taken into context, every time you're around us, we lose someone else. As all the evidence is pointed directly at you being the murderer right now, Alex is recovering. And from the second explosion in less then 3 months, two near fatal injuries in that time right now."
"But two explosions in three months, a car accident that barely misses me, another car accident that could've killed Billy. And after your mustang stalls out on the train tracks, as he gets hit a third time by another piece of shrapnel. Less then a month, he's losing too much blood that this is getting more dangerous every second in our eyes now."
"That his parents, the gang, the quartet, the duo, Clear and I are all scared out of our minds right now, he's fighting for his life that the next injury. Said could take him away for us, as a result of preventing the third explosion in four months. And by getting electrocuted?" Terri said and he paled at that as Clear went further at that remark.
"We're not aiding and abetting a potential felony here right now, but you're still under our charge, try to run and you blew your parole and are being sentenced to 10 years." Clear finished and he swallowed hard at that remark. "That's better then a prison sentence, exile, you get visitors, but you're not allowed to leave the area surrounding the cabin."
"And try to and you've just blown the conditions of your parole at the moment buster, just making this highly clear. But our department has a connection to the sheriff's office near the cabin, you think we won't go up there when your tracking beacon blacks out. To check on that right now?" the chief said to him sternly and he swallowed hard at that.
"Carter, don't you get that your record is serious enough that something like this could put you away for ten years. Repeated arrests are serious enough right now, but no coach in any college would take you for getting arrested by the FBI next. No scout on any football team would take you either right now, so you're stuck at the moment."
"You say you never did anything, but the next six months in situations has them seriously doubting that opinion right now. If every time you see Terri with me, you lose your temper and then comes the attack 15 minutes later now. You think they won't consider you as the prime suspect?" Alex told him and he swallowed hard at that remark then.
"If this was in reverse, every time we we lost someone, I'm going to check on the victim, before the explosion makes it look like I did it. Before I go into exile myself, trying to deal with the fact that not only did I lose two friends already, after the crash. But I failed to save Val next, you don't understand, and how could you right now, your idiocy now."
"That kills Billy next, out of a panic attack, and leaving us and Clear as the last of the seven of us?" he said and Carter swallowed hard at that remark. "I'm not taking that chance, so we decided on a simple solution, we're always together. As I deflect it, again and again, until the circle is broken and we're free." he said and the trio nodded to that.
"Nice idea, I can take that up with the town judge, but trying to commit suicide, by stalling the car on the train tracks. That only tells us he's danger to himself and everyone in your group now. That the cabin fever is getting to him until he tries to head for your place and I have to chase him down." Shreck said and Weine nodded in agreement.
"Nice thinking, but how about now with him looking like he suffered another reaction?" Weine asked softly and he explained that. "I take you had a second set of jackets?" he asked and they nodded. "Switch uniforms and go to ambush, so he tries to run, he won't see you until he walks right into you." he said and they nodded with a bemused smile.
"My being the one who is training you, but we spend the most time with you and Clear specifically, to know you can get in our heads and vice versa now." Weine told him and he nodded. "Yeah and repeated injuries is reason enough you got to arrest him, after a back to back injury, because he tried to run." he said and they nodded to that remark firmly.
"That results in a car accident and you're still recovering from the explosion, I'm not taking it that well, if you risked getting hit for the second time in a week. After whatever destroyed Val's house at the moment now, but his desperation. It could do more damage then it has already, but trying to escape." Shreck said sternly and Weine finished that.
"He tries that with us and we're getting him to the ground, before he does more damage to himself if he lands on a broken bottle someone forgot to clean up in the parking lot." Weine said and Alex looked behind him at that. "You're looking at that now, he's showing good behavior right now, but once Coach is out of sight, you got a fight on your hands."
"Sir, what I just told you now is evident, it's either substance abuse or just getting arrested for something else. That your fight with getting him to the floor is, with it being midnight and too dark to see where he's going if you parked behind the lighting. He's not going to see you guys until he runs right into you." he said and the duo nodded gently.
Looking behind him, he saw Carter breaking out in sweat and was shaking. "Well we had a right to be worried right now in his case, whatever dose he took earlier. It just wore off, he's drenched in sweat, he's also shaking uncontrollably right now. He's close to collapse right now man." Billy said and the duo turned and hid a nod as Shreck switched subjects.
"And I don't care who's fault it was or who started that debate and fight, we're ending it right now and with those words in mind right now. This turns into a fight and he's being restrained now." Shreck said sternly and Carter felt his heart speed up at that. 'Oh no, they can't possibly be thinking it's me now.' he thought trying to control his shaking.
'God my head, what's happening to me right now.' he thought as he sat down as he wiped the sweat off his face, watching him carefully. The doctor nudged the chief and he and the officer shifted to see him leaning forward, his face drenched in sweat. And shaking uncontrollably and they hid a nod, knowing what was happening then.
'Easy son, it's okay just rest, I told you that what you were doing was dangerous, and here's the result, we were trying to take it slow, but trying it twice in six months. You need to be in the hospital, the worst of the withdrawal is kicking in as you been in rehab. And for the last five months now kiddo, Carter we're adults, we know what's best.'
'Trying to keep it up, your body can't handle it anymore, if you were up all night, your body can't take the comedown and the alnighter right now. I'm sorry, but this is for your own good now, but you're staying home until your body is clean now.' the four thought together as they watched him shaking and saw the sweat on his face then gently.
Looking at his shaking and they nodded. 'That's what I was afraid of, the cold sweat from the effects of the cross chemicals is starting now, he needs to be in the hospital for this.' Caine thought, watching him carefully. "Wes, the withdrawal from that attack earlier is kicking in, he needs to be in the hospital." he whispered and the duo nodded gently.
"You said he was in rehab prior to this?" he said and they nodded. "Yeah I did, but I knew never to screw around with drugs, but if he was over doing it with the caffeine. He was pushing his body to the limit, and he just hit the wall finally here now. So his body can't take anymore abuse like this now." Alex said sighing and they nodded gently to him.
"Violent acting out, cold sweat, pinkish pale skin and I don't have to check his temperature to know he's running a fever right now. That attack earlier is a reaction to cross chemicals I just have to search his bag to know that. Could be caffeine, or worse something more dangerous, but I find it and he's staying in your custody until Monday."
"But he did this to himself and all Alex had to do was show up for it, with you surrounding him right now, there is no going back. Carter can't control his temper when it comes to the toxic chemicals in this case. But he definitely needs medical attention now." Caine told Weine and he nodded as he looked at Carter who was shaking then.
"Yes alright, Chief be prepared if he starts resisting arrest right now." Weine said and he nodded sternly. "You expecting trouble here?" The doctor asked and he nodded. "Yeah if he's drunk, his choice as of right now seals his fate, if he tries to resist arrest. But we just have to keep it getting from physical as he's standing up to 23 adults right now."
"But he makes one move and we take him down, if it takes sedation then we do it, but he makes a move to attack Alex for a final time, he seals his fate. I'm not budging on the fact I need to keep them separated until he's fully recovered right now in this case. But where a teenage case of drinking is concerned, it's being as strict as you can get."
"Because enough is enough of this right now, he's coming with us and the chief and whether he wants to or not. But what he did on the plane is something I will not tolerate whatsoever here, so if you're carrying a sedation ejection pod, get ready to use it." Weine said and the doctor nodded as he pulled something out of his back pocket then.
'Easy son, easy, don't fight us right now, you're not thinking straight right now.' Weine thought as he shifted his gaze up to look at the other boy firmly at that. "Get ready if he's drunk, then he's likely to get even more violent then he has been right now. But he tries to make a run for it and with us blocking the only way out right now in this case."
"Then we have to put him under until we can question him, but how many drug addicted perps have we had to arrest in 12 years here?" he said under his breath and Shreck hid a nod to that, sighing. "One too many and the latest is a teenager, but even loaded he can't go up again fifteen fully grown men and when one of us is a medical doctor here too."
"But this kid loses his temper at the fact Alex turned it around and we're not budging on the fact he's the one stuck under our scrutiny until he's thinking straight right now." he said softly as he flicked his eyes at Carter and the other three security guards got into position. "Get ready for it." Weine said and the doctor hid a nod as he said it softly.
And nudged Shreck. "Do it, and watch him." he whispered and he said it firmly to the other boy. "Carter Horton, you're under arrest, we'd like to ask you a couple questions please." Shreck said and he stood up in shock. "Don't fight us son, you're in enough trouble already for that near riot on the plane." the doctor said to him sternly at that.
"Get ready for the bickering match if you were a teacher yourself at the moment, or a parent, because it's always having the one who starts it, blaming the one who didn't." Lewton said as she looked at Todd and George with a bemused look. "Bickering match in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,..., now." Shreck said, counting down then as they heard the response then.
"He started it." Carter said and Weine said it sternly, as he hid a sigh. 'Kid like your teachers, I'm not taking that anymore then they are. Your actions could have killed everyone on the plane, now don't fight me.' he thought as he said it. "I don't care who started this fight between you at the moment, I just heard his side of the story."
"And I would like your's, so could you come with us." he said and he looked between the quartet of teachers. "Carter don't fight them on this, you're just making your position worse and you're in enough trouble already. For that unprovoked attack on Alex at the moment." Caine said and he said it quickly as he looked at the group, shaking then.
"Why me and not both of us?!" he said quickly and Weine crossed his arms. "Maybe that's because he never nearly knocked the tank over or started a riot in the aisle. Was drinking or lost his temper and attacked anyone for only considering the safety. And of everyone on the plane, the tapes showed us everything we need to know, regarding this."
"But one exchange in this results in destroying his life, because of you, well that's not happening, it seems to me that the one who needs to be questioned is you. After you attacked him for no damn reason." he said and Carter looked at Alex then. "Just what the hell did you tell him, Browning?" he snapped and Alex crossed his arms sternly at that.
"Nothing but the truth, under investigation you have to tell the truth, but consider that fact everything I told you was proven true. First with the flight and now with the cops and the FBI, the medical and psychiatric department. But my prediction on this was proven correct, but look at your behavior in their eyes, you hated me, since grade school."
"Because I don't have to be an all star to get anyone to like me in the adults, but one exchange now. One exchange between us destroys my life, but instead of wrecking my life, you destroyed yours in one shot. But you see what not controlling your temper and staying sober causes right now, and as a result you destroyed your life now."
"And you'll notice that your anger at me is scaring her right now, look at Val, Carter." he said and Lewton nodded in agreement as she pulled Alex closer to her and rubbed his back. "You think she's not going to come to the conclusion, that every time you lose your temper when you see me, someone of the eight of us is nearly killed here now."
"As it jumps from target to target and she comes to the conclusion your temper burns everything it touches?" he asked and he looked between them. "You're crazy if you think I would set you up to get out from under your shadow!" Carter snapped and Alex said it firmly to that, before Lewton interrupted that remark sternly at that statement then.
"Well that's a double standard right now, he's thinking you lost it here when he's the one who's delirious, just like that hag had them commit espionage. And for the next dose of whatever that pheromone crap really is." the soldier said in annoyance and Weine nodded. "Yeah psychosis, based on substance abuse." Shreck said and he nodded sternly.
And Alex held his hand up. "Yeah, so what do you call drugging me, because you're sick of the scrutiny right now?" he asked and they watched him swallow hard at that. "I would call that a set up right now, Carter, you set me up to take the fall for you reaction. But you're drunk and you don't realize how this looks to an adult who grew in the 60's."
"The duo know the truth between us, Carter what made you change, if you never joined the team, our gang would be one piece. But all your symptoms spell out alcohol abuse to them and the doctor." he said and watched his face change. "So you did it to get us back together Browning?" he said and Alex sighed as he answered him sternly at that remark.
"Hey I'm not the one who flipped out, regarding a safety check, you attacked me for no damn reason, so it's either sabotage or you're trying to keep from getting caught. But at the moment you are not thinking straight at the current moment here now. Look at you, you're soaked in sweat and you look like you're sick to your stomach here, Carter."
"But you exposed yourself, before I realized you went into withdrawal from whatever it was you were taking, but you did this to yourself. And all I had to do was show up for it, but with that in mind that's a hotshot for you now." he said and Carter snapped at him. "You really are out of your mind here." he said with a growl and Weine crossed his arms.
Before she could say it, he decided to push him into attacking him then. "Oh really, I'm not the one that got into a fight with an adult, I'm not the one who was drinking. And before boarding that plane, nor am I the one who flipped out and over reacted. And to you saying you were going to remove yourself from the plane at the time here."
"Just admit it, you wanted to get me ticked enough to get the scrutiny off you, in front of the jury, but screwed it up with 15 witnesses in the gate with us there. Just go ahead, I'm injured just go ahead and make your move, you're pissed here. That I got you off the plane, so go ahead, Carter." he said, keeping his eyes on him as the adults hid a nod.
Feeling a dizzy spell shoot through him, Todd moved behind him to steady him as he said it. "Carter, you're not recovering from a dangerous amount of blood loss, my body is spent right now, but you on the other hand. You're in withdrawal right now, but of us, the more dangerous situation is me, like my double, who collapsed right after the fight."
"And for the record you never risked a fatal injury protecting your girlfriend and fellow survivors, you never took that piece or shrapnel. And you never lost 20% of your blood supply which could've killed you, if not for a medical doctor and the paramedics arriving. My body is spent tonight and I'm not in the mood for this, so just go ahead right now."
"We're surrounded by adults, just go ahead, you know you want to." he said waiting for it as he saw the look of angered psychosis in his eyes as he kept his eyes on him then. 'Don't try it kid, you even try it, and you're being sedated and I mean it.' Hanson said softly as he kept his eyes on him as he heard Alex egging him on then firmly.
'Yeah that's right, just lose your temper and attack me for a third time, I'm hurt and you're not the one suffering a future of saving your closest friends now. Come on you know you want to, I saw the enraged hate in your eyes earlier, just do it. And get it over with, come on do it.' Alex thought, watching him, waiting for him to make a move then.
Before Caine moved behind him to catch him if he collapsed a second time on them as Weine crossed his arms as he watched him carefully at that remark. 'Young man does the word reverse psychology mean anything to you right now. Because my cadet obviously knows this, you're surrounded by Cops, soldiers and paramedics, one false move.'
'And you seal your fate as the one who is under psyche for the rest of your life.' Caine thought as he exchanged looks with Weine, who nodded sternly. 'Prevention over cure is our one option, but the more injuries Alex takes in this situation. And the more chance the last could mean he's in the hospital for three months to heal right now from it.'
'Young man don't try it right now, you're surrounded and you're in enough trouble already with us at the moment here. His parents, their new gang, us and the trio, even Clear, we're all worried out of our minds, you don't have a scratch on you. But he's recovering from several injuries that the next could be the one that kills him right now.'
'Reverse psychology, good thinking, get him to lash out and we take him down anyway, he knows he attacks him again and we got just cause to arrest him anyway.' Weine thought as he got what he was doing as he saw him shaking in anger then. "Honey what are you doing exactly?" Clear whispered and he explained that to her and Lewton then.
"He knows that he makes one move to rush us or even attack me a third time, he blew his case, which is the same as a black ops trying to get themselves out of zipties. By cutting it, but in the process cut his arm across the same spot he did. When draining the drugs, which blows their case with the CMO and base psychiatrist at the moment."
"We're, if we were in the military, still cadets and the general, CMO and the base psychiatrist are testing him till he makes that choice. As that seals his fate as under scrutiny until the school term for college starts with him on drugs and drunk here. Weine's my future mentor, he's just waiting for him to lash out so he can arrest him."
"But he took a guess at my theory and seeing the alcohol was one piece of it and if I'm right he's showing every sign of speedballing with the caffeine pills. Though he is, he's showing every symptom of mixing caffeine with alcohol right now that there is." Alex told her and she nodded as Lewton pulled him closer to her as she said it to Carter.
"Or just speed, but if he did, that could do a lot of damage, which explains his behavior right now, but if he was addicted that explains it right now. As trying to go cold turkey is having him suffer mood swings and violent behavior. Though that theory is true, then we got to get it out of his system before he goes." Weine said softly to her and she nodded.
"We already had that discussion boss, but frankly, he doesn't realize, or he's pretending not to right now, that he barely destroyed my life by one thing alone. He thinks I destroyed his life by this, but that's not the case, by one remark alone. He just destroyed or would have destroyed my life, but he's refusing to see this at the moment here."
"That if I never prevented them from leaving or reacted to his remark, it's over, but he's convinced himself he's innocent and I'm guilty. Survivor's guilt, that doesn't even begin to cover this, the anger at him is so bad, he pushes it now with me. And I'm too worn out for a fight, but junior cadet/agent, he doesn't realize that Clear and I out rank him."
"And I got the authority now to have him arrested, it's him, it was always him now, three deaths because of him and his damn temper. Let alone the class and the trio, my uncle, I hate him as much as the narrator hated the guys that attacked him. Before their leader died and he lost two of his friends, but that's this now, if I don't prevent it here."
"With Terri, Val and Billy, leaving only us and Carter left, before the final injury in my case, but a double whammy. But we both know what happens from stress, let alone the grieving process here now. You forget your own health and if this was in reverse, loss of weight is a big one now, that I take the shot for her, and get blown into the garage."
"But that's it, my body is spent, but I've reached the other stages I need time, before I can even think of actually being around him now." Alex told them and they nodded gently to that news. "We get it, it's alright, we understand, but I'm making that highly clear if this was in reverse right now, that he doesn't realize just who he ticked off right now."
"You spend enough time around us as it is that to us we see this the way his teacher would, if we found out the truth, through that book. As he realizes that you just threw him to the wolves as he gets taken from his parents. And is spending a few months in the system as he sees what's like to be taken away from his family, because of his temper."
"If they would just control this kid, he wouldn't be on the edge of being taken away from his parents until the year is over. He may say we can't do that, but he needs serious help right now, if what was written in his records was underlined in red ink. And all that says right now, is he's two steps away from needing to be committed for rehab and anger."
"But I can see he's as crazy as Dallas Winston is and enough we got to put him behind bars right now. Your body can't take this level of abuse repeatedly and frankly his atitude is wearing thin on my patience. Let alone his arguing with us at the current moment, but the fact he was possibly the ring leader in your near murder, but this at the moment."
"With us joining forces with the cops we just turned into the federal marshals for kids your age." Shreck said and he nodded as he looked between them as he answered him then. "He's right, I don't care who's fault this was, but seeing your side of the story that is enough to annoy me and I'm not budging." Weine said and he nodded to him then.
"Anyone want to test that debate with them they're used to this, but you, you're the more stern version of the cops, that he just pushed your patience. And a bit too far at the current moment right now, but either way I just threw him to the wolves. After I realized, he was the ring leader in their attempt to drug me right now at the current moment."
"And technically you are the wolves, he wants to continue biting the hand, wait till the hand bites back. Because we all had all we can take of this crap by this point, they want to go to war, then he's the one getting arrested as I'm in no condition for this. Though at the moment, you guys are not budging on the fact he's dangerous at the moment."
"With him acting like this you better start treating him as though he's still like a 10 year old who is not getting his way. But you, as our teachers, mentors or parents, still see us looking younger then our real age with us on the edge of finishing high school. Still your cubs, no matter how old we get, if you're in your early 40's and I mean both of you."
"In that, then in this case here, with his acting like this, we look, to you, no older then 11 or 12, and his attitude. That it matches that of a 4th or 5th grader throwing a temper tantrum here, then again. Nothing he says makes any difference and not with us under age, we maybe teenagers, but to you until we get out of training or high school here."
"And you're the ones in charge, but he wants to act like a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum, well then you guys are treating him like one starting now." Alex told him and he nodded as that matched his opinion. 'Yeah that's an understatement, and he is acting like 5 year old, but thanks for the tip, I'll do that son.' he thought as he heard it then firmly.
"You and Clear are our students, so as I said mess with you, our cubs, and they mess with us, but they want to piss me off and they're going about it the right way. Where you're concerned, you two, but this kid even makes one move. And I'm taking him down right now, but he needs a time out." he said and Alex hid a smile to the remark then.
"Medical time out as he was already on the edge of it, before you and the chief made that decision, but he tries to run. And you got a repeater of what happened between George's side of the team and Parker right now." Alex told him and he nodded. "Kid cool down right now, because you're close to a time out." Shreck said under his breath to this.
"Well fortunately you're not having this type of fight with me this is, to you, I'm not about to break orders, but trying to run. That just makes him look guilty right now, as does arguing about this, when you're not budging at the fact. That he comes with you guys either way, so cool it already." Alex said and he nodded as he crossed his arms at that.
"But whether or not he agrees with this, but arguing about it and trying to run, that just makes him look guilty at the moment. But a chase down in the middle of the night is dangerous enough, as you can't see where you're going. Though he tries that and I'm really going to be ticked I had to leave you." Weine said softly as they listened to this.
"I would consider this a questionsble sanity case as we already got plans for psyche being set up, but this crossed a line he can't take back right now. But the only friends he has are his quintet and the other kid you told me about. As he lost everyone he loves, but his decisions have him under our watch now." Shreck said sternly and Weine nodded to that.
"And he's under both our jurisdictions at the moment that frequent call ins and dragging him repeatedly is trying our patience at the moment. But them sticking around town for the first three and then it starts getting more dangerous after this right now. That if the house catches fire, you have to call us, that bottle explodes and you get hit by the glass."
"As covering your neck protects the carotid artery, but the blast hitting you below that and you dressed in dark clothing we won't see it untill you collapse on us." Ryan said under his breath and Weine nodded. "But Billy tells us he saw him running from behind the house, before we check the kitchen and find blood all over the floor right now."
"And nothing is saving him from an attempted murder charge and with it arson, as the explosion from the bottle hit you and we find a piece. And one the size of a steak knife or carving knife that has his fingerprints on it and your blood covering it. As this looks like he just tried to kill you and set the kitchen on fire to cover his tracks, to us right now."
"He's being arrested and whether or not he did it, we been in the run around for a week, but this time. It's we got him cornered after you saved the quartet, but got hurt in the fourth." he said and Alex nodded. "Yeah, but where being arrested by the cops are concerned they had to show they mean business, but with that attitude now."
"Make it clear, he's going with you either way, but try to fight it out and he's being cuffed as his temper at the moment with the trio. It has him close to being cuffed at the moment, but they give the stern father act in these cases everytime right now." he said and Weine nodded sternly to the news as he crossed his arms then firmly at that
"In my case this took a far more stern note as I'm still pissed at the fact he attacked you without provocation right now, but he lashes out, and I will. But you, young man, cool down." he said and Lewton tried to reason with the other boy. "Carter listen to me, at this rate if he never told us this, it's your reaction in there could have killed us anyway."
"Just look at this from our point of view right now, you were drinking, and then attack him for no damn reason after he said was leaving himself. Jumping to conclusions and you're trying to turn our scrutiny back over to him. You see this as we might think you were desperate to keep from getting arrested as you sound like O'neill's twin now."
"Who's trying to get out from under their scrutiny for attacking him twice in six months, and nothing you say makes any difference as to us you're dangerous. When you lose your temper at the moment, causing us to question your sanity. As this is turning into a serious psychosis at the moment now." she asked and he snapped at that remark then.
"So that's it, for the next seven months I'm stuck under scrutiny, nice work Browning, just destroy all our lives while you're at it." he snapped and Caine crossed his arms. "Hey I never drugged you earlier, nor did I say I was turning you into the coach. I did nothing for you to attack me, so you did the crime and you can do the time now, starting now."
"But I'm close to switching mentors, but they're locked into the country government, one is member of the military, the others part of country civil services department. But either way you never developed a bond that has them acting like you're their own cub. But as any criminal mastermind should know that to a mentor, mess with their student now."
"And you got their wrath as a result, but with your temper you wanted them to treat you fairly you should have controlled you temper. They're seeing you the way the cops and the faculty do at the moment, a troublemaker with a violent temper. But nothing you say makes a difference in their eyes, you're drunk and you're going either way right now."
"But you want to test my boss, our unit, and you're going about it the right way, right now." Alex said to him and Shreck nodded sternly. "Young man, you're going whether you want to or not right now, you know that we don't tolerate this. In what you just did, but try it and you're being arrested right now." the chief said to him sternly at that remark.
"Guys take the quartet to the hospital, now." he said and the secondary unit nodded. "The leader is the one that, in our case we're bringing in personally, but interrogations once they're all thinking straight at the moment. Before we got these guys under watch at the moment, so get ready." Shreck said sternly and they all nodded in agreement.
And Weine said it sternly to that. "You want to test me right now, young man, as your one action away right now. And from being arrested at the moment, but your attitude towards her at the moment now, that you're convinced he lost it. When you're the one who committed a felony here, just adds on to our theory of psychosis and with that."
"And that's exactly why you're coming with us, Carter, because we need to analyze this right now, but with your behavior. As, to you, the source to your problems is all pointed at Alex and not yourself right now, blame everyone but yourself, is that it. Don't think so young man, Alex never did a thing for you to attack him, you did this to yourself."
"That temper of yours wrecked your life, it's not his fault and you convinced yourself he is the reason you got arrested, but no, you did that all by yourself. By not staying sober and controlling your temper, young man, but that is a clear psychosis. And you would want to be out of our scrutiny, by painting him as the prime suspect at the moment right now."
"By provoking him, but seeing everything in the tape, I saw what I needed to see to know he was never the one that could have killed everyone. He read my direct thoughts correctly that I considered this to be related to drugs and alcohol. But I see just one change has this changing directions, his resisting your barb just proved him now."
"And in his innocence, I could see this as one false move, one remark can destroy lives and you nearly did just that. But looking at this from our point of view, before the explosion, we see you trying to provoke him. But in our eyes we see that provocation as a way to turn this around, get out from under the cops and your teachers scrutiny."
"If we never checked those tapes I might have seen it your way, if he never prevented Larry from leaving and delaying the flight. As you get off and he has his life destroyed as a result here, but no to both of those things in your case. He stopped it and and we catch you and your friends with the evidence in your pockets, the wallet and your carry ons."
"So tell me, if you never believed him, why get off the plane at all right now and why get up at the same time he did. If you thought it was some joke why rise to it and get up at the same time your teacher and peers did, huh, why?" he asked and Carter swallowed hard at that, as he realized his reaction pointed him as the prime suspect in their eyes.
"If you had a problem with each other right now, why did you react like that, it was like you, in our eyes, wanted to repair your friendship with him. Your peers of the six of you told us everything, and to us adults this is a clear psychosis now. Because you never wanted to get exposed and your jealousy at him pointed a severe jealousy of him."
"If you were not drinking or on drugs would you have still attacked him, and even when it never was focused on you at the time. But simply a case of trying to protect your fellow passengers and getting them off the plane?" he asked and Carter swallowed hard as he realized he was right as he went further at that as he removed the bottle from his coat.
"Whether or not you realized you weren't the reason, it's you attacked him without provocation, based on what he translated to us. Regarding his non spoken remark to you after you threatened him with your own remark. That's enough to have the finger pointed at you right now, when he's sober and you're reacting without thinking here right now."
"And instead of a near murder where you dump the alcohol, he got the canteen and gave it to us, so nothing you say to us is going to get you out of this. With the evidence all over your clothes and we have the canteen right now in this case. You think you still would have attacked him if you were thinking straight, but not us, but the security."
"Instead of him being seen as the prime suspect, you are, but whether or not you're speedballing is the next question. But instead of getting away with it, you get caught, instead of getting him to lose his temper, he resisted that barb thrown at him. Instead of justifying your threat with any type of response, Todd does everything for him now."
"And you get it by us finding this in your suitcase, like your police department, we never tolerated that type of fight either." Weine said as he showed him the tube of whiskey and he swallowed as he tried to say it quickly. "I didn't realize it wasn't about me." he said quickly and Lewton nodded and Weine crossed his arms then sternly as he watched him.
"It doesn't matter, it's done and now you been arrested at the fault of no one's actions, but your own, Alex never did anything. This was an unprovoked attack, an attack through no fault of anyone's actions, but your own. You did this to yourself, all Alex had to do was show up for it and you did the rest." Shreck said sternly and he tried to say it quickly.
"Carter you're going on 18, at that age, you know we had procedures put in to keep alcohol out of your hands till you were of age. You know the airlines never sell to minors, one reaction, that looks like a reaction to cross chemicals. Has us questioning your sanity out of a psychosis, looking like you want to sabotage him, having it appear now, that."
"To us, you want out of our viewpoint, our scrutiny by you getting him to say one sentence that has us eyeing him for what happened." Weine said sternly and he quickly said it. "And nothing you say can erase your actions on the plane, as one false step could kill hundred of lives at the moment." Murnau said sternly and he quickly said it then.
"But I never did anything!" Carter said and Shreck held up the bag. "Never did anything, as accident or not, you did the deed that could have killed everyone on the plane. As such right now, that's why we need to get a clear determination on this." he said and Carter swallowed hard as he tried again and Weine held up his hand at that remark.
