Chapter 18: Love Interests
Ash POV:
After an uneventful day of me and Serena hanging out, the next day has arrived, and Arceus said he forgot the timeline and the author totally didn't get lazy so today would be the last problem. So, he said something about romantic relationships, and I sighed. So, when I woke up, I was on the sleeping bag, instead of the bed, and Misty and Miette were on either side of me, and Calem was right there, with a sleeping Serena on his side. Luckily, Calem doesn't notice me, and I slip out of the door with a shirt. Then, I hear screaming coming from John's dorm, and I see John and a John look-a-like, except with longer hair. Seraphina had a boy Seraphina look-a-like, but didn't have extensions, and had green highlights instead. Remi had a look-a-like with shorter hair, and everyone else had an opposite gender look-a-like. John, Seraphina, Remi, Blyke, Arlo, and Elaine. Arlo and Elaine were fending off, Blyke and Remi were fending, and John and Seraphina were fending off. I slowly back out and run back to the dorm, where Serena is in the corner of the room, against the wall, with Calem stepping closer. I step in-between the two, and Calem frowns. "Who is this, Serena?!" Calem almost shouted, getting aggravated. "He is my boyfriend." Serena said. "What?!" Calem exclaimed, causing the two girls to wake up. "Ash?" Misty and Miette said. I back up into Serena, and I put my arms out. Calem summons a whip from Arceus knows where. "We're getting a divorce. I always hated your stupid abusive remarks and actions." Serena said, before he whipped my side, and Misty got a wooden mallet out. "You're not in the position to decide that." He said, smirking. I turn my aura on, before blasting the three back, as I quickly lead Serena out.
I make it back to John's dorm, and we grab the original people, and run, look-a-likes, Calem, Miette, and Misty following behind. We find a door, and we lock the door, revealing Cecile and Isen publishing a story about the recent events that have been happening. I use my Aura to summon a large rock, and put it in front of the door.
"Hey, we're not looking for a fight." Isen said, petrified, upon seeing some of the strongest kids in school barricade the door. "We're not." John said, before pounding on the door could be heard.
John, Arlo, Blyke, Remi and I turned on our abilities, while Elaine, Seraphina, and Serena backed up. I then widen my eyes, and smile. My eyes turn blue, like they usually do, and I remove the rock. They bust through, and I freeze the group, remembering that I had Narisa's ability. "Guys, the honor is yours. Once they are beaten up, I get an idea and put the rock back. I put my forehead to Sera's which to everyone's surprise, and Sera's before I get blasted through the wall.
"Guys, I just felt a rush of power." Seraphina said, as I dodged all the attacks from everyone elses. Then, Calem made it through the hole. I tackle him, and Sera freezes them all, but apparently, she didn't get her full power, because everyone turned back to normal after a few seconds. "Everybody take cover!" I shout, as John jumps on Seraphina, Blyke jumps on Remi, Arlo jumps on Elaine, and I call out Dragonite before running to Serena. "Use Explosion!" I shout. Then, my eyes blurred as I kissed Serena for one last time.
Surprisingly, most of us were fine. All of us sustained a few injuries, except for the school, which had pillars in the corners, and the rest was the summer breeze coming into the room. I send a health shockwave, and I use my powers to rebuild the school in a span of 30 minutes. In that time, Keene was informed of what happened, and the school was fixed. We then talk, and decide what's best. And that's to storm EMBER.
