Hiccup, Anna, Kristoff, and Sven are all walking to where Kristoff's friends apparently are at while Olaf is laying down on Sven's back, and Anna is looking at all her surroundings, feeling the area is familiar.
"Look, Sven, the sky's awake." Olaf said while looking into the air.
As theyre walking, Hiccup soon felt another wave of cold go through him, and wrapped his arms around himself, trying to keep warm. He tired to heat himself up with his fire, but they don't seem to be working as well. In fact, they're barely working.
"Are you cold?" Anna asked.
"A little." Hiccup answered. "My powers usually help keep me warm, but they don't seem to be working as well as they used to."
Anna wrapped her arms around Hiccup, trying to help him stay warm.
Kristoff soon spotted a few small geysers they coming up to. "Come here." Kristoff said, walking to the geysers and Hiccup and Anna soon followed.
Hiccup, Anna, and Kristoff got to the geysers, and they can feel the heat.
"That feels good." Hiccup commented, feeling warmth flowing through his veins.
"So, uh, about my friends. Well... I say 'Friends'...they're more like family. Anyway, when I was a kid, it was just me and Sven. Until they, you know, kinda took us in." Kristoff said as they started walking again.
"They did?" Anna asked.
"Yeah." Kristoff answered. "I don't want to scare you two. They can be a little inappropriate and load. Very loud. They are also stubborn at times. And a little overbearing. And heavy. Really, really, heavy. But you two will get it. They mean well." Kristoff explained.
"Kristoff, they sound wonderful." Anna said, stoping him from rambling.
"Can't be worst than my families." Hiccup states, knowing nothing can be worse than dragons.
"Okay, then. Meet my Family." Kristoff said to an open area of rocks and started talking to the said rocks.
Hiccup started to think this guy is insane, along with Olaf, while Anna looked around the area.
"They're...rocks, right?" Hiccup asks, confused as to what is happening.
"Yeah, they're rocks." Anna confirms for him.
"He's crazy." Olaf whispers to them as Kristoff keeps talking to the rocks. "I'll distract him while you run." He tells them the plan and goes happily to the rocks.
"Hi, Sven's family! It's nice to meet you." Olaf says while petting the rocks. "Because I love you guys, I insist that you run." He whispers to them. "I understand you're love experts!" He goes back to happily speaking. "Why aren't you running?" Olaf asks, seeing they're not leaving.
"If you guys are going to waste my time, then I'm going to head back home." Hiccup said turning around and started walking away.
"Hiccup, wait." Kristoff said when the rocks in the area started rumbling, causing everyone to stopped what they're doing, and looked to see the rocks rolling towards Anna, Kristoff, and Sven.
"Guys?" Hiccup questioned as two rocks rolled past him.
Olaf ran after a rock, and started getting excited.
When the rocks got to Kristoff and Sven they transformed into Trolls.
"Kristoff's home!" A Troll cheered.
Hiccup looked surprised as he didn't know the rocks in this area are actually Trolls.
"Kristoff's home!" Olaf cheered then had a confused look on his face. "Wait, 'Kristoff'?"
"Uh-huh." A Troll answered.
"Ah, let me look at you." Troll said as Kristoff got down on his knee.
"Take off your clothes, I wash them." Another Troll said about to grab Kristoff's pants, but Kristoff stopped her.
"No. No, I'm going to keep my clothes on." Kristoff said. "Look, it's great to see you all, but where's Granpabbie?"
"He's napping." A Troll Kid answered. "But look, I grew a mushroom." He showed the mushroom on her back.
"I earned my fire crystal." Troll Kid said holding up a red crystal.
"I passed a kidney stone." Elder Troll said holding up a small white rock.
"The dozens of trolls looked at the two of them and blinked, they then erupted into cheers.
"He's brought visitors!" The female troll exclaimed.
The trolls grabbed Hiccup and Anna, rolling them across the crowd and to the center.
"Whoa, ah ow!" Hiccup rubbed his head as he got up from being tossed onto the ground.
"What's going on?" Anna asked Kristoph who grabbed her before his family could throw her.
"I've learnt to just roll with it." Kristoph said, putting her on the ground as Hiccup got to his feet.
"Let me see, bright eyes, working nose, strong teeth. Yes, yes, she'll do nicely for our Kristoph." A female troll said hugging the Princess tightly.
"Wait, no you have the wrong idea, that's not why I brought her here." Kristoff told his mother.
"I'm not we're not, heh?" Anna looked at Kristoph.
"What's the issue, dear?" The troll asks Anna. "Why are you holding back from such a man? Is it the clumpy way he walks?" She asks while singing.
"What?" Kristoff questions.
"Or grumpy way he talks?" Another asks and starts singing as well.
"Or the pear-shaped, square-shaped weirdness of his feet?" Another comes in while holding Kristoff's foot.
"Hey!" Kristoff said, shaking her off.
"And though we know he washes well-he always ends up sort of smelly. But you'll never meet a fellow who's as sensitive and sweet!" Another group starts singing.
"That's nice, but..." Anna was trying to explain but they interrupt her with more singing and dragging Kristoff off.
"So, he's a bit of a fixer-upper, so he's got a few flaws. Like his peculiar brain dear, his thing with the reindeer. That's a little outside of nature's laws!" The children start singing and keep playing with Sven and Olaf.
"This isn't about me!" Kristoff tries explaining.
"So, he's a bit of a fixer-upper, but this we're certain of. You can fix this fixer-upper up with a little bit of love!" The trolls say and push Kristoff back towards Anna.
"Can we please just stop talking about this? We've got a real, actual problem here!" Kristoff keeps trying to explain.
"I'll say!" The female troll states. "So tell me, dear. Is it the way that he runs scared?"
"Or that he's socially impaired?" Another asks as a child troll comes up and Kristoff catches him.
"Or that he only likes to tinkle in the woods?" The child troll asks.
"That was something I didn't need to know." Hiccup comments as Kristoff drops him.
"Are you holding back your fondness due to his unmanly blondness?" An elderly troll asks Anna and pushes Kristoff onto more trolls.
"Or the way he covers up that he's the honest goods?" They ask before rolling up into a shape of a heart.
"He's just a bit of a fixer-upper, he's got a couple of bugs."
"No, I don't!" Kristoff defends while scratching his head.
"His isolation is confirmation of his desperation for human hugs." They keep singing while hugging Kristoff.
"So he's a bit of a fixer-upper, but we know what to do." They keep singing and rope up Kristoff, Hiccup and Anna. "The way to fix up this fixer-upper is to fix him up with you!"
As everyone is dancing while the Trolls are trying to point something out, Anna started to hear something.
"Wait!" Anna shouted, making everyone stop and look at her, wondering what's up. "What's that sound?"
Hiccup listens and knows that screech from anywhere.
The loud roar grew threw the air, making everyone look to a black jet dragon flew down from high and flew around the woods before landing next to the group.
Toothless flew down and looked defensively around the area and screeches to scare off enemies.
"Toothless!" Hiccup cheered and hugged his brother who licked Hiccup, happy he's okay and immediately calmed down. "Guys, meet Toothless, a Night Fury, and my Brother." He introduced him to Anna, Olaf and Kristoff.
"He's cute." Anna commented, stepping closer to Toothless and pet behind his ear, making him growl softly a bit and soon purred.
"He appreciates your compliment." Hiccup translated to her before falling to the ground as another wave of pain flew through him, which soon caused a ton of Fireworms to come out of nowhere and land all over Hiccup, trying to keep him warm.
"Hiccup!" Anna shouted as she and Kristoff ran to Hiccup as the Trolls started questioning about Hiccup's condition.
Anna and Kristoff helped Hiccup up, along with being carful with the Fireworms as Toothless helps him stand up.
"He's as cold as ice." Anna commented.
As everyone is worried about Hiccup, Grandpabbie soon came rolling towards the group as a rock and climbed a rock to reach their height.
"There is strange magic here." Grandpabbie said, transforming into his Troll form.
"Grandpabbie." Kristoff sighed in relief.
"Come, come. Bring him here to me." Grandpabbie told them as Anna, Toothless and Kristoff brought Hiccup a little closer to Grandpabbie, and he grabbed ahold of Hiccup's hands. "Oh, Hiccup, Prince of Dragons, your life is in danger. There is ice in your heart put there by Elsa, which is causing the fire in your heart to die." He told them before removing his hands from Hiccup's.
"I figured...I can feel my fire getting weaker by the minute." Hiccup commented.
"If the ice is not removed, and fire not restore, to solid ice will you freeze, forever." Grandpabbie said.
"What?" Hiccup questioned.
Anna couldn't believe what is happing to Hiccup right now.
He finally came back to Arendelle after all the years, where her, Elsa, and Hiccup were starting to rebuild there friendship, along with making new memories. But then she accidentally caused Elsa to run away, and accidentally put ice in Hiccup's heart, which is now slowly killing him.
"But you can remove it, right?" Anna asked, having a little bit of hope.
"I cannot." Grandpabbie answered. "I'm sorry, Anna. If it was his head, that would be easy. But only an act of true love can thaw a frozen heart."
"An act of True Love?" Hiccup questioned.
"A True Love's kiss, perhaps?" A Troll offered before she kissed another Troll, along with a few other Trolls doing the same.
"I never experience true love before. My only chance for survival is to head back to my home, where my dragons can take care of me." Hiccup said, trying to stand up to get to Toothless.
"Your dragons will only be able to slow down the process, but they won't be able to stop what's happening to you." Gandpabbie warned him.
"No. You're wrong, Hiccup. You have experience true love before. Elsa." Anna told him as she's wasn't going to let Hiccup do this to himself. "I know Elsa loves you, and she would never hurt you."
"If that is true, then Elsa is your only hope." Grandpabbie said.
Hiccup started thinking about his life, and soon made his choice when another wave of pain flow through him, and more of his hair turned white and he dropped onto Toothless. "Alright, Anna. We'll try it your way." He said, believing Anna. It's just he never thought Elsa could love someone like him.
Anna grew a big smile on her lips, as her sister will have her True Love's kiss.
"But I can't go back up the North Mountain, the temperature up there will kill me before I could reach Elsa." Hiccup pointed out about their situation.
"Then you need to head back to the castle. It's still the warmest place in the kingdom." Anna replied.
"Sven and I will get Hiccup back to the Castle." Kristoff volunteered.
"Then Olaf and I will go get Elsa." Anna agreed.
"Take Toothless with you, Anna. You'll get there faster." Hiccup offered.
Anna looked at the Dragon a little worried, as she's not too comfortable about riding a Dragon by herself.
"Okay." Anna said, smiling nervously.
"Sven." Kristoff called out as Sven walked up to them and Kristoff helped Hiccup get on the reindeer before getting on himself.
Sven started running towards the castle as the Smothering Smokebreaths soon came out of nowhere as they also felt Hiccup's pain, and were right behind them to keep them safe from any danger so they can get back to town safely.
Anna took a deep breath before looking at the Night Fury, who is looking at her with a gummy smile to try to help make her feel more comfortable.
Toothless doesn't know if he trusts Anna completely, but knows if Hiccup trust her, she is trustworthy enough.
Anna took another deep breath. "You can do this, Anna. For your sister, and your best friend." She encouraged herself.
Anna walked up to Toothless, as she's starting her mission and Toothless bent down for her to climb on.
"Olaf, come on." Anna said, getting on the dragon's back and getting comfortable in the saddle on his back.
"I'm coming!" Olaf shouted, running towards them.
Olaf got to them, and got on Toothless himself.
"Anna." Grandpabbie called out, causing Anna to look at him. "If the fire dies in Hiccup's heart, then he will die. And the Dragons won't be able to save him."
"So Hiccup can die two ways; turning to ice, or the fire being put out for good." Anna clarifies.
"Indeed." Grandpabbie confirmed her fears.
"Then we can't waist time!" Olaf said with encouragement believing they can pull it off.
"You're right, Olaf." Anna said before looking at Toothless. "Let's go." She said to the dragon and they got air born, and started flying towards the North Mountain.
Toothless went to full speed to get there quicker as Anna is screaming in fear whilst Olaf cheers at the speed the dragon is going at.
