Epilogue - Two Years Later

"Potter! I realize that this situation is a bit new for the both of us, but your greatest strength is working under pressure. Now get your ass over here and floo us to St. Mungo's! NOW."

Draco was standing in the fireplace of Malfoy Manor with one hand on his back and the other across his enlarged stomach. Today was the day they would meet their first child.

It was true they were both shocked to find out that Draco was pregnant. But apparently wizards could actually become pregnant if both magical cores were strong enough, and because of their soul bond their chances had been increased even more. Lucius and Narcissa were overjoyed that they would have a blood heir and couldn't wait to meet their grandchild.

Harry and Draco had opted not to find out the sex of the child, but they chose names for each. Scorpius Hyperion Potter-Malfoy if it was a boy, and Cassiopeia Aquila Potter-Malfoy if it was a girl.

"I'm sorry! I just wanted to make sure we had everything. We've got the outfit for when she comes home, bottles, formula, swaddling blankets, mittens because I guess newborn babies scratch themselves a lot. Oh! And diapers! Can NOT forget the diapers."

"POTTER!"

"Alright, alright, I'm ready! Let's go."

He stepped into the fireplace next to his husband with the stocked diaper bag around his shoulder and grabbed a handful of the black powder.

"And it's Potter-Malfoy now my love." He said with a smile.

Draco smiled briefly but then flared his nostrils and growled in return. Harry choked down a laugh, fearing he might actually be hexed if he let it out. He knew his beloved husband had three weaknesses. One of them was hearing Harry's last name as Potter-Malfoy. It never failed to make him smile.

Draco was shocked when he learned that Harry would be taking his last name but it made his heart melt knowing that Harry was unashamed and openly willing to be called a Malfoy.

"St. Mungo's maternity ward!" He shouted and the green flames engulfed them as they disappeared.

They landed in the fireplace of the waiting room in the maternity ward. Narcissa, Lucius, Ron and Hermione were already there.

"How… did you guys… know?" Draco asked through labored breaths.

"Harry sent us all a patronus dear. We've already informed the healers and your room is ready, let's go." Said Narcissa to her son.

Harry took Draco's arm on one side while Narcissa took the other and they both helped Draco down the hall to room seven. When they arrived they sat a very uncomfortable Draco down onto the bed and sent a small red spark out the door.

Several healers came rushing in and shoved Harry and Narcissa to the side.

"Mr. Malfoy, how far apart are your contractions?"

"Oh I don't know, like- Ah! NOOOOWW!!" He screamed as another contraction tore through his body.

"Oh! Alright we're going to get you down to surgery right away."

"Wait what? Surgery?" Asked Draco.

"Well yes dear boy, Magic is quite amazing however, you can't deliver a baby through your penis. You will be having a cesarean section."

"Oh right, of course."

"Mr. Potter-Malfoy, only one person is allowed in the room, will it be you?"

Harry dropped the diaper bag onto one of the chairs and nodded his head yes.

"Good, follow me."

The healers had given Draco a wheelchair and were quickly walking to the surgery room just down the hall.

"It's really a quick procedure provided everything goes as planned. We've already cast the numbing spell over the lower half of your body, so you won't feel any pain, but you will be awake for it. We make an incision right above your pelvis, and then another incision in the womb. After that we can carefully remove the baby and suction out the amniotic fluid. Once the baby's lungs are clear of any mucus and we are sure they're breathing, we will clamp the umbilical cord and either one of you can choose to cut it or we can cut it for you. Then we just have to take out the placenta and heal your wound. Thanks to magic it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes total for the entire procedure."

Harry and Draco simply nodded in response. Both men were a nervous wreck.

Once they arrived in the operating room a cleansing charm was cast on everyone there. The healers laid Draco down on the table and placed the barrier up so he wouldn't see himself being cut open.

"Harry, I'm scared." He said looking up into the green eyes he'd fallen in love more than a decade ago.

"I know Draco, I'm here. You're going to be fine. It'll be over in no time and we'll soon be holding our little girl."

"Why are you so sure it's a girl?"

"I'm not, it's just a hunch." Harry replied with a smile. He gave Draco a peck on the lips and then one more on his forehead as the healers announced they were ready to make the first incision.

Draco nodded and clutched his husband's hand tightly as he tried to steady his breathing. Harry spoke soothing words to him during the entire procedure and stroked his hair in a calming fashion.

Finally, what felt like hours later they heard the soft cries of their newborn baby. Draco's eyes shot open and he raised his head the little bit that he could but he couldn't see anything.

"Is she alright?" He asked.

"Yes dear. He is just fine. Congratulations you two, you are now the proud parents of a healthy baby boy."

Harry and Draco smiled at one another.

"Oh look, Potter. You were finally wrong about something." Draco teased.

"I would much rather be wrong about this than any other thing I've ever been right about in my life."

The healer placed the screaming baby boy onto Draco's chest.

Suddenly, it was as if someone took all the air out of their bodies. He was breathtakingly beautiful. The little baby boy had the beginning of bright light blonde hair with skin as pale as Draco, but his eyes were the deepest emerald green either of them had ever seen. Both men had tears streaming down their face as they smiled down at the little bundle of joy curled against Draco's chest.

"Welcome to the world Scorpius. You are loved more than you'll ever know." Whispered Harry.

Draco simply smiled over to his husband as the barrier was taken down. The healers had made quick work of his incisions and were done in no time.

"He has your eyes Harry." Draco said lovingly.

"And your hair." Said Harry.

"Thank Merlin for that, your hair is dreadful Potter."

"Potter-Malfoy." Harry smiled and kissed the top of Scorpius' head.

Draco's mouth betrayed him once again as he smiled when he heard those words.

He would seriously never get tired of hearing his one true love being called Harry Potter-Malfoy.
