Fish-Man Karate is mastery of the water in the user's direct vicinity, using its power to send powerful waves impacting the water within the opponent's body. Because every creature has a high percentage of water in their body, the users of Fish-Man Karate are able to battle opponents that are usually highly resistant (if not immune) against blows and punches.
Fish-Man Karate can be used effectively on land by utilizing the water in the atmosphere and make use of it to attack.
Fish-Man Jujutsu is another martial art that is practiced by the Fish-Man race, seemingly alongside Fish-Man Karate. It is an underwater style that revolves around manipulating the water around them as if it were a tangible material.
This is a powerful art that only talented and strongest Fishman or humans can learn. Tobirama Senju was one of the humans that had mastered this art and controlled water as easily as breathing.
But the problem with this art is that it weakens in extremely hot areas, space and doesn't work against demons since their bodies don't have any water but pure demonic energy.
Also doesn't work on undead like Skeletons or Lich's and other kinds.
Naruto listened to the explanation after having been locked inside for three days and stood inside the dojo with Shirahoshi beside him since she wanted to train as well.
The feeling of being useless and powerless led to her resolve but only time can tell if she can keep it up.
"Did you understand or do you want me to repeat?" The person standing in front of them asked and the couple couldn't look away from him as he was the Water Dragon King that ruled the other half of this ocean and commanded the other species unlike Neptune who ruled over humanoid species
Mercphobia's appearance was similar to that of a sea serpent, with a scaly underside, large wings, and a long, pointed nose. He bore a tribal-like design on his face while maintaining his two horns. Mercphobia was enormous even for a dragon and was also known as the Abyss of the Deep or Leviathan.
In his human form, Mercphobia appeared as a young man with shoulder-length black hair, two long horns, and a facial tattoo over his right eye. He donned a dark coat over a long shirt, accompanied by loose pants tucked into pirate boots. His accessories included a necklace with three circular ornaments and black gloves that only partially cover his palm.
Even though he was dragon and most expected him to be greedy and destructive, Mercphobia was a gentle king that loved his subjects and did everything in his power to keep the safe and happy.
He did have the destructive instincts but he managed them properly instead of throwing around his weight to catch the wrong attention.
In the old days he had destroyed many cities and devoured humans but learned from his defeat by the hand of one of the warriors of old and being saved by a weak species.
It had taught him humility and slowly he changed for the better shedding of his arrogance unlike most dragons that ended up getting slaughtered on the main land when the clan wars were going on.
He was here for the wedding of Shirahoshi and to see his friend Neptune without much trouble since his son had ascended the throne few years ago and he was just there to advise him on the side and help him learn on the job.
His entourage wasn't that big but the gifts he had brought were luxurious beyond Naruto's imagination as a whole giant room had been filled by the things the man had brought for them.
He had gifted them with clothes, armors, weapons, gold and other jewels, precious riding monsters and other magical artifacts but the most precious had been the dragon blood gifted to Naruto.
Mercphobia had used his precious blood that contained his actual life force and mixed it with Naruto's blood giving him a boost in stats, further awakening his Otsutsuki blood as a response to the intruder.
He could now transform without using jutsu and cover his body in dragon scales along with not needing to breath anymore, which was weird according to Mercphobia since it was supposed to be that he was allowed to breath inside the water.
The Otsutsuki genes slightly awakening caused him to not to breathe anymore along with the appearance of slight bumps on his head that they thought were because of the dragon blood.
His physical stats were boosted and now he had natural armor from the scales but he had to grow them slowly since they need time and investment to become stronger.
There was also the natural increase in resistance to magic, jutsu and whatnot from the dragon blood and the Otsutsuki partial awakening. If it had fully awakened Naruto would become immune to every jutsu and magic of this lower world as his energy would cancel it out.
Shirahoshi didn't get the blood since Neptune's blood was already a strong blood line of the sea and it would clash with the dragon blood causing her to die from the imbalance.
Instead, he decided to train them for the month since he was staying along with his daughter Ariel who had disappeared with Sai.
Naruto was looking forward to the adventures of his friend but focused on the training and his wife.
"I got the gist." Naruto nodded to his question looked at his golden serpent eyes
"I understand Uncle." Shirahoshi wore the White Gi along with a white belt to honor the arts and the same went for Naruto
He didn't mind since Ninja fought in all kinds of clothes, there was no weakness for them and the uniform they wore for optimization.
"Good, now I will show you a simple example of the basics and you will then repeat it until you can master it." Mercphobia smiled as he spoke and took a stance facing a boulder before punching towards it
Both of them saw the boulder crumble into dust and saw the water move as a wave towards the boulder without using magic.
It was pure elemental control and wasn't enforced by magic.
This was the natural ability of some magical beings and the Shinobi were still researching it to move forward it power.
"Did you see?"
Both of them nodded
"Good, now I will use it on both of you." Merc said as he turned towards them and both of them were unable to react as force shook their organs causing them to cough up blood
He had gone easy on them but the insides weren't easy to train.
"I hope you got the feel for it as we will have to repeat the process again or you will take too long to finish the training." Merc healed them with water magic and let the duo meditate on his actions
Naruto didn't care about the pain but he noticed that it was harsh on Shirahoshi since this was her first time training and pain wasn't something that a normal person got used to instantly.
"Shi, I am here with you. Don't focus on the pain and let it go as this pain is temporary but the pain of regret is eternal." Naruto advised Shirahoshi to help her focus as she had shared her difficulties with him so he had to do his part to pull her up when she was down
"Thanks, I will do my best."
Merc smiled at their interactions reminding him of old days with his wives. Now there was only one that also acted as his secretary and was the mother of the current King.

My desire to write is getting killed by you guys. This is the second longest story i have written and thought maybe when it gets 40 chapters it will get people to comment and review but sadly it didn't happen.
My disappointment is immeasurable and i will just stop posting from this chapter. I really don't like writing for a silent crowd as i share to hear what others think.
I will just keep the story to myself and continue writing without sharing to keep my enthusiasm from dying as i like the story and want to finish it properly.
