Paris was beautiful. It always was, ever since she was a child, Hermione was always surprised by how much she loved this city but being there with Tony made everything a little brighter and a little more...romantic. The shops they visited of course catered to his every need and the lovely French women all flirted with him, but he had eyes for no one other than her. New Years Eve found them standing on a bridge watching over the land before them, where there were couples hugging, kissing and laughing. Everyone, it seemed, was in a world all their own and that included Tony and Hermione, but she couldn't get Luna and Jarvis out of her head. Why couldn't he see that they could have a perfectly normal relationship and adopt or find donor sperm. It was bothering her greatly, she wanted all of her friends to be as happy as she was.
"Why can't Jarvis just be happy with being with Luna?" Hermione asked Tony as they watched the big digital clock count down the half-hour they had left to wait until the new year.
"He doesn't want some random sperm making a child for him and Luna" Tony answered, he cut his eyes to the side to look at her "What?" He shrugged "I was curious"
"Then how does he think they should have a child?" Hermione asked, she was annoyed with the damn Android.
"He...well, he wants to choose the person" Tony answered, his face turning slightly red.
"And who does he want?" Hermione raised a brow and he sighed.
"Someone smart with a great personality and sense of humor" Tony answered, this was not how he saw the night going and it was making him anxious because he didn't want the plans to be ruined with a fight.
"Are you talking about yourself?" She asked, thinking about the fact that if they were both okay with this then he'd have two kids with two women, and she would be (not officially) a sister-wife with her best friend.
"Not entirely" Tony watched the clock get to 11:40pm and knew he had to speak fast so he could set the mood and timing properly "He wants Loki" Her eyes widened comically "He enjoys his attitude, sense of humor, brains...thinks that he would produce a great child with Luna" Hermione snorted a little "He'll settle for me though I'm not his first choice" He looked a little hurt with that admission "Or possibly Thor, but Loki is the one he wants"
"Interesting" Hermione said, she looked back at the clock. 11:50pm.
"Hermione" Tony called her attention to him "I love you...I've been in-love with you since I first saw you. It had nothing to do with your magic, though it is awesome, but you are smart and driven and passionate about everything. I've always considered myself a playboy, a man who had a different woman every weekend and would never settle down, but you've changed that in me"
"Tony, I..." She started and gasped when he pulled a box out of his pocket and got on one knee "Oh god..."
"Hermione Granger" Tony said, there was chanting from all around them 'ten, nine, eight, seven' "I love you" 'Six, five, four' Will you marry me?" 'Three, two'
"Yes" Hermione answered breathlessly 'One' the noise overtook her squeal of happiness when he stood back up and hugged her tightly, swinging her around. The sky was lit up with fireworks but Hermione only saw him and joy that sparkled in his eyes.

Luna sat on the couch in George's apartment with a cup of tea in her shaking hands. Her big, light blue eyes were overflowing with tears and she had long since gone silent. She hadn't told them all of what was wrong just that she had a fight with her robotic boyfriend (the mere thought made Loki want to laugh) and needed a place to lay low for a while knowing that no one would look for her there. George and Loki were standing in the middle of their shared bedroom whispering back and forth furiously about whether she could stay or not. Unsurprisingly, George was all for it, but Loki was not, he claimed that it would bring unwanted guests into their relationship.
"Come on, baby" George pouted and looked at his feet "It's just a few nights..."
"My brother will be here at the first hint that she is here" Loki answered "Then he will drag me off to god only knows where"
"Over my dead body" George said darkly "And if he does get by me there is my entire family he'd have to go through and that includes Harry and Hermione" He thought for a moment "Plus, it would annoy Astoria"
"Why?" Loki asked, looking confused. He had no idea why the vain and beautiful ex-wife of Draco Malfoy and current girlfriend of his brother would care.
"She's my second cousin" George answered "We're not as close as would be nice but when it comes to matters like these, you'll find that pureblooded families will come together...think he'd like that?" When Loki continued to just stare at him, he shrugged "Shit, Draco's an annoying self-loving git but when some Durmstrang students were roughing him up a little bit in his fourth year Fred and I roughed them up quite a bit in his defense and though I hated Lucius Malfoy, I will be going to his funeral"
"But..." Loki started but stopped when he realized that it was fighting a losing battle "Fine"
"Oh good" George kissed him "I really didn't want to pull out the whole 'it's my apartment' bullshit and fight with you" He grinned at him "We both know how that goes, you get mad, stomp around, whine, threaten you kill me and then later in bed you want a blow job and then what happens, hmm?" Loki glared at him "I say no, you're not allowed to get yourself off and you go to bed without any sexual gratification at all...that's too much work, isn't it?" Loki bared his teeth at his dominant, redheaded lover and watched him walk off with a small chuckle.
"God damn it" Loki muttered, sounding out each word like he'd never spoken them before "When did I become a submissive?" He looked into the living room and watched George pull the blonde into his well-muscled arms and groaned to himself "Oh yeah...I remember when" He watched the other man stand with Luna and lead her into the kitchen, likely to start making dinner "Oh shit, I think I'm falling in-love"

Hermione and Tony got back to a madhouse. The apartment was in a total state of disarray, Jarvis was pacing, Steve was talking to Harry who was writing everything down and Bruce and Natasha were sitting on the couch completely lost in the mess that was going on. Hermione ran in and searched for someone to tell her what the hell was going on, but everyone was lost in thier own world trying to remember stuff or give the Auror's something to work with.
"What is going on!" Hermione snarled at Bruce.
"It's Luna" He finally answered "They had an explosive fight after you left, she cursed him, he started to malfunction and then she left. It took me almost four hours to get him to be able to reboot and back to normal by then...I don't know where she is"
"Why didn't you contact me?" Tony hissed, he walked over to Jarvis was looking out the window and started looking him over and firing off questions at him one by one.
"I knew that you proposing to Hermione, I didn't want to bother you" Bruce answered, he looked over at the witch "How'd that go, by the way?"
"I've accepted" Hermione answered with a small smile "Okay, I have to think"
"Please do, Hermione" Harry said "I've had teams out for hours and no one has seen hide nor hair of Luna"
"Are you pressing charges?" She asked.
"No" Harry said "They just want to find her, it's been nearly twelve hours"
Hermione walked around the apartment going through everything that she knew about the other witch before she turned and walked out the door. Hermione knew that running and hiding from a problem was not Luna's style so that made her wonder if maybe she didn't realize that her spell had done something to Jarvis. Maybe the Auror's were looking too hard and giving her entirely too much credit in her hiding abilities, maybe Luna was merely at a friends house. It would have to be a friend that no one would ever assume she would go, because she was likely not in the mood for visitors, but a friend none the less. She stopped outside George's apartment and knocked on the door, waited and then knocked again, hearing Loki bitching as he swung it open.
"What?!" He snapped, his eyes only softening a little when he saw her.
"Where's Luna?" Hermione asked "I need to speak with her" He didn't say anything, just moved aside to let her pass. She found her friend sitting on the couch with George laughing at something he was saying, her big eyes focused on Hermione who was walking closer slowly.
"Hermione" Luna said, but her friend frowned.
"You hurt Jarvis" Hermione said "It took Bruce four hours to get him to reboot" Luna's hand covered her mouth "Jarvis is very worried about you, they have the Auror's out there looking for you"
"Am I in trouble?" Luna whispered, worry coloring her face a bit red.
"No" Hermione answered "But everyone's real worried about you, what happened?"
"Jarvis told me I should..." She wiped a tear away, Hermione looked from George to Loki but neither man looked ready or willing to leave now that the story was coming out "He said I should be with Loki...have a baby with him instead"
"I think that was a bit of a misunderstanding" Hermione said, Luna opened her mouth to argue but the brunette shook her head lightly "Jarvis wants Loki to donate...to...get you pregnant so you can have a baby with Jarvis but it would biologically be Loki's baby" Loki looked horrified "He thinks it would be very smart, beautiful, clever, driven...I think it would be a pain in the ass, but Jarvis isn't afraid of having a kid with you, he's just selective on who it is you have the kid with"
"Oh" Luna looked surprised, a little startled but highly interested in the thought of a child that would be the mixture of her and Loki "I need to talk to Jarvis"
