A/N: So, this chapter brings in another fandom because my muse wouldn't let me take it out after the people kept jumping into the chapter… lol… Unlike I did with Stargate SG-1 and not having aliens in this story the newest fandom won't let make things All Human so sorry about that… LOL… While you don't really need to know the other show or follow it if you have any questions feel free to ask questions… I will NOT really be following the timeline or episodes of Teen Wolf, but I will be picking and choosing things to maybe add in even if they are out of order of the actual TV show… Technically in the timeline of TW it would be future because Stiles is part of the FBI… Onto the chapter!

Dave looked at Spencer and murmured. "You need to calm down."

Spencer frowned and said "I am tired of the way they're acting. They need to do their jobs and quit acting like they are entitled."

Dave snorted. "They tend to act like they're five years old and when they don't get their way they throw a tantrum. You would think with them being federal agents that they would know how to act especially when working with other agencies. What were they talking about to themselves earlier about Tony keeping secrets from them and doing undercover work that even the Director of NCIS doesn't know about?"

Spencer laughed. "Tony was correct when he told me that they didn't pull their own weight. When they have to do their jobs, they don't know what to do because they never listen to what they're told. I really don't get how they still have a job. Actually, if I had to take a guess they still have a job because the Director of NCIS turns a blind eye to the stuff they pull. Tony, Charlie, and I work on a taskforce together that not many people know about unless they are read in because of the clearance needed for it. Jenny Shepard is pissed because she doesn't have the clearance to know what kind of taskforce Tony is on and she is about to have some people come down on her that she has only ever heard of because of their reputation."

Dave looked at Spencer with narrowed eyes and then his mouth dropped open in surprise as he realized just what taskforce Spencer had to be talking about. After all there was only one that he knew about that was classified out the wazoo. He shook his head and snorted after he sorted his thoughts into some semblance of order. "Does Aaron know what you get up to when you get called away, Reid? I don't want him to be blindsided by the fact that you are on a taskforce if it ever becomes public knowledge. You and I both know that he is protective of his team, but he is even more protective of you than everyone else."

Spencer chuckled even as he blushed. He knew that Hotch tended to be more protective of him than the others. He had NEVER got the courage up to ask him why, but he planned on asking just that once the case they were on was finished. He only hoped and prayed that he got the answer that he so desperately wanted. "I made sure that Hotch was read in once he became the Unit Chief of our team because I didn't feel comfortable keeping such a big secret from him. I wanted him to know everything because there are times that I have had to leave in the middle of a case we had because a case that the taskforce was working on heated up and needed all hands on deck. I'm pretty sure that the reason Tony wanted to go to the FBI office today is because he has started suspecting that the case we are working on here is going to end up bringing the rest of the people on the taskforce to Los Angeles. If the rest of the taskforce ends up here Ziva David and Tim McGee aren't going to know what has hit them because nobody on the taskforce will stand for the way they act or the way that they both treat Tony.

He sighed in frustration because his anger was building instead of going away. "They both think that they are above the law and it pisses me off beyond belief. They refuse to see what is right in front of their faces because they know that Tony is better than them and will ALWAYS be better than them. They don't like having to listen to him because when they have to it makes them mad that they have to accept that he better at the job they do than they are. Tony was made Senior Field Agent within a year and a half of joining NCIS and I know for a fact that Tom Morrow offered Tony his own team before Morrow left NCIS and moved to Homeland Security. David just doesn't like the fact that she profiled Tony completely wrong so is all the time trying to make him fit a mold that he broke out of long before he ever met her."

Dave grinned and leaned further into Spencer's space and whispered, "If the rest of your taskforce does show up we will let them put Officer David and Agent McGee in their place because I will NOT stand between a werewolf or another shifter and their prey. If they ARE stupid enough to anger a supernatural creature then they deserve whatever happens to them. I know the father of someone on the taskforce and I have to say if that young man comes here and he gets annoyed I'm just going to stand back and watch the fireworks. I will especially stand back and watch if his partner comes with him because that young man's partner is extremely protective of him even though he has proven time and again that he can protect himself. I have watched him take down a threat without breaking a sweat or moving because he is that good."

Spencer smirked slightly and nodded slowly. "You must be talking about Stiles. I love watching him in action because he makes everything seem so effortless when it really isn't. Between him, Charlie, and even me we get underestimated a lot and it works to our advantage. I know that there was one case that we worked on that Stiles took the lead and the people we were after walked right into the trap he set without even realizing what was happening to them. The last couple days have made me want to use a weapon I have on McGee and David, but it is a weapon that is ONLY supposed to be used on supernatural threats."

Dave bit his lip to keep himself from laughing because he knew that Spencer was completely serious. He smiled and shook his head. "They are NOT worth you putting your job on the line, Reid. If you need to leave and go work at the FBI here in L.A., then do so and just know that none of us will look down on you for it. This case is a tough one and their attitudes aren't helping anything at all. They don't like that they are at the bottom of the pole while everyone else is so much further up the pole.

He sighed and rubbed a hand down his face. It was the only sign of just how frustrated he was that he would show with all the people that was around. "What I'm more worried about is how they are going to react once they finally realize just how much underestimated DiNozzo. They aren't going to like that they missed a big part of who DiNozzo is and what he stands for. I'm also slightly worried about how they are going to react once General O'Neill fires Director Shepard. Right now their jobs are safe and secure because Director Shepard isn't letting anyone file reprimands or anything else concerning Officer David and Agent McGee, but once she is no longer in the big chair they're going to realize just how much she has shielded them from their coworkers and other law enforcement officers. Eli David is NOT going shield his daughter even though she thinks that he will. I remember the whole Ari situation and when Eli found out that his son had turned his back on him and his country it just about killed the man. I know for a fact that Eli loved his son regardless of what Ari or even Ziva thought or thinks for that matter. Eli will not tolerate the fact that Ziva is making such a poor showing of the training she went through when she first joined Mossad."

Spencer narrowed his eyes and looked at Dave thoughtfully. "Just how well do you know Eli David, Rossi? I know him because I helped with a few problems that he had when he first took the Directors chair for Mossad, but it almost sounds like you know him quite a bit."

Dave smirked. "I met Eli long before he ever became the Director of Mossad, kid. He was a green Mossad operative when I met him the first time and I helped him out with something. Since then we have kept in contact a couple times a year and we have both helped one another if we needed something we couldn't get, but the other one of us could with little to no effort on our part. I know just how much Eli loves his family even though he is careful of showing it because of his enemies. I don't blame him for the front he puts on in public because it saves his family from being targeted because of the work he has done in the past and the work that he does now. I also know that Eli has his own files on Gibbs and Gibbs' team and that they don't come close to matching the so-called files or profiles that Ziva David gave to Ari when she was his handler."

Spencer snorted. "Officer David is going to have several wake-up calls that she isn't going to like at all. The next time she pisses Tony off I'm NOT going to stop him from letting lose on her like he has wanted to since we have started this case. I have only stopped him because until recently I wasn't really sure whose side Agent Gibbs would have taken, but it is obvious that he would come down on Tony's side. Tony has NEVER regretted going to work for NCIS, but I have a feeling if the stuff Agent McGee, Officer David, and even Forensic Specialist Technician Scuito keeps up he is going to start regretting the choice he made all those years ago. I may be selfish, but I don't want him to regret it because he has really come into his own since he started working at NCIS."

Dave looked at Spencer with a raised eyebrow. "Believe it or not I have followed Tony DiNozzo's career since he first started working as a law enforcement officer. There aren't many people who know this including Tony himself, but I knew his mother before he was born and before she married his conman of a father. I'm not sure and I'm not sure that I want to know, but it is possible that Tony is my son instead of DiNozzo Senior's son. Claire Paddington is one of the few regrets that I have in my life because I let her go when I should have chased after her. I would appreciate it, Spencer, if you don't say anything to Tony. I have always planned on telling him that it is a possibility that he is my son and not DiNozzo Senior's, but unfortunately, we NEVER seem to be in town at the same time for whatever reason.

He chuckled lightly. "Now that I know you both work on a classified taskforce it makes sense why he seems to be out of state more often than what he should be even working with the MCRT. I have worked a few cases with Professor Eppes that didn't involve the taskforce you, him, and DiNozzo work on or the FBI. Does Agent Eppes know or even realize just what kind of clearance his baby brother has, Spencer? Does he realize that Charlie, you, and Tony have worked with several agencies since the first college you three all attended together? I have no doubt that Edgerton has figured out already that Charlie has worked for more agencies than just the FBI as a consultant. Does Gibbs know that DiNozzo is on a special taskforce and what that taskforce is? I can't picture DiNozzo keeping it from him for long if at all. Especially since I know about his past."

Spencer bit his lip and nodded. "Tony lobbied for permission to tell Gibbs because he knew that Gibbs would go to the ends of the Earth to find him if he suspected that something was wrong with him. I have noticed that Gibbs is very protective of Tony even more so than he is of any of his team or the support staff such as the Medical Examiner, Medical Examiner Assistant, and even the Forensic Tech who is always assigned to work on their cases. That is saying something because I have heard people spout off that Forensic Technician is Gibbs' favorite, but honestly I'm pretty damn sure that Tony is Gibbs' favorite. Once Gibbs found out he demanded that he be added to the taskforce but would only work a case if he were truly needed. It seems that he had already known about the supernatural."

Dave nodded. "I can understand that. I am actually listed as one of the Agents that can be called in to work on a case if the case is big enough and there aren't enough Agents free to work the case from those assigned to the taskforce. If this case turns out to be Supernatural in any way, shape, or form you and DiNozzo will have to take the lead. It also means that those that aren't in the know will be read in. Are you ready for that?"

Spencer shrugged his shoulders as he looked around at all the Agents working the case they were all there for. "If Tony and I have to read everyone in then so be it, Rossi. I am no longer naïve enough to think that by keeping the supernatural from my teammates that I am protecting them. Some of the team may be divided but they can get over it because I'm tired of not being true to myself. Stiles made it clear to all of us on the taskforce that keeping the supernatural from those we care about isn't protecting them, but rather in a way it was endangering them even more because they didn't and don't know what to look out for. He kept the supernatural from his dad and it could have cost his dad his life many times over because Noah Stiliniski didn't know what to look for or what was going on in the county he was supposed to be protecting.

He snorted and shook his head as he thought about what he had learned from Stiles. "It took Noah, Rafe McCall, and Tony both talking to Stiles to get him to quit blaming himself for things he had no control over. Tony was the one who got Stiles into counseling and then backed him when he wanted to join the FBI fulltime. It took Rafe, Tony, Charlie, Noah, Derek, and I to finally get it through Stiles thick head that he wasn't to blame for the stuff his so-called best friend Scott McCall was pulling. Stiles and Rafe both run the taskforce and that is because Stiles refused to run it by himself because of how young he is. He may be on the frontline when it comes to the supernatural world, but he felt that his age put him at a disadvantage when it came to overseeing the taskforce."

Dave sighed and shook his head. "Hotch is younger than Gideon and me both and I'd prefer working under him than either taking over or also being in charge. I'm much happier just helping him when he needs it or when he lets me help him. I have heard rumors and rumblings about Beacon Hills, California, but I haven't checked things out like I planned because we've been so damn busy. I know that one Stiles Stilinski and Derek Hale was the reason that Katherine Argent was caught and is now locked away in prison that she has no hope of escaping. I wouldn't be surprised if Gerard Argent was caught like he was because of those two. Just why did Gerard and Katherine Argent target the young man and Derek Hale, Reid? What possible reason could they have to target a boy who had only been a little over the age of sixteen at the time?"

Spencer closed his own eyes and then when he opened them he looked Dave right in the eyes. "Katherine Argent targeted the Hale family when Derek Hale was fifteen years of age, Rossi. She got a job as a substitute teacher at Beacon Hills High School under an alias and she targeted and seduced Derek Hale. She used information she pieced together from little things he let slip and she killed almost his whole family. The only ones that survived the fire were his uncle who was badly burnt and ended up in a coma for over six years, his older sister who took him and ran after she put their uncle into the long-term ward at Beacon Hills Hospital under his real name and left him for Hunters to find, and his baby sister who he didn't even know survived the fire until about six and a half years ago.

He took in a deep breath and let it out. "Peter Hale came out of his coma and ended up killing Laura Hale while he was feral. Peter was later killed by Stiles and Derek, but he is alive again thanks to a banshee and him doing something before he was killed. Gerard Argent arrived in Beacon Hills after Kate was supposedly killed and he killed the principal of the high school Stiles targeted. Later on that same year that Gerard had become principal he kidnapped Stiles and tortured him and then with the help of someone he was bit by an unwilling Derek who had been forced. That was the start of it all, but it sure as hell ended when Stiles and Derek brought both Gerard and Katherine Argent to justice with the help of Peter Hale, Chris Argent, Noah Stiliniski, and Rafe McCall. It should be said that the plan that caught Gerard and Katherine was Stiles plan and it worked without any casualties on our side, but there were several casualties on the other side."

Dave whistled. "So, the reputations that young Agents Stiliniski and Hale have are completed earned and not exaggerated. That is good to know. How many of the taskforce do you think will show up if this case does turn out the way you think it will?"

Spencer snorted. "More than likely just about all of them. At the very least Stiles, Derek, Rafe, Chris, and possibly the two we have that work in New Orleans and whose main job is with NCIS."

Someone laughed from the doorway and said, "Not a bad guess at all, Spencer, and you are absolutely correct. Those of us who don't have a case are on the way to L.A. now so most if not the whole team will be here to help work the case. Thankfully, Ms. Lane, has set aside a room big enough to hold everyone that is here and, on the way, here. Where is Tony, Spencer? I was expecting to see him here. And why don't you introduce us to everyone, so they quit looking at us like we're about to kill you."

Spencer looked around and noticed that all the agents had their hands on their guns and rolled his eyes. "I'm sure that everyone should have realized that the people who just came in wouldn't have been able to come in if Hetty hadn't allowed them into the building. However, to make things a little easier everyone please meet Agents Stiles Stiliniski, Derek Hale, Rafe McCall, and Consultants Chris Argent and Peter Hale. Stiles, Derek, Rafe, Chris, and Peter meet Agents Aaron "Hotch" Hotchner, David Rossi, Derek Morgan, Jennifer "JJ" Jareau, Emily Prentiss, Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Hetty Lane, Sam Hannah, G. Callen, Kensi Blye, Junior Agent Tim McGee, Officer Ziva David, and Detective Marty Deeks. Now, Stiles, to answer your question Tony is at the L.A. branch of the FBI. So, what Tony was starting to suspect is the reason why so many bodies have piled up in such a short amount of time?"

Stiles nodded. "Yes, and as soon as the NDA's Peter has with him are signed those that aren't in the know will be told what is going on. I have already talked to Director David once I was alerted to the fact that he is here in the States and he has agreed to sign the NDA once he gets here even though he is already in the know. I am not worried about SecDef O'Neill as he is already in the know because of what he used to do before he became SecDef and a General and I'm not worried about Daniel Jackson either. Hetty, do you have room for my people to set up shop?"

Hetty nodded. "Of course, Stiles, and I'm happy to see you again even if the circumstances are what they are. You are aware that Agents Reid, DiNozzo, and Eppes have security assigned to them aren't you?"

Stiles' eyes hardened. "We are and we have vetted those that have been assigned to them because of the work that they do that isn't their day jobs. All of the agents assigned as security to Tony, Spencer, and Charlie have all been cleared and they will be read into the other jobs that the three have. Is there a reason why Tony is at the Los Angeles branch of the FBI instead of here?"

Gibbs who had been silent and just looking at the group nodded. "He needed a break from McGee and David. I figured that it was best to let him go there before he ended up killing the two idiots. I got tired of him having to suppress his words because of how they are acting. I have already wrote them up and I will be handing the reprimands to General O'Neill instead of Director Shepard since Shepard has decided that the two idiots can get away with things any other agent would be in trouble for."

Chris stepped forward and glared at Ziva. He knew her and also knew that she wouldn't recognize him. "You haven't changed at all have you, Officer David? Do you still think that the rules don't apply to you? If I'm not mistaken you are on your last chance not only with Mossad but with Israel Intelligence as a whole." He scoffed and turned his head to look at Gibbs. "I'm sorry that she has been put on your team, Agent Gibbs. It has been noted in the file that the United States has of her that she is a known spy and that she doesn't tend to follow the rules. I'm not sure how she came to be with NCIS since any and all agencies have a file on her and the things she has done that is against the law here in the United States. If Director Shepard hasn't been picked up for questioning by now my guess is that she will be soon because she has put the whole NCIS agency at risk by having Ziva David work there. I really do hope that you haven't had her handling evidence without proper supervision or any and all cases that she has worked on will be thrown out."

Gibbs snorted. "DiNozzo and I both made sure to watch her every move. We knew that having her on the team could be called into question regardless of what Jenny Shepard told us. There was no way we were going to let scumbags get free on technicalities when it was in our purview to be able to stop it. I will admit at first I didn't think anything about it, but once DiNozzo pointed out several things that slipped by me I realized that he was right. I'm not sure why I didn't even think about everything that DiNozzo thought of because normally I would."

Spencer cleared his throat and looked at Gibbs. "From what little Tony told me when Officer David first joined the team Director Shepard was keeping you pretty busy with things that other agents could have handled. It crossed Tony's, Charlie's, and my mind that she kept you that busy to make sure that you didn't think of everything that Tony did because she knew that you wouldn't stand for Officer David being placed on your team. I know for a fact that several people questioned Officer David's placement on your team, but each and every one of them were ignored. I'm not going to be surprised at all if General O'Neill makes an example of Director Shepard and Officer David. Gibbs, I would be surprised if you end up getting some phone calls letting you know that someone is going through Officer David's computer. General O'Neill and others will want to make sure that she hasn't accessed confidential information and sent it to people that shouldn't have access to it."

Gibbs smirked as he leaned back against the wall he was standing in front of. "She has tried to download and send confidential information and files, but it NEVER got anywhere thanks to DiNozzo and the computer magic he has worked. He didn't trust her at all and since she shouldn't have even been able to access the report filing documents he wanted to make sure that she couldn't send any information about the men and women who serve our country to those that have no right to know about them or their movements. He also put some kind of bug or something in her computer so that he knows what she tried to access and when she tried to access it. I'm not sure what else he did, but I know that he has several files about what she has done on her computer that she shouldn't have done or tried to do. His computer science degree came in handy with all that he did."

Callen laughed. "I don't think anyone is ever going to stop underestimating DiNozzo and just what he can do. Honestly, I think that it is the act that he puts on that makes everyone forget that he is one of the youngest if NOT the youngest to EVER receive his Gold Shield. He took down a mob boss and lived to tell the tale. Hell, that same mob boss still sends him letters and cards and that isn't to mention the two gifts he gets a year from said mob boss and his family. Luckily for us he is a good guy because I'd hate to see what he could and would do if he worked for the bad guys."

Stiles laughed and shook his head. "Tony makes a very effective bad guy because people never tend to look past the masks that he wears. If his own teammates or Director can't look pass the masks he tends to wear then they really have no business being on the most elite NCIS team or to sit in the big chair. I really don't understand how some people who are supposed to be smart can be so damn dumb. It really is stupid for them to think that they know everything about someone just because of how that person looks or acts. It didn't take me long at all to realize the kind of man and Agent that Tony was and could be which is why I asked for him to be seconded to the taskforce that I run. It is also why he has such a high security clearance. Gibbs, am I mistaken in that Tony's security clearance is even higher than the Director of your agency?"

Gibbs shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. "DiNozzo's security clearance is the highest anyone can get because of the work he tends to do. Since he does a lot of work for other agencies his security clearance is higher than any of the Directors for any of the alphabet agencies. I tried to tell Shepard that, but she chose to not believe me and ignored the fact that there is quite a bit of DiNozzo's file that she just doesn't and can't have access to. His security clearance is how we tend to be able to solve all of our cases so damn fast. If he didn't have it then it would probably take longer because some of the victims and suspects alike have files that can't be seen by just anyone."

Stiles nodded. "I know and I know that Tony has used some contacts that he's made while working some cases with the taskforce I run. I told him before I don't mind if he utilizes the contacts he makes while working cases with the taskforce as long as he didn't give those contacts to anyone who wasn't cleared to know about the other work that he does. I have told the same thing to Spencer and Charlie as well because I don't see why a person shouldn't use all available assets when working a case. Now, if everyone would read and sign the NDA that is now in front of you, we can get talking about what everyone besides a select few of you seem to be missing. I would have preferred Tony to be here, but I can understand that he needed a break from working here in a toxic environment so-to-speak. I'd rather he works somewhere he feels one hundred percent safe in letting himself go so that he can work to the best of his ability.

He looked at Peter with a raised eyebrow when he saw the way that the older man was looking at two certain people. "What are you picking up on, Peter? I can see that you have your thinking face on even though you are looking at Officer David and Agent McGee with disgust. What about those two are setting you off? Rafe, if you would check and see just what Officer David and Agent McGee are working on and have been working on since the start of the case. I want to make sure that they haven't held back anything that would have helped everyone working on this case to solve it already."

Rafe nodded and strode over to where Ziva and Tim were sitting and grabbed one laptop and handed it to Chris before he grabbed the second one. He pointed to an empty table that he saw. "If you'll place the laptop I handed to you on that table, Chris, I'd appreciate it. Stiles, if possible, I'd like to get Charlie here to help me go over these laptops with a fine-tooth comb. I'd prefer Tony, but he needs a day or two away from those who have tried to undermine his authority. As long as Hetty doesn't mind I will go through the video and audio of the last several days and compile a file of all the times Officer David and Agent McGee has ignored the chain of command and have been outright insubordinate with Tony. That way when they are written up on report there is evidence backing everything that is mentioned."

Hetty nodded and smirked at Ziva and Tim who had both paled at Rafe's words. "I will get you access, Agent McCall, and I will assign Mr. Beale to help you with anything that you need computer work wise. In fact, if you have an NDA for Mr. Beale to sign, he could help you with going through Officer David's and Agent McGee's laptops so that you don't have to pull Professor Eppes away from the case he is working on with his brother and Agent Edgerton."

Chris snorted and held back a laugh. "I hope that someone got Charlie meeting Agent Edgerton on video because I'd pay to see that. Charlie likes to throw people off their game and if he is working the case with all the sniper killings he's going to have to keep some of the knowledge that he has about guns to himself because of his brother Agent Don Eppes."

Spencer laughed and nodded. "I would have loved to see their first meeting as well, but we did see them later the same day they met. They had a date which was going to end at the shooting range, but we all went out for drinks at a bar after we finished at the shooting range. It was fun and helped to blow off some steam that is for sure. While Ian taught Charlie how to shoot a sniper rifle, Tony worked with me some on shooting a handgun."

Chris smirked. "You know how to shoot a handgun, Spencer, you just choose not to because you think that you have to let those that you work with be better at something than you. We have all tried to tell you that you don't have to hide the real you and while we understand why you do we feel that in a way it is detrimental to you in the long run. You shouldn't feel like you have to dumb yourself down just to build other people up, Spence. It isn't right or fair to them or to you. You, Tony, and Charlie are all alike in a lot of ways, but all three of you have a different way in making others feel better about themselves when it isn't your guys job to make them feel better about themselves. If they need you to act or be a certain way so that they can feel superior to you just to do the job they were hired to do than they shouldn't be working in law enforcement to begin with.

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he thought about Tony. He looked at Ziva and Tim and glared at them with hard eyes. "I understand why Tony didn't let everything go into his public file at NCIS, but I still think that he should have put a different degree than he did in it because people tend to forget just what kind of classes someone has to take for a degree in Physical Education. He could have put his Psychology degree in his public file and he still would have been underestimated. After all his Psychology degree is the degree that is listed in his public FBI file and people still underestimate him a great deal of the time. I just think that his two so-called co-workers like to act like toddlers instead of their supposed age."

Tim scoffed. "DiNozzo can't have a degree in Psychology or I would have found it when I looked into his NCIS file. The only degree listed is his P.E. degree from Ohio State of all places. I don't know he has conned you all into thinking he is smarter than he is. I had a thorough look at his NCIS file."

Stiles walked over to the table that Ziva and Tim were sharing and slammed his hands down on it. He wasn't about to put up with their disparaging remarks about a man he thought highly of. He leaned across the table and glared at Tim. "I don't know where you get off thinking that you know everything because you sure as hell don't, Agent McGee. Why in the fuck would you think that everything about an agent would be in one file? Are you truly that stupid? When an agent such as Tony works for any agency or police department for that matter they have two files. Fea You are aware are you not that Tony works undercover, Agent McGee?" After a few moments when it was clear the agent was going to continue to ignore him, Stiles slapped the table directly in front of Tim. "Well, are you?"

Tim swallowed at the rage that he could see in Stiles' eyes and nodded quickly. "Yes, Tony works undercover. What does that even matter? Why would he or any agent have to have two files just because they work undercover?"

Stiles rolled his eyes. "They have two files because one is their public file which all agents can see and that one is kept on a computer. That is the file that you have seen of Tony's, Agent McGee. The second file is the file that has everything about Tony listed in it. It has his complete educational record, his complete background, and everything else in it. That file is kept hidden from prying eyes because of the fact that Tony works undercover and it wouldn't be safe for it to be on a computer since it has been proven that computers can be hacked and yes even those in different agencies can be hacked as you know since you regularly hack into the FBI computers even when you don't need to for any case. It has been noted in a file that the FBI have on you that you have no problem hacking or trying to hack into their systems for your own gain."

He huffed and looked at Gibbs before he looked back at Tim. "Just how long have you been an agent, Agent McGee? I'm starting to think you should be a Probie instead of a Junior Agent because you are way out of your element in the career you chose. I mean damn it is common knowledge about a lot of agents having two files because of the kind of work that they do. Hell, some agents and police officers don't even have a file on the computer system because they can't ever be linked to a police station or agency with the nature of their jobs. Don't be so quick to judge someone just because they don't act like you think they should. Can you imagine him doing to you what you do to him on a fucking daily basis?"

Tim glared at Stiles with anger in his eyes. "Tony NEVER listens to me so why should I listen to him? My team leader is Gibbs and he IS the ONLY one I have to listen to. Just because DiNozzo has been on the team longer doesn't mean that he is better than me. He's ONLY the SFA because he has been on the team the longest. How could anyone think he is better or smarter than me when I attended MIT and John Hopkins?"

Chris rolled his eyes. "Seriously? Tony has degrees from Princeton, Harvard, Oxford, and several other notable schools and that isn't counting the degree that you know of from Ohio State. How is it that you have worked with Tony for so damn long, but that you really don't know him at all? How is it that you aren't even aware of things that you should be in the job that you have? Do you just like throwing your education out there to make yourself look smarter than you are? It's not really surprising that Tony wouldn't bother telling you about his education. After all he unlike you knows the value of playing things close to his vest. If you were to ever get put undercover you'd be killed within an hour because you don't know how NOT to sing your own praises. Tony needs to pull a Gibbs and slap you upside the back of your head whenever you talk back to your betters."

Gibbs snorted. "I'd actually pay to see him do to them what I do to him. I only tend to do it because it helps him focus more on just one problem instead of several problems at once. The way his mind works is something to see, but sometimes he gets sidetracked when he is piecing things together. He is the one who told me back when he first started that I may need to tap his head because sometimes he will get lost looking at clues. We just make it seem like I'm hitting the back of his head harder than I am because of certain people."

Peter snickered. "Does the forensic scientist that you work with still think that she is your favorite, Gibbs? I have heard rumblings from people I know that they think she needs a wakeup call because she is going to end up doing something that ends up getting a case thrown out."

Gibbs scowled. "If her actions cause a case to be thrown out she isn't going to like me at all. Tony is my favorite and has been since he started working with me. We let Scuito think that she is just so that she'll let us work in peace, but it is getting to the point that I'm not going to indulge her any longer because I'm tired of the way she treats my second in charge."

Stiles nodded. "I have already written her up because Tony refused to do so, Gibbs. I WILL get you that report after we close this case. I know that Rafe has also written her up for the time he had to deal with her when a case he worked on ended up being a joint case between the FBI and NCIS. Now, we need to get these NDA's signed and then we'll call up Tony and have him and Charlie bring those they are working with to a place I know where we can all talk without being overheard. Peter, call that restaurant that Charlie and Tony like and reserve the backroom for us. Rafe, call General O'Neill and ask him to meet us where we will be going and to bring some sniffers so that we can check for bugs before we talk. Hetty, if you would call Director David and give him the name of the restaurant that Chris just texted to your phone so that he can meet us there as soon as he lands.

He watched everyone do as he asked before he looked at Spencer with narrowed eyes. "Spencer, join me outside for some fresh air. You still look like you are about to kill McGee and David."

Spencer groaned but followed Stiles outside. He wasn't surprised that Derek Hale, Hotch, and Dave followed him and Stiles outside. He was still pissed but he could wait until they got to where they were going to point out some more hard truths to Tim and Ziva. It would probably be better that way so that Jack and Daniel could hear everything he had to say to the two idiots.
