Olaf died. He saved Kit, but then he died. Renee leant forward and closed his eyes. Kit moaned in pain.
"Kit!" Violet shouted, running to Kit's side. the three others ran to join her.
"the baby..she's coming," Kit whispered. Renee teared up.

"aw! I'm going to be a sister! I'm so happy!" Renee whispered. Violet smiled.
"i cant tell you the feeling you get when your first younger sibling, boo. i really cant. but it is so, so good," she informed her. Renee smiled.
"i cant wait"
The birth took a while, but eventually Beatrice The Second was born.
"Promise me she wont be alone?" Kit asked the three, tears streaming down her face. Renee nodded.
"She'll have us..all of us," Renee informed her. Kit looked up at Renee.
"you look so much like your father. The Hair, the smile," she whispered. Renee smiled.
"but i have your eyes..." she told her. Kit smiled through tears. She slipped her right hand onto her left hand and pulled off her engagement ring. she placed it in Renee's palm.
"this is yours now darling," she whispered. Renee smiled.
"Is that a crow?" Klaus asked, looking outside the tent. Renee stood up to come look.
"ohmygod it has the sugar bowl!" she yelled. The crow flew above the island and dropped the sugar bowl. Renee caught it in her hands.
She opened the lid, and to her astonishement, there wasnt sugar. It was a box, and a piece of paper. She unfollowed the piece of paper.
"To Renee,
I don't know if you remember, but i always called you 'Little Raven' when you were younger, because of your hair. You would love it. When you were taken, i bought a necklace with a raven. i left it in the sugar bowl, with this note. This note will only be delivered to you after I'm dead, so dont try to contact me, even if we've never met.

Renee cried,and turned back to the tent.
"I want to change my name to Raven," she told the four. Violet smiled sadly.
"I always knew you would one day," Kit whispered, closing her eyes.
"Mother! Please don't leave us..please...we need you," Raven whispered. Those words were the last thing Kit Snicket ever heard.
