Ch.20: Old Allies

(Sakura's POV)

My body felt heavy.

My mind was sluggish and my memory was foggy.

I couldn't remember anything.

My eyes slowly opened.

I tried to see where I was it was too dark to really make out anything.

All I could see was a single candle dimly lighting the room.

I went to move only to find I couldn't move either of my arms.

I looked to see I was chained to a wall.

*What am I doing here?* I wondered as I looked at my restraints.

I slowly realized what had happened.

"No..." I said as tears fell from my eyes.

*No, no, no, no, no...* I thought over and over again

"NO!" I yelled in disbelief.

"This...this can't be real, how did this happen the last I remember I was at the inn and ... wait." I said as I started to put two and two together.

"Did you finally realize?" I looked up to see someone emerge from the shadows.

"You... you were working for him?" I said surprised. It was the guy from the inn.

"Oh, I have been watching for a long time princess." He said as he walked towards me.

"You were so beautiful in the port town, you gave my man quite the surprise." He chuckled.

"You bastard." I cursed at him.

He quickly grabbed my chin.

"Now now you should watch what that pretty little mouth of yours says." He warned with a smile.

His smile made me sick.

"Now, should we have some fun before the boss arrives?" He asked as he eyes looked over my body.

I just met his gaze with my own wishing I could kill him with it.

"You know the boss has pretty big plans for the both of you." He said as he hand went to reach for my stomach. I kicked his hand away.

"Do. . Me" I threatened.

He just smiled as he held his hand.

"I really can see why the boss likes you so much. You're as feisty as you are beautiful.

The what boss wants to make you is a complete and total doll. Completly under his control. And that little parasite in your body will become the ultimate baby factory for the rich and powerful.

And to make that thing even more profitable, we will kill it's sperm doner making it the true last of its bloodline...for now." He said as he snapped his wrist back into place.

His words made me so sick I couldn't help but vomit at the idea.

"Whoa, I'm sorry was that too much?" He said as he pulled me up by my hair inches away from his face.

I just smirked at him.

"If you think someone as weak as you has any chance to even scratch Sasuke, then I really do pity you, it must be hard to be that delusional." I said amused.

"You're wrong the delusional one... Is you!" He said as he slapped me.

I spit out the blood that pulled in my mouth.

Never stopping my smirk.

"He will come, and he will find me...and when he does I hope you are far away from here." I said.

"I hope he does come! It will be that much easier to kill right in front of you!" He said as he went to strike me again.

I braced myself but never felt it.

I opened my eyes.

He was engulfed by water, it moved as if it was alive.

"I wouldn't do that if I was you." It sounded like it came from the water.

Suddenly a part of the water broke off. It then morphed into a person.

"If 'he' were to find out, he would probably kill ya." He said as quickly released my restraints and caught me before I fell to the floor.

"Hi there." He said as he set me down carefully.

*Who the hell is this guy?* I thought as I looked at him.

He then stood in front of me blocking the lackey's view of me.

"Don't worry I'm an old 'acquaintance' of Sasuke's, speaking of which he should be here in a little bit." He said as he smiled at me. He then turned his gaze back to the lackey.

"I hope you don't mind playing with me instead... I promise that I am much more fun." He said as he drew his blade. As the water subsided and released the lackey he gasped for air.

"Who the hell are you?" He gasped.

"I'll only say this once some remember it well, the names Suigetsu." He said.

"Yeah well, I wouldn't want to hog you all to myself now." The lackey said as he ran out.

"Hold it bastard!" He said as he ran after him, he stopped in the door. "Well come on if anything happens to you Sasuke will kill me." He said as he reached his hand out towards me.

I was hesitant but something told me I should take it.

He ran at a semi-fast pace, I could tell he was slowing down for me.

*Maybe he really is on my side.* I thought as we chased after the lackey.

We chased him out of the facility and were met with a large group of more lackeys it seemed.

I went to take a stand only to have a searing pain shoot through my abdomen.

I dropped to my knees.

"Hey, are you ok?" Suigetsu asked.

I gritted my teeth as I nodded.

"Well, I would hope my doll is ok." I was frozen in place by that sickening voice.

I turned to see... Him... after all this time searching here he was right in front of me... But Sasuke wasn't here. My body began shaking on its on at the sight of him.

I felt like I couldn't move my limbs.

My heart sounded like it was beating in my ears.

If I had to endure this feeling much longer I thought I would go insane.

"Oi, Pinky you ok?" I heard Suigetsu asked snapping me out of it.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said as I stood up.

I took a deep breath.

"I am not your doll. I am Sakura Uchiha. And I will take you down." I said as I tightened my fist and glared at him.

*Mom's sorry, you may have to deal with some discomfort for a little bit.* I mentally apologized to the small person inside me.

He looked at me and smiled just like he did at that time.

"To be honest I'm hurt you ran off to rut like a bitch in heat with a pathetic alley cat, but that little bastard inside you is going to become my cash cow while you get to stay close to my side so I guess it's what you'd call a give and take situation." He said as chuckled.

I refused to let his words bother me, that wasn't important right now.

It was like we were all in an intense stare-off, it felt like the air was thick and hard to breathe.

Everyone waited to see what the other would do.

until a bird suddenly took flight.

Everyone jumped at the same time, I had a few guys coming towards me I readied myself only to find I was encased in water.

"Like I'm gonna let you fight in your condition." Suigetsu said as he fended off the attackers.

I just stared at him.

But as more and more guys started to attack him, I could tell he was starting to lose the upper hand as more and more attacks started to land on him while he gradually started to miss.

Finally one of the lackeys landed a solid strike on Suigestsu. Which caused his water barrier for me to dissolve as soon as the lackeys saw that they headed straight for me.

I braced myself, only to see a familiar figure appear before me.

"Sasuke!" I said as I stared at his back.

He didn't even acknowledge me.

Suddenly there was someone touching my shoulder.

I turned to see.

"You're that girl from that time..." I said to see the red-headed girl from before.

*What is she doing here?* I wondered as she helped me to my feet.

"Look you can ask questions later right now I need to get you out of here." She said as she turned to look at Sasuke.

He still had his back to us.

"I will be taking her now." She said calmly.

Sasuke just nodded.

We then ran out of there.

I only let myself glance back one seeing his face, his expression was one I had never seen before... And it scared me, but I shook my head it doesn't matter I believe in him.

I followed close behind the woman unsure of where we were headed.

(Sasuke's POV)

I turned to see...

"Jugo what are you doing here?" I asked surprised.

"We came here on 'His' orders." He replied.

*Of course now that snake shows himself.* I thought annoyed.

"It doesn't matter, do you have a way to get off here? I need to head back to Sakura as soon as possible." I said as I scanned behind him for a sign of a boat or anything.

"Yes follow me." He said as he led me to the Other side of the Island

"And don't worry about Sakura, they are already on their way to help her." He said blankly as usual.

"Doesn't matter I need to be there." I said as I got into his boat.

"Well then, please hold on tight." He said.

I looked at him puzzled, he then jumped into the water and held onto the boat.

"With this, it should only take us a day to get back." He said as he let his curse mark overtake him.

The cannons that formed on his elbows worked as a super-powered engine.

The boat took off at a supersonic speed.

I just sat the wishing it would go faster I was wanting to reach Sakura as soon as possible.

Once we reached shore, I wasted no time it rushing after Jugo's birds. I could feel my legs growing tired I don't know how long I had been traveling, I didn't care I was going to reach her before anything happened.

The birds disappeared replaced by.. Karin.

"Hurry this way, Suigetsu is trying to keep them at bay but there are too many of them." She said as she led us the rest of the way.

As we came to the end of the trees there was a large group of people.

A group of them were headed to wait looked like... *Sakura!* I jumped in front of her keeping them from getting near her.

I wanted to hold her but, there were more important things to tend to.

I made eye contact with him, I felt my blood boil.

I had Karin get Sakura away from there so I could fight no holds bar.

"Why if it isn't the feral Uchiha beast." He said.

I stayed silent.

"You know it's not nice to take someone else precious toy away." He snickered.

I clenched my teeth. I was not going to let him get to me.

All that mattered was making sure he would never get anywhere near Sakura again.

I quickly activated my Sharingan.

"I told you, the next time this was going to be real." I sais as I drew my blade.

"What you failed to realize is, what would be real are the sweet things I did to my doll." He said with a laugh.

I couldn't hold myself back anymore.

I lunged with my blade aimed for his throat, only to be blocked by his lackeys.

"Move." I warned.

They just tightened their grip on my blade.

"Chidori!" I let lightning run through sending it through their body.

They quickly dropped to the ground.

Another group came rushing at me.

"Go! We have your back." Suigetsu said as he blocked them.

"Right." I said as I went over them.

The coward attempted to run but it was too late.

I landed on top of him with my sword in his shoulder.

He screamed out in pain choking on blood.

"Wait, wait, please... I'll do anything please... don't." He begged.

I just twisted my blade in is shoulder causing him to scream louder.

I leaned into his face.

"You deserve much...much... much worse than this." I said as I sent him into a genjutsu.

(General POV)

The man was standing in a room all alone, the sword had disappeared from his shoulder there wasn't even a wound.

"Where am I?" He asked as he looked around.

"You're in hell... Father dear." Said a voice.

He turned to see a doll sitting on a lone shelf that seemed to appear out of thin air.

"What?" He said confused by the doll's words.

The dolls face twisted into an evil smile.

"I said..YOU'RE IN HELL!" It yelled as it jumped at the man.
