Lol, not sure why I'm even updating twice today, but this is gonna be a chill (sort of) chapter.

Katie's POV: I woke up in paradise. I looked out of an open windo by the living room, and saw the beautiful sunrise. I heard a knock on the door. Probably room service. I opened up and found my boyfriend.
"Want to see the sunrise?" He asked me, leading me outside. I followed him and we ended up at a huge pier. It was dark brown, and had a few early risers watching the sunrise as well. It was super beautiful! I went back to the room, where there was a note. It read ' Katie, we all went to the reception to upgrade our bracelets so we could get free food and a premium pool. Come on! Signed Annabeth.' Me and Travis raced to reception, where the others were all seated.
"Here they are! About time lovebirds!" Annabeth said, gesturing us to go to the lady to get a bracelet. It was black, and like the other one, laminated. We left after and all got to our rooms to get changed. We were going to the beach! I quickly slipped on my onepice with green and yellow stripes. I went to the fountian where Annabeth and Percy were. Percy had his arm around Annabeth, and his board in the other. He wore an indigo swimsuit, and Annabeth wore a gray one piece. Soon, the others were all here. Suddenly, time stopped, for everyone except for us. A flash of blue light appeared, and a gray hippo popped out of it. He had a bottom tooth sticking out, and a unibrow. He stood up tall.
"My gosh guys, you early." He told us in a deep voice, breaking the silence. "You as quick as yo camper is hefty."
"Moto Moto?" Piper asked him.
"Names so nice, you gotta say it twice." He agreed, showing us three fingers. He looked at his three fingers and attempted to change them to two.
"Umm, ok?" Piper said.
"Well, I see you around guys, won't be hard because you so, plumpy." He stated, and another flash of blue and he disappeared. Time restored and a note was on the ground.
"They love meh, they love my gifts. They love meh, they love my gifts. They love how the gifts are in their room, they love my heftieness, they love my zestiness, they love me restlessly, they love me forever, they love meh. Cause they love to love!" Piper read the note. "I guess it means our gifts are in the hotel."
"Let's go see!" Percy excitedly said. We speedwalked back to our separate rooms. He gave me a exotic flowering kit, Miranda got a Venus flytrap, Frank got Chinese handcuffs, made of bamboo fibers, Percy got a new surfboard, Annabeth got a crab cooking pressure pot, Travis and Connor got a pranking kit, Jason got a RC drone, Leo got an assortment of tools and building materials, Piper got a blow dart gun, Thalia got a new spear, and Nico wasn't showing us what he got.
"Cmon Nico! Let's see! We all got stuff we like, let's make sure you got something you like!" Thalia said, admiring her new spear.
"Umm, it's nothing." He responded, shyly.
"Hey guys! Why is there a full collection of Disney movies here?" Percy suddenly called from the closet.
"MINE!" Nico responded, snatching it from Percy's hand. Nobody made fun, because we didn't want to get killed. We finally got to the beach, it was right behind the hotel.
"Aww cmon! These waves are sooo wimpy!" Percy yelled, trying to surf the waves, that broke about ten feet from shore.
"Told you!" Annabeth replyed, tanning on a beach chair in the grass by the beach.
"KOMODO DRAGON!" Piper yelped, dashing away from a small lizard.
"It's just an Iguana!" Annabeth said, looking at the lizard. "Don't worry, they're friendly!"
"Oh, ok." Piper said, but I noticed she went to the ocean, as far from the iguana as she could get.
"Hey guys! Maybe we should go to the pool!" I suggested. Everyone agreed, and we headed to the huge pool. We went inside, and it was warmer than most pools I'd been to. I swam to the bar, which had seats in the water. I ordered a piña colada without alcohol. It tasted much better than the one from New York. I swam back to the others and we had an epic water polo game. Me, Annabeth, Percy, and Thalia won, because we had the son of the sea god on our team and the unfair advantage. This day was amazing.
Piper's POV: I loved Costa Rica already, and I'd only experienced one of its places! What I really wanted to do, was teach Annabeth and Hazel how to surf. I had promised them back in the Argo two after all. It wouldn't hurt to teach Katie and Miranda as well. I talked to a few locals, and they told me to try a spot about twenty five minutes away from Punta Arenas. The locals had also warned me that the surfing was a bit different here, but I didn't listen. I drove everyone out to the spot, after we went to the pool. I got out all of the boards I rented and handed them out.
"Alright guys! Follow me and do what I do!" I told them. I walked in the water, and looked for a good wave. They weren't forming, but just crashing out far away. I underestimated the strength of the waves and ended up getting thrown under. The water pulled me out and hoisted me over an incoming wave. Percy was controlling the water.
"How about everyone follow me?" He asked. He started out and we all followed him. The waves parted for us and we got about five feet away from where the waves broke. "Ok, I'll get you all on waves, one at a time. Wisegirl first!" He said, putting Annabeth on her board. He pushed her out.
"Paddle! Go Go!" She paddled fiercely, and caught the wave.
"OK! Start getting up, but bend. Use your knees!" I instructed Annabeth. She perfectly rode the wave all the way to the shore.
"Yes!" She whooped.
"You next Frank!" Percy said, while using the water to get Frank in the right position. He made a small, but powerful wave and pushed Frank. "Do the same thing as Annabeth!" Frank obeyed, (sort of) and fell in the water because he stood up straight. His board was escaping, so he turned into a dolphin and caught it with his teeth.
"That was great Frank! You almost made it!" I told him. Percy gave everyone a easy wave, and then let them go on their own. Percy was insane! He took his board and swam about a hundred feet out, then he rode a huge wave he made and did tricks the whole way. He willed the wave to go over us and ended up right by the camper. Not a drop of his wave even hit us. Jason, on the other hand, was, well, really really terrible. He rode a wave once, but hey, not everyone is perfect. We headed back to the hotel and watched a movie from Nico's new collection. We all fell asleep on the same couch.
