Hi guys. Sorry for not posting for a while. Thank you for reading so far. Thanks for reading. :)

It was early morning and the sun was just about to come up. All of the tribe were still asleep. Even Alonzo and Skimble had found some time to get some shuteye. Carbucketty saw this as an opportunity to get back to Munkustrap for the mission. He sneaked past Demeters and Munkustraps den. He got past Jennys den, being careful just in case she was still awake tiding something. Even if she was tired she would find something to tidy away.

Carbucketty got back to the place where himself and Munkustrap had been earlier that evening. He found Munkustrap still on his back slowly breathing but still asleep. Carbucketty went to kick him awake but knew due to Munkustraps injuries it might not be the best idea.

"Munkustrap?" He whispered.

Munkustrap didn't respond. Carbucketty asked four times and got more frustrated each time he asked.

"MUNKUSTRAP!" He hissed a little bit louder than the last few times.

Munkustrap opened one eye. He smiled as he saw Carbuckettys face looking down at him. Carbucketty sighed a sigh of relief as Munkustrap got up onto his feet.

"Don't have to shout!" Munkustrap whispered.

"You wouldn't wake up. I didn't know what to do." Carbucketty answered.

"I was sleeping. You can't wake a tom whilst they're sleeping."

"I'll keep that in mind."

"Right come on." Munkustrap said, jumping down to the gate of the junkyard. Carbucketty followed after him. They squeezed through the gap and ran towards Macavitys lair.

Misto, Jemima, Victoria and Exotica were resting. As it was still somewhat dark outside they decided to keep resting. Misto had finally got some sleep since he had been in the lair with Victoria persuading him to join the other three in sleep mode. Victoria was the first to wake with a start as she realised where she was. Jemima noticed this and sat up next to her.

"You're awake early." Jemima said to her sister.

"Just realised where I was. I thought I was back home last night." Victoria said quietly.

Jemima crept over to Victoria to give her a hug. Victoria accepted the hug and nearly started crying.

"I miss home." Victoria sobbed.

"I know. We all do."

"Why can't we just sneak out?"

"We will soon."

"When?"

"Soon. We'll have some help and then we can go."

Even though Jemima and Victoria were the same age, Jemima acted like a big sister to Victoria. As Victoria had always been timid, Jemima had to be the brave one and look after everything. Jemima had been like since they were kittens and it had stuck into their teenage years.

"Come on let's get some more rest." Jemima said.

"I can't."

Jemima sighed. She was a very sleepy cat and slept the most out of the other cats. Victoria on the other hand was always awake whenever they needed sleep.

"MUNGOJERRIE!" Macavity's voice came billowing through the lair.

This woke up Exotica and Misto. Macavity sounded mad! True who wasn't mad in the mornings when they had to get up. Mungojerrie came running through the lair, trying to get to Macavity as fast as he could. Mungojerrie knew what the raised voice meant.

"Macavity?" He asked when he got there.

"Finally. I've been calling you for ages!" Macavity hissed.

"I didn't hear you." Mungojerrie tried to reason with Macavity.

"Well you should listen more than. I need you to do something." Macavity changed the subject.

"What do you want?"

"I need you to take the other kittens and throw them out of the lair." Macavity said with his back turned.

"All of them?" Mungojerrie questioned.

"All of them apart from Misto." Macavity replied.

"Right."

"And then you can leave too." Macavity continued.

Mungojerrie let out a little sigh. Macavity hadn't let that down since he came back from the junkyard after being kicked out again. Macavity would never let him back in the tribe but it meant that he didn't have anywhere to go.

"Yes Macavity." Mungojerrie finally agreed.

Mungojerrie slinked off to get the kittens out of the way. Macavity bit into a rotten apple he had found for breakfast waiting for Misto to come to him.

The group of the kittens became more and more worried as Mungojerrie got closer to them. Even though it had been a private conversation, they had still heard most of it. Misto stood in front of the girls but was nearly pushed to the side by Jemima trying to protect the others instead.

"You can't do this!" Misto said to Mungojerrie.

"I have my orders." Mungojerrie tried to say.

"Well don't listen to them then."

"I can't. I have to do this."

Mungojerrie went to grab Victoria. Misto scratched Mungojerrie across the face. Mungojerrie reeled back. He looked back at Misto with an angry face. Misto knew he shouldn't have done that but he was trying desperately to protect the others.

"Wow. You shouldn't have done that." Mungojerrie smiled.

Misto stepped back and fell over. Mungojerrie went again to get Victoria. Jemima this time stood up but was soon brushed aside by Mungojerrie. Exotica was frozen with horror! She had known Mungojerrie since they were kittens and now she didn't know who was standing in front of her.

"That's enough Mungojerrie." Macavity said from the entrance of the lair still bitting on the apple.

"Macavity?" Mungojerrie asked in surprise.

"Let them go."

Mungojerrie did as he was told and stepped away from the kittens. Misto got up and brushed himself off ready to face Macavity.

Munkustrap and Carbucketty were still on their way to the lair. They had to stop a few times since Munkustrap wasn't as agile as he usually was. They had just got closer when they had to stop again and again.

"Go on without me." Munkustrap finally gave in.

"No."

"You'll never get there if you have to wait for me."

"I don't care. I'm not leaving you here."

Carbucketty went over to Munkustrap and helped him back on his feet. Munkustrap didn't take too kindly to this but with Carbuckettys help he got up and carried on.

"Good. How far is this lair anyway?" Carbucketty asked.

"Not far." Munkustrap said with a sigh.

"You've been saying that for the last few miles."

"I know." Munkustrap smiled.

"So how far is it?"

"Not far!"

Carbucketty smiled back. If Munkustrap ever repeated himself it meant that he was sure of it. Carbucketty helped Munkustrap keep on walking. The lair was just around the corner from them. When they got there they got to a perch to look inside to see what was going on.

"I told you to stay away from us." Misto said against Macavity.

"There's not much room in this lair." Macavity talked back.

"Well, just keep away." Misto replied.

Macavity didn't listen to the young cat and got closer and closer to the group of cats.

"I can do whatever I want." Macavity hissed.

"We'll stop you." Jemima hissed.

"Yeah right." Macacvity said, staring her in the eyes.

"Maybe you should listen to us." Exotica backed her up.

"Oh yeah. You and what army?" Macavity laughed.
